在触发条件满足前, 若转移类业务的 AS 已向主叫用户发送媒体更新请 求,则完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型的步骤 包括:
转移类业务的 AS接收到主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新 口向应。

一种实现转移类业务的系统, 包括: 主叫用户、 第二用户、 第三用户和 转移类业务的 AS, 其中:
转移类业务的 AS设置为: 在主叫用户与第二用户进行媒体协商且触发 条件满足时, 将呼叫转移到第三方用户, 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的 媒体协商的 offer/answer模型, 进行主叫用户与第三方用户的媒体协商。
转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在触发条件满足前向第二用户发送携带主 叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行 的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型: 向主叫用户发送媒体更新响应, 在该媒体更 新响应中携带根据主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在触发条件满足, 将呼叫转移到第三方用 户时, 接收主叫用户的携带该主叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行 的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型: 向主叫用户发送媒体更新响应, 在该媒体更 新响应中携带根据主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在触发条件满足前, 向主叫用户发送媒体 更新请求; 转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行 的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型: 在接收到主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结 该媒体更新响应。
转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在触发条件满足前, 向主叫用户发送媒体 更新请求; 转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行 的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型, 进行主叫用户与第三方用户的媒体协商: 接收到第三用户的响应消息后, 緩存该响应消息中携带的第三用户的媒 体信息; 接收到主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新响应; 将緩存 的第三用户的媒体信息发送给主叫用户。 本发明还提供一种转移类业务的应用服务器(AS ) , 该 AS设置为: 在主叫用户与第二用户进行媒体协商且所述第二用户的触发条件满足 时, 将呼叫转移到第三方用户, 完成所述主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体 协商的提议(offer ) /应答(answer )模型, 进行所述主叫用户与所述第三方 用户的媒体协商。

该 AS还设置为: 在所述触发条件满足前向第二用户发送携带所述主叫 用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;

综上所述, 本发明在前向通道中完成主叫用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型, 从而使主叫用户能够与呼叫转移到的第三方用户进行媒体 协商, 以实现呼叫转接业务。

触发转移类业务后, 由于前向通道的唯一性, 需要使用该前向通道和呼 叫转移到的第三方用户进行媒体协商, 而如果前向通道中主叫用户所进行的 媒体协商尚未完成, 就无法进行主叫用户与呼叫转移到的第三方用户的媒体 协商, 本发明在前向通道完成主叫用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模 型, 进而进行主叫用户与呼叫转移到的第三方用户的媒体协商。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方法进行说明。
下面仍以主叫用户 A呼叫被叫用户 B, 被叫用户 B签约有一号通顺振业 务, 顺振到用户 C、 用户 D和用户 E, 用户 C也签约有前转类业务或一号通 顺振业务为例, 对本发明的方法进行说明。
实施例 1 :
图 3所示为在顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足时, AS已向用户 N发送 媒体更新请求的情况下,实现主叫用户 A与用户 D的媒体协商的方法,包括: 301 : AS接收到主叫用户 A的媒体信息后, 向用户 N发送媒体更新请求
( offer ) , 该媒体更新请求中携带有主叫用户 A的媒体信息;
302: 顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足, AS向主叫用户 A发送媒体更新 响应(answer ) , 在媒体更新响应中携带根据 offer中携带的主叫用户 A的媒 体信息构造的假媒体;
主叫用户 A接收到媒体更新响应后,媒体工作方式处于非激活( inactive ) 状态, 不再与用户 N进行媒体协商, 前向通道中的 offer/answer模型完成, 可 以进行媒体协商。
303: AS向用户 N发送释放消息;
304: AS向用户 D发送会话邀请 ( Invite ) 消息;
305: 用户 D接收到 Invite消息后 , 向 AS返回 Invite消息的响应消息 , 在该响应消息中携带其自身的媒体信息;
306: AS接收到用户 D的响应消息后, 通过前向通道将用户 D的媒体信 息发送给主叫用户 A, 进行媒体协商。 实施例 2:
图 4所示为在顺振呼叫用户 D后, AS收到主叫用户 A的媒体更新请求, 实现主叫用户 A与用户 D的媒体协商的方法, 包括:
401 : 顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足, AS向用户 N发送释放消息;
402: AS向用户 D发送 Invite消息;
403:主叫用户 A向 AS发送媒体更新请求,携带主叫用户 A的媒体信息;
404: AS接收到主叫用户 A的媒体更新请求后, 向主叫用户 A发送媒体 更新响应,在媒体更新响应中携带根据 offer中携带的主叫用户 A的媒体构造 的艮媒体;
405: 用户 D向 AS返回 Invite消息的响应消息, 在该响应消息中携带其 自身的媒体信息;
406: AS接收到用户 D的响应消息后, 通过前向通道将用户 D的媒体信 息发送给主叫用户 A, 进行媒体协商。 实施例 3:
图 5所示为在顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足前, AS已向主叫用户 A 发送媒体更新请求的情况下, 实现主叫用户 A与用户 D的媒体协商的方法, 包括:
501 : AS向主叫用户 A发送媒体更新请求, 该媒体更新请求中携带有用 户 N的媒体信息;
502: 顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足, AS向用户 N发送释放消息;
503: AS向用户 D发送 Invite消息;
504: 主叫用户 A向 AS返回媒体更新响应;
505: AS接收到主叫用户 A的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新响应, 即不再转发媒体更新响应消息中携带的媒体信息;
AS接收到主叫用户 A的媒体更新响应, 并终结媒体更新响应表明前向 通道中的 offer/answer模型完成, 不再进行主叫用户 A与用户 N的媒体协商, 因此, 可以进行主叫用户 A与用户 D的媒体协商。
506: 用户 D向 AS返回 Invite消息的响应消息, 在该响应消息中携带其 自身的媒体信息;
507: AS接收到用户 D的响应消息后, 通过前向通道将用户 D的媒体信 息发送给主叫用户 A, 进行媒体协商。
实施例 4:
图 6所示为在顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足前, AS已向主叫用户 A 发送媒体更新请求, 且在接收到用户 D对 Invite消息的响应消息前未接收到 主叫用户 A的媒体更新响应的情况下,实现主叫用户 A与用户 D的媒体协商 的方法, 包括:
601 : AS向主叫用户 A发送媒体更新请求, 该媒体更新请求中携带有用 户 N的媒体信息;
602: 顺振呼叫用户 D的触发条件满足, AS向用户 N发送释放消息; 603: AS向用户 D发送 Invite消息;
604: 用户 D向 AS返回 Invite消息的响应消息, 在该响应消息中携带其 自身的媒体信息;
605: AS緩存用户 D返回的 Invite消息的响应消息中携带的用户 D的媒 体信息;
606: 主叫用户 A向 AS返回媒体更新响应;
607: AS接收到主叫用户 A的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新响应消 息, 即不再转发媒体更新响应消息中携带的媒体信息;
608: AS将緩存的用户 D的媒体信息通过前向通道发送给主叫用户 A, 进行媒体协商。
图 7所示为本发明的实现转移类业务的系统, 包括: 主叫用户、 第二用 户、 第三用户和转移类业务的 AS, 其中:
主叫用户, 用于与第二用户进行媒体协商; 转移类业务的 AS, 用于在触发条件满足时, 将呼叫转移到第三方用户, 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型,进行主叫用 户与第三方用户的媒体协商。
转移类业务的 AS,还用于在触发条件满足前向第二用户发送携带主叫用 户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
转移类业务的 AS 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型的方法为: 向主叫用户发送媒体更新响应, 在该媒体更新响 应中携带根据主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
转移类业务的 AS,还用于在触发条件满足,将呼叫转移到第三方用户时, 接收主叫用户的携带该主叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
转移类业务的 AS 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型的方法为: 向主叫用户发送媒体更新响应, 在该媒体更新响 应中携带根据主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
转移类业务的 AS,还用于在触发条件满足前, 向主叫用户发送媒体更新 请求;
转移类业务的 AS 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型的方法为: 在接收到主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒 体更新响应。
转移类业务的 AS,还用于在触发条件满足前, 向主叫用户发送媒体更新 请求;
转移类业务的 AS 完成主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型, 进行主叫用户与第三方用户的媒体协商的方法为:
接收到第三用户的响应消息后, 緩存该响应消息中携带的第三用户的媒 体信息; 接收到主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新响应; 将緩存 的第三用户的媒体信息发送给主叫用户。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。 工业实用性
本发明在前向通道中完成主叫用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模 型, 从而使主叫用户能够与呼叫转移到的第三方用户进行媒体协商, 以实现 呼叫转接业务。

1、 一种实现转移类业务的方法, 包括:
主叫用户与第二用户进行媒体协商; 以及 在触发条件满足时, 转移类业务的应用服务器(AS )将呼叫转移到第三 方用户, 完成所述主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的提议(offer ) /应 答( answer )模型, 进行所述主叫用户与所述第三方用户的媒体协商。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述触发条件满足前, 若所述转 移类业务的 AS 已向第二用户发送携带所述主叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新 请求, 则所述完成所述主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer 模型的步骤包括:

6、 一种实现转移类业务的系统, 包括: 主叫用户、 第二用户、 第三用户 和转移类业务的应用服务器(AS ) ,
所述转移类业务的 AS设置为: 在所述主叫用户与所述第二用户进行媒 体协商且触发条件满足时, 将呼叫转移到所述第三方用户, 完成所述主叫用 户与第二用户所进行的媒体协商的提议 ( offer ) /应答( answer )模型, 进行 所述主叫用户与所述第三方用户的媒体协商。

所述转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在所述触发条件满足前向第二用户发 送携带所述主叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
所述转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成所述主叫用户与第二用 户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型: 向所述主叫用户发送媒体更新响 应, 在该媒体更新响应中携带根据所述主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。

所述转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在触发条件满足, 将呼叫转移到第三 方用户时,接收所述主叫用户的携带该主叫用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求; 所述转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成所述主叫用户与第二用 户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型: 向所述主叫用户发送媒体更新响 应, 在该媒体更新响应中携带根据所述主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在所述触发条件满足前, 向所述主叫 用户发送媒体更新请求;
所述转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成所述主叫用户与第二用 户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型:在接收到所述主叫用户的媒体更新 响应后, 终结该媒体更新响应。

所述转移类业务的 AS还设置为: 在所述触发条件满足前, 向所述主叫 用户发送媒体更新请求;
所述转移类业务的 AS是设置为以如下方式完成所述主叫用户与第二用 户所进行的媒体协商的 offer/answer模型,进行所述主叫用户与所述第三方用 户的媒体协商:
接收到所述第三用户的响应消息后, 緩存该响应消息中携带的所述第三 用户的媒体信息; 接收到所述主叫用户的媒体更新响应后, 终结该媒体更新 响应; 将緩存的第三用户的媒体信息发送给所述主叫用户。
11、 一种转移类业务的应用服务器(AS ) , 该 AS设置为:
在主叫用户与第二用户进行媒体协商且所述第二用户的触发条件满足 时, 将呼叫转移到第三方用户, 完成所述主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体 协商的提议(offer ) /应答(answer )模型, 进行所述主叫用户与所述第三方 用户的媒体协商。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的 AS,
该 AS还设置为: 在所述触发条件满足前向第二用户发送携带所述主叫 用户的媒体信息的媒体更新请求;
该 AS是设置为以如下方式完成所述主叫用户与第二用户所进行的媒体 协商的 offer/answer模型: 向所述主叫用户发送媒体更新响应, 在该媒体更新 响应中携带根据所述主叫用户的媒体信息构造的假媒体。
