Abstract

La production viticole est l'une des activités agro-industrielles les plus importantes. La qualité des raisins produits dans un vignoble dépend de la façon dont la vigne s'adapte et réagit au climat et au type de sol. La gestion de cette qualité est un aspect fondamental pour la production de vins. La présente invention décrit un procédé de surveillance de la production de raisins basé sur la spectroscopie UV-VIS-SWNIR (ultraviolet/visible/proche infrarouge à ondes courtes), et permet de déterminer comment obtenir et traiter des informations sur les caractéristiques physico-chimiques du raisin à partir de ces données. Sur la base de cette invention, un gestionnaire de production dispose d'informations pour: déterminer l'uniformité du raisin dans un vignoble donné; diviser le vignoble en lots sur la base des caractéristiques du raisin; surveiller le développement et la maturation du raisin; détecter des zones du vignoble présentant des caractéristiques spécifiques ou anormales; suivre le développement des profils de métabolites dans le raisin.
