Abstract

Ein Spannungswandler umfasst eine Abwärtswandlerschaltung (DCDC) mit einem induktiven Speicher (LSW) und einem ersten kapazitiven Speicher (CDC) sowie eine Ladungspumpenschaltung (CP) mit wenigstens einem zweiten kapazitiven Speicher (CFLY, CFLY1, CFLY2). Die Abwärtswandlerschaltung (DCDC), der eingangsseitig eine Versorgungsspannung (VBAT) zuführbar ist, ist eingerichtet, den ersten kapazitiven Speicher (CDC) in geschaltetem Betrieb auf eine erste Zwischenspannung zu laden. Die Ladungspumpenschaltung (CP) ist eingerichtet, den wenigstens einen zweiten kapazitiven Speicher (CFLY, CFLY1, CFLY2) mit der Versorgungsspannung (VBAT) auf eine zweite Zwischenspannung zu laden und aus der ersten und zweiten Zwischenspannung eine Ausgangsspannung zu erzeugen.
