本发明涉及的是一种手术用的医疗器械, 尤其是一种适合粉碎性骨折的脊 椎用填充器。
背景技术:
在现有技术中, 公知的技术是本申请人在国家知识产权局专利局申请的
200820173700. 0号专利, 该专利公开了一种用于压缩性骨折手术的扩张、 填充 器, 这种填充器是由导管和固定导管的导管座, 在导管内腔有导针, 该导针固 定在导针座上, 在导管的端部有料袋, 所述的料袋与导管之间是靠料袋的连接 头与导管连接, 而连接头与导管的连接一般是靠螺紋连接的, 这样的连接在手 术完成后要想将使料袋与导管分离就必须旋转导管,增加了手术的难度, 另外, 还要将连接头留在人体内, 这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容:
本发明的目的, 就是针对现有技术所存在的不足, 而提供一种脊椎用填充 器的技术方案, 该方案的料袋是靠外套管套在导管的外壁上, 这样在手术完成 后, 只要抽出导管和外套管即可完成, 方便了手术, 在人体内也不需留有无用 的异物。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的: 包括有导管和固定导管的导管座, 在导管内腔有导针, 该导针固定在导针座上, 在导管的端部有用柔软并符合生 物相容性非金属材质或者可吸收材质制成的密封或透气的料袋, 本方案的特点 是在所述的导管外还套有外套管, 所述料袋由幵口端套在导管上, 并位于外套 管与导管之间。 本方案具体的特点还有, 所述外套管的长度与导管的长度相等

本方案的有益效果可裉据对上述方案的叙述得知, 由于在该方案中的导管 外还套有长度与导管等长或比导管短的外套管,所述料袋由开口端套在导管上, 再由外套管套在料袋之外, 使料袋的位置在导管与外套管之间。 导管与外套管 之间的间隙要与料袋的壁厚相匹配, 该匹配是导管、 料袋和外套管之间存在滑 动配合。 这一结构, 所述的料袋是靠外套管套在导管的外壁上, 通过导管可向 料袋注入骨水泥等骨材料, 这样在手术完成后, 只要将导管和外套管一并抽出 即可完成, 既方便了手术, 同时在人体内也不需留有无用的异物。 由此可见, 本发明与现有技术相比, 具有实质性特点和进步, 其实施的有益效果也是显而 易见的。

通过附图可以看出, 本方案的脊椎用填充器有导管 3和固定导管 3的导管座 6, 在导管 3内腔有导针 2, 该导针 2固定在导针座 7上, 在导管 3的端部有用柔软 并符合生物相容性非金属材质或者可吸收材质制成的密封或透气的料袋 1,料袋 1的长度在 10- 50毫米之间, 该料袋 1可以是单层或在料袋外壁还有料袋保护层。 本方案是在所述的导管 3外还套有外套管 4, 所述外套管 4的长度与导管 3的长度 相等或比导管 3的长度短,外套管 4长度比导管 3长度短在 0. 1- 40毫米之间,而外 套管 4长度比导管 3长度短的最佳值为 5-15毫米, 本具体实施方式为 10毫米。 所 述的料袋 1是由开口端套在导管 3上, 再由外套管 4套在料袋 1上,使料袋 1的位置 在外套管 4与导管 3之间,所述外套管 4覆盖料袋 1的长度可在 5- 50毫米之间,本具 体实施方式在手术时,外套管 4覆盖料袋 1的长度为 20毫米。所述导管 3与外套管 4之间的间隙要与所用的料袋 1壁厚相匹配, 该匹配为导管 3、 料袋 1和外套管 4 之间有较紧密的滑动配合, 由此, 外套管 4还能给料袋 1的伸出长度定位。 另外, 所述的外套管 4还可以固定在外套管座 5上, 该外套管座 5与导管座 6之间有可拆 装的连接, 这种连接可以有多种, 本具体实施方式的外套管座 5与导管座 6之间 可拆装的连接是采用螺纹连接。

权利要求
1. 一种脊椎用填充器, 包括有导管和固定导管的导管座, 在导管内腔有导 针, 该导针固定在导针座上, 在导管的端部有用柔软并符合生物相容性非金属 材质或者可吸收材质制成的密封或透气的料袋, 其特征是: 在所述的导管外还 套有外套管, 所述料袋由开口端套在导管上, 并位于外套管与导管之间。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述外套管的长度与导管的 长度相等或比导管的长度短。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述外套管长度比导管长 度短为 0. 1-40毫米。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述外套管长度比导管长度 短的最佳值为 5-15毫米。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述料袋的长度在 10- 50毫米 之间。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述外套管覆盖料袋的长 度在 5- 50毫米之间。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的填充器, .其特征是: 所述导管与外套管之间的间 隙与料袋的壁厚相匹配。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述的料袋是单层。
