为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实 施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅 仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
在本发明实施例中, 为系统邮件设置专用标识字段, 并对电子邮箱系统的 所有外部入信点接收的邮件进行扫描, 过滤所有外部入信点接收的邮件中包含 的专用标识字段, 再通过判断所接收到的所有邮件中是否包含专用标识字段来 判断该邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异于普通 邮件的方式输出, 从而防止了系统邮件被仿冒。
现有的电子邮箱系统一般包括邮件服务器。 其中普通邮件的传输流程分为 以下两种情况:
1、 同域发信, 即发信者与收信者在同一邮件服务器的服务范围, 如 test@qq.com向 testl @ qq.com发送邮件, 其具体流程如下:
用户 test@qq.com通过浏览器或者邮件客户端软件登陆 qq.com邮件服务器 后, 通过浏览器发信点 (Web 发信点)或者筒单邮件传输协议(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, SMTP )入信点, 即可向目标用户 testl @ qq.com发送邮件, qq.com 邮件服务器收到该邮件后先进行緩存, 再根据目标用户的邮件地址 testl @qq.com得知该邮件是发送至其服务范围内的用户 testl @qq.com 的, 则 qq.com邮件服务器直接将緩存的该邮件存储在用户 testl @qq.com的收件夹中。 2、 跨域发信, 即发信者与收信者不在同一邮件服务器的服务范围, 如 test@qq.com向 test@gmail.com发送邮件, 其具体流程如下:
用户 test@qq.com通过浏览器或者邮件客户端软件登陆 qq.com邮件服务器 后,通过 Web发信点或者 SMTP入信点, 即可向目标用户 test@gmail.com发送 邮件, qq.com邮件服务器收到该邮件后先进行緩存, 再根据目标用户的邮箱地 址 test@gmail.com查询是否存在 gmail.com的由 P件交换 i己录 ( Mail Exchanger, MX ) , 并在查询到 gmail.com的 MX记录后, qq.com邮件服务器通过该 MX 入信点将该邮件发送到 MX记录所指定的 gmail.com邮件服务器上, gmail.com 邮件服务器收到该邮件后先进行緩存, 再根据目标用户的邮件地址 test@gmail.com得知该邮件是发送至其服务范围内的用户 test@gmail.com的, 则 gmail.com邮件服务器直接将緩存的该邮件存储在用户 test@gmail.com的收 件夹中。
而系统邮件是邮件系统发给自己服务的用户的邮件, 其传输流程并不通过 普通邮件的 web发信点、 SMTP入信点及 MX入信点, 而是通过邮件系统后台 服务程序直接将邮件内容存入用户的收件夹中。
图 1示出了本发明实施例提供的系统邮件输出方法的实现流程,详述如下: 在步骤 S101中, 为系统邮件设置专用标识字段。
其中专用标识字段是系统邮件专有的字段, 用于标识该邮件为系统邮件。 在本发明实施例中, 可以在邮件头信息中增加专用标识字段, 当然也可以在邮 件体等邮件的其他部分增加专用标识字段。
由于系统邮件可能包括多种类型, 为了标识系统邮件的类型, 在本发明另 一实施例中, 通过为系统邮件的专用标识字段设置多个不同的值, 每个值表示 系统邮件的一种类型, 在发送系统邮件时, 通过为系统邮件的专用标识字段设 置不同的值, 从而对系统邮件的类型进行标识。
在步骤 S102中, 对电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点接收的邮件进行扫描, 过滤从外部入信点接收到的邮件中包含的专用标识字段。 电子邮箱系统的外部入信点包括 Web发信点, SMTP入信点, MX入信 点等。 在电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点对邮件进行扫描, 判断邮件是否包含 专用标识字段, 如果是, 则过滤该邮件中包含的专用标识字段。 其中过滤邮件 中包含的专用标识字段的方式可以是将邮件中包含的专用标识字段删除, 或者 在邮件包含的专用标识字段中增加新的内容。
在本发明实施例中, 由于系统邮件不需要经过电子邮箱系统的任何入信点 就可以发送到目标用户, 而除系统邮件以外的任意普通邮件均需要经过电子邮 箱系统的外部入信点才能发送到目标用户, 从而在对电子邮箱系统的所有外部 入信点接收的邮件进行扫描, 过滤邮件中包含的专用标识字段时, 将对除系统 邮件以外的任意普通邮件均进行过滤处理, 而不对系统邮件进行过滤处理, 从 而使过滤后的普通邮件中均不包括专用标识字段, 而系统邮件中均包含专用标 识字段。
在步骤 S103中,通过检索所有收到的邮件中是否包含专用标识字段来判断 邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异于普通邮件的 方式输出。
在本发明实施例中, 由于对电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点接收的邮件进 行扫描, 并过滤了邮件中包含的专用标识字段, 因此, 从入信点接收的邮件中 一定不包含专用标识字段, 而系统邮件设置有专用标识字段, 且系统邮件不需 要通过入信点, 因此, 通过检索收到的所有邮件中是否包含专用标识字段, 即 可判断出邮件是系统邮件还是普通邮件, 如果是系统邮件, 则采用异于普通邮 件的方式输出。
在本发明实施例中, 可以将系统邮件的主题以异于普通邮件主题的颜色显 示, 如当普通邮件的主题以黑色显示时, 则系统邮件的主题以除黑色以外的任 意颜色显示; 也可以为系统邮件添加图标后显示, 或者将系统邮件的图标以异 于普通邮件图标的方式显示, 如当普通邮件的图标为缺省时, 系统邮件以任意 图标方式显示; 还可以将系统邮件的字体以异于普通邮件的字体显示, 如当普 通邮件的字体以宋体显示时, 则系统邮件以宋体以外的其他任意字体显示。 容 易理解, 系统邮件的输出方式不限于上述几种, 还可以根据用户需要, 采用其 他异于普通邮件的方式输出。
在本发明另一实施例中, 为了保护用户不受恶意邮件的影响, 在输出普通 邮件时, 禁止可以在客户端执行的代码, 而在输出系统邮件时不进行限制, 以 使系统邮件可以有更为丰富的展现方式。
为了进一步便于用户将普通邮件和系统邮件区分开来, 在本发明另一实施 例中, 该方法还包括下述步骤:
当检测到鼠标悬停于输出的系统邮件时, 提示用户该邮件为系统邮件。 其 中提示用户该邮件为系统邮件的方式可以为输出提示框、 增加展示栏目、 或者 其他方式。
由于直接从邮件中检索是否包含专用标识字段需要花费较多的时间, 导致 电子邮箱系统的性能下降, 为了提高电子邮箱系统的性能, 在本发明另一实施 例中, 该方法还包括下述步骤:
在邮件索引中设置专用标识字段的值, 通过检索邮件索引中的专用标识字 段的值来判断邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异 于普通邮件的方式输出。
在本发明实施例中, 如果邮件服务器在从电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点 接收到其服务范围内的邮件后, 先緩存, 再将该邮件存储到目标用户的收件夹 中, 在此过程中, 如果该邮件包含专用标识字段, 则将专用标识字段对应的值 存储至邮件索引的专用标识字段中, 如果该邮件不包含专用标识字段, 则将邮 件索引的专用标识字段设置为默认值, 从而通过检索邮件索引中的专用标识字 段的值即可判断邮件是否为系统邮件。
当在发送系统邮件时, 为了标识系统邮件的类型, 为系统邮件的专用标识 字段设置了用于标识该系统邮件类型的值时, 则在本发明另一实施例中, 该方 法还包括下述步骤:
通过检索邮件中是否包含专用标识字段来判断邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在 判定为系统邮件时, 通过检索该系统邮件的专用标识字段的值得到系统邮件的 类型, 并在将系统邮件以异于普通邮件的方式输出的同时, 将不同类型的系统 邮件以不同的方式输出。
由于部分邮件, 如系统邮件等, 对于用户而言其多数是具有时效性的, 即 当过了一段时间或用户阅读之后对用户就失去了继续保存的意义, 所以随着时 间的积累, 这些邮件将成为用户邮箱中的垃圾, 不但占用了宝贵的服务器资源, 也对用户管理自己的邮箱造成巨大的困挠。 为了保证用户邮箱的清洁, 减轻用 户管理邮箱的困难, 节约邮件服务器资源, 在本发明另一实施例中, 在设置系 统邮件的专用标识字段的值时, 设置用于标识该系统邮件为自销毁邮件类型的 值(为了便于说明, 以后称为自销毁类型) , 此时, 当系统邮件的专用标识字 段的值为自销毁类型时, 该方法还包括下述步骤:
在步骤 S104中, 为系统邮件设置自销毁字段,该自销毁字段用于标识是否 对系统邮件进行自销毁处理。 在本发明另一实施例中, 该自销毁字段还用于标 识自销毁时间。
在本发明实施例中, 可以在为系统邮件设置自销毁字段时, 对所有系统邮 件的自销毁字段的值进行统一设置, 并统一设置系统邮件的自销毁时间; 也可 以为用户提供自销毁字段设置界面, 以使用户自定义系统邮件的自销毁字段的 值; 还可以在为系统邮件设置自销毁字段时, 对部分系统邮件的自销毁字段的 值进行统一设置, 并设置系统邮件的自销毁时间, 其他系统邮件的自销毁字段 的值由用户自定义。
在步骤 S105中, 实时检测是否有到期的自销毁邮件,并在检测到到期的自 销毁邮件时, 删除该邮件。
由于在检测是否有到期的自销毁邮件时, 是通过检索邮件的自销毁字段的 值来判断是否有到期的自销毁邮件的, 而直接从邮件中检索邮件的自销毁字段 的值需要花费较多的时间, 导致电子邮箱系统的性能下降, 为了提高电子邮箱 系统的性能, 在本发明另一实施例中, 该方法还包括下述步骤:
在邮件索引中增加自销毁字段, 通过实时检测邮件索引中邮件的自销毁字 段来判断是否检测到到期的自销毁邮件, 并在检测到到期的自销毁邮件时, 删 除该邮件。
为了使用户一目了然的区分出普通邮件和自销毁邮件, 以便在邮件自销毁 前, 查看邮件内容, 在本发明另一实施例中, 在步骤 S104之后, 该方法还包括 下述步骤:
将自销毁邮件采用异于普通邮件的方式或者异于普通邮件和系统邮件的方 式输出。
为了进一步便于用户区分出自销毁邮件, 在本发明另一实施例中, 该方法 还包括下述步骤:
当检测到鼠标悬停于输出的自销毁邮件时,提示用户该邮件为自销毁邮件。 其中提示用户该邮件为自销毁邮件的方式可以为输出提示框、 增加展示栏目、 或者其他方式。 在提示该邮件为自销毁邮件时, 同时提示邮件的自销毁时间。 还可以提示取消自销毁设定的方法。
为了使用户对邮件的自销毁字段的值进行自定义, 以使用户更方便的对邮 件进行管理, 在本发明另一实施例中, 该方法还包括下述步骤:
接收用户输入的自销毁字段设置指令和自销毁字段的值, 将目标邮件的自 销毁字段的值更新为用户输入的自销毁字段的值。
图 2示出了本发明实施例提供的系统邮件的输出装置的实现流程, 为了便 于说明, 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 该系统邮件的输出装置可以时 内置于电子邮件系统中的软件单元、 硬件单元或者软硬件相结合的单元, 也可 以作为独立的挂件集成到电子邮件系统中或者电子邮件系统的应用系统中。 其 中:
专用标识字段设置单元 11为系统邮件设置专用标识字段。其中专用标识字 段是系统邮件专有的字段, 用于标识该邮件为系统邮件。 在本发明实施例中, 可以在邮件头信息中增加专用标识字段, 当然也可以在邮件体等邮件的其他部 分增加专用标识字段。
由于系统邮件可能包括多种类型, 为了标识系统邮件的类型, 在本发明另 一实施例中, 通过为系统邮件的专用标识字段设置多个不同的值, 每个值表示 系统邮件的一种类型,专用标识字段设置单元 11还为系统邮件的专用标识字段 设置不同的值, 从而对系统邮件的类型进行标识。
专用标识字段过滤单元 12对电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点接收的邮件 进行扫描, 过滤所有外部入信点接收的邮件中包含的专用标识字段。 其中电子 邮箱系统的外部入信点包括 Web发信点, SMTP入信点, MX入信点等。 其 中过滤邮件中包含的专用标识字段的方式可以是将邮件中包含的专用标识字段 删除, 或者在邮件包含的专用标识字段中增加新的内容。
系统邮件输出单元 13 通过检索接收到的所有邮件中是否包含专用标识字 段来判断邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异于普 通邮件的方式输出。
在本发明实施例中, 可以将系统邮件的主题以异于普通邮件主题的颜色显 示, 如当普通邮件的主题以黑色显示时, 则系统邮件的主题以除黑色以外的任 意颜色显示; 也可以将系统邮件的图标以异于普通邮件图标的方式显示, 如当 普通邮件的图标为缺省时, 系统邮件以任意图标方式显示; 还可以将系统邮件 的字体以异于普通邮件的字体显示, 如当普通邮件的字体以宋体显示时, 则系 统邮件以宋体以外的其他任意字体显示。 容易理解, 系统邮件的输出方式不限 于上述几种, 还可以根据用户需要, 采用其他异于普通邮件的方式输出。
为了进一步便于用户将普通邮件和系统邮件区分开来, 在本发明另一实施 例中, 该装置还包括系统邮件提示单元 14。 该系统邮件提示单元 14在检测到 鼠标悬停于输出的系统邮件时, 提示用户该邮件为系统邮件。 其中提示用户该 邮件为系统邮件的方式可以为输出提示框、 增加展示栏目、 或者其他方式。

当在发送系统邮件时, 为了标识系统邮件的类型, 为系统邮件的专用标识 字段设置了用于标识该系统邮件的类型的值时, 则在本发明另一实施例中, 该 系统邮件输出单元 13 还通过检索邮件中是否包含专用标识字段来判断邮件是 否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 通过检索该系统邮件的专用标识字段 的值得到系统邮件的类型,并在将系统邮件以异于普通邮件的方式输出的同时, 将不同类型的系统邮件以不同的方式输出。

在本发明实施例中, 可以在为邮件设置自销毁字段时, 对所有邮件的自销 毁字段的值进行统一设置, 并统一设置邮件的自销毁时间; 也可以为用户提供 自销毁字段设置界面, 以使用户自定义邮件的自销毁字段的值; 还可以在为邮 件设置自销毁字段时, 对部分邮件的自销毁字段的值进行统一设置, 并设置邮 件的自销毁时间, 其他邮件的自销毁字段的值由用户自定义。 为了使用户对邮 件的自销毁字段的值进行自定义, 以使用户更方便的对邮件进行管理, 在本发 明另一实施例中, 该自销毁字段设置模块 161还用于接收用户输入的自销毁字 段设置指令和自销毁字段的值, 将目标邮件的自销毁字段的值更新为用户输入 的自销毁字段的值。
邮件删除模块 162实时检测是否有到期的自销毁邮件, 并在检测到到期的 自销毁邮件时, 删除该邮件。
由于在检测是否有到期的自销毁邮件时, 是通过检索邮件的自销毁字段的 值来判断是否有到期的自销毁邮件的, 而直接从邮件中检索邮件的自销毁字段 的值需要花费较多的时间, 导致电子邮箱系统的性能下降, 为了提高电子邮箱 系统的性能,在本发明另一实施例中, 邮件索引设置单元 15还用于在邮件索引 中增加自销毁字段,并将邮件的自销毁字段的值存储值邮件索引的自销毁字段。 此时, 邮件删除模块 162通过实时检测邮件索引中邮件的自销毁字段来判断是 否检测到到期的自销毁邮件, 并在检测到到期的自销毁邮件时, 删除该邮件。
为了使用户一目了然的区分出普通邮件和自销毁邮件, 以便在邮件自销毁 前, 查看邮件内容, 在本发明另一实施例中, 该装置还包括自销毁邮件输出单 元 17。 该自销毁邮件输出单元 17将自销毁邮件采用异于普通邮件的方式或者 异于普通邮件和系统邮件的方式输出。
为了进一步便于用户区分出自销毁邮件, 在本发明另一实施例中, 该装置 还包括自销毁邮件提示单元 18。 该自销毁邮件提示单元 18在检测到鼠标悬停 于输出的自销毁邮件时, 提示用户该邮件为自销毁邮件。 其中提示用户该邮件 为自销毁邮件的方式可以为输出提示框、 增加展示栏目、 或者其他方式。 在提 示该邮件为自销毁邮件时, 同时提示邮件的自销毁时间。 还可以提示取消自销 毁设定的方法。
在本发明实施例中, 通过为系统邮件设置专用标识字段, 并对电子邮箱系 统的所有外部入信点接收的邮件进行扫描, 过滤所有外部入信点接收的邮件中 包含的专用标识字段, 从而通过判断接收到的所有邮件中是否包含专用标识字 段即可判断该邮件是否为系统邮件, 从而防止了系统邮件被仿冒, 并在判定为 系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异于普通邮件的方式输出, 便于用户区分系统邮件 和普通邮件。 通过设置系统邮件的专用标识字段的值, 以对系统邮件进行分类 管理, 并在以不同的方式输出不同类型的系统邮件, 从而使用户可以对系统邮 件进行分类管理, 给用户带来了方便。 通过为邮件设置自销毁字段, 从而根据 邮件的自销毁字段的值对邮件进行自销毁处理, 从而筒化了用户邮箱的管理。 通过邮件索引来检索专用标识字段的值来判断邮件是否为系统邮件, 从而提高 了电子邮箱系统的性能。

1、 一种系统邮件的输出方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括下述步骤: 为系统邮件设置专用标识字段;
对电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点接收的邮件进行扫描, 过滤所述邮件中 包含的所述专用标识字段;
通过检索电子邮箱系统所有接收到的邮件中是否包含所述专用标识字段来 判断邮件是否为系统邮件, 并在判定为系统邮件时, 将系统邮件以异于普通邮 件的方式输出。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述过滤邮件中包含的专用标 识字段包括:
将所述邮件中包含的所述专用标识字段删除; 或者
在所述邮件包含的所述专用标识字段中增加新的内容。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将系统邮件以异于普通邮件 的方式输出后, 进一步包括:
当检测到鼠标悬停于所述系统邮件时, 提示所述系统邮件为系统邮件。
4、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为系统邮件设置专用标识 字段进一步包括, 为所述专用标识字段设置用于标识系统邮件类型的值。
5、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将系统邮件以异于普通邮 件的方式输出包括, 将不同值的系统邮件以不同的方式输出。
6、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述系统邮件类型的值进一步 包括自销毁邮件类型的值, 所述自销毁邮件类型的值包括自销毁时间, 所述自 销毁邮件类型的值用于标识是否对邮件进行自销毁处理;
所述将系统邮件以异于普通邮件的方式输出后进一步包括, 实时检测是否 有到期的所述自销毁字段的值的自销毁邮件,并在检测到有所述自销毁邮件时, 删除所述自销毁邮件。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实时检测是否有到期的所 述自销毁字段的值的自销毁邮件, 并在检测到有所述自销毁邮件时, 删除所述 自销毁邮件包括:
在邮件索引中增加自销毁字段, 并将所述自销毁字段的值存储至邮件索引 的自销毁字段;
通过实时检测邮件索引的自销毁字段来判断是否检测到到期的自销毁邮 件, 并在检测到有到期的自销毁邮件时, 删除所述自销毁邮件。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述为系统邮件设置自销毁 字段的值之后进一步包括:
将所述自销毁邮件以异于普通邮件的方式, 或者异于普通邮件和系统邮件 的方式输出。
9、 一种系统邮件的输出装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
专用标识字段设置单元, 用于为系统邮件设置专用标识字段;
专用标识字段过滤单元, 用于对电子邮箱系统的所有外部入信点接收的邮 件进行扫描, 过滤所述邮件中包含的专用标识字段;

邮件自销毁单元, 用于根据预设的邮件的自销毁字段的值对带有自销毁字 段的值的系统邮件进行自销毁处理。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述邮件自销毁单元包括: 自销毁字段设置模块, 用于为系统邮件设置自销毁字段, 则该系统邮件为 自销毁邮件,所述自销毁字段用于标识是否对所述自销毁邮件进行自销毁处理, 所述自销毁字段还用于标识自销毁时间; 邮件删除模块, 用于实时检测是否有到期的自销毁邮件, 并在检测到有到 期的自销毁邮件时, 删除所述自销毁邮件。
13、 一种电子邮箱系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子邮箱系统包括权利要求 9 至 12任一权利要求所述的系统邮件的输出装置。
