不管是否需要进行交互, 都不是在线业务被普及的障碍。 近几年来, 移 动通信网络及其设备相关产业链的发展和普及导致了诸多商机的诞生, 也在 导致信息产业自身技术发展产生变革的同时, 带动在线业务的同步变革并发 展。
用户访问在线业务依赖于人机交互设备的操作系统和输入系统, 其中操 作系统包括 NOVEL、 UNIX, LINUX, WINDOWS 等适用于个人计算机的传统操作 系统, 也包括基于便携式交互设备如手机、 Pa lm、 PDA等的各种新型的操作系 统 WINDOWS CE、 SYBIAN、 ANDROID, NOVA等在内; 而输入系统更是多种多样, 典型的, 以输入工具分类, 有语音、 键码方式、 触摸、 点选虚拟键盘等, 此 外, 适应不同国家语言还需制定不同的输入规则以构造字词, 故此, 几乎每 一种语言的输入均包含多种输入规则。 故而, 对在线业务的访问离不开操作 系统与输入系统的配合。
在所有传统的操作系统中, 其功能逻辑与输入逻辑是完全分离的, 表现 在如浏览器与输入法由不同的系统软件、 模块分别独立完成, 导致用户必须 完成繁复的输入过程方才过渡到执行功能的过程, 而且从输入指令到运行功 能的过渡均是由用户自行操作方能完成, 这样便导致用户进行人机交互时的 效率明显低下, 进而也影响了在线业务的运营效果。 这样的情况在带手机之 类的袖珍设备上要比在带鼠标的计算机上来得明显。
以公知的门户网站为例, 在既有的计算机的操作系统中, 访问某个已知 门户网站阅读其广告或新闻, 最常用的方式包括如下几个步驟: 1 )查找并点 选(输入)运行浏览器; 2 )输入网址; 3 ) 最终确定访问该网站。 只有完成 这些步驟, 该网站的页面才能呈现给用户, 用户方能获得其中的传媒信息。 而对于某个未知的门户网站或其消息, 则用户往往需要先行进入一个搜索引 擎网站找到相应页面链接后, 方能打开相应的内容。 总而言之, 从输入到功 能, 需要一个繁复的过程, 而且此一在线业务的进行, 需要依赖于用户对该 业务信息(主要包括其网址) 的已知。
再以在现有移动通信终端一一手机中运营在线订票业务为例, 每一在线 业务均由多个公司各自为政, 在其自身的网站上运营。 设用户明确某个网址, 一般是由用户通过诸多按键找到并运行某浏览器 , 然后在浏览器的预设主 页中点击 "输入网址", 再在进入的页面中输入该在线订票网站的网址, 然后 按确定。 在进入该网站主页后, 可能还需要通过选取多个导航网页才能进入 最终的订票页面。 几乎每一种在线业务都需经相类似的操作。 可见, 在线业 务的离散分布及其操作上的繁杂程度往往令用户望而却步, 不如一个电话来 得方便, 由此便影响了在线业务的推广。
因此, 目前的在线业务仍无法更好地普及、 发展, 综合上述实例可知在 线业务的运营至少存在如下缺陷:
首先, 基于目前的软件技术而言, 在 3G迅速发展的当下, 网络整合日渐 加快, 而在线业务及其运营却遇到了分布离散、 操作繁杂等技术瓶颈, 如何 突破这一瓶颈, 是本领域一直期望克服的难题;
再者, 由于在线业务呈离散式现状, 不利于网络运营商的有效管理, 网 络运营 (接入) 商只能提供相应接口却无法自行或由他方过滤有害业务, 一 些虚假网站利用这种漏洞将某种在线业务作为钓饵诈骗消费者的现象层出不 穷, 而运营商却需为其背书, 显然, 当前的在线业务运营方法也不甚科学; 此外, 对于在线业务经营者而言, 由于目前的这种离散发展的现状而导 致其无法良性发展, 故其在线业务收益也有所局限。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足, 本发明的首要目的在于提供一种能集中运营在线 业务、 便于方便快捷运营在线业务的在线业务管理网络。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种与前一目的相适应的在线业务运营方 法。
本发明的再一目的在于优化资源管理、 便于对在线业务进行有效监管、 最大化各方经济效益的在线业务运营方法。
为实现上述各目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案:

1 )用户通过业务客户端的输入系统输入以表达其原始意思;
2 )业务客户端输入系统根据用户的输入进行构词, 将已构之词作为 关键词检索其内建数据库中相关的业务信息; 业务客户端通过一管理服 务器更新其内建数据库;

此外, 该方法还包括协作关系 5 ), 监管者通过对管理服务商的映射关系 中的数据和 /或其中业务信息所指向的在线业务的内容进行过滤实现安全管 理。
根据本发明一实施例所揭示, 所述业务服务商与网络接入商同一。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明至少具有如下罗列的优点:
1、 实现了用户原始意思表达到网络应用的延伸。 通过改良业务客户端输 入系统使之随用户输入实时检索与输入关键词相关的相关业务信息, 再直接 由用户选择相关业务信息之一进行所选择业务信息指向的在线业务, 省却了 中间操作过程, 将用户原始意思相对直接地在网络上延伸以执行相关应用, 既简便快捷, 又节省了不必要的时间耗费, 有时也节省用户流量等;
2、 实现了在线业务的综合管理。 通过提供管理服务器(管理服务商), 使得多个业务服务器(业务服务商) 的在线业务能被集中管理, 从而便可以 通过对管理服务器(管理服务商)进行监控来保障在线业务的安全运营, 建 立业务客户端 (业务客户)与业务服务器(业务服务商)之间的互信, 进一 步促进在线业务被用户认可, 以配合公用网络的高速发展;
3、 实现资源管理的优化。 对业务客户端 (业务客户) 而言, 纷繁复杂的 网络信息鱼目混珠, 难以鉴别真伪, 往往降低了业务客户的使用意向和使用 信心, 由于管理服务器(管理服务商) 的引入, 具备了通过其有效管理为业 务客户端 (业务客户)提供精准、 高效、 明确、 及时的业务信息的能力, 使 用户得以最少的精力获取最精确的信息, 符合眼球经济时代的多方交互的需 求, 能更有利于本发明的普及应用;
4、 最大化参与各方的经济效益。 本发明中, 通过在业务服务商 (业务服 务器)、 管理服务商 (管理服务器)和业务客户端(业务客户)之间建立彼此 的协作关系, 分工明确, 运行更高效, 更重要的是, 本发明引入了需求至利 益的分配机制, 且实现在线计费, 便于相关各方进行费用结算和报表共享, 大大提高了经营效率, 使得各方都能获取最大的经济效益。 本发明的有益效果远不止于上述罗列诸要点, 限于篇幅而不加赘述。 需 要进一步强调的是: 其它任何因本发明所想即所得的技术方案的实现而引起 的技术变革, 以及以这种变革所引起的有益效果, 虽未在此明文记载, 均是 属于本领域内普通技术人员和商业领域人员可以推知的。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的在线业务管理网络, 融入了本发明所称的在线业务经营方 法。
请参阅图 1 , 本在线业务管理网络包括业务客户端 1、 业务服务器 3、 管 理服务器 5和公用网络 8。公用网络 8通过网络运营商尤其是网络接入商提供 给业务客户端 1、 业务服务器 3和管理服务器 5接入, 以便几者之间按需进行 通信。
请参阅图 2 ,本发明所称的业务客户端 1 ,作为业务客户,一般具有多个, 其内建有输入系统, 其输入系统指广义输入软件, 即为用于输入表征包含人 类思维的表达式的方式, 广义上, 至少包括语音输入方式、 键码输入方式、 脑电波感应方式、 虹膜感应方式、 以及触摸感应方式等, 分别使用如下对应 的输入装置: 包含麦克风在内的音频接收器、 各式键盘和 /或按钮、 已公知而 未普及的脑电波翻译器、 在其它领域已应用的虹膜识别器以及已广泛应用的 触摸屏等。 狭义而言, 对于键码输入方式, 可以运用多种公知或未知的输入 规则, 例如五笔、 全拼、 双拼、 郑码、 自然码、 区位码、 仓颉、 英文以及其 它国家的各种输入规则等等。 公知的键码式输入系统均具有随用户的按键输 入进行实时构词的功能, 本发明所称的输入系统, 具有不同于传统输入系统 的特点, 其随用户的逐次输入进行实时构词时, 再随同每一实时构词动作的 完成自动检索出与已构之词相关联的业务信息提供给用户直接选择相关业务 信息以进行该业务信息所指向的在线业务。
进一步揭示所述的输入系统。该输入系统包括输入单元 11、存储单元 12、 处理单元 14和输出单元 13 , 输入单元 11、 输出单元 13及存储单元 12均分 别与处理单元 14相连接。
图 1为该输入系统的应用实例示意图。 其中的输入单元 11提供给用户进 行原始意思表达的输入。 以具有硬键盘的手机或电脑为例, 采用硬键盘作为 其输入装置, 所述输出单元 13则为手机或电脑的显示屏; 而以不具有硬键盘 的智能手机或电脑为例, 由于其配备有触摸屏且触摸屏上提供有软键盘, 故 其触摸屏同时具备输入和输出的功能, 在触摸屏上的操作也将等效于硬键盘 的操作。 其它诸如语音方式、 感应方式等, 基本上只提供单向的输入功能, 故不加特别说明。
对于图 1中采用键码工具作为输入装置的情况, 用户利用输入单元 11所 进行的每次单一输入, 是以单个的按键为单位进行的, 由于每个按键至少代 表一个数字, 更甚者可能包括多个字符, 故这种组合的结果可能形成字符串, 也可能形成数字串, 表现在内存中则为至少一组内码序列, 运用输入规则如 拼音、 五笔等将其中的字符串加以组词, 所形成的词组和所述数字串即具有 一定的原始意思表达的作用, 也即形成用户初始输入的原始信息, 其可以内 码序列的形式存储于数据库中, 这种原始信息的表达, 虽然本质上是指机器 中的内码序列, 但在理解时也应与带字义的词组相对应, 将被用作关键词进 行检索。 由于手机按键与键码的对应方向一般为一对多, 故一串按键输入一 般对应多个内码序列, 这些内码序列 (对应于关键词)均构成所述原始信息。 需要指出的是, 用户对原始信息的输入, 受其所采用的输入规则所约束, 故从一个内码序列到其对应的词组之间的对应关系, 由输入规则自身预构建, 本发明所称的原始信息即原始意思表达的输入, 显然还包括对由一串按键产 生的多个词组的选择与确定的操作, 因而进一步地, 本发明所称的输入单元
11的确认输入并不包括按照输入规则进行选词的输入操作。
例如, 在九宫格手机键盘中, 采用 "国笔拼音输入法", 输入 "74744" 所在的按键, 即可形成 "74744"、 "pi shi,,、 "qi shi,,、 "r i shi,,、 "s i shi" 等 数字串或字符串,这些不同字符串均具有各自的对应词汇,如字符串 "pi shi" 可依据输入规则对应于 "批示"、 "屁事,, 等词, "qi shi " 可对应于 "其实"、 "气势,, 等词等, 无论是 "pi shi"、 "批示,, 还是 "屁事", 虽然以一对多的 关系存在, 但在本机内存中均表现为相互独立且具有唯一性的内码序列, 对 用户而言, 均是组词的结果, 对系统本身而言, 由顺序按键 "74744" 所形成 的这些数字串和字符串所造之词的集合均为对应于该通按键操作的原始信 息。 而如果上述这些关键词中, 用户依据输入规则在多个关键词中选择 "批 示" 并予以确认, 则此时的原始信息自然具有唯一确定性。 但确认某个关键 词本身的操作, 是属于输入规则本身所界定的功能范围。
但是, 作为本发明的一个特例, 也可以约束输入系统只有在用户对多个 所构之词进行选词之后方才能进行关联业务信息的检索。 此时, 选词的操作 被视为手动进行关联业务信息的检索的操作。 也即, 本发明在利用所构之词 检索相关联业务信息时, 有两种情况, 一为在实时输入并实时构词的过程中 自动利用已构之词 (表现为内码序列)作为关键词进行关联业务信息检索并 显示; 另一则为在用户停止输入后, 在一个或多个已构之词 (表现为内码序 列) 中点选确定时, 方才检索关联业务信息并显示。
对于 26键盘 (包括手机和计算机) 而言, 由于键与字符间具有——对应 关系, 故所组成的字符串以及所造之词必然相对减少, 但其理与前者同。 对于采用语音、 感应之类的其它输入装置而言, 所运用的输入规则不同 于键码方式, 但其必经之路无非在内存中形成内码序列, 故其本质同于上述 键盘输入的手机。
输入单元 11除了用于输入原始信息之外, 还用于提供给用户进行对业务 信息的确认输入。 如前所定义, 该确认输入的操作不属于输入规则所界定的 功能范围, 而是仅仅对属于从业务信息中选出的关联业务信息的确认操作, 在后述的描述中, 将对输入单元 11处理确认输入进行配合描述。
所述的存储单元 12中, 存储有一数据库, 该数据库可以由本领域普通技 术人员在阅读本发明后实现, 此处所称数据库为广义数据库, 是指一组存在 映射关系的信息的集合, 可以由文本文件实现、 也可由哈希表实现, 或者可 由其它公知形式实现。
请参阅图 3 , 该数据库中, 存在一种映射关系建立关键词和业务信息之间 的映射, 以用户输入并由输入系统构造的词作为关键词进行检索, 可能获得 与之相关联的至少一个业务信息。 如前所述的由一组按键形成的多个内码序 列构成了用户输入的原始信息, 这些原始信息相对应的多个内码序列直接对 应多个关键词, 而业务信息则为预设的内容, 其预先记载了与某些关键词在 语义上相关联的至少一个用于进行在线业务的业务信息, 而这些与一个关键 词相关联的业务信息的集合即形成本发明所称的关联业务信息。 需要指出的 是, 所述关键词与业务信息之间的映射关系, 并非限定以数据表中记录的形 式实现, 它可以采用多个数据表(如多个哈希表)进行复杂的关联, 只要一 个数据库中直接或间接存在关键词与业务信息之间的映射关系, 而且关键词 与业务信息之间的对应关系既可为一对一, 也可为一对多, 即视为未超脱本 发明的实质精神。
在语义上相关联, 是指按照预设的语义规则, 业务信息中存在至少一信 息与某关键词具有某种诸如下位、 上位、 外延、 同义、 反义、 承接、 并列、 转折、 扩展、 指代等联系。 例如, 内码序列 "10000001" 与其对应的关键词 为 "批示", 与 "批示" 同义的词为 "指示", 其扩展词可以为 "文件"、 "内 容", 其指代词可以为其网址, 也可以为其路径, 还可以是其某种相关参数, 如在内码序列 "00000001" 所对应的词为号码串 "13800138000" 时, 可以与 "电话号码查询"相关联等。
在语义上相关联与在语义上相等是不同的, 在语义上相等, 是指按照相 应的某种输入规则, 业务信息中存在至少一信息与某内码序列被预定义的某 种文字的对应词组完全相等, 如由 "pi shi " 表征的内码序列 "10000001 " , 其所对应的词组为 "批示"。如前所述, 其对应关系由该种输入规则本身约定, 不属本发明所定义的业务信息, 本发明的业务信息相对内码序列的对应词组 而言具有一定的目的性是其特征。 但是, 这不等于表明业务信息中不能存在 与所述对应词组完全相同的字符, 是否存在这种字符不是本发明所称业务信 息需要考虑的重点, 不应以此来限制本发明对业务信息的定义。
上述所有这些在语义上相关联的业务信息的集合, 只要其关联于同一内 码序列, 皆被本发明定义为与此一内码序列 (原始信息)相关联的关联业务 信息。
本发明所称的业务信息, 是指其链接指向某个业务服务器 3 所提供的某 种在线业务内容的信息集合。 例如, 业务信息可以这样表达: "某公司在线订 票, Link to, ht tp: //a i rplane. guobi. com" , 其中 "国笔在线订票,, 可以被 业务客户端 1解析为文本数据用于呈现给用户阅读, 而 "Link to" 可以被解 析为需要为该文本建立链接, 其链接的指向即为后续的万维网址。 如果以数 据 库 的 形 式 进 行 表 达 , 也 可 将 " 国 笔 在 线 订 票 " 与
"ht tp: //a irplane, guobi. com" 以 对应的关系在数据库中建立关联再由 业务客户端 1进行解析。 如此种种, 当属本领域内普通技术人员所知晓。
本发明作为一个基础性技术方案而言, 其业务信息与关键词之间关联程 度的确定, 主要依据人工智能逻辑的理论进行实现, 因此这种映射关系在很 大程度上也决定了输入系统的智能程度, 至于业务信息的具体内容本身, 则 本发明自然无法穷举, 因为人工智能本身即属模糊设计领域。 但是, 本领域 内普通技术人员在阅读上述关于业务信息及其表达式示例的相关描述之后, 定能在本实施例的基础上, 对本发明做出更多样化且更细致的变化, 但是, 无论变化程度如何, 其实质依然无法超脱于本发明之外。
所述的处理单元 14 , 在本发明的业务客户端 1起管理控制整个系统的作 用。 其主要由两部分组成, 一为内码转换模块 141 , 另一则为信息转换模块 142。
所述的内码转换模块 141 ,具有将用户的系列动作转换为机器内码及并进 一步形成用户原始意思表达的信息的作用。 用户的系列动作, 对键码输入方 式而言, 为其按键的动作; 对语音输入方式而言, 为其通过声波振动实现语 音输入的动作; 对其它输入方式而言, 都不能脱离用户最原始的动作, 包括 人脑思维时的脑电波活动和眼睛活动时的虹膜运动等。 故系统便具备识别这 些系列动作的能力, 并进一步依照预设的输入规则将其转换为至少一个内码 序列。 例如, 承继前例, 用户使用拼音输入规则, 通过按下手机键盘上的
"74744"键,输入规则便实时地进行智能化组词,在系统中至少存在" pi shi"、
"qi shi"、 "r i shi"、 "s i shi" 等几种组合, 且被输入规则转换为其对应的关 键词 "批示"、 "气势"、 "日食"、 "四十" 等原意表达的内码序列以在机器中 表达。 这些实时词组所对应的内码序列便可以构成用户输入的原始信息。 与 此同时,处理单元 14会将上述字符串所对应的词组 "批示"、 "气势"、 "日食"、
"四十" 等予以输出以供用户进行选择。 如果用户进一步依照输入规则点选
"批示", 则实时原始信息便可进一步精确化。
所述的信息转换模块 142 ,通过实时对存储单元 12中的数据库进行操作, 实现从原始信息到关联业务信息的转换。 前述已知存储单元 12的数据库中存 在关键词与业务信息的单一映射或者对多映射或多级复杂映射, 本信息转换 模块 142 追随于用户的每一输入动作, 也即如手机键盘输入的过程中, 输入 规则会随用户每一按键输入, 实时构造当下按键组合的可能的内码序列和相 应词组(用作关键词), 而本信息转换模块 142则在输入规则对实时输入的内 容进行词组(内码序列 )构造之时, 以内码序列 (其对应于词组)为关键词, 实时地在所述数据库中检索与之存在映射关系的业务信息, 由于与同一内码 序列相关的业务信息可以有多个, 且如果用户实时输入所构造的关键词有多 个便有多个内码序列, 故其将检索到多个业务信息, 如前所述, 这些检索到 的业务信息的组合即为作为关键词使用的内码序列的关联业务信息。
所述的输出单元, 如手机显示屏, 定义一个输出区域, 用于输出处理单 元 14已检索到的关联业务信息, 当然, 输出单元也做它用, 例如, 用户在输 入 "74744" 后, 依据输入规则所构造的 "批示"、 "气势" 之类的关键词需要 明文输出以供用户进行选择输入以使原始信息更为精准, 故此时也遵照传统 习惯予以输出。
需要指出的是, 所述数据库也可以被存储在所述管理服务器 5 的存储单 元 12中, 这样, 一方面, 当业务客户端 1在本地数据库检索不到与某关键词 相关联的业务信息时, 可以通过一个内建的远程操作单元 15连接到管理服务 器 5 ,在管理服务器 5内建的相应数据库上进行关于该关键词的关联业务信息 的检索, 并最终从管理服务器 5 上返回数据, 以与在本地检索同理, 将相关 的业务信息呈现给使用者选择以进行被选择的在线业务; 另一方面, 业务客 户端 1通过一内建的远程更新单元 16 ,通过该远程更新单元 16与管理服务器 5建立连接,从管理服务器 5处获得数据库或其中关键词与业务信息的映射关 系的更新数据, 用于升级本地存储单元 12中的数据库, 借此更新该数据库或 其中关键词与业务信息之间的映射关系。 由此, 也为管理服务器 5预留了数 据库的一定的定义权, 使得本发明的运营网络在被运营时能被有效地集中研 发和管理。
通过上述对业务客户端 1 的构成及其中输入系统的构成的剖析, 可以看 出, 业务客户端 1 至少具有一功能, 该功能允许用户进行初始输入以表达其 原始意思, 然后业务客户端 1 能检索到与其原始意思表达直接相关的业务信 息供其选择, 再由其选择结果进行相应业务信息所指向的在线业务, 完成信 息交互。
推而广之, 在业务客户端 1设置一文本处理单元 18 , 其跟踪于用户的文 本编辑, 对已编辑的文本进行整句分析, 选取其中的一个或多个关键词, 在 数据库中查寻与该关键词对应的关联业务信息提供给使用者选择, 只要使用 者选择其中之一, 也即可进行相应在线业务。
为配合本发明的管理网络的运营, 业务客户端 1 还内建有用户行为管理 单元 17 , 在程序设计时可以将其作为输入系统的一个模块加以使用。 该用户 行为管理单元 17用于收集、 分析和研究用户输入的关键词和相关联业务信息 的关系, 并将分析结果生成基础数据提供给管理服务器 5进行在线业务管理。 日积月累, 业务客户端 1 在被使用过程中, 使用者一般都惯于使用较为常用 的一些在线业务, 例如在线新闻、 在线订票, 设数据库中存在如下三个映射 关系:

设 " image to" 表示左右两边存在映射关系。 一般用户通过输入关键词 如 "新闻" 以进行 "国笔新闻" 的在线业务, 通过输入 "机票" 进行 "国笔 订票" 的在线业务, 则用户行为管理单元 17通过跟踪客户的使用习惯, 计算 出 "新闻" 的词频高于 "消息" 的词频的事实, 也能计算出 "国笔订票" 的 在线业务相对于 "老国笔订票" 的在线业务具有更高的使用频率。 故此, 将 这些数据以及其它诸如用户更新 (下载)数据库的次数、 用户使用某业务信 息成功进行在线业务的成交次数等相关的业务使用统计信息, 遵照业务客户 端 1与管理服务器 5之间的协议, 生成基础数据, 发送给管理服务器 5进行 综合管理, 管理服务器 5依照约定协议解析基础数据并用于更新其内建数据 库或其中关键词与业务信息的映射关系, 甚至设置关键词和 /或业务信息的优 先权等, 进而还可以生成供业务客户端 1共用的下载数据。
请进一步结合图 4 , 所述的管理服务器 5 , 作为管理服务商, 对诸多业务 服务器 3的在线业务进行综合管理, 允许一管理终端 6作为管理者通过远程 接入或本地接入的方式, 对管理服务器 5 自身进行管理操作, 管理服务器 5 本身通过其内核 58程序实现整机管理。
管理服务器 5 同样内建有所述数据库, 且可以此扩展出更为丰富的数据 库系统 50 , 并能根据每个注册的业务客户端 1的用户行为习惯生成供该相应 业务客户端 1下载的更人性化的数据, 这些数据包括用于业务客户端 1的数 据库本身, 更为具体的, 也可包括业务客户端 1 数据库内的关键词与业务信 息之间的映射关系, 因此, 由管理服务器 5 实现的对数据库的任何调整, 理 论上将影响到每个已更新数据库的业务客户端 1 的使用效果, 显然, 这种有 条件的调整也可为管理服务器 5向业务服务器 3收取费用时带来商业意义上 的收益。
管理服务器 5还可对多个业务客户端 1所提交的基础数据进行综合统计, 例如, 对于每业务客户端 1对管理服务器 5的供下载数据的下载次数进行汇 总, 对业务客户端 1与业务服务器 3之间成功交易的在线业务次数的汇总等, 以便生成相应报表并以电子数据的形式传送相应的业务服务商。 诸如此类的 汇总功能, 业内普通技术人员均知晓, 可通过在管理服务器 5 上内建一具有 相应功能的汇总报表单元 51实现。
从而, 可以深入设计, 有一监控服务器 7 , 作为监管者, 对管理服务器 5 中的在线业务及其指向的内容进行诸如关键词过滤之类智能分析, 根据分析 结果判定该在线业务是否为健康合法信息, 从而决定管理服务器 5 能否允许 该在线业务在业务客户端 1 的数据库中存在, 以此实现对管理服务器 5 中各 在线业务的安全管理。
管理服务器 5对在线业务的综合管理, 依赖但不局限于对业务客户端 1 和业务服务器 3 的数据跟踪, 当然也包括前段所述的接受第三方监控和管理 服务器 5本地监控。 如前所述, 业务客户端 1的用户行为管理单元 17将其基 础数据提交给管理服务器 5 , 管理服务器 5解析其中的具体信息之后, 可以调 整其内建数据库, 进而调整提供给各业务客户端 1下载的数据的内容。
管理服务器 5与业务服务器 3之间需要进行计费服务, 也应属于综合管 理的一环。 为便于管理服务器 5进行费用计算, 管理服务器 5 中设置一计费 单元 54 , 其主要根据业务客户端 1所提交的基础数据所包含的用户进行在线 业务的成交情况进行计费, 可以按次数计算, 也可按时段计算, 在此基础上, 也可进一步包括下载管理服务器 5的数据的业务客户端 1人数、 下行至业务 客户端 1的数据的次数、 数据量以及下行至业务客户端 1的关键词与业务信 息间映射关系及其权值等进行收费, 具体的收费方式灵活多样, 为管理服务 器 5与业务服务器 3之间已协议预约, 计费单元 54只需按照约定规则进行计 算, 最终对应每个在线业务得出其相应的应指派费用即可。
作为综合管理的另一环, 管理服务器 5还设置有竟价排名单元 53 , 同样 需遵照管理服务器 5与业务服务器 3之间的协议预约所实现, 业务服务器 3 作出愿意提交相应费用或作出提交表示之后, 管理服务器 5 自动或者在管理 者的操作下, 通过该竟价排名单元 53 , 针对相应的在线业务进行费用设置, 如前述业务信息 "老国笔订票" 原居于 "国笔订票" 之后, 设正常情况下两 者均被赋予均等的权值, 在管理者设置 "老国笔订票" 的费用高于 "国笔订 票" 的费用之后, 竟价排名单元 53修改 "老国笔订票" 的权值使其高于 "国 笔订票" 的权值, 本领域内普通技术人员均可理解, 此时, 业务客户端 1 一 般配备有解析权值的机制, 从而在用户再度输入 "机票" 关键词时, 将使得 "老国笔订票" 的排名位置先于 "国笔订票", 进而在输出单元中显示时, "老 国笔订票" 也将相对 "国笔订票" 更为醒目, 如排名靠前。
此外, 为了使业务服务商和业务客户端 1 之间对自身进行的在线业务使 用情况进行掌握, 管理服务器 5设置一客户报表单元 52 , 用于分析各业务客 户端 1所形成的基础数据, 统计其中的在线业务成交的具体内容和成交次数, 进而统计相关费用等信息, 生成具有一定格式的报表, 主动或被动地以电子 数据的方式提供给业务客户端 1和业务服务器 3使用。
可见, 配备了计费单元 54、 竟价排名单元 53、 汇总报表单元 51以及数 据库等必要部件的管理服务器 5 ,跟踪于业务服务器 3和业务客户端 1间的交 互数据, 即可起到对在线业务进行综合管理的作用。
本发明所称的业务服务器 3 ,作为业务服务商,提供所述的在线业务的服 务, 一个典型的实例是通过构建适于业务客户端 1运行的网页, 让业务客户 端 1访问该网页进行信息交互以使该在线业务被进行。 如通过提供一个网站, 内建一个在线订票的网页, 即可生成该在线订票业务的网址, 将此网址如 "ht tp: //t icket, guobi. com" 及相关文本信息如 "国笔订票" 提供给管理服 务器 5 , 与管理服务器 5协议约定与 "订票"、 "机票" 等词相关联, 即可由管 理服务器 5 生成关键词与业务信息的映射关系存储于其数据库中, 并主动推 送或被动下载到业务客户端 1 中以更新业务客户端 1的数据库, 在业务客户 端 1 的数据库被更新后, 用户下次输入 "订票"、 "机票" 等关键词时, 即可 检索到带上述网址链接的 "国笔订票", 点击即可进行国笔订票的在线业务。 而业务服务器 3除了提供上述网页以便与业务客户端 1进行在线业务外, 当 然需要根据相关法律规定预约 (即在用户确定成交之前) 明文告知业务客户 端 1该在线业务相关的费用, 以此作为业务服务器 3向业务客户端 1收费的 依据。
本发明的公用网络 8 , 能被本领域内普通技术人员所理解, 但业务客户端 1若为移动通信设备如手机时,则其时需特指通过网络接入商提供的移动通信 网络接入, 而对于业务服务商和管理服务商等, 则可以通过互联网接入, 当 然, 移动通信网络也已与互联网互通, 是为公用网络 8 的构成部分, 哪些方 能实现业务客户端 1、 业务服务器 3、 管理服务器 5之间的互联互通。 可见, 本发明所称公用网络 8 所涵盖的范围是非常广的。 因此, 有时候, 业务客户 端 1与管理服务器 5之间, 和业务服务器 3与管理服务器 5之间可能分别采 用不同的通信协议, 但只要协议内容符合本发明所约束的范围, 则无碍于本 发明的实施。
公知的, 移动通信网络运营商 (接入商)也经营自有在线业务, 这种情 况下, 业务服务商与网络接入可能为同一所有者, 故可能简略网络互通时的 细节, 其具体技术因不涉及本发明的创新部分, 故不予介绍。
同时, 业务客户端 1在使用公用网络 8时会产生由网络接入商收取的费 用, 由此将要求网络接入商的相应网络接入服务器有相应的费用结算技术相 适应, 已是公知技术, 且收费过程对管理服务器 5 和业务服务商而言是透明 的, 因此不予详述。
但是, 包括网络接入服务器向业务客户端 1 收取的费用、 管理服务器 5 向业务服务商收取的费用, 以及包括业务服务商向业务客户端 1 收取的费用 等在内, 在本发明中均通过银行系统进行结算, 而且最好是实时进行, 这样, 对于整个在线业务管理网络而言, 由于银行系统的介入, 进一步提高了技术 含量, 且为多方带来了更大的便利。
上述对于本发明的在线业务运营网络的阐述, 呈现给读者一个清晰的轮 廓, 但读者对其运营方法未必有条理性, 故而, 本发明进一步整理出一套相 应的在线业务运营方法, 在上述在线业务运营网络的基础上, 使在线业务在 应用时更为简便快捷, 对众多在线业务进行整合管理, 以便优化社会资源, 争取多方利益最大化。 以下请结合图 1至图 4。
本发明的在线业务运营方法中, 设手机用户作为业务客户端 1 的业务客 户使用手机通过移动通信网络接入商的接口接入公用网络 8, 同时, 管理服务 商的管理服务器 5和业务服务商的业务服务器 3也被接入互联网, 且互联网 与移动通信网络所构成的公用网络 8已互通, 各方彼此间能建立通信, 进而, 该方法执行如下步驟:
1 )用户用手机作为业务客户端 1, 利用其中的输入系统中的键盘输入表 达其原始意思的关键词 "机票", 当前输入规则为拼音输入, 故用户需依次输 入」、 i、 p、 i、 a、 o各键, 而九宫格键盘中 "4" 字键具有 ghi; "5" 字键具 有 jkl; "7" 字键具有 pqrs; "2" 字键具有 abc; "6" 字键具有腿 o, 用户依 次需入时, 输入系统按输入规则的约定实时动态构词, 在输完 ji后, 可能的 字词有 "理"和 "机 ", 而在输完 jipiao ( jiqian)后, 则可能的关键词有 "机 票" 和 "寄钱", 如果用户在输入规则的约束下对 "机票" 一词进行点选, 则 最终只存在 "机票" 一词。
2)在上述步驟 1 ) 的整个过程中, 业务客户端 1输入系统根据用户的输 入实时构词, 也即在用户每敲完一个键码后, 输入系统的处理单元都会实时 在数据库中检索与已构关键词相关的业务信息。 承上例, 当输完 ji后, 在检 索数据库时可能会检索到 "国笔星发店 link to haircuUing.guobi.com", 也可能会检索到 "国笔订票 link to ticket, guobi. com"; 而在客户输完 jipiao后, 则由于九宫格键盘的按键的多义性, 可能会构造出 "机票"、 "寄 钱" 二词, 便可能同时检索到如下三条映射关系:
"国笔订票 1 ink to ticket, guobi. com" "老国笔订票 1 ink to t icket, ex-guob i. com"
"由! ^政'汇兌 l ink to cash. guobi. com" 注: 已使寄 4 与由 P政? ^目关 而在用户进一步确认为 "机票", 则只剩下订票相关的两条业务信息。 这 些映射关系的获取是通过管理服务器 5主动向业务客户端 1推送或者业务客 户端 1主动向管理服务器 5要求更新而下载在本地数据库中的。
当然, 如果此时业务客户端 1 本地的数据库中检索不到任何映像, 业务 客户端 1会启动其远程操作单元 15 , 通过该远程操作单元 15将 "机票"一词 发送给管理服务器 5 , 在管理服务器 5的内建数据库中深入检索, 如找到相应 的映射关系, 也相应反馈给本业务客户端 1以便执行后续操作。
如果手机当前正处于短信息之类的文本编辑状态,如编辑文字内容为 "给 我订张去北京的机票", 业务客户端 1不仅执行本步驟上述的流程, 还实时对 用户编辑的文本整体进行分析, 提取其中的 "北京"、 "机票" 两个关键词并 在所述数据库中检索相关联业务信息, 此时由于新增词 "北京" 的加入, 故 可能多出一 i己录 "北京奥运会 l inkto www. Olympic, bj" , 然后与前述两个订 票映射一起提供给用户选择。
3 )手机在获取用户点选 "机票" 后, 便实时确定只剩两条或三条记录, 即 "国笔订票" 和 "老国笔订票" 甚或 "北京奥运会", 此时, 在其显示屏中 提供一个区域显示给用户阅读, 用户便可选择其中之一予以确认要进行相应 的在线业务, 如用户选择第一条记录即 "国笔订票"。
4 )此时, 用户已选择相应的业务信息, 故业务客户端 1可以解析该业务 信息是用于运行其中蕴含的网址 "t icket, guobi. com" , 于是, 通过内建浏览 模块经公用网络 8从业务服务器 3处获取并读出该网址所对应的网页, 呈现 给用户进行业务操作, 用户知悉相关费用及明文条款, 按页面的要求输入相 关信息后, 即完成该次在线业务。 与此同时, 用户的在线业务成交次数被用 户行为管理单元 17所统计, 相关费用也被统计甚至被业务服务器 3通过银行 系统自动扣取, 甚而关于 "机票" 与 "国笔订票" 之间的映射关系的使用次 数也被统计借此统计关键词使用频率或业务信息使用频率。
5)如前所述, 在利用手机访问 "国笔订票" 的全过程中, 业务客户端 1 跟踪用户输入到在线业务进行完成全过程, 收集、 分析和研究用户输入的关 键词和相关联业务信息的关系, 其中包括但不限于关键词的使用次数的统计、 业务信息使用次数的统计, 业务信息所指向的在线业务被成交及相应费用的 统计等, 这些统计后的信息, 包含其它信息形成分析结果, 均被业务客户端 1 自动或定时地生成基础数据传送给管理服务器 5进行在线业务管理。
6 )在管理服务器 5—端, 实时对在线业务进行综合管理, 利用对业务客 户端 1提交的基础数据和对下行至业务客户端 1的数据库中映射关系进行分 析, 按照某预设的规则计算每一在线业务应指派费用。 如设管理服务器 5 与 业务服务器 3之间协议预约的每次在线业务被用户使用的费用为人民币 0. 1 元, 则在 "国笔订票" 的在线业务被该手机用户成功进行后, 管理服务器 5 可以实时通过银行系统扣取该相应业务服务商账户上的费用 0. 1元。
7 )此外, 为了完成本地数据库的更新, 业务客户端 1实时、 定时或受控 于用户操作, 从管理服务器 5 处下载用于更新本地数据库的数据, 并对本地 数据库进行更新, 如该手机用户的业务客户端 1的数据库原为 ver 1. 0 , 用户 操作手机从管理服务下载最新的为其定制的数据库后, 其数据库版本为 ver 1. 1 , 其中可能只是对原有数据库的仅有一个映射关系进行更新, 也可以是全 库的替换。
8 )为了实现竟争机制, 管理服务器 5提供给各在线业务运营者一竟价排 名服务, 如前述排名靠后的 "老国笔订票" 需要排名前置, 则其可与管理服 务商协议预约相应费用后, 由管理服务商的管理者通过管理终端 6操作管理 服务器 5的竟价排名单元 53 , 对 "老国笔订票" 所对应的业务信息进行费用 设置, 根据其费用额度大小调整该业务信息在数据库映射关系中的权值以改 变其在业务客户端 1 所需相关联业务信息中的排名位置, 这些权值当然也能 被业务客户端 1 所解析, 但最传统的一种方式是通过在数据库中以较为靠前 的位置存储该业务信息, "国笔订票"相对靠后,这种方式也被证明是可行的, 这种方式可以使业务客户端 1节约对权值进行解析的程序设计。
通过上述在线业务运营方法对在线业务管理网络所进行的进一步厘清, 可以更为清楚地揭示如下的协作关系:
1 ) 多个业务服务商如 "国笔订票"、 "老国笔订票" 等, 负责以业务服务 器 3为载体, 提供其在线业务并保证其运营, 并与管理服务商建立协议关系, 包括各种具体服务价格的协议预约, 均可以被以电子数据的形式记载在彼此 的管理系统中; 业务客户以业务客户端 1为载体使用公用网络 8并与管理服 务商建立协议关系以便在管理服务商的引导下访问业务服务商的在线业务, 其引导的方式典型地是通过数据库建立对应关系来实现。 所述业务服务商根 据其所提供的在线业务的预告费用在业务客户完成该在线业务时进行计费, 所谓预告费用, 即前述已根据相关法律规定在其在线业务页面中明文告知。
2 )管理服务商以管理服务器 5为载体, 负责管理多个在线业务的业务信 息, 将业务信息指向在线业务, 一般由业务服务商提供一文本消息, 例如前 述的 "国笔订票" 和一相应网址 " t icket. guobi. com" , 然后由管理服务商将 之表达为业务信息的格式, 并与至少一个关键词建立映射关系、 设置费用标 准、 权值等, 并由管理服务商负责主动或被动分发给各业务客户以及时实现 对业务客户的引导, 客户得以最新的映射关系查找业务信息进行在线业务。 所述管理服务商根据其为业务服务商提供的在所述映射关系中的排名服务和 /或该映射关系对业务客户的分发次数和 /或业务客户根据协议预约提供的在 线业务使用统计信息对业务服务商进行提成计费。 因此, 对于业务服务商仅 仅基于在线业务本身盈利的情况而言, 管理服务商向业务服务商收取的费用 不应高于所述业务服务商向业务客户收取的费用; 而对于业务服务商所提供 的在线业务本身虽不盈利但却为广告的情况, 则虽然业务服务商在该在线业 务上的实际收益为零, 但管理服务商进行针对该在线业务的高额收费的设置 也是市场规则所公允的; 但是, 对于一些诸如业务服务商提供在线新闻之类 的业务, 如未载有广告, 则管理服务商一般不会向该相应业务服务商收取任 何费用。 显然, 费用收取的设置, 由管理服务商视业务服务商所提供的在线 业务的内容而定, 定义权被管理服务商所操控。 作为对业务服务商和业务客 户提供凭据, 所述管理服务商负责定期或不定期向业务服务商在线提供报表 以令业务服务商获悉在线业务被使用的次数及成交情况, 或向业务客户端 1 在线提供报表以令业务客户端 1 知悉其使用在线业务的次数和成交情况, 这 些报表显然被允许以电子数据的形式传送。 对于业务客户而言, 非义务性地, 管理服务商负责定期或不定期向业务客户在线提供所述映射关系的更新版 本, 以确保业务客户享受最佳服务。
3 )业务客户负责进行原始意思表达, 如前所述的 "机票" 的输入, 且遵 照协议使用所述映射关系, 进行实时转换, 随其原始意思表达的实时输入将 该表达同步转换为相关联的业务信息, 按协议对业务信息的表达式进行解析, 分离出前述各例中的文本信息如 "国笔订票" 用于输出到显示屏显示, 并为 其建立指向 " t icket. guobi. com" 的链接, 业务用户得以选择各种业务信息 中的一个进行相应业务服务商的在线业务。 业务客户在使用在线业务的同时 , 自然地产生由网络运营(接入) 商收取的流量费用, 但占幅最大的应是被业 务服务商收取的每一在线业务的使用费用。
4 ) 网络接入商以其网络接入服务器为载体, 尽管在业务客户、 业务服务 商、 管理服务商之间相对透明, 但却必须存在, 其负责提供网络接入, 使业 务客户得以通过公用网络 8 与业务服务商和管理服务商进行通信。 所述网络 接入商根据业务客户与业务服务商在进行在线业务时的数据流量对业务客户 进行计费, 当然也对业务服务商和管理服务商进行各种形式的计费和结算。 所述网络接入商、 管理服务商、 业务服务商以及业务客户之间的费用结 算通过银行系统在线自动扣取, 在技术上已是公知, 而由此产生银行方面的 协作关系, 应属本发明之外的范围, 故不行赘述。。
5 )监管者以监控服务器 7为载体, 通过对管理服务商的映射关系中的数 据和 /或其中业务信息所指向的在线业务的内容进行过滤实现安全管理, 从而 保证网络信息的安全, 防止非法业务服务商的介入。
由此可见, 存在协议关系的各方的需求和利益都得以最大化体现, 体两 了网络运营的效益最大化设计。
综上所述, 本发明为在线业务提供了综合管理、 运营的平台, 配合快捷 方便的使用方式, 将人类原始思维表达直接向网络延伸, 起到了高效整合网 络资源并保障网络安全监管能力, 使多方的需求、 利益最大化的作用, 有利 于其迅速普及和广为用户接受使用。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发 明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵 盖的范围。

1. 一种在线业务管理网络, 为在线业务提供运行管理平台, 其特征在于, 其 包括:
业务客户端, 包含输入系统, 该输入系统预置了数据库, 数据库包含 关键词和业务信息, 每关键词与至少一个业务信息之间建立映射关系, 输 入系统在按输入规则构词后, 将所构之词作为关键词检索相关联的业务信 息以提供给用户选择这些业务信息之一以确认运行以进行该已选的业务信 息所指向的在线业务;
业务服务器, 用于提供所述在线业务以便与业务客户端实现交互; 管理服务器, 用于实施对业务服务器所提供的在线业务的综合管理, 生成供业务客户端更新其数据库或其中关键词与业务信息的映射关系的数 据;
公用网络, 提供给业务客户端、 业务服务器和管理服务器按需通信。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的在线业务管理网络, 其特征在于, 所述业务客户端 还包括用户行为管理单元, 用于收集、 分析和研究用户输入的关键词和相 关联业务信息的关系, 并将分析结果生成基础数据提供给管理服务器进行 在线业务管理。

5. 根据权利要求 1所述的在线业务管理网络, 其特征在于, 所述业务客户端 还包括远程更新单元, 从所述管理服务器处下载所述数据库或其中关键词 与业务信息的映射关系的数据并对本地数据库进行更新。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的在线业务管理网络, 其特征在于, 所述管理服务器 包括计费单元, 其用于在对在线业务进行综合管理的过程中, 对业务客户 端提交的基础数据和对下行至业务客户端的数据库中映射关系进行分析, 按某预设的规则计算每一在线业务应指派费用。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的在线业务管理网络, 其特征在于, 所述管理服务器 包括汇总报表单元, 针对多个业务客户端对同一业务服务商所提供的在线 业务的成交次数和费用进行统计, 并生成报表发送给相应的业务服务商。

2 )业务客户端输入系统根据用户的输入进行构词, 将已构之词作为 关键词检索其内建数据库中相关的业务信息;
3 ) 业务客户端提供该些业务信息的列表给用户选择确认;
4 )业务客户端通过公用网络访问并进行用户所选择的业务信息所指 向业务服务器上的在线业务。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的在线业务运营方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务客 户端通过一管理服务器更新其内建数据库。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的在线业务运营方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 2 ) 中, 当业务客户端本地数据库中检索不到某关键词的相关业务信息时, 从 该管理服务器的数据库中远程检索与该关键词相关的业务信息并提供给用 户进行确认选择以进行该已选业务信息所指向的在线业务。
18. 根据权利要求 16所述的在线业务运营方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 2 ) 中, 当业务客户端在用户进行文本编辑时, 实时对用户编辑的文本整体进 行分析, 提取其中的至少一个关键词并在所述数据库中检索相关联业务信 息, 并提供给用户选择这些业务信息之一以确认运行以进行该业务信息所 指向的在线业务。

1 ) 多个业务服务商负责提供其在线业务并保证其运营, 并与管理服 务商建立协议关系; 业务客户使用公用网络并与管理服务商建立协议关系 以便在管理服务商的引导下访问业务服务商的在线业务;
2 )管理服务商负责管理多个在线业务的业务信息, 将业务信息指向 在线业务, 将诸多业务信息与业务客户可能使用的意思表达的关键词之 间建立映射关系, 并负责主动或被动分发给各业务客户以实现对业务客 户的引导;
3 )业务客户负责进行原始意思表达, 且遵照协议使用所述映射关系 进行实时转换, 随其原始意思表达的实时输入将该表达同步转换为相关 联的业务信息, 并选择其中之一进行相应业务服务商的在线业务;
4 ) 网络接入商负责提供网络接入, 使业务客户得以通过公用网络与 业务服务商和管理服务商进行通信。
27. 根据权利要求 26所述的在线业务运营方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络接 入商根据业务客户与业务服务商在进行在线业务时的数据流量对业务客户 进行计费。
