技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种用户接入模式的上报方法及 家用基站网关。 背景技术 家用基站是一种小型、低功率的基站,部署在家庭及办公室等室内场所, 主要作用是为了给用户提供更高的业务速率并降低使用高速率服务所需要的 费用, 同时弥补了已有分布式蜂窝无线通信系统覆盖的不足。 家用基站的优 点是实惠、 便捷、 低功率输出、 即插即用、 宽带接入、 使用单模终端等。 家用基站可以应用在第三代(3 Generation, 筒称为 3G )或者长期演进
( Long Term Evolution, 筒称为 LTE ) 移动通信网络中。 为了便于对家用基 站进行管理, 在无线接入网引入了一个新网元, 即, 家用基站网关。 家用基 站网关主要执行的功能为: 验证家用基站的安全性, 处理家用基站的注册, 对家用基站进行运行维护管理 , 根据运营商要求配置和控制家用基站 , 负责 交换核心网和家用基站的数据。 图 1是根据相关技术的 3G家用基站网络的架构图, 如图 1所示, 用户 设备通过 Uu接口连接到 3G家用基站( Home NodeB, 筒称为 HNB ), 3G家 用基站通过新定义的 Iuh接口连接至家用基站网关 ( Home NodeB Gateway, 筒称为 HNB GW ), 家用基站网关提供到核心网分组域 (Packet Switched domain, 筒称为 PS )和电路域( Circuit Switched domain, 筒称为 CS )的 IuPS 和 IuCs接口。 对于 3G网络来说, 家用基站网关必选部署用来屏蔽引入家用 基站后对终端和网络侧的影响。对于 LTE网络家用基站网关可选部署,因此, LTE家用基站和核心网连接有两种方式, 一种是家用基站和核心网网元直接 相连, 图 2是根据相关技术的 LTE家用基站直连核心网的架构图, 如图 2所 示, 用户设备通过 LTE-Uu连接到 LTE 家用基站 (Home eNodeB, 筒称为 HeNB ), 家用基站通过 S1-移动性管理实体 ( Mobile Management Entity筒称 为 MME ) 连接到核心网的移动性管理实体, 通过 S1-U连接到用户面网关。 另一种是家用基站通过网关和核心网网元相连, 图 3是根据相关技术的 LTE 家用基站通过家用基站网关接入核心网的架构图, 如图 3所示, 用户设备通
过 LTE-Uu 连接到 HeNB , 家用基站通过 SI 连接到家用基站网关 (Home eNodeB Gateway, 筒称为 HeNB GW ), 家用基站网关通过 S1-MME连接到 核心网的移动性管理实体, 通过 S1-U连接到用户面网关。 对于图 3所示的 家用基站网关的场景, 家用基站网关可以不集成用户面功能, 家用基站和核 心网用户面网关间直接建立用户面, 图 4是根据相关技术的 LTE家用基站用 户面扁平化接入核心网的架构图, 如图 4所示, 家用基站通过 S1-U直接连 接到用户面网关, 这样可以使用户面扁平化, 数据传输时延减 'J、。 闭合用户组 ( Closed Subscriber Group, 筒称为 CSG ) 是在引入家用基 站后提出的新概念。 通常, 一个家庭或者一个企业内部的用户组成一个闭合 用户组, 这个闭合用户组用 CSG ID进行标识。 为这个闭合用户组内的用户 月 务的家用基站具有相同的 CSG ID。 用户通过与运营商签约可以接入到多 个闭合用户组所对应的家用基站, 例如, 在用户的办公场所、 家庭接入等。 因此, 引入了允许闭合用户组列表的 ^既念。 这个列表保存在用户的终端和网 络侧的用户数据服务器中。 家用基站的使用模式分为三种: 闭合模式、 混合模式和开放模式。 当家 用基站是闭合模式时,只有该家用基站所属 CSG签约用户可以接入该基站并 享受基站提供的业务。 当家用基站是开放模式时 , 任何用户都可以接入该基 站, 此时的家用基站等同于宏基站使用。 当家用基站是混合模式时, 同样允 许任何用户接入使用 ,但是要根据用户是否签约 CSG的信息区分出不同的级 别 ,也就是说签约该 CSG的用户在使用混合型家用基站时具有更高的业务优 先级, 享受更好的服务质量和业务类别。 一个用户是否签约了某个 CSG, 是 通过比较列表里面 CSG ID的有无进行判断的。 用户终端主要利用允许闭合用户组列表进行无线小区的选择,家用基站 会通过广播的方式将其所属的 CSG ID以及使用模式告知用户终端, 用户终 端获取到广播消息后, 如果发现这个基站是闭合使用模式并且 CSG ID并不 在自身保存的允许闭合用户组列表中, 则该用户终端就认为该家用基站小区 不适合接入而自动选择其他适合接入的蜂窝, 通过这种方式可以避免用户终 端频繁的进行接入尝试, 降低电池和空口资源的消耗。 当用户进行初始化接 入时, 网络侧的用户数据服务器会把用户签约的允许闭合用户组列表发送到 核心网的移动性管理单元。 核心网移动性管理单元会利用这个列表对 UE进 行接入控制。 如果 UE从未 4受权的闭合模式家用基站访问核心网, 则核心网 会拒绝该类用户的接入。
对于具有 CSG能力的终端,接入控制在升级至第三代合作伙伴计划( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 筒称为 3GPP ) R8版本的核心网进行, 核心网 需要明确获知家用基站的实际使用模式, 以便进行接入控制判断、 资源分配 或者差异计费。 但是在实际应用中, 为了兼容传统用户终端的使用 (也就是 不具备 CSG识别、 读写等操作能力的终端), 允许用户在不签约允许闭合用 户组列表的情况下使用家用基站。 另外, 核心网在未升级支持允许闭合用户 组列表的情况下也可以部署使用家用基站。 在这些使用场景下, 用户与其可 以访问的家用基站的对应关系应该保存在家用基站网关上, 由家用基站网关 对此类用户进行是否授权接入方面的控制。 此时网络侧不必感知家用基站的 实际使用模式, 只需区分用户对家用基站的使用模式以便进行差异性的资源 分配或者计费即可。 目前该场景下网络对于家用基站用户的区分方法尚未明 确。 针对相关技术中没有家用基站网关对无 CSG能力终端或者核心网络未 升级支持允许闭合用户组列表情况下用户接入模式的上报方法的问题, 目前 尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对缺少家用基站网关对无 CSG能力终端或者核心网络未升级支持允 许闭合用户组列表情况下用户接入模式的上报方法的问题而提出本发明 , 为 此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种上报用户接入模式的方案, 以解决上述 问题。 为了实现上述目的 , 才艮据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种用户接入模式 的上 方法。 根据本发明的用户接入模式的上报方法包括:家用基站网关根据家用基 站实际使用模式和 /或家用基站网关是否有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据 上报用户接入模式, 家用基站网关通过以下至少之一来指示用户接入模式: 家用基站模式、 用户接入家用基站的方式。 优选地 , 家用基站网关根据家用基站实际使用模式和 /或家用基站网关 是否有数据上报家用基站模式包括:如果家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式, 且家用基站网关中具有数据 , 则家用基站网关上报的家用基站模式为闭合模 式; 如果家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式, 则家用基站网关上报的家用基

步骤 506 , 家用基站接收到家用基站网关回复的注册接受消息后 , 转发 緩存的开机附着消息到家用基站网关。 步骤 507, 家用基站网关接收到家用基站发送的开机附着消息后, 家用 基站网关向核心网转发该开机附着消息, 在 jib过程中家用基站网关上 4艮用户 的接入模式及家用基站信息。 步骤 508 , 如果核心网没有接收到的接入控制指示, 就认为网络侧不需 要完成接入控制 , 只需要根据家用基站网关上报的基站模式或者用户类别信 息进行用户级别上的区分, 分配不同的网络资源或者用于差异化计费。 家用 基站信息如 CSG ID、 家用基站标识等也可以用来进行差异化计费。 步骤 509, 网络侧和无线侧共同完成后续的开机附着过程, 该过程与相 关技术中的过程相同 , 在此不再赞述。 实施例二 图 6 是根据本发明实施例的用户发起路由更新过程家用基站网关上报 用户接入模式的流程图 ,如图 6所示,该流程包括如下的步骤 601至步骤 609: 步骤 601 , 用户和家用基站间建立 RRC (无线资源控制)连接作为信令 消息或者业务数据的承载。 步骤 602, 用户通过路由更新消息触发注册过程。 步骤 603 , 家用基站接收到用户发送的路由更新消息后, 发现没有用户 的上下文标识信息, 将该路由更新消息进行緩存, 然后, 向家用基站网关发 送注册请求消息, 消息内容包括注册的类型、 用户的 IMSI标识、 终端能力 以及家用基站标识等信息。 步骤 604 , 家用基站网关接收到家用基站发送的路由更新消息后, 根据 用户的终端能力或者网络版本信息得知接入控制需要在自身完成。 然后, 该 家用基站网关根据用户所接入家用基站的实际使用方式和用户 IMSI和家用 基站的对应关系进行接入控制。 接入控制成功后, 家用基站网关判断需要上 报的用户接入模式。 上报用户接入模式可以选择以下两种方式, 一种是上报 处理后的家用基站模式, 另一种是上 4艮新定义的用户类别参数。 两种方式均 可以表征用户的接入模式。
对于方式一, 家用基站网关的具体处理方式如下: 如果家用基站实际使 用模式为闭合模式, 则家用基站网关上报家用基站模式为闭合模式。 如果家 用基站实际使用模式为开放模式 , 则家用基站网关上报家用基站模式为开放 模式。 如果家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式时, 家用基站网关根据是否有 该用户与基站对应关系的数据进行判断, 如果具有对应的数据, 那么家用基 站网关上报家用基站模式为闭合模式。 反之, 家用基站网关上报家用基站模 式为开放模式。 对于方式二, 家用基站网关的判断方式与方式一相同, 不同的是家用基 站网关上 4艮的是用户类别, 是以签约用户方式接入还是以未签约用户方式接 入。 此时不需上 4艮家用基站的使用模式。 步骤 605 ,如果家用基站网关接入控制成功,则回复注册接受响应消息, 否则回复注册拒绝消息 , 家用基站网关在回复注册拒绝消息之后不再进行后 续的过程。 步骤 606 , 家用基站接收到家用基站网关回复的注册接受消息后 , 转发 緩存的路由更新消息到家用基站网关。 步骤 607, 家用基站网关接收到家用基站发送的路由更新消息后, 家用 基站网关向核心网转发该路由更新消息, 在此过程中家用基站网关上报用户 的接入模式及家用基站信息。 步骤 608 , 如果核心网没有接收到的接入控制指示, 就认为网络侧不需 要完成接入控制, 只需要根据家用基站网关上报的基站模式或者用户类别信 息进行用户级别上的区分, 分配不同的网络资源或者用于差异计费。 家用基 站信息如 CSG ID、 家用基站标识等也用来进行差异化计费。 步骤 609, 网络侧和无线侧共同完成后续的路由更新过程, 该过程与相 关技术中的过程相同 , 在此不再赞述。 实施例三 图 7 是根据本发明实施例的用户发起业务请求过程家用基站网关上报 用户接入模式的流程图 ,如图 7所示,该流程包括如下的步骤 701至步骤 709: 步骤 701 , 用户和家用基站间建立 RRC (无线资源控制)连接作为信令 消息或者业务数据的承载。

步骤 708 , 如果核心网没有接收到的接入控制指示, 就认为网络侧不需 要完成接入控制 , 只需要根据家用基站网关上报的基站模式或者用户类别信 息进行用户级别上的区分, 分配不同的网络资源或者用于差异计费。 家用基 站信息如 CSG ID、 家用基站标识等也用来进行差异化计费。 步骤 709, 网络侧和无线侧共同完成后续的业务请求过程, 该过程与相 关技术中的过程相同 , 在此不再赞述。 装置实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种家用基站网关, 图 8是根据本发明实 施例的家用基站网关的结构框图, 如图 8所示, 该家用基站网关包括: 上 4艮 模块 82。 上报模块 82 , 用于根据家用基站实际使用模式和 /或家用基站网关是否 有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据上报用户接入模式, 其中, 数据用于完成 接入控制, 上 4艮模块可以至少通过以下两种方式之一上 4艮用户接入模式: 家 用基站模式、 用户接入家用基站的方式。 其中, 上报模块 82包括: 第一上报子模块,用于在家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式并且家用基 站网关中具有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据的情况下 , 则上报家用基站模 式为闭合模式。 第二上报子模块 , 用于在家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式的情况下 (此时不用考虑家用基站网关中是否具有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据 ), 上 4艮家用基站模式为开放模式。 第三上报子模块 , 用于在家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式 , 根据是否 有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据进行判断, 如果判断结果为是, 则上报家 用基站模式为闭合模式接入, 如果判断结果为否, 则上报家用基站模式为开 放模式。 第四上报子模块, 用于在家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式, 并且家用 基站网关中具有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据的情况下 , 上报用户接入家 用基站的方式为签约用户方式。
第五上报子模块, 用于在家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式(此时不用 考虑家用基站网关中是否具有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据 ) 的情况下 , 则家用基站网关上 4艮的用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式。 第六上报子模块 , 用于在家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式的情况下 , 根据是否有用户与家用基站对应关系的数据进行判断, 如果判断结果为是, 则上 4艮用户接入家用基站的方式为签约用户方式, 如果判断结果为否, 则上 •t艮用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式。 上述家用基站网关还包括: 发送模块 84 , 用于向网络侧发送家用基站 类别信息。 其中, 家用基站类别信息可以包括以下至少之一: 闭合用户组标 识、 基站标识。 通过本实施例的家用基站网关的上报模块 82 , 实现了根据家用基站模 式或用户接入家用基站的方式进行上报的两种上报方式, 相关技术中没有家 用基站网关对无 CSG 能力终端或者核心网络未升级支持允许闭合用户组列 表情况下用户接入模式的上报方法的问题。 综上所述, 通过本发明的以上实施例, 采用了根据家用基站模式或用户 接入家用基站的方式进行上 4艮的两种上 4艮方式, 解决了家用基站网关对无 CSG 能力终端或者核心网络未升级支持允许闭合用户组列表情况下用户接 入模式的上报问题 , 使得网络侧明确用户类别 , 并根据用户类别采用不同的 操作进行合理的资源分配或者差异计费的效果。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^^申和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式,且所述家用基站网关 中具有所述数据, 则所述家用基站网关上报的所述家用基站模式为闭合 模式;
如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式,则所述家用基站网关 上报的所述家用基站模式为开放模式;
如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式,则所述家用基站网关 根据是否有所述数据进行判断, 如果判断结果为是, 则所述家用基站网 关上报的所述家用基站模式为闭合模式, 如果判断结果为否, 则所述家 用基站网关上报的所述家用基站模式为开放模式。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述家用基站网关根据所述 家用基站实际使用模式和 /或所述家用基站网关是否有所述数据上 4艮所 述用户接入家用基站的方式包括:
如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式,并且所述家用基站网 关中具有所述数据 , 则所述家用基站网关上报的所述用户接入家用基站 的方式为签约用户方式;
如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式,则所述家用基站网关 上 4艮的所述用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式;
如果所述家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式,则所述家用基站网关 根据是否有所述用户与所述家用基站对应关系的数据进行判断 , 如果判 断结果为是, 则所述家用基站网关上报的所述用户接入家用基站的方式
为签约用户方式, 如果判断结果为否, 则所述家用基站网关上 4艮的所述 用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述家用基站网关采用新定 义的用户类别参数根据所述家用基站实际使用模式和 /或所述家用基站 网关是否有所述数据上报所述用户接入家用基站的方式。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述家用基站网关上 •t艮所述家用基站模式之后, 所述方法还包括:
如果网络侧没有接收到接入控制指示,则所述网络侧根据所述家用 基站网关上报的家用基站模式区分用户级别 , 分配网络资源或者差别计 费, 其中, 所述家用基站模式为开放模式指示用户以未签约方式接入, 所述家用基站模式为闭合模式指示用户以签约方式接入。
6. 根据权利要求 1、 3、 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述家用 基站网关上报所述用户接入家用基站的方式之后, 所述方法还包括: 如果网络侧没有接收到接入控制指示,则所述网络侧根据所述家用 基站网关上报的所述用户接入家用基站的方式区分用户级别, 分配网络 资源或者差别计费。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
所述家用基站网关向网络侧发送家用基站类别信息。

第三上报子模块 , 用于在所述家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式 , 根据是否有所述数据进行判断, 如果判断结果为是, 则上报所述家用基 站模式为闭合模式, 如果判断结果为否, 则上报所述家用基站模式为开 放模式。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的家用基站网关, 其特征在于, 所述上报模块包括: 第四上报子模块, 用于在所述家用基站实际使用模式为闭合模式, 并且所述家用基站网关中具有所述数据的情况下 , 上报所述用户接入家 用基站的方式为签约用户方式;
第五上报子模块 ,用于在所述家用基站实际使用模式为开放模式的 情况下 , 上 4艮所述用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式;
第六上报子模块 ,用于在所述家用基站实际使用模式为混合模式的 情况下, 根据是否有所述数据进行判断, 如果判断结果为是, 则上报所 述用户接入家用基站的方式为签约用户方式, 如果判断结果为否, 则上 •t艮所述用户接入家用基站的方式为未签约用户方式。 根据权利要求 9所述的家用基站网关 , 其特征在于, 所述家用基站网关 还包括:
