现有技术中, UE为及时获取 MCCH信息, 需要同时检测用于指示 MCCH信 息是否改变的无线网络临时标识 MRNTI, 和指示读取寻呼消息 (paging) 的 P-RNTI标识, 物理层的实现难度较大。 发明内容

其中, eNB发送的系统信息包括 SIB1 , SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送 的 SIB1 中的值标签相同, SIB1 中的调度列表不包括 SIB10和 SIB11的调度 信息。 同时, eNB发送给 UE的 MCCH信息为改变后的 MCCH信息。 则 UE可以 根据寻呼消息和系统信息获知 MCCH信息改变, 并读取 MCCH信息。 如果 MCCH 信息改变, 并且系统信息也改变, 则 eNB发送两次寻呼消息来分别指示 MCCH 信息和系统信息的改变。 除上述发送的寻呼消息外, eNB再发一次寻呼消息, 并通过这一次发送的寻呼消息指示 MCCH信息或系统信息改变,并发送系统信 息, 该系统信息包括 S IB1 , SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1 中的值标 签不同, SIB1中的调度列表包括各个 SIB的调度信息, 例如 SIB10或 SIB11 的调度信息。 UE根据寻呼消息和系统信息获知系统信息改变, UE读取系统信 息而无需再读取 MCCH信息。
本发明 MCCH信息变化指示方法实施例一中, 当 MCCH信息改变时, eNB 通过寻呼消息中的第一指示信息来指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变,这样就不
需要在寻呼消息中另外添加参数, 网络升级成本低, 并且无需通过 RNTI来指 示 MCCH信息的改变, 降低了物理层的难度。
此外, eNB在 MCCH信息没有改变, 并且系统信息也没有改变时, 可以发 送寻呼消息给 UE, 该寻呼消息中的第一指示信息指示 MCCH信息和系统信息 均没有改变, 例如 bmlnfoModif icat ion设置为 fa l se, 并且 SIB1与 eNB上 一次发送给 UE的 SIB1相同, 例如, SIB1中的标签值设置成与上一次发送的 SIB1中的相同, 并且调度列表中不包括 SIB10和 S IB11的调度。 UE接收到寻 呼消息和 S IB1之后采用与图 2所示的实施例二所示的方法确定是否读取 MCCH 信息。 由于第一指示信息指示 MCCH信息和系统信息均未发生变化, 所以 UE 不读取 MCCH信息, 也不读取系统信息。
对于如图 4所示的实施例,如果 MCCH信息没有改变,但是系统信息改变, 贝' J eNB发送寻呼消息给 UE, 通过第一指示信息指示 MCCH信息或系统信息改 变, 并且将 S IB1 中的值标签设置成与上一次发送的 SIB1中的不同, 并且调 度列表中包括相关的 SIB的调度。 UE接收到寻呼消息和 SIB1之后采用与图 2 所示的实施例二所示的方法确定是否读取 MCCH信息。由于第一指示信息指示 MCCH信息或系统信息改变, 并且 S IB1中的值标签与上一次发送的 S IB1中的 不同, UE确定系统信息改变, 而 MCCH信息没有改变, UE读取系统信息。
图 5所示为本发明 MCCH信息变化指示方法实施例二流程图, 包括:
501、 当 MCCH信息发生变化时, eNB发送寻呼消息给 UE , 寻呼消息中包 括第一指示信息, 该第一指示信息指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变。
例如, 将寻呼消息中的 bmlnfoModif ica t ion字段设置为 true , 指示系 统信息或 MCCH信息改变。
502、 eNB发送系统信息和 MCCH信息给 UE , eNB发送的系统信息包括 S IB1 , SIB1中包括第二指示信息, 该信息用于指示哪个具体业务的 MCCH信息改变。
对于如图 5所示的实施例,可以通过 SIB1中的第二指示信息和值标签来 指示 MCCH信息和系统信息的改变。 当 MCCH信息改变时, 将 SIB1中包括第二
指示信息, 如果系统信息也改变, 则将值标签设置成与上一次发送的 SIB1不 同, 并且在 SIB1中包括相关的 SIB的调度信息, 例如包括 SIB11和 SIB10的 调度;如果系统信息没有改变,则将值标签设置成与上一次发送的 SIB1相同, 并且 SIB1中可以不包括相关的 SIB的调度信息。 对于 UE来说, 当接收到寻 呼消息和 SIB1之后, 如果 SIB1 中包括与自身业务相关的第二指示信息, 则 读取 MCCH信息; 当 SIB1中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1相同时, 不读取系 统信息; 当 SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1不同时, 读取系统信息。 如果 SIB1 中不包括与自身业务相关的第二指示信息, 则不读取 MCCH信息; 当 SIB1中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1相同时, 不读取系统信息; 当 SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1不同时, 读取系统信息。
当 MCCH信息改变时, eNB可以在一个变化周期(Modification Period, 简称 MP) 中发送寻呼消息给 UE, 然后在下一个 MP的开始, 广播系统信息和 MCCH信息, 系统消息包括 MIB和 SIB1等等。 系统信息和 MCCH信息会周期性 地广播发送给 UE, 系统信息和 MCCH信息的发送为本领域的常识, 此处不再 贅述。
对于如图 4和图 5所示的实施例, MCCH信息的变化可以通过多小区 /组 播协调实体 (Multi-cell/multicast Coordination Entity, 简称 MCE)发送 通知信息给 eNB, 以通知 eNB MCCH信息改变。 MCE是演进的 MBMS ( E-MBMS ) 系统中的一个逻辑实体, 可以为单独的网元, 或者位于其他网元中。 MCE 可 以为处于 MBSFN区中的所有采用 MBSFN方式进行多小区 MBSFN传输的小区分 配无线资源, 除时间 /频率无线资源外, 还包括确定详细的无线资源配置, 例 如调制和编码方案。
如图 6所示为本发明 UE实施例结构示意图, 该 UE包括接收模块 11、 判 断模块 12和获取模块 13, 判断模块 12分别与接收模块 11和获取模块 13连 接。 其中, 接收模块 11用于接收寻呼消息和 SIB1, 寻呼消息包括用于指示 系统信息或 MCCH信息是否改变的第一指示信息; 判断模块 12, 用于根据第
一指示信息判断系统信息或 MCCH信息是否改变,如果第一指示信息指示系统 信息或 MCCH信息改变, 则根据 SIB1判断是否需要获取所述 MCCH信息, 当需 要获取 MCCH信息时, 触发获取模块 13;获取模块 13 , 用于收到判断模块 12 的触发时, 获取 MCCH信息。
图 6中判断模块 12具体可以包括第一判断子模块 121和 /第二判断子模 块 122。 其中, 第一判断子模块 121用于判断 SIB1是否满足第一预设条件, 如果 SIB1满足第一预设条件, 则触发获取模块 13; 第一预设条件包括: SIB1 中的值标签与接收模块 11上一次读取的 SIB1中的值标签相同,且 SIB1的调 度列表不包括 SIB11或 SIB10。
第二判断子模块 122用于判断 SIB1是否满足第二预设条件, 如果 SIB1 满足第二预设条件, 则触发获取模块 13; 第二预设条件包括: SIB1包括的第 二指示信息指示 MCCH信息中与该 UE自身业务相关的内容改变。
UE 中可以只包括第一判断子模块 121 , 也可以只包括第二判断子模块 122 , 也可以同时包括第一判断子模块 121和第二判断子模块 122。 图 6中所 示的实施例中, 判断模块同时包括第一判断子模块 121 和第二判断子模块 122。
本发明实施例还提供一种 eNB, 该 eNB 包括收发模块, 用于发送寻呼消 息给 UE , 寻呼消息包括用于指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变的第一指示信息; 该收发模块还用于发送系统信息和改变后的 MCCH信息给 U
其中, 系统信息包括 SIB1 , SIB1 中的第二指示信息指示所述 MCCH信息 中与 UE 自身业务相关的内容改变; 或者, SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1 中的值标签相同, 且 SIB1 中的调度列表不包括 S IB11和 SIB10的调度 信息。
该收发模块还用于接收 MCE发送的通知信息, 收发模块在接收到 MCE发 送的通知信息时, 发送寻呼消息给所述 UE; 通知信息指示所述 MCCH信息改 变。
本发明实施例中, 当 MCCH信息发生改变时, 通过寻呼消息中的第一参数 来指示,即将寻呼消息中的第一参数重用,用第一参数来指示系统信息或 MCCH 信息改变, 这样 UE无需进行其他检测, 如读取 RNTI , 即可及时获知并读取 改变后的 MCCH信息, 降低了物理层的实现难度。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分可以 通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的; 而前述的存储介 质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进 行限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技 术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的 ^"神和范围。
Claims
1、一种多媒体广播 /组播业务控制信道 MCCH信息的获取方法, 其特征在 于, 包括:
接收寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息包括用于指示系统信息或 MCCH信息是否改 变的第一指示信息;
如果所述第一指示信息指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变,则读取系统信息 块 SIB1 ;
根据所述 SIB1中的信息, 获取 MCCH信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述 S IB1中的信息, 获取 MCCH信息包括:
当 SIB1中的值标签与用户设备 UE上一次读取的 SIB1中的值标签相同, 并且所述 SIB1的调度列表不包括 SIB11或 SIB10的调度信息时, 获取 MCCH 信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述 S IB1中的信息, 获取 MCCH信息包括:
如果所述 SIB1 包括第二指示信息, 所述第二指示信息指示 MCCH信息中 与 UE自身业务相关的内容改变, 则获取 MCCH信息。
4、 一种 MCCH信息变化的指示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当 MCCH信息发生变化时, 发送寻呼消息给 UE, 所述寻呼消息包括用于 指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变的第一指示信息;
发送系统信息和改变后的 MCCH信息给 UE。
5、 根据权利 4所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述系统信息包括 SIB1 , 所述 SIB1中的第二指示信息指示 MCCH信息中 与 UE自身业务相关的内容改变; 或者
所述 SIB1中的值标签与上一次发送的 SIB1中的值标签相同,且所述 SIB1 中的调度列表不包括 S I B 11和 S I B 10的调度信息。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当 MCCH信息发 生变化时, 发送寻呼消息给 UE包括:
接收多小区 /组播协调实体 MCE发送的通知信息,所述通知信息指示 MCCH 信息改变;
发送所述寻呼消息给所述 UE。
7、 一种 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收寻呼消息和 SIB1 , 所述寻呼消息包括用于指示系统 信息或 MCCH信息是否改变的第一指示信息;
判断模块,用于根据所述第一指示信息判断系统信息或 MCCH信息是否改 变,如果所述第一指示信息指示系统信息或 MCCH信息改变,则根据所述 SIB1 判断是否需要获取所述 MCCH信息, 当需要获取 MCCH信息时, 触发获取模块; 获取模块, 用于收到所述判断模块的触发时, 获取 MCCH信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括: 第一判断子模块, 用于判断所述 S IB1是否满足第一预设条件, 如果所述 SIB1满足第一预设条件, 则触发所述获取模块; 所述第一预设条件包括: 所 述 SIB1中的值标签与所述接收模块上一次读取的 SIB1 中的值标签相同, 且 所述 SIB1的调度列表不包括 SIB11或 SIB10; 和 /或,
第二判断子模块, 用于判断所述 SIB1是否满足第二预设条件, 如果所述 SIB1满足第二预设条件, 则触发所述获取模块; 所述第二预设条件包括: 所 述 SIB1包括的第二指示信息指示 MCCH信息中与所述 UE自身业务相关的内容 改变。
9、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
收发模块, 用于发送寻呼消息给 UE, 所述寻呼消息包括用于指示系统信 息或 MCCH信息改变的第一指示信息;
所述收发模块还用于发送系统信息和改变后的 MCCH信息给 UE。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述系统信息包括 SIB1 ,
所述 S IBl中的第二指示信息指示所述 MCCH信息中与所述 UE自身业务相关的 内容改变; 或者, 所述 SIB1 中的值标签与上一次发送的 S IB1 中的值标签相 同, 且所述 S IB1中的调度列表不包括 SIB11和 S IB10的调度信息。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述收发模块还用 于接收 MCE发送的通知信息, 所述收发模块在接收到所述 MCE发送的通知信 息时, 发送寻呼消息给所述 UE; 所述通知信息指示所述 MCCH信息改变。
