Abstract

본 발명은 전자 서식 변환 방법, 장치 및 기록매체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 요청 문서와 함께 전자 서식 변환 요청을 접수받는 서식 변환 요청 접수부; 요청 문서를 분석하여 분석된 결과를 토대로 분석 정보를 생성하고, 분석 정보 및 미리 정의된 기준 정보를 토대로 요청 문서가 유효성(Validation)이 있는지 확인하는 요청 문서 분석부; 요청 문서가 유효성이 있는 것으로 확인되면, 요청 문서를 미리 정의된 기준 정보에 근거하여 변환함으로써 표준 문서를 생성하는 표준 문서 생성부; 변환 포맷 정보가 입력되면, 표준 문서를 변환 포맷 정보에 따라 변환함으로써 변환 문서를 생성하는 변환 문서 생성부; 및 전자 서식 변환 요청에 대한 응답으로서 변환 문서를 제공하는 변환 문서 제공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 서식 변환 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 매우 다양한 형태 또는 포맷의 전자 문서를 표준 문서로 변환하여 제공함으로써 전자 문서의 교환 및 이를 통한 업무 처리가 원활하게 이루어지게 해주며, 아울러, 표준 문서를 사용자 요구에 맞는 포맷으로 변환하여 제공해줌으로써 사용자 편의성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
