Abstract
The present invention relates to a passage cap bonding method of a boiler heat exchanger capable of preventing the transformation of a product caused by heat that is generated while a passage cap is welded with a body housing of the heat exchanger, and improving the performance and quality of the heat exchanger because a firm bonding process is performed. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a passage cap bonding method of a heat exchanger that is arranged inside a boiler. The method comprises a step of forming a passage by butt-welding the passage cap on one lateral side of the body housing made of a stainless material which constitutes the heat exchanger, wherein the body housing and the passage cap are bonded together by deeply and narrowly forming welding beads through laser welding.
