Abstract
The present invention comprises a core which includes a material capable of doping and dedoping lithium, and a carbon layer which is formed on the surface of the core, wherein the carbon layer has a 3-dimensional porous structure including nano pores which are regularly arrayed on the carbon layer with pore walls of a certain thickness therebetween.
