Description

정량 인출 용기
본 발명은 정량 인출 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 용기 내부에서 승강되는 지지관에 뚜껑의 솔대가 결합되어 화장용액 등의 내용물에 대한 솔의 저항이 거의 발생되지 않고, 항상 일정량의 화장용액 등의 내용물이 솔에 묻혀지는 고품질의 정량 인출 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 입술연지, 립글로스, 마스카라, 아이라이너, 매니큐어, 파운데이션와 같이 액상의 화장품 등과 같은 용기 내의 내용물을 솔로 찍어서 사용하는 경우에는 주로 모(毛) 다발이 심어진 솔대의 상부 뚜껑을 용기에 나사 결합하여 솔대와 모 다발이 용기 내부에 보관된 상태에서 간편하게 휴대할 수 있도록 되어 있고, 필요시 뚜껑을 분리하면 내용물이 묻혀진 모 다발로 사용 할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
종래의 용기는 용기 내에서 내용물이 묻혀진 솔대를 분리하면 모 다발에 내용물이이 과도하게 묻혀져서 사용하기에 불편하였을 뿐 아니라 뚜껑이 회전되는 과정에서 모 다발이 점도 높은 내용물의 저항에 의하여 꼬여지는 등의 폐단이 발생되었다.
또한, 솔대가 속 뚜껑에 출입되는 과정에서 펌핑 현상이 발생되어 내용물이 위로 토출됨에 따라 용기와 뚜껑이 내용물에 의하여 더럽혀지는 등의 문제점이 발생되었다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 감안하여 창안한 것으로서, 그 목적은 용기 내부에서 승강되는 지지관에 뚜껑의 솔대 결합되어 용기 내의 내용물에 대한 솔의 저항이 거의 발생되지 않고, 항상 일정량의 내용물이 솔에 묻혀지는 고품질의 정량 인출 용기를 제공함에 있는 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징은, 뚜껑(11)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 세워진 솔대(12)의 하부에는 모 다발(13)이 고정된 솔(10)과; 내용물이 담겨진 용기(20)로 구성되며, 뚜껑(11)이 용기(20)에 나사 결합되는 정량 인출 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기(20)의 입구에는 상부에 절결홈(30a)이 형성되며 내측에는 결합턱(30b)이 형성된 가이드관(30)이 결합되고, 가이드관(30)의 내측 하부에는 고무링(32)과 지지링(33)이 끼워지며, 가이드관(30)의 내부에는 지지관(31)이 결합되어 스프링(34)으로 지지되고, 지지관(31)의 하부에는 지지관(31)의 끝단 보다 이격되게 유입공(31b)이 뚫려진 유입면(31a)이 형성되며, 상기 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에는 상기 지지관(31)의 끝단이 끼워지는 끼움홈(22)이 형성되며 끼움홈(22)의 내측으로 바닥면(21) 보다 낮게 형성되는 정량공급부(23)가 형성되고, 지지관(31)의 내부에는 솔대(12)가 결합되어 모 다발(13)에 정량공급부(23)를 통하여 유입공(31b)으로 유입되는 정량의 내용물이 묻혀질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정량 인출 용기에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은, 모 다발(13)이 지지관(31)의 내부에서 회전되는 것이므로 용기 내의 내용물에 의한 저항이 거의 없어 모 다발(13)이 꼬여지는 등의 폐단을 방지할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 정량공급부(23)의 내용물이 유입공(31b)을 통해 유입된 일정량의 내용물만 모 다발(13)에 묻혀지는 것이므로 사용이 편리하면서도 솔(10)을 깨끗하게 유지할 수 있는 것으로서 소비자들에 고품질의 정량 인출 용기를 제공할 수 있는 등의 이점이 있는 것이다.

이하, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내지는 도 7에서 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 솔(10)은 뚜껑(11)의 내부 중앙에 솔대(12)가 수직으로 세워져 있고, 솔대(12)의 하부에는 모 다발(13)이 고정된 구성으로 되어 있다.
상기 솔(10)은 액상의 내용물이 담겨진 용기(20)에 나사 결합된다.
물론 전술한 구성으로 이루어진 용기는 이미 알려진 공지의 기술사상이다.
그러나, 본 발명에 있어서 가장 중요한 특징은 용기(20)에 가이드관(30)과 지지관(31)이 결합되고 용기(20)의 바닥면에 끼움홈(22)과 정량공급부(23)가 형성되어 용기의 성능을 높여줄 수 있도록 한 것에 있다
즉, 상기 용기(20)의 입구에는 가이드관(30)이 결합되어 있고, 가이드관(30)의 내부에는 지지관(31)이 결합되어 스프링(34)에 의하여 탄력 지지되어 있다.
상기 가이드관(30)의 상부에는 절결홈(30a)이 형성되어 있고, 내측에는 결합턱(30b)이 형성되어 있어 가이드관(30)에 지지관(31)을 결합할 때는 지지관(31)을 가이드관(30)에 밀어 넣으면 절결홈(30a)에 의해 가이드관(30)이 약간 벌어져 끼워진 후 가이드관(30)의 상부가 다시 수축되어 지지관(31)이 가이드관(30)의 결합턱(30b)에 걸리어 이탈되지 않는 것이다.
상기 가이드관(30)의 하부에는 지지관(31)과의 사이에 고무링(32)이 지지링(33)으로 지지되어 가이드관(30)과 지지관(31) 사이로 유입되는 내용물의 유입을 방지하도록 구성되어 있다.
상기 지지관(31)의 하부에는 지지관(31)의 끝단보다 이격되게 유입공(31b)이 뚫려진 유입면(31a)이 형성되어 내용물이 유입될 수 있도록 되어 있고, 지지관(31)의 내부에는 솔대(12)가 결합되어 모 다발(13)에 내용물이 묻혀질 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
상기 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에는 상기 지지관(31)의 끝단이 끼워지고 빠지는 것이 자유롭게 끼움홈(22)이 형성되며 끼움홈(22)의 내측으로 바닥면(21) 보다 낮게 형성되는 정량공급부(23)가 형성되어 정량공급부(23)의 일정량의 내용물을 지지관(31)의 유입공(31b)을 통해 지지관(31) 내측으로 공급되게 구성되어 있다.
또한 상기 유입공(31b)이 뚫려진 유입면(31a)을 지지관(31)의 끝단에 형성하고, 상기 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에 형성된 끼움홈(22)을 형성하지 않고 바닥면(21) 보다 낮은 정량공급부(23)만을 형성하여도 동일한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다
전술한 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명은, 모 다발(13)이 지지관(31)의 내부에서 회전되는 것이므로 내용물에 의한 저항이 거의 없어 모 다발(13)이 꼬여지는 등의 폐단을 방지할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지지관(31)의 바닥 유입공(31b)을 통해 유입된 일정량의 내용물만 모 다발(13)에 묻혀지는 것으로서, 정량공급부(23)는 사용용도에 따라 제품 제작 시에 정량공급부(23)의 높낮이를 조절하여 제작함으로서 사용용도에 따른 인출량을 조절할 수 있어 사용이 편리하면서도 솔(10)을 깨끗하게 유지할 수 있는 것으로서 소비자들에 고품질의 정량 인출 용기를 제공할 수 있는 등의 이점이 있는 것이다.
한편 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에 끼움홈(22)과 정량공급부(23)가 형성되어, 지지관(31)이 하강할 때 지지관(31)의 끝단이 끼움홈(22)에 끼워지면서 정량공급부(23)의 내용물만 지지관(31)의 유입공(31b)을 통해 지지관(31)의 내측으로 유입되므로 항상 일정량의 내용물만 모 다발(13)에 묻혀지는 것이다.
그리고 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에 정량공급부(23)만 형성된 경우에도 지지관(31)이 하강할 때 지지관(31)의 끝단이 정량공급부(23)에 끼워지면서 정량공급부(23)의 내용물만 지지관(31)의 유입공(31b)을 통해 지지관(31)의 내측으로 유입되므로 항상 일정량의 내용물만 모 다발(13)에 묻혀지는 것이다.
또한, 솔대(12)를 지지관(31) 내부에 결합 및 분리시키면 지지관(31)이 가이드관(30)에서 승하강되고, 승강 과정에서 에어의 배출이 이루어지는 것이므로 내용물이 펌핑되어 솔(10)이 지저분해지는 등의 폐단을 방지할 수 있는 것이다,
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 또한 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 기재된 청구범위 내에 있게 된다.

  1. 뚜껑(11)의 내부 중앙에 수직으로 세워진 솔대(12)의 하부에는 모 다발(13)이 고정된 솔(10)과; 내용물이 담겨진 용기(20)로 구성되며, 뚜껑(11)이 용기(20)에 나사 결합되는 정량 인출 용기에 있어서,
    상기 용기(20)의 입구에는 상부에 절결홈(30a)이 형성되며 내측에는 결합턱(30b)이 형성된 가이드관(30)이 결합되고, 가이드관(30)의 내측 하부에는 고무링(32)과 지지링(33)이 끼워지며, 가이드관(30)의 내부에는 지지관(31)이 결합되어 스프링(34)으로 지지되고, 지지관(31)의 하부에는 지지관(31)의 끝단 보다 이격되게 유입공(31b)이 뚫려진 유입면(31a)이 형성되며, 상기 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에는 상기 지지관(31)의 끝단이 끼워지는 끼움홈(22)이 형성되며 끼움홈(22)의 내측으로 바닥면(21) 보다 낮게 형성되는 정량공급부(23)가 형성되고, 지지관(31)의 내부에는 솔대(12)가 결합되어 모 다발(13)에 정량공급부(23)를 통하여 유입공(31b)으로 유입되는 정량의 내용물이 묻혀질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 정량 인출 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 유입공(31b)이 뚫려진 유입면(31a)이 지지관(31)의 끝단에 형성되고, 상기 용기(20)의 바닥면(21)에 형성된 끼움홈(22)을 형성하지 않고 바닥면(21) 보다 낮은 정량공급부(23) 만을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 정량 인출 용기.
