Further, some forms of energy, if delivered at lower power ranges create thermal lesions which are not ablative but instead can effectively remodel tissue by way of altering the conformation of heat- sensitive structural proteins such as collagen. The delivery of energy at levels that remodel tissue by operative elements is also included within the scope of the invention. Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de traitement comprenant un instrument d'insertion avec une structure de traitement couplée à l'extrémité distale qui permet la rotation de la structure de traitement autour du dispositif d'insertion.
