Description

Electronics
The present invention relates to an electronic device having a terminal for connecting a coaxial cable, and is applied to, for example, a booster, a converter, a mixer, a distributor, a branching device, various other separators, a series unit, and the like connected to an antenna. It relates to electronic equipment.
Conventionally, in one type of the above-described electronic equipment, a terminal capable of elastically sandwiching and supporting a conductor of a coaxial cable is accommodated inside the casing, and the coaxial cable is inserted into a hole penetrating the casing wall, A configuration is known in which a coaxial cable and a terminal are electrically connected by a conductor of the coaxial cable being sandwiched between terminals and elastically supported.
For this reason, since the connection part of a coaxial cable and a terminal is covered with a housing | casing, there existed a problem that it was hard to be visually recognized from the outside whether it was connected reliably.
In order to deal with such a problem, for example, a synthetic resin material having light transmissivity such as acrylic resin is used for a portion of the housing wall that faces the connecting portion between the coaxial cable and the terminal, and the connecting portion is provided in the housing. It is possible to make it visible from the outside.
However, from the viewpoint of improving the noise resistance of an electronic circuit such as a high-frequency circuit incorporated in an electronic device, a portion that covers the electronic circuit in the casing is particularly required to have high conductivity. It is extremely difficult to form a housing using a material having sufficient light transmittance for visually recognizing a portion and having conductivity.
。 Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present applicant has proposed an electronic device provided with a light emitting means such as an LED that emits light when energized when a coaxial cable is connected to a terminal in a previous application. (See Patent Document 1).
However, in the electronic device described in Patent Document 1, while the connection state between the coaxial cable and the terminal and the electronic circuit are suitably protected from the outside, such a connection state is clearly recognized from the outside of the housing, the LED or the like Electric power is required to emit light. Therefore, in the electronic device described in Patent Literature 1, there is a problem that the connection state between the coaxial cable and the terminal cannot be confirmed unless power is supplied to the electronic device.
The present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that while the connection portion between the built-in coaxial cable and the terminal is suitably protected, the coaxial cable and the terminal It is an object of the present invention to provide an electronic device having a novel configuration that can be visually recognized from the outside without requiring electric power.
A first aspect of the present invention made to solve such a problem is an electronic device, which is a terminal for connecting to an inner conductor of a coaxial cable and an outer conductor provided concentrically with the inner conductor. And a through hole for inserting the coaxial cable is formed in a wall portion of the casing, and the inner conductor, the outer conductor, and the terminals are electrically connected inside the casing. A window portion that penetrates the inside and outside of the casing is formed in the wall portion of the casing, and a movable member is disposed inside the casing in a displaceable manner. When the inner conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable are connected to the terminals, they abut against at least one of the inner conductor and the outer conductor, displace the region facing the window, and The color that can be seen through the window from before and after the displacement of the movable member Characterized in that it is different from each other and after the displacement of the moving member.
A second aspect of the present invention is the electronic device according to the first aspect, further comprising a displacement regulating member that positions the movable member at a position facing the window portion and a position not facing the window portion, and further the movable member The portion facing the window portion is colored in a color different from the color inside the casing viewed through the window portion from the outside.
A third aspect of the present invention is the electronic device according to the first aspect or the second aspect, wherein a part of the movable member is pivotally supported with respect to the housing, and the movable member is connected to the terminal. The region facing the window portion is displaced by rotating around a support shaft in contact with at least one of the inner conductor and the outer conductor.
The fourth aspect of the present invention is the electronic device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the coaxial cable includes an outer peripheral portion of the coaxial cable inserted through the housing in a direction of insertion. An elastic locking piece that is elastically locked in the opposite direction is provided.
The fifth aspect of the present invention is the electronic device according to the fourth aspect, wherein an outer peripheral portion of the coaxial cable locked to the elastic locking piece is the outer conductor exposed on the outer peripheral surface. The elastic locking piece functions as the terminal when the outer conductor and the elastic locking piece are electrically connected.
In the electronic device according to the first aspect, when the coaxial cable is connected to the terminal, the color of the window portion viewed from the outside due to the displacement of the movable member due to the contact between the movable member and the coaxial cable is changed to the inner conductor and It changes in the state before a connection in an external conductor and each terminal, and the state after a connection. Thereby, it can be easily confirmed from the outside whether or not the coaxial cable and the terminal are connected without requiring electric power.
Particularly, since the connection state is determined using the color change visually recognized through the window portion, it is not necessary to form a large window portion so that the connection state is directly visually recognized. As a result, based on the downsizing of the window portion in the housing, suitable protection of the connection portion between the electronic circuit and the coaxial cable built into the electronic device and the terminal can be achieved.
Further, according to the electronic device of the second aspect, the displacement of the movable member is restricted, so that the color visually recognized through the window portion from the outside before the displacement of the movable member and the color visually recognized after the displacement are sure. Therefore, the connection state between the coaxial cable and the terminal can be more reliably determined.
Further, according to the electronic device of the third aspect, the mechanism in which the movable member abuts at least one of the inner conductor and the outer conductor and displaces the region facing the window portion is realized with a simple configuration.
Further, according to the electronic device of the fourth aspect, the coaxial cable is supported by the housing via the elastic locking piece, and the connection state between the coaxial cable and the terminal is stabilized, and the coaxial cable is connected after the connection. By suppressing the displacement of the movable member based on the displacement, the color change visually recognized through the window portion is prevented, and the confirmation of the connection state is further stabilized. Furthermore, since the locking member of the coaxial cable is an elastic locking piece that elastically locks the coaxial cable, the elastic locking piece is deformed, so that the coaxial cable can be attached to and detached from the electronic device. It becomes easy.
In addition, according to the electronic device of the fifth aspect, the elastic locking piece functions as a connection terminal of the external conductor, thereby reducing the number of parts, and making the electronic device more compact and reducing the manufacturing cost. It is done.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2A-2B show a distributor 10 as an embodiment of the electronic apparatus of the present invention. The distributor 10 is, for example, for distributing and outputting a high-frequency received signal received by an antenna for receiving a television broadcast to a plurality of terminals (television receivers), and connecting the coaxial cable 12a on the antenna line side. And an output terminal 14 for connecting the coaxial cables 12b, 12c on each terminal side. The distributor 10 according to this embodiment is a two-distributor including two output terminals 14.
The coaxial cable 12 employs a known configuration as shown in FIG. That is, the outer conductor 18 is provided concentrically around the core wire 16 as the inner conductor via the insulating material, and the outer conductor 18 is covered with the insulating coating material. Further, the tip end portion of the coaxial cable 12 is stepped off when connected to the terminal 14, and the core wire 16 protrudes in the tip direction from the outer conductor 18, and the outer peripheral surface of each end side of the core wire 16 and the outer conductor 18. Is exposed.
The distributor 10 includes a case 20 as a casing. The case 20 is made of a conductive member such as a zinc die-cast product having a predetermined box shape (for example, a rectangular box shape), and has a substantially sealed structure as a whole. A plurality of insertion holes 22 for inserting the coaxial cable 12 are provided in the wall portion of the case 20.
Also, the case 20 contains a substrate. This board forms a distribution circuit as an electronic circuit, and is provided with an input terminal (not shown) and output terminals 14 and 14 connected to the distribution circuit. The output terminal 14 includes a first contact piece 24 and a second contact piece 26.
The first contact piece 24 is composed of a pair of metal springs facing each other, and is supported so as to be elastically deformable with respect to the substrate. The first contact piece 24 is disposed inside the case 20 so as to face the insertion hole 22 in the wall portion of the case 20 in a direction orthogonal to the facing direction of the pair of metal springs.
The second contact piece 26 is made of a substantially annular metal spring, and the outer peripheral portion is supported around the insertion hole 22 inside the wall portion of the case 20, and the inner peripheral portion faces the insertion hole 22. Yes. In particular, the second contact piece 26 has a form that protrudes inward from the wall portion of the case 20 toward the inner peripheral portion from the outer peripheral portion supported by the case 20 wall portion, and has a plurality of notches in the circumferential direction. Are provided at substantially equal intervals.
Further, a substantially cylindrical release member 28 is inserted in the peripheral portion of the insertion hole 22 in the case 20 wall. On both sides in the axial direction of the release member 28, projections having a diameter larger than the diameter of the insertion hole 22 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and these projections are separated by a dimension larger than the thickness of the wall portion of the case 20. Has been placed. Thus, the release member 28 is supported so as to be displaceable by a predetermined distance in the axial direction parallel to the insertion hole 22 and the penetrating direction with respect to the case 20 wall portion while preventing the release member 28 from falling off the case 20 wall portion.
Here, a window 30 is provided around the insertion hole 22 in the wall portion of the case 20 so that the inside of the case 20 can be seen from the outside through the window 30. The window portion 30 of the present embodiment is made as small as possible while having a distinction that can clearly distinguish the color inside the case 20 and the color of the wall portion of the case 20.
Also, a movable member 32 is provided inside the case 20. The movable member 32 is made of a longitudinal synthetic resin material or the like, and a pivot 34 is provided at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. The pivot 34 is supported on the case 20 wall or directly on the case 20 wall via the substrate. Has been. Thereby, the one part 36 and the other part 38 sandwiching the pivot 34 of the movable member 32 can be rotated around the pivot 34.
One portion 36 sandwiching the pivot 34 in the movable member 32 is arranged in the vicinity of the side opposite to the insertion hole 22 with the first contact piece 24 sandwiched inside the case 20. Further, the other portion 38 sandwiching the pivot 34 in the movable member 32 is disposed in the vicinity of the window portion 30 inside the case 20.
The distal end side of the other portion 38 of the movable member 32 is a display portion 40 that can be bent and deformed with respect to the other portion 38. The display unit 40 has a larger outer shape than the window unit 30 of the case 20. In addition to the colors of the one and other portions 36 and 38, the display unit 40 is given a color different from the color of the case 20.
The color of the display unit 40 and the color of the case 20 are preferably large in contrast (difference in brightness). For example, when the case 20 has black or gray, the display unit 40 has a red color. It is desirable to use yellow or yellow.
Further, the rotation region of the movable member 32 includes a region where the display unit 40 faces the window unit 30, and the display unit 40 is a position that does not overlap with the position overlapping the window unit 30 by the rotation of the movable member 32. And can be displaced.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, a string spring is provided around the pivot 34 of the movable member 32 to urge the movable member 32 in one direction of rotation. Further, in a state before the coaxial cable 12 is connected to the output terminal 14, the display unit 40 is in contact with the protrusion 42 projecting from the inner wall of the case 20 at a position where the display unit 40 does not overlap the window 30. Thus, the displacement of the movable member 32 in one direction of the rotation direction is restricted. That is, the displacement restricting means for positioning the display portion 40 of the movable member 32 at a position that does not face the window portion 30 includes the string spring and the protrusion 42, and the window portion from the outside of the case 20 by the displacement restricting means. A state in which the color viewed through 30 is a color other than the display unit 40 is maintained.
In the distributor 10 having such a configuration, the coaxial cable 12 is inserted into the release member 28 inside the insertion hole 22, and the core wire 16 is inserted between the pair of spring fittings in the first contact piece 24 to be attached to the spring fittings. In addition, the outer conductor 18 can be inserted into the second contact piece 26 and elastically locked to the inner peripheral portion of the second contact piece 26 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
Thereby, the coaxial cable 12 is connected to the output terminal 14. As is clear from the above description, the second contact piece 26 of the output terminal 14 functions as a terminal connected to the outer conductor 18 of the movable member 32 and elastically locks the movable member 32. It also functions as an elastic locking piece.
When the connection state between the coaxial cable 12 and the output terminal 14 is released, the release member 28 externally inserted into the coaxial cable 12 is displaced in the insertion direction of the coaxial cable 12 and the second contact piece 26 is pressed. In a state where the inner peripheral portion of the second contact piece 26 and the outer conductor 18 are released from the deformation, the coaxial cable 12 is pulled out from the insertion hole 22 to release the connection state.
Here, in the distributor 10 of the present embodiment, when the coaxial cable 12 and the output terminal 14 are connected, the distal end portion of the core wire 16 abuts on one portion 36 sandwiching the pivot 34 of the movable member 36, With this contact, the movable member 36 rotates in the other rotation direction, and the display unit 40 of the movable member 36 is arranged at a position covering the window 30.
Although not explicitly shown in the drawing, a part of the coaxial cable 12 abuts on a member or a part constituting the case 20, or the holding force or the second contact force of the first contact piece 24 against the core wire 16. When the elastic locking force of the piece 26 with respect to the outer conductor 18 is increased and the displacement in the insertion direction of the coaxial cable 12 is restricted, the displacement of the movable member 32 in the other direction is restricted. . That is, the displacement regulating means for positioning the display unit 40 of the movable member 32 at a position facing the window unit 30 includes at least one of the coaxial cable 12, the case 20, the first contact piece 24, and the second contact piece 26. It consists of
In short, according to the distributor 10 of the present embodiment, the color of the window portion 30 visually recognized from the outside is obtained by the displacement of the movable member 32 in conjunction with the connection operation between the coaxial cable 12 and the terminal 14. Since it changes before and after connection, whether or not the coaxial cable 12 and the terminal 14 are connected can be easily visually recognized from the outside without requiring electric power.
In particular, in this embodiment, in addition to the window portion 30 being made as small as possible, the entire window portion 30 is made of a conductive member in a state where the coaxial cable 12 and the terminal 14 are connected. Since it covers with the display part 40 of the member 32, the noise resistance of the divider | distributor 10 is improved significantly.
In the present embodiment, since the other portion 38 of the movable member 32 and the display unit 40 are relatively deformable, the display unit 40 moves to the case 20 wall as the movable member 32 rotates. For example, the load generated on the movable member 32 is reduced and the durability of the movable member 32 is preferably ensured. In addition, when the display unit 40 faces the window 30, the display unit 40 can be easily brought into contact with the peripheral edge of the window 30 by using the above-described deformation action. The clarity of the color visually recognized through the window 30 and the noise resistance of the distributor 10 can be further improved.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the movable member 32 rotates by contacting the tip portion of the core wire 16 and the color of the window portion 30 changes, the core wire 16 is connected in addition to the external conductor 18. It can be surely known, and the connection reliability to the terminal 14 of the coaxial cable 12 is increased.
Furthermore, in the movable member 32 of the present embodiment, the whole including the pivot shaft 34, the one and other portions 36, 38, and the display unit 40 is integrally formed using an insulating synthetic resin material or the like. The electrical loss due to the contact between the movable member 32 and the core wire 16 of the coaxial cable 12 is suppressed, and the formation is facilitated.
As mentioned above, although one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the present invention is not limited in any way by the specific description in the embodiment, and various changes, modifications, and modifications based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. The present invention can be implemented in a mode with improvements and the like. Further, it goes without saying that any such embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention as long as they do not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the change in the color of the window 30 is arranged at a position where the display unit 40 of the movable member 32 does not face the window 30 when the coaxial cable 12 and the terminal 14 are not connected. The display part 40 of the movable member 32 is arranged at a position facing the window part 30 in the connection state between the terminal 14 and the terminal 14, but the display part is arranged at a position facing the window part in the non-connection state. In the connected state, the color of the window 30 may be changed by arranging the display unit at a position not facing the window.
In the above embodiment, the mechanism for displacing the movable member 34 in the region facing the window portion 30 is such that one portion 36 sandwiching the pivot 34 formed in the intermediate portion of the movable member 34 abuts on the coaxial cable 12. The other portion 38 is configured by a rotation mechanism that rotates around the pivot 34. For example, one end of the movable member is a rotation end, and the vicinity of the rotation end is applied to the coaxial cable. You may employ | adopt the rotation mechanism which is made to contact and the other edge part of a movable member displaces the area | region facing a window part. Alternatively, a slide mechanism may be employed in which the movable member is supported so as to be slidable with respect to the case, a coaxial cable is brought into contact with the movable member, and the movable member is displaced to a region facing the window portion.
Furthermore, in the embodiment, the entire movable member 32 including the one portion 36 that contacts the core wire 16 of the coaxial cable 12 and the display portion 40 that covers the window portion 30 is made of an insulating synthetic resin material. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, each part of the movable member may be formed separately using different materials and fixed to each other. In particular, in the movable member, the display portion that covers the window portion is formed of a conductive member such as a conductive metal material or a synthetic resin material, and the portion that comes into contact with the core wire of the coaxial cable is an insulating synthetic resin material or the like. When the display portion is arranged at a position covering the window portion, the electrical loss due to the contact between the movable member and the core wire is suppressed while improving the shielding performance of the electronic circuit inside the case. It is also possible.
