Abstract
A. modular receptacle (20) for plant is characterized in that it comprises water container (21), water drainage part (22), wall (23), and slots (24). The modular receptacle (20) includes slots (24) to be inserted with the handling device while removing or mounting an individual modular receptacle without affecting the operation of the remaining modular receptacles. The wall (23) is the barrier-like member surrounding the water container (21) for use in containing the cultivation materials, part of the wall higher than the water container having one portion that forms an inward angle measuring from 100 to 260 degrees with respect to the plane of the placement area for the modular receptacle and have slots which are holes or openings located on the wall (23) that forms an inward angle measuring from 100 to 260 degrees with respect to the plane of the placement area for the modular receptacle. This enables the handling device in accordance with the slots (24) to be used in lifting or moving modular receptacles without affecting other modular receptacles. Further, the handling device can also be used with other modular receptacles (20).
Claims
1. A modular receptacle (20) suitable for plant comprising:
- water container (21) defining well capable of retaining water inside the modular receptacle;
- wall (23) which is the barrier-like member upward protruding from the water container (21) defining cavity able to contain plant growth medium; wherein the wall having one portion that forms an upward or downward angle measuring from 0 to 80 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane;
- slots (24) realized as holes or openings located on the wall_(23) that forms an upward or downward angle measuring from 0 to 80 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane; and
- a handling device (40) which is detachable from modular receptacle (20) to be used for lifting and moving modular receptacle (20) by accessing through slots (24) characterized in that comprising first leg (41), second leg (42) and a leg connector (43) wherein the length of first leg (41) is less than the widest part of the first slot (24), the length of second leg (42) is longer than the minimal length of second slot (24), the length of the nearest points between the first leg (41) and the second leg (42) is at least equal to the distance between the nearest points of these slots (24) and does not exceed the farthest distance between slots (24) and the leg connector (43), and the leg connector is a bent rod or a curved rod to connect these legs together.

The modular receptacle according to claim 1 further comprising a lock (30) used in fastening and connecting at least two modular receptacles (20) together at the wall edge, wherein said lock (30) includes a core (31) and snap retainers (32) for engaging or attaching to the walls (23) of the modular receptacle (20).

The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said wall (23) includes a coupling portion (25) with a convex-shaped member correspond with tubular water supply (60) used in transporting water from outside modular receptacle (20) to the lower or lateral section of the modular receptacle (20) and distributing water to the upper section of the modular receptacle (20).
4. The modular receptacle according to claim 2 or and 3 wherein said lock (30) engages with the coupling portion (25) to hold the water supply (60) in a fixed position while the modular receptacle (20) is being supplied with water.
5. The modular receptacle according to claim 4 wherein said lock (30) includes a hole or opening at its core (31) that enables the insertion of the water supply (60) through said lock (30).
6. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said walls (23) includes the reinforcement (27) member realizing a flange or a ridge protruding from the walls (23) to bear the load exerted on the receptacle.
7. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said wall (23) includes an engagement support member (26) which is any geometrical shape members attached to the wall (23) to prevent any damages associated with the lifting or moving of the modular receptacle (20).
8. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein said wall (23) includes a wall decoration portion (28) realized as a plate to be affixed to the walls (23); and wherein the wall decoration portion (28) is assembled to the walls (23) or the slots (24) by means of attaching, engaging, hanging, suspending, or the like.

10. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein the leg connector (43) includes a reinforcement core (44) which is a rod or a connecting plate located between the legs to prevent bending of deformation of the handling device (40).

12. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 and 7 wherein the leg connector (43) includes a protruding holding lug (45) with the shape of any geometric shape to hold or engage with the engagement support member (26).
13. The modular receptacle according to claim 1 wherein the modular receptacle (20) further comprising a water drainage part (22) realized as hole or opening located on any surface of the water container (21)
