Abstract
Selon l'invention, cette installation est agencée en altitude et comporte une plate-forme (2); un dispositif de sustentation commandable (3) de ladite plate-forme en altitude; une réserve d'eau (4) associée à ladite plate-forme (2); un dispositif de transformation (5) de l'eau en ses composants, à partir de l'énergie solaire; et des moyens de liquéfaction et de stockage (6) de l'hydrogène obtenu liquéfié dans des réservoirs ( 16), ces derniers étant intégrés à des corps volants (20) conçus pour rallier une zone cible et distribuer l'hydrogène liquéfié.
