选择小区的方法和设备 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别是涉及选择小区的方法和设备。 背景技术
在现有的长期演进系统(Long Term Evolution, LTE ) 中, 如果没有部 署 IP多媒体系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS ),用户设备( User Equipment UE )可通过 CS域回落( Circuit Switched Fallback, CS FB )技术回到支持 CS域的网络, 重新使用 CS网络提供的电路域业务来发起紧急呼叫。 UE在 CS域注册失败, 或者位置区更新 ( Location Area Update , LAU ) 失败时, 或 UE驻留在可接受的小区 ( acceptable cell ) 时, UE无法发起 CS FB, 则 UE需要小区选择或者小区重选至 CS域网络, 以便发起紧急呼叫。
在小区选择和小区重选技术中 , UE会根据小区重选 /选择的受限条件来 决定是否驻留到该小区。 例如, UE根据目标小区系统消息中的追踪区域 ( Tracking Area, TA )标识和公共陆地移动网络( Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN )标识判断 TA和 PLMN是否为受限区域, 如果是 , 则该 UE将禁掉 ( bar )该小区以及该小区所在的频率一段时间, 最长时间为 300秒。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术具有以下问题: UE驻留在 仅支持 PS域的网络中或者可接受的小区中时, 无法及时发起紧急呼叫, 从 而导致 UE应急效率较低。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供选择小区的方法和设备, 能够解决驻留在仅支持 PS 域的网络中或者可接受的小区中时, 无法及时发起紧急呼叫的技术问题, 进而提高 UE应急效率。
本发明实施例提供一种选择小区的方法, 包括:
用户设备 UE获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中 的指示信息,所述指示信息为:用于指示所述目标小区所支持的域的指示 A, 或者用于指示目标小区是否支持 CS域的指示 B,或者指示目标小区是否仅 支持 PS域的指示 c;
所述 UE根据所述指示信息选择至所述目标小区列表中的第一目标小 区, 所述第一目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示所述目标小区支持 CS 域。

由上可见,本发明实施例中 UE在重选至新小区之前识别待重选网络是 否支持 CS域, 使得 UE能够一次性重选至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE重 选至仅支持 PS域的小区而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。 此外, 本发明实 施例中 UE还能够在选至新小区之前取消小区受限条件,使得 UE能够选至 小区受限条件内的小区, 从而避免由于小区受限条件的限制而无法及时发 起紧急呼叫的问题。 附图说明

需要指出的是, 本发明各实施例中涉及的目标系统为目标小区所在的 系统,目标频率指目标小区所在的频率 J良务小区为当前 UE所驻留的小区, 目标小区为 UE做选择小区时的候选小区。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例一提供一种选择小区的方法, 本实施例包 括:
S 101、 UE获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的指 示信息, 该指示信息为: 用于指示所述目标小区所支持的域的指示 A, 或 者用于指示目标小区是否支持 CS域的指示 B,或者指示目标小区是否仅支 持 PS域的指示 C;
S102、 该 UE根据该指示信息选择至该目标小区列表中的第一目标小 区, 该第一目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示该目标小区支持 CS域。 本实施例中的 UE根据目标小区系统消息中的 CS域指示进行小区选 择, 从而实现一次性选择至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE选至仅支持 PS域 的网络而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。
可选的, 本实施例中的指示信息指示目标小区支持 CS域包括: 指示 A 指示目标小区所支持的域为 CS域; 或者指示 B指示目标小区支持 CS域的 状态为是; 指示 C指示目标小区仅支持 PS域的状态为否。
可选的,本实施例中的目标小区列表可以是 UE从网络实体获取的,也 可以是由 UE自身存储的。 进一步的, UE获取到指示信息后, 还可以根据 指示信息对目标小区列表进行更新。
可选的,本实施例中的 UE获取到多于一个指示信息指示其对应的目标 小区支持 CS域时, 可以随机选择一个目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将 信号质量最好的目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者将排序最靠前的目标小 区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目标小区; 本实施例中的 UE获取到一 个指示信息指示其对应的目标小区支持 CS域时,可以将该目标小区作为第 一目标小区, 并选择至该第一目标小区; 也可以先判断是否将目标小区作 为第一目标小区, 如果是, 则 UE选择至该第一目标小区, 否则 UE获取目 标小区列表中其他目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息。
本发明实施例二提供一种选择小区的方法, 本实施例中, UE选择至第 一目标小区; 其中, 第一目标小区为目标小区列表中的目标小区之一, 该 目标小区列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区; 和 /或, 第一目标小区的频率 为目标频率列表中的频率之一,该目标频率列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标频 率。
本实施例中的 UE在仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区列表或目标频率列表 中进行小区选择, 能够实现一次性选择至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE选至 仅支持 PS域的网络而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。
可选的, 本实施例中的 UE可以自身存储或从网络实体直接 /间接获取 该目标小区列表和 /或目标频率列表。 进一步的, UE可以将目标小区列表 / 目标频率列表中的目标小区 /频率的优先级调高。
可选的, UE可以随机选择目标小区列表中的一个目标小区作为第一目 标小区, 或者将目标小区列表中信号质量最好的目标小区作为第一目标小 区, 或者将目标小区列表中排序最靠前的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并 选择至第一目标小区。 进一步的, UE在选择至第一目标小区可以包括: 判 断该第一目标小区的频率是否为目标频率列表中的频率之一, 如果是, 则 选择至该第一目标小区。
可选的, UE可以随机选择目标频率列表中的一个频率下的目标小区作 为第一目标小区, 或者将目标频率列表中全部或部分频率下信号质量最好 的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将目标频率列表中排序最靠前的频率 下的一个目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目标小区。 进一步的, UE在选择至第一目标小区可以包括: 判断该第一目标小区是否为目标小区 列表中的目标小区之一, 如果是, 则选择至该第一目标小区。
本发明实施例三提供一种选择小区的方法, 本实施例包括: UE确定目 标小区符合小区受限条件时, 取消小区受限条件, 并选择至该目标小区。 其中, 小区受限条件包括: 目标小区位于漫游受限的跟踪域 ΤΑ或位置域 LA或路由区域 (Routing Area, RA ), 和 /或, 目标小区所在的公用陆地移 动通信网 ( Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN ) 与其注册的 PLMN等效。
本实施例可以通过取消小区受限条件,使得 UE可以选至受限的目标小 区, 以侦 起紧急呼叫。
可选的,本实施例中的 UE确定目标小区符合小区受限条件之前,本实 施例还包括: UE确定自身为任何小区选择 ( Any cell selection )状态, 或者 驻留在任何小区( camped on any cell state )状态, 或者找不到合适小区的状 态。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例四提供一种选择小区的方法, UE可以通过 获取到的指示信息来选择小区。 具体的, 本实施例包括如下步骤:
S401、 UE获取目标小区列表。
其中, 该目标小区列表可以包括支持 CS域的目标小区和支持 PS域的 目标小区等。 优选的, 该小区列表中的目标小区可以是根据优先级(例如 重选优先级), 或根据其他预设条件进行排序的列表。
具体的, UE从其他网络实体(如 eNB )获取该列表。 优选的, UE可 选的, UE保存排序后的列表,和 /或,将排序后的列表发送给其他网络实体, 例如保存上述目标小区列表的网络实体。
现有技术中提供的目标小区列表获取方法均适用于本步骤; 本步骤为 可选步骤, 当 UE自身存储该列表时, UE可以不从其他网络实体获取该列 表。
5402、 UE获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的指 示信息, 该指示信息用于指示该目标小区所支持的域。
优选的, UE可以按照预设条件, 例如小区重选优先级等, 对该列表中 的小区进行测量, ^^据测量结果, 读取排序最高小区的系统消息中的指示 信息;
可选的 , UE可以根据目标小区在该列表中的顺序依次获取各目标小区 的系统消息中的指示信息。 例如: UE ^据目标小区的优先级由高到低的顺 序, 获取全部目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息, 当该列表中的目标小区 已按照优先级进行排序时, UE从该列表中的第一个目标小区开始, 依次获 取各目标小区系统消息中的指示信息。 UE也可以获取该列表中部分目标小 区的系统消息中的指示信息 , 例如仅获取优先级最高的目标小区的系统消 息中的指示信息, 或者满足其他预设条件的目标小区的系统消息中的指示 信息。
可选的 ,本步骤中的 UE可以在获取到相应系统消息中的指示信息指示 该目标小区支持 CS域时 ,不再获取目标小区列表中的其他目标小区的系统 消息中的指示信息。
可选的 , 本步骤中的 UE可以同时读取多于一个目标小区的系统消息 , 也可以在同一时间仅获取一个目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息 , 当该指 示信息指示该目标小区不支持 CS域时, UE读取下一个目标小区的系统消
5403、 UE重选至该目标小区列表中的第一目标小区, 该第一目标小区 的系统消息中的指示信息指示该目标小区支持 CS域。
本步骤中 , 如果 S402中 UE获取到多于一个指示信息指示其对应的目 标小区支持 CS域, 则 UE可以随机选择其中一个目标小区作为第一目标小 区, 也可以将信号质量最好的目标小区, 或排序最靠前的目标小区, 或满 足其他预设条件的目标小区作为第一目标小区。
本步骤中 , 如果 S402中 UE获取到一个指示信息指示其对应的目标小 区支持 CS域, 则 UE可以将作为第一目标小区, 也可以进一步才 据其他条 件判断是否将其作为第一目标小区。 例如, 该目标小区的信号质量较差, 则 UE可以不将该目标小区作为第一目标小区 ,而是继续获取上述目标小区 列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息。
本发明实施例四中, UE根据目标小区系统消息中的 CS域指示进行小 区重选, 从而实现一次性重选至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE重选至仅支持 PS域的网络而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。
进一步的,本实施例四中的 UE可以根据获取的指示信息更新目标小区 列表。 例如, 某目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示该目标小区不支持 CS域, 则 UE可以将该目标小区从该列表中删除, 或者降低该目标小区的 优先级, 或者将该目标小区在该列表中的位置向后调整, 或者把该目标小 区所在的频率、 或位置区 /路由区禁掉一段时间 (如 300秒)。 可选的, UE 可以将更新后的列表发送给其他网络实体。 通过对列表的更新, UE能够更 加有效的进行小区重选, 进一步提高应急效率。
此外, 本实施例四适用于 UE需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区的场景。 具体的 , UE可以在需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区时顺序执行上述各步骤 (包括可选步骤), 也可以先执行 S401 , 在需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区 时顺序执行上述 S402及其后各步骤(包括可选步骤)。 进一步的, UE可以 在以下条件满足时, 确定需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区: 当前状态为空闲 态, 且服务小区信号质量的测量结果满足预设条件时; 其中, 预设条件可 以是服务小区信号质量的测量结果低于预设门限或者其他小区的测量结 果。
需要说明的是, 本实施例四中的指示信息用于指示目标小区所支持的 域, 该指示信息可以包含在目标小区的系统消息(如 SIB3或 SIB4 )中, 具 体的, 指示信息可以占用 2比特, 例如 10表示支持 CS域, 01表示支持 PS 域, 11表示支持 CS域和 PS域, 则只有指示信息的第一个比特为 1时相应 的目标小区才可能作为第一目标小区。 上述实施例四还有两种替代方案, 即: 第一种, 指示信息用于指示目标小区是否支持 CS域, 可占用 1比特, 例如 0表示不支持 CS域, 1表示支持 CS域; 第二种, 指示信息用于指示 目标小区是否仅支持 PS域, 可占用 1比特, 例如 1表示仅支持 PS域, 0 表示不仅支持 PS域, 则指示信息为 0时相应的目标小区才可能作为第一目 标小区。 采用上述两种指示信息的替代方案的具体步骤与上述实施例四类 似, 此处不再赞述。
本发明实施例五提供一种选择小区的方法, 本实施例包括如下步骤:
S501、 UE获取目标小区列表, 该目标小区列表仅包含支持 CS域的目 标小区。
其中, 支持 CS域的目标小区可以为仅支持 CS域的目标小区, 也可以 为即支持 CS域又支持 PS域的目标小区。
可选的, 该小区列表中的目标小区可以是根据优先级(例如重选优先 级)进行排序的列表。
具体的, 该列表可以从其他网络实体(如 eNB )获取该列表。 优选的, UE可以进行目标小区排序, 可选的, UE保存排序后的列表, 和 /或, 将排 序后的列 送给其他网络实体, 例如保存上述目标小区列表的网络实体。 进一步的, UE可以直接或间接发送请求消息给网络实体以获取该实体提供 的列表,也可以通过读取当前服务小区的系统消息(如 LTE系统消息 SIB6 ) 来获取该列表。 可选的, UE在获取到该列表后进行保存, 或对自身保存的 列表进行更新。
本步骤中 , UE可以根据完整目标小区列表和仅支持 PS域的目标小区 列表来获得仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区列表。 例如, UE通过读取当前服 务小区的系统消息来获取完整目标小区列表和仅支持 PS 域的目标小区列 表, 则仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区列表为上述两个列表的差值, 即内容相 当于不包含出现在仅支持 PS域的目标小区列表中的目标小区的完整目标小 区列表中的内容。 进一步的, UE可以将完整目标小区列表中仅支持 PS域 的目标小区的优先级降低, 和 /或将完整目标小区列表中支持 CS域的目标 小区的优先级升高。
本步骤为可选步骤, 当 UE自身存储该列表时, UE可以不从其他网络 实体获取该列表。
本步骤中的列表可以包含目标小区 ID、 目标网络的频率信息、 小区重 选参数(如小区重选优先级或小区重选门限等)之一或任一组合。
S502、 UE重选至第一目标小区, 该第一目标小区属于上述目标小区列 表;
具体的 ,本步骤中 UE可以随机将该列表中的某一目标小区作为第一目 标小区, 也可以对该列表中的目标小区进行测量, 根据信号质量将某一目 标小区 (例如信号质量最好的目标小区)作为第一目标小区; 如果该列表 中的目标小区有相应的重选优先级,则 UE也可以 据重选优先级将某一目 标小区 (例如重选优先级最高的目标小区)为第一目标小区。
本发明实施例五中, UE根据仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区的列表进行 小区重选, 能够实现一次性重选至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE重选至仅支 持 PS域的网络而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。
本实施例五还有一种替代方案, 该替代方案的 S501,与 S501类似, 区 别在于: UE获取的列表为目标频率列表(指目标小区所在频率的列表), 该列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标频率。 相应的, 该替代方案的 S502'中, UE 重选至第一目标小区, 该第一目标小区的频率属于上述目标频率列表。
进一步的, 该替代方案的 S502'中, UE可以通过以下任一方法重选至 第一目标小区:
( 1 ) 随机将该列表中的某一目标频率下的目标小区作为第一目标小 区, 并重选至该小区;
( 2 )对该列表中的全部或部分目标频率下的目标小区进行测量, 根据 信号质量将某一目标小区 (例如信号质量最好的目标小区)作为第一目标 小区;
具体的, UE可以先选定该列表中的一个目标频率, 并对该目标频率下 的全部或部分目标小区进行测量,然后 UE 据测量结果选定一个目标小区 作为第一目标小区; 当 UE未选定一个目标小区作为第一目标小区时, UE 可以选定该列表中的另一个目标频率并进行测量, 直至选定一个目标小区 作为第一目标小区并重选至该小区。
或者, UE可以对该列表中的全部目标频率下的目标小区进行测量, 然 后 UE 据测量结果选定一个目标小区作为第一目标小区。
当然, UE也可以按照其他顺序对目标小区进行测量, 例如先测量各目 标频率下的重选优先级最高的目标小区, 再^^据测量结果选定一个目标小 区作为第一目标小区并重选至该小区;当 UE未选定一个目标小区作为第一 目标小区时, 可以测量各目标频率下重选优先级较高 (但非最高) 的目标 小区并进行测量, 直至选定一个目标小区作为第一目标小区并重选至该小 区。
实施例五的替代方案中, UE根据仅包含支持 CS域的目标频率的列表 进行小区重选, 能够实现一次性重选至支持 CS域的网络, 避免 UE重选至 仅支持 PS域的网络而无法及时发起紧急呼叫的问题。
此外, 本实施例五(或其替代方案)适用于 UE需重选至支持 CS域的 目标小区的场景。 具体的, UE可以在需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区时顺 序执行实施例 (或其替代方案) 中的各步骤(包括可选步骤), 也可以先执 行 S501 (或替代方案中的 S501' ), 在需重选至支持 CS域的目标小区时顺 序执行实施例 (或其替代方案) 中的 S501 (或替代方案中的 S501 ' )之后 的步骤。 进一步的, UE可以在某预设条件满足时, 确定需重选至支持 CS 域的目标小区, 具体的, 上述实施例四提供的确定需重选至支持 CS域的目 标小区的预设条件均适用于实施例五及其替代方案, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例五及其替代方案可以相结合, UE重选至 第一目标小区, 该第一目标小区在目标小区列表中, 且其频率在目标频率 列表中。 例如, UE可以获取目标小区列表和目标频率列表, 当 UE根据实 施例五的步骤确定第一目标小区时, 还同时检查该待定小区的频率是否在 目标频率列表中,或者, 当 UE根据实施例五的替代方案的步骤确定第一目 标小区时, 还同时检查该目标小区是否在目标小区列表中。 如果检查结果 为否, 则该待定小区不能作为第一目标小区。 又如, UE还可以根据目标频 率列表的内容对目标小区列表中的目标小区进行筛选, 即: 当目标小区列 表中的目标小区的频率不在目标频率列表中时, 该目标小区被筛掉(如删 除、 或做标记、 或选择小区时跳过该小区), 否则, 该目标小区可以作为待 定小区, UE将待定小区形成的列表作为目标小区列表, 通过实施例五的步 骤进行小区选择。
本发明实施例六提供一种选择小区的方法, 该实施例包括如下步骤: S601、 UE判断目标系统是否包含仅支持 PS域的目标小区 /频率, 如果 是, 则执行 S602, 否则执行 S603;
优选的, UE可以读取月良务小区的系统消息(如 SIB6 ), 并才 据系统消 息中的标识信息判断, 例如, 目标系统为 UMTS时, SIB6中的标识信息可 以指示该目标系统中是否存在仅支持 PS域的 HSPA+网络。 进一步的, UE 可以将读取的系统消息中的标识信息进行保存, 或者更新已保存的标识信 可选的, 如果 UE自身存储关于目标系统域是否包含仅支持 PS域的目 标小区的信息, 则 UE可以根据自身存储信息进行判断, 而无需读取服务小 区的系统消息。

如图 3 所示, 本发明实施例七提供一种选择小区的方法, 本实施例包 括如下步骤:

例如, 该小区受限条件包括: 目标小区位于漫游受限的跟踪域 TA、 或 位置域 LA、 或路由区域 RA, 如果目标小区位于漫游受限的 TA, 则 UE确 定目标小区符合小区受限条件, 则执行 S702。
又如, 该小区受限条件包括: 目标小区所在的 PLMN 不与其注册的 PLMN等效, 如果 UE确定目标小区属于与注册 PLMN等效的 PLMN, 则 执行 S703。

进一步的, 当 UE为任何小区选择 ( Any cell selection )状态时, 或者 UE为驻留在任何小区 ( camped on any cell state )状态时, 或者 UE为找不 到合适小区的状态时, UE执行 S701。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的 UE选择小区的方法适用于 UE在 开机时进行 Cell Selection (小区选择, 为与小区重选区分, 以下简称小区初 选)的场景和 UE驻留在某小区后进行 Cell Reselection (小区重选)的场景, 即:本发明各实施例仅以 UE进行小区重选为例来说明 UE选择小区的具体 过程, 而 UE进行小区初选的场景下, 本发明实施例提供的方法同样适用, 区别在于, 各实施例中 UE确定重选至支持 CS域的目标小区的条件应替换 为 UE确定进行小区初选, 该初选的目标小区应支持 CS域。 具体的, UE 可以在以下任一条件满足时, 确定需进行小区初选至支持 CS 域的目标小 区:
( 1 )接收到网络侧关于 UE需选至支持 CS域的目标小区的指示时; 其中,该指示可以是表示注册失败(如部分注册失败、 CS域注册失败), 或者跟踪域 TA更新失败(如部分 TA更新失败、 CS域位置区 LA更新失败 ) 的非接入层消息;
( 2 )接收到无线资源控制连接释放消息(如 RRC_Connection_Release ) 时。
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例八提供一种用户设备 UE, 该 UE包括: 获取单元 801,用于获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消 息中的指示信息, 该指示信息为: 用于指示目标小区所支持的域的指示 A, 或者用于指示目标小区是否支持 CS域的指示 B,或者指示目标小区是否仅 支持 PS域的指示 C; 及,
选择单元 802,用于根据该指示信息选择至该目标小区列表中的第一目 标小区, 该第一目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示该目标小区支持 CS 域。 可选的, 本实施例中的指示信息指示目标小区支持 CS域包括: 指示 A 指示目标小区所支持的域为 CS域; 或者指示 B指示目标小区支持 CS域的 状态为是; 指示 C指示目标小区仅支持 PS域的状态为否。
可选的, 本实施例中的获取单元 801还用于从网络实体获取目标小区 列表。
可选的, 本实施例中的 UE还包括存储单元 803 (图中未示出), 用于 存储目标小区列表, 该单元还可以用于根据指示信息对存储的目标小区列 表进行更新。
具体的, 本实施例中的选择单元根据指示信息选择至目标小区列表中 的第一目标小区可以包括: 获取单元 801 获取到多于一个指示信息指示其 对应的目标小区支持 CS域时 ,选择单元随机选择一个目标小区作为第一目 标小区, 或者将信号质量最好的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将排序 最靠前的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目标小区; 获取单元 801获取到一个指示信息指示其对应的目标小区支持 CS域时, 选择单元可 以将该目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至该第一目标小区; 也可以先 判断是否将目标小区作为第一目标小区,如果是, 则 UE选择至该第一目标 小区, 否则 UE获取目标小区列表中其他目标小区的系统消息中的指示信 本发明实施例九提供一种用户设备 UE, 该 UE包括:
选择单元, 用于选择至第一目标小区; 其中, 第一目标小区为目标小 区列表中的目标小区之一, 该目标小区列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区; 和 /或, 第一目标小区的频率为目标频率列表中的频率之一, 该目标频率列 表仅包含支持 CS域的目标频率。
可选的, 本实施例中的 UE包括: 获取单元, 用于从网络实体获取目标 小区列表和 /或目标频率列表。
可选的, 本实施例中的 UE包括: 存储单元, 用于存储目标小区列表和 /或目标频率列表, 该单元还可以用于根据指示信息对存储的目标小区列表 和 /或目标频率列表进行更新, 可选的, 该单元还用于将目标小区列表 /目标 频率列表中的目标小区 /频率的优先级调高。
具体的, 本实施例中的选择单元可以用于: 随机选择目标小区列表中 的一个目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者将目标小区列表中信号质量最好 的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将目标小区列表中排序最靠前的目标 小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目标小区。 可选的, 选择单元在选 择至第一目标小区可以包括: 判断该第一目标小区的频率是否为目标频率 列表中的频率之一, 如果是, 则选择至该第一目标小区。
具体的, 本实施例中的选择单元还可以用于: 随机选择目标频率列表 中的一个频率下的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将目标频率列表中全 部或部分频率下信号质量最好的目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者将目标 频率列表中排序最靠前的频率下的一个目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并选 择至第一目标小区。 可选的, 选择单元在选择至第一目标小区可以包括: 判断该第一目标小区是否为目标小区列表中的目标小区之一, 如果是, 则 选择至该第一目标小区。
本发明实施例十提供一种用户设备 UE, 该 UE包括:
控制单元, 用于确定目标小区符合小区受限条件时, 取消小区受限条 件; 及,
选择单元, 用于选择至该目标小区。
可选的, 小区受限条件可以包括: 目标小区位于漫游受限的跟踪域 TA 或位置域 LA或 RA; 和 /或, 目标小区所在的公用陆地移动通信网 PLMN 不与其注册的 PLMN等效。
可选的 , 本实施例的控制单元还用于确定自身为任何小区选择状态 , 或者驻留在任何小区状态, 或者未找到合适小区的状态。
可选的, 本实施例的控制单元还用于确定目标小区。 其中, 该单元可 以应用现有技术提供的方法或者上述实施例四、 五或替代方案提供的确定 目标小区的方法来确定目标小区。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一计 算机可读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质,如: ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种选择小区的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的 指示信息, 所述指示信息为: 用于指示所述目标小区所支持的域的指示 A, 或者用于指示目标小区是否支持 CS域的指示 B,或者指示目标小区是否仅支 持 PS域的指示 C;
所述 UE根据所述指示信息选择至所述目标小区列表中的第一目标小 区, 所述第一目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示所述目标小区支持 CS 域。
2、 根据所述权利要求 1的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示信息指示所述 目标小区支持 CS域包括以下任一情况:
所述指示 A指示所述目标小区所支持的域为 CS域;
所述指示 B指示所述目标小区支持 CS域的状态为是;
所述指示 C指示所述目标小区仅支持 PS域的状态为否。
3、 根据所述权利要求 1或 2的方法, 其特征在于,
所述目标小区列表为所述 UE从网络实体获取的,或者由所述 UE自身存 储的。
4、根据所述权利要求 1或 2的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE获取目标小区 列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息之后 , 还包括:
UE根据所述指示信息对所述目标小区列表进行更新。
5、根据所述权利要求 1或 2的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE获取到多于一 个指示信息指示其对应的目标小区支持 CS域时, 所述 UE根据所述指示信息 选择至所述目标小区列表中的第一目标小区包括:
UE随机选择一个目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者将信号质量最好的 目标小区作为第一目标小区, 或者将排序最靠前的目标小区作为第一目标 小区, 并选择至第一目标小区。
6、根据所述权利要求 1或 2的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE获取到一个指 示信息指示其对应的目标小区支持 CS域时, 所述 UE根据所述指示信息选择 至所述目标小区列表中的第一目标小区包括:
所述 UE将所述目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 并选择至所述第一目标小 区; 或者,
所述 UE判断是否将所述目标小区作为第一目标小区, 如果是, 则 UE选 择至所述第一目标小区 , 否则 UE获取所述目标小区列表中其他目标小区的 系统消息中的指示信息。
7、根据所述权利要求 1或 2的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE获取目标小区 列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息之前, 还包括:
所述 UE确定目标小区列表包含支持 PS域的目标小区和支持 CS域的目 标小区。
8、 一种选择小区的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE选择至第一目标小区; 其中,
第一目标小区为目标小区列表中的目标小区之一, 所述目标小区列表 仅包含支持 CS域的目标小区; 和 /或,
第一目标小区的频率为目标频率列表中的频率之一, 所述目标频率列 表仅包含支持 CS域的目标频率。
9、 根据所述权利要求 8的方法, 其特征在于,
所述目标小区列表为所述 UE从网络实体获取的目标小区列表, 或者由 所述 UE自身存储的目标小区列表; 和 /或,
所述目标频率列表为所述 UE从网络实体获取的目标频率列表, 或者由 所述 UE自身存储的目标频率列表。
10、 根据所述权利要求 9的方法, 其特征在于,
所述目标小区列表为所述 UE从网络实体获取的目标小区列表包括: UE 通过当前服务小区的系统消息获取所述目标小区列表; 或者, UE根据完整 目标小区列表和仅支持 PS域的目标小区列表确定所述目标小区列表;和 /或, 所述目标频率列表为所述 UE从网络实体获取的目标频率列表包括: UE 通过当前服务小区的系统消息获取所述目标频率列表; 或者, UE根据完整
11、 根据所述权利要求 8至 10任一项的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: UE将所述目标小区列表中的目标小区的优先级调高; 和 /或 ,
UE将所述目标频率列表中的频率的优先级调高。
12、根据所述权利要求 8至 10任一项的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE选择 至第一目标小区包括:
UE随机选择目标小区列表中的一个目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者 将目标小区列表中信号质量最好的目标小区作为第一目标小区 , 或者将目 标小区列表中排序最靠前的目标小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目 标小区。
13、 根据所述权利要求 12的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一目标小区的 频率为目标频率列表中的频率之一。
14、根据所述权利要求 8至 10任一项的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE选择 至第一目标小区包括:
UE随机选择目标频率列表中的一个频率下的目标小区作为第一目标小 区, 或者将目标频率列表中全部或部分频率下信号质量最好的目标小区作 为第一目标小区, 或者将目标频率列表中排序最靠前的频率下的一个目标 小区作为第一目标小区, 并选择至第一目标小区。
15、 根据所述权利要求 14的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一目标小区为 目标小区列表中的目标小区之一。
16、 一种选择小区的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE确定目标小区符合小区受限条件时, 取消小区受限条件, 并选择至该目标小区。
17、 根据所述权利要求 16的方法, 其特征在于, 所述小区受限条件包 括:
目标小区位于漫游受限的跟踪域 TA或位置域 LA或 RA; 和 /或 , 目标小 区所在的公用陆地移动通信网 PLMN不与其注册的 PLMN等效。
18、 根据所述权利要求 16或 17的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定目标 小区符合小区受限条件之前还包括:
UE确定自身为任何小区选择状态, 或者驻留在任何小区状态, 或者未 找到合适小区的状态。
19、 根据所述权利要求 16或 17的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE确定目标 小区符合小区受限条件之前, 还包括:
所述 UE确定目标小区。
20、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取单元 , 用于获取目标小区列表中全部或部分目标小区的系统消息 中的指示信息, 所述指示信息为: 用于指示所述目标小区所支持的域的指 示 Α, 或者用于指示所述目标小区是否支持 CS域的指示 Β, 或者指示所述目 标小区是否仅支持 PS域的指示 C; 及,
选择单元, 用于根据所述指示信息选择至所述目标小区列表中的第一 目标小区, 所述第一目标小区的系统消息中的指示信息指示所述目标小区 支持 CS域。
21、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
选择单元, 用于选择至第一目标小区; 其中, 所述第一目标小区为目 标小区列表中的目标小区之一, 所述目标小区列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标 小区; 和 /或, 所述第一目标小区的频率为目标频率列表中的频率之一, 所 述目标频率列表仅包含支持 CS域的目标频率。
