Abstract

본발명은 역분화 유도전사인자 (Reprogramming Transcription Factor)에 거대분자 전송 도메인 (macromolecule transduction domain, MTD)이 융합되어 세포투과성을 갖는 역분화 전사인자 재조합 단백질, 상기 역분화 전사인자 재조합 단백질을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 상기 세포투과성 역분화 전사인자 재조합 단백질의 발현벡터에 관한 것이다. 상기 세포투과성 역분화 전사인자 재조합 단백질이 체세포에 처리되면 체세포의 줄기세포 특이적 유전자의 리프로그래밍(Reprogramming)을 유도하여 외형적(morphology), 유전적(genetic)으로 배아줄기세포와 유사한 특징을 가지고 있는 유도만능줄기세포 (iPS cell)를 확립하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
