METHOD FOR PLACING AN ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED ROLLER CURTAIN CONTAINER
The invention relates to the structural elements of protective devices for closing window, door and similar openings and can be used in electrically controlled roller blinds or similar devices driven by an intravenous DC motor.
The prior art device roller blinds [1]. In this solution, the DC motor is equipped with batteries charged by a solar battery. The engine is controlled using the remote control.
The prior art device roller blinds [2]. In this solution, the rotation to the pipe with the roll of the curtain is transmitted from the electric motor, combined with sliding bearings, providing free rotation of the outer tube of the roller blind or other lifting device driven by an internal shaft DC motor.
The closest analogue is electrically operated roller blinds [3] with an internal motor and autonomous power supply from a battery pack located next to the device and connected to it by a power cable. The device is a motor with a sleep mode, and autonomous power supply, consisting of a cylindrical container, inside of which a motor is placed, combined with sliding bearings, providing free rotation of the outer tube of a roller blind or other lifting device driven by an intravenous DC motor.
The disadvantage of all known solutions is that the batteries (pencil case with batteries) or the power supply for the roller blind are located outside, it requires free space for installation, as well as additional fastening, which complicates the installation of the product and worsens its appearance. In general, this either increases the dimensions of the product, or requires the installation of a curtain to hide the power supply or batteries somewhere within the window, due to the diversion of wiring and the installation of additional fasteners.
In addition, the consumer must either independently disconnect and disassemble the pencil case to replace the batteries, or use the services of a service department.
The aim of the invention is the task to develop a universal method of creating a structure that does not contain parts difficult to manufacture, easily adaptable to various types of existing roll and other cassette or open type lifting systems using DC internal motors, without making significant changes to the finished external design products, which will also simplify and speed up their installation.
The technical result of the invention is to reduce the dimensions, simplify installation and maintenance.
The claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that the method of placement of a tubular container with batteries designed to power an intravalous DC motor driving the device, characterized in that for placing the container use free space inside the rotating outer pipe from the side opposite to the installed the intravenous motor. In addition, the container with the batteries is made of a cylindrical tube closed on the inside by a stopper, and with the outside by an external support, which together with the bearings located on them are aligned with the rings. In another embodiment, the cylindrical tube is closed on the inside with a lid with a hole for a wire coming from the positive terminal of the battery, and on the outside with a lid of a more complex shape, which forms, along with an external support, a sliding bearing and an electric brush assembly with sliding contacts, necessary for provide battery power.
The use of cylindrical batteries allows you to fully complete the design of the parts of rotation, simple to manufacture and assemble. Received. a ready-made assembly with small dimensional changes can be placed inside tubular profiles of various sizes used in the manufacture of roller blinds or other lifting mechanisms. The method can be implemented as follows.
In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a portion of a pipe (1) onto which a web of a roller blind can be glued or a winding assembly of a lifting system can be fixed. The case of the battery container is a pipe (2), the material of which can be either metal or plastic, the length and diameter are determined by the overall dimensions and the number of batteries used (6). In the event that the pipe (2) is made of metal, its inner wall must be isolated from the battery case. From one end facing the inside of the product, the pipe (2) is closed by a plug (4), and from the other by an external support (5), which together with the rings (3) form sliding bearings and can be made of nylon, polyamide, fluoroplastic or other dielectric materials with similar properties. The plug (4) and support (5) are rigidly fixed in the pipe (2) and together with the batteries located inside (6) are a fixed part of the structure. Batteries can be connected to each other by soldering, resistance welding, or by means of spring-loaded contacts, and the wires from them are brought out through the hole in the center of the support (5) and connected to the load (motor) and an external connector for connecting the charger. When assembling a roller blind or other lifting mechanism, the described container, consisting of parts (2, 3, 4, and 5) and located inside the batteries (6) and which is a complete assembly, is simply installed inside the pipe (1), and the support (5) is fixed rigidly to the side plug of the product cassette or to the support of the open roller blind. This operation is similar to installing an intra-shaft engine on the opposite side of the pipe (1) and does not require a product collector,. additional skills.
In FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the device, which differs from the first in that the tube of the container body (2) and the cover (4 and 5) are made of metal, as they are a conductor for the negative output of the battery, and the container itself is fixed through the bushings (3) relative to the outer pipe (1) and during operation rotates with it in the support (7). This performance is foreseen for the option when an internal-shaft engine (with a built-in radio receiver) on the opposite side of the pipe (1) is fixed relative to it by a fixed drive shaft outward. In this case, all electrical connections between the batteries (6) and the engine are inside the structure, with the negative wire connected directly to the cover (4), and the positive wire to the insulated conductor (12) emerging from the container through the hole in the cover (4). The batteries are charged through the brush assembly located in the support (7). The charger is connected to a connector located in a convenient place on the side cover of the roller blind cassette, the contacts of which are connected to the outlets (9) of the brushes (8). Battery voltage is removed by means of sliding contacts. The hub of the cover (5) is negative, and the sleeve (13) is drawn to the cover (5) by a screw (ICI) with a nut through the insulating washers (11). Parts (4, 5, 10 and 13) are made of brass, and parts (3, 7 and 11) are made of nylon, polyamide or a similar material, which is a dielectric. Reliable connection of the batteries to each other is ensured by a spring contact (14), pressed by the covers (4 and 5). The inner surface of the pipe (2) must be isolated from the battery housings. This design is convenient in that it allows you to position the engine with the drive shaft outward and remove all wiring into the structure.
An example of the location of the battery container is shown in FIG. 3, where it can be seen that the container with batteries (6) is placed inside a rotating cylindrical container in an area where there is free space on the opposite side of the engine (15) with the roller (16).
