Abstract

L'invention concerne un pansement biocompatible pour plaies, dont la forme est conçue pour épouser le site d'une plaie. Le pansement susmentionné comprend des pores faisant fonction de capillaires. Le pansement est conçu pour adhérer de façon amovible à la plaie en étanchéité à l'air et pour évacuer l'exsudat. Le pansement capillaire est obtenu par électrofilage et caractérisé par une porosité comprise entre environ 3 et environ 50 microns.
