Abstract
Bei konzentrierenden Solargeneratoren entstehen in der Photozelle hohe Temperaturen, die zur Verringerung des Wirkungsgrades führen. Die Erfindung zeigt, wie diese Wärmeströme effizient abgeleitet werden können. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen photovoltaischen Energiewandler mit einem Gehäuse (1) mit einer Lichteintrittsöffnung (79), einer in dem Gehäuse platzierten Photozelle (4, 004, 0004, 74) und einem ebenfalls im Gehäuse angeordneten optischen Element (6, 76), welches für eine gleichmässige Verteilung der einfallenden, durch Linsensysteme konzentrierten, solaren Strahlung sorgt, bevor die Strahlung auf der Photozelle auftrifft, wobei das Gehäuse (1) in seinem Inneren eine ebene Wandung (2, 20, 002) mit guter Wärmeleitung aufweist, durch welches die Ableitung von Strahlungs- und/oder Verlustwärme an ein kühlendes Fluid erfolgt, wobei die ebene Wandung des Gehäuses über eine elektrisch isolierende Platte (5, 005, 0005, 75) aus einem hoch wärmeleitenden Werkstoff mit der photovoltaischen Zelle (4, 004, 0004, 74) thermisch verbunden ist.
