Abstract
A glasses frame with a luminous orbit whose objective is to produce a luminosity effect around the glasses frame, enabling the personal adornment at parties or events, or its use as a costume adornment, comprising a frame (1 ) that has an ensemble of securing means (2) on its front portion that is aligned with the contour of each of the eye orbits, where two luminous flexible sticks are secured and that are stopped by each one of the stopping means (3) and that determine the securing position of the flexible luminous sticks. A different securing form of the flexible luminous sticks allows their securing in a continuous channel.
Description
GLASSES FRAME WITH LUMINOUS ORBIT
Field of the Patent
The object of the present patent is a glasses frame that allows the securing of flexible luminous sticks through securing means on its front portion. The objective is to create a fluorescent luminosity effect around the eye orbit of the user, enabling the personal adornment at parties and events, or as an adornment for costumes. An original arrangement was given to the object of the present patent with the objective of improving its efficiency and use, besides reducing its production costs.
Prior Art Glasses frames without lenses, which have luminous effect around the orbit through the use of luminous sticks, are well known in the market. However, in these previous art models, the luminous sticks are the very glasses frame and are united by a central connector that is used as bridge for the nose. On the side portion of its outer perimeter, two tilting temple arms are coupled, one on each side, by a "U" type coupling. These temple arms rotate freely for the have no position restrainer, and they can only be stabilized by being placed on the ears of the user. This model of glasses frame allows only for a single aesthetic arrangement.
The manufacturing of glasses goes back many decades. However, its primitive conception has changed very little. The raw materials used in their production changed as well as the production methods, which started in an artisan way up to mass production, but the luminous appeal was little explored throughout time.
Even though glasses have been widely used as an element of personal adornment at parties and events, some drawbacks can be attributed to them, such as the elevated cost per unit, should they be produced in small scale, be exclusive or produced as work of an artisan.
Generally, glasses have two specific uses, the first to the correction of optic deviations and the second to the protection against solar radiation. The models used for this means are not normally designed to be used as personal adornment at parties and events, for the lack the necessary visual appeal to this extent. The glasses used as adornment have different shapes and themes, such as: heart, star, triangle, balloon, bat, flour, guitar, bird, etc, always using the contours of these figures, with openings for the eyes for the placement or not of lenses in these openings. Brief Description of the Invention
With these specifications in mind and with the objective of improving them, an arrangement of glasses frame with a support for flexible luminous sticks was developed.
It comprises a frame provided with a plurality of securing means on its front portion, where a flexible luminous stick is secured around each one of the eye orbits and there it remains secured.
Due to the fact that the use of these glasses frames with flexible luminous sticks occur in environments with low illumination, this is where the luminous effect intensifies. For a mere observer, the impression is that there are only a pair of luminous frames on the face of the user, surrounding the perimeter of his eye orbits, or as if they were loose and suspended in the air, floating in front of the eyes. Only the flexible luminous sticks are evident and the glasses frame is almost unnoticeable.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
According to the figures described herein above, the glasses frame object of the present patent, as shown in Figure 1.7, comprises a frame (1) that has on its front portion a plurality of securing means (2) placed parallel on another around each one of the eye cavities, two stopping means (3), whose objective is to position the placement of the two flexible luminous sticks (4), according to Figure 1.8, which are secured on the plurality of securing means (2), around each one of the cavities of the eye orbits.
Figure 2.1 shows an alternative embodiment for the securing of the flexible luminous sticks, according to figure 2.7, comprising a frame (1), a pair of channels (2) that follow continuously the contour of the perimeter of each of the eye orbits, where the luminous sticks (3) of Figure 2.8 are secured, as shown on the exploded perspective, and are secured, as shown on Figure 2. Logically, glasses frames with such a constructive arrangement ca be obtained with different models of frame, colors and shapes in order to cope with the different needs and tastes of the users of this type of product.
