Description

T-shaped wand with magnet
The present invention relates to a T-shaped wand provided with a magnet that can be easily hooked on a counter or a table.
Conventionally, elderly people with relatively weak bodies and disabled people who have some kind of physical disabilities have used walking sticks as walking aids and the like when going out. The user of the cane uses the cane while holding the cane with either the left or right hand during walking. And when the wand was unnecessary, such as when arriving outside, the wand was placed on the wall or placed on a table.
Here, when the cane is leaned against the wall or placed on the table, it is preferable that the cane can be fixedly disposed so as not to fall down or fall from the table. For example, the following techniques are disclosed for such a cane.
Patent Document 1 describes a cane having a structure in which a large number of small holes are formed on each surface of a gripping portion, and a granular permanent magnet is fitted into the small holes and fixed with an adhesive.
Patent Document 2 describes a cane having a structure in which a protrusion is formed on the lower surface of one end of a gripping portion. According to this cane, when the cane is placed on a table or the like, the cane can be prevented from falling off the table surface due to the frictional action of the protrusions.
JP 2006-311986 A JP-A-8-66215
However, the conventional techniques have the following problems. That is, in the cane described in Patent Document 1, the granular magnet is exposed on the surface, so that the appearance is not necessarily good. In the first place, a cane is one of the tools most frequently used by users every day, so the exposed convex portion of the magnet comes into contact with the hand and is pressed. In addition, the cane must be used even in rainy weather. However, if the granular magnet is exposed, the aging may occur, and the fitted magnet may be detached from the gripping portion.
On the other hand, the cane described in Patent Document 2 can exhibit an anti-slip effect to some extent even if the table or wall does not contain a metal material, but the contact area with the protrusion is small, for example, when it is raining or when there is much moisture The anti-slip effect is not so great. Therefore, it cannot be denied that such a cane is still easy to fall down.
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a walking stick having a structure that does not require a complicated structure and is difficult to fall down.

A preferred embodiment of a T-shaped wand provided with a magnet according to the present invention includes a handle portion having a coupled portion formed at one end thereof, and a coupling portion coupled to the handle portion via the coupled portion. A T-shaped cane having a grip portion formed by a front portion and a rear portion with reference to the coupling portion, and a columnar magnet inside the front portion and / or the rear portion Are inserted, and a first elastic member is provided on the lower surface of the front portion.
First, the handle is a rod-shaped member having a predetermined length, and as an example, a circular member is used for the cross section. The length of the handle is appropriately set according to the height of the user. Further, the inside of the handle is made a void for the purpose of weight reduction except for the case of wood. One end of the handle has a male thread as an example of a coupled part, and the male screw is combined with a female thread as a coupling part formed on the gripping part to be described later and fixed to the gripping part. Has the function to be. There are various known materials used for the handle, such as wood, metal such as iron or aluminum, or reinforced plastic. Further, a resin or the like may be coated on the surface for the purpose of rust prevention.
Further, the handle portion may further include a holder having a first elastic member on the lower surface thereof. For example, if the inside of the holder is a gap, the holder is fixed by a fixing wood and a screw inserted into the handle portion. In addition, when the uneven surface is formed on the lower surface of the first elastic member (the surface opposite to the contact surface with the holder, that is, the surface that comes into contact with the table, desk, etc.), the displacement from the table is less likely to occur. Furthermore, it is better if it has adhesiveness.
The material of the holder is not particularly limited, and may be formed using wood, and if it is formed of a magnetic material, it is more preferable from the viewpoint of improving adhesiveness with a table provided with a metal material.
The grip portion is a portion that comes into contact with the user's hand, and is usually formed by processing wood or plastic. Examples of the material of the grip portion include the above materials, but are not limited thereto. Moreover, you may perform the surface treatment for the purpose of the decoration and antiseptic effect. The above-described female screw is formed as an example of the coupling portion on the lower surface side of the grip portion (the lower side when the vertical direction is used as a reference when the cane is attached). In the present embodiment, the grip portion side is a female screw, but the present invention is not limited to this.
This gripping part is based on the female screw as a reference, and the front part (the side on which the thumb and index finger mainly come in contact with the hand) and the rear part (the little finger etc. on the hand are mainly used). And the contact side). A first elastic member is fixedly disposed on the lower surface side of the front portion. As a specific example of the elastic member, an elastomer having adhesiveness is suitable, but the material is not particularly limited thereto, and other materials having no adhesiveness may be used. Further, it is more preferable that an uneven pattern is formed on the lower surface of the first elastic member (that is, the contact surface with the table or the like).
A magnet is inserted into the front part and / or the rear part of the grip part. Although the shape of this magnet is not specifically limited, For example, a columnar thing is mentioned. Various methods of inserting the magnet are conceivable. For example, a hole may be formed with a drill or the like from the surface of the gripping portion and the columnar magnet may be inserted and then sealed. Alternatively, the gripping portion may be once divided into two from the center, the inner surface is processed and a columnar magnet is arranged, and then the two members may be bonded.
As the material of the magnet, known materials can be applied, and examples thereof include a ferrite magnet and a neodymium magnet. In addition, it is preferable that the magnet inserted in a front part is inserted in the position facing the above-mentioned elastic member formed in the lower part of a front part. Further, when the magnet is columnar, the columnar magnet inserted in the front portion and the columnar magnet disposed in the rear portion do not necessarily have to be parallel in the direction of the long side.
Hereinafter, an embodiment according to the cane of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a part of a cane according to an embodiment of the present invention, and has a T-shape in which a handle portion 2 extends downward from the center of the grip portion 1.
In the present embodiment, a female screw 11 that is a coupling portion formed on the grip portion 1 and a male screw 21 that is a coupled portion formed on one end of the handle portion 2 are combined to form a T-shape. However, the mode of coupling of the grip portion 1 and the handle portion 2 is not limited to the above example, and both may be fixed with an adhesive or the like.
The grip portion 1 is a member located above the T-shaped cane according to the present embodiment, and is formed of wood as a material in the present embodiment. Further, since the grip portion 1 is also a portion that can be gripped by the user's hand, a surface treatment such as paint is applied as necessary. And it is divided into the front part 12 (front part in the state which grasped the cane) and the rear part 13 (rear part in the state which grasped the cane) on the basis of the connection part (female screw 11).
The front portion 12 is a portion where the user's thumb, index finger, etc. mainly come into contact. A first elastic member 14 is formed on the lower side of the front portion 12 (the lower portion when the cane is gripped).
The handle 2 is a rod-shaped member formed by processing wood, and the length thereof is appropriately set according to the height of the user. Note that the material is not limited to wood, and plastic is also preferably used. A male screw 21 is formed at one end of the handle portion 2 as a portion to be coupled to the grip portion 1.
Further, a holder 3 is coupled to a lower portion of the handle portion 2 that is spaced apart from the grip portion 1 by a predetermined distance. The attachment position of the holder 3 to the handle portion 2 is preferably almost directly below the first elastic member 14 as shown in FIG.
FIG. 2A is a plan view showing a state where the grip portion 1 is attracted to the wall surface, and FIG. 2B is a front view thereof.
It is a figure which shows the positional relationship of the magnet 15 inserted in this holding part 1, and the 1st elastic member 14 arrange | positioned under the front part 12. FIG. As shown in the figure, when the wall A contains a metal material, the magnet 15 inserted into the grip portion 1 of the cane can be attracted to the surface of the wall A to prevent the cane from falling.
The shape of the magnet 15 is a columnar shape, and one magnet is inserted into each of the front part 12 and the rear part 13.
The insertion method can be realized, for example, by forming an insertion hole on the surface of the grip portion 1 with a drill or the like and inserting the magnet 15 into the formed insertion hole. In addition, after inserting the magnet 15, sealing with a sealing piece formed of the same material as that of the grip portion 1, it is possible to maintain the appearance of the appearance.
Moreover, a well-known thing can be applied as a material of the magnet 15, and a ferrite magnet, a neodymium magnet, etc. can be illustrated. In addition, it is preferable that the magnet inserted in the front part 12 is inserted in the position which becomes just under the 1st elastic member 14 formed in the lower part of the front part 12. FIG.
Further, when the magnets are columnar, in this embodiment, the magnets 15 inserted into the front portion 12 and the rear portion 13 are inserted in parallel so as to face the same direction, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the columnar magnets 15 inserted in the front part and the columnar magnets 15 arranged in the rear part do not necessarily have to be parallel in the direction of the long sides.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the grip portion 1 to which the first elastic member 14 is attached. The first elastic member 14 is formed of a resin such as soft rubber or elastomer, for example, and is a member that functions as an anti-slip when a cane is placed on a table or desk. In this example, an adhesive polyurethane elastomer is used, and as its main components, polyurethane is about 75% by mass, tris (chloropyr) phosphate is about 13% by mass, and diisonolyl phthalate is about 10% by mass. Has been. And the 1st elastic member 14 is joined to the front part 12 of the holding part 1 via the well-known high water-resistant adhesive agent.
In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 14 has a planar shape, but is not particularly limited. An uneven pattern may be formed on the contact surface in contact with the table or the like.
This concavo-convex pattern may be cut by a machine tool to make a notch, or when it is manufactured using injection molding, the mold may be processed.
In this way, the anti-slip function can be further improved by making the contact surface with the table or desk have an uneven pattern like a clog tooth.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a circular recess 141 for inserting the magnet 140 may be formed at the center of the first elastic member 14. The magnet 140 is inserted into the circular recess 141, and the magnet 141 is fixed through a known water-resistant adhesive. Various materials can be considered for the magnet 140 in consideration of cost. For example, a ferrite magnet or a neodymium magnet can be used. By using the magnet 140 in this way, for example, a non-slip effect can be further exerted on a table or a desk using metal parts, and the cane can be prevented from falling even on a wet day such as rainy weather.
FIG. 5 shows a holder 3 provided in the middle of the handle 2 of the cane. The holder 3 functions as an anti-slip when a cane is placed by hooking the holder 3 on the upper surface of a table or desk.
When it is assumed that a cane is placed on a relatively low table or the like, depending on the height of the table or desk, the height of the front portion 12 of the gripper 1 may not necessarily be high. In such a case, the lower surface of the second elastic member 32 provided in the holder 3 comes into contact with the table upper surface.
The holder 3 includes a holder main body 31 and a second elastic member 32. The holder main body 31 is mainly formed by processing wood, and the second elastic member 32 is formed of a resin such as a soft elastomer like the first elastic member. The holder main body 31 and the second elastic member 32 are bonded via an adhesive. Are combined.
The holder main body 31 is fixed to the handle portion 2 via an adhesive or the like, and has a skirt shape in which a skirt is widened downward from the grip portion 1 side. The thickness of the holder body 31 is approximately 2 cm to 5 cm depending on the size of the handle 2.
A concave / convex pattern 33 is formed on the lower surface of the second elastic member 32 that comes into contact with the table or the like, and the plurality of convex portions 34 are in contact with the table surface with a space therebetween.
As a method for forming the concavo-convex pattern 33, for example, grooves may be appropriately formed by a cutting machine, or an injection mold may be a surface on which concavo-convex is formed.
In the present embodiment, the pitch of the adjacent convex portions 34 in the concavo-convex pattern 33 is varied without being constant, but this may be a constant pitch.
Further, the holder 3 is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 5. For example, the holder main body 31 can be formed in a cone shape (conical shape).
In the case of such a shape, a vertical through hole is formed at the center of the holder body 31, the handle 2 is passed through the through hole, and the holder 3 is fixed in the middle of the handle 2. To do.
The holder body 31 can be fixed to the handle 2 by using an adhesive. However, even if another elastic member is placed inside the through-hole formed in the holder body 31 and press-fitted into the handle 2. Good.
Further, the shape of the second elastic member 32 may be a ring shape in accordance with the shape of the lower surface of the holder body 31 having a cone shape. In this way, the user can hook the cane without worrying about the direction of the grip portion 1 when hooking the cane on the desk or table.
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a use state of the T-shaped cane according to the present embodiment,
(A) is explanatory drawing which mounted the front part 12 of the holding part 1 on the table B with comparatively high height, (b) was mounted by hooking the holder 3 on the table B with comparatively low height. It is explanatory drawing.
In FIG. 6A, the first elastic member 14 attached to the cane comes into contact with the surface of the table B to exhibit the anti-slip effect. Further, in FIG. 6B, the convex portion 34 of the second elastic member 32 bonded to the holder 3 comes into contact with the surface of the table B and exhibits an anti-slip effect.
In any example, since the upper surface of the table B is contacted via each elastic member, the cane can be prevented from inadvertently falling down.
The gist of the cane and each of the components according to the present invention is to exhibit an anti-slip function when placed on a table or a desk. Accordingly, known materials other than those described above can be applied as appropriate, and belong to the technical scope of the present invention without departing from the gist of the present invention.
According to the T-shaped cane of the present invention, the cane can be easily hooked or stood on a table or a desk, and the cane can be effectively prevented from falling.
Therefore, the present invention has high industrial applicability particularly in the field of welfare for the elderly and the disabled and the field of health aids.
