Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen d'améliorer la robustesse d'un système de post-traitement par réduction catalytique sélective (SCR). De manière spécifique, un revêtement catalyseur d'hydrolyse est appliqué sur des surfaces multiples dans un réacteur de décomposition afin de faciliter la décomposition de l'urée et d'un dépôt à base d'urée et de limiter les dépôts à base d'urée. Le réacteur comprend un support d'injecteur fixé à une partie de tube intermédiaire, un tube d'entrée, un tube de sortie et un mélangeur. Un revêtement catalyseur d'hydrolyse est appliqué sur une surface intérieure du support d'injecteur, une surface intérieure de la partie de tube intermédiaire, une surface intérieure du tube de sortie et un bord extérieur du mélangeur. Le revêtement catalyseur d'hydrolyse est capable de décomposer l'urée et les dépôts à base d'urée qui viennent en contact avec le revêtement catalyseur d'hydrolyse et limitent la formation de dépôts d'urée.
