Abstract

Pour un dispositif d'entraînement mains libres qui combine un matériau pesé avec précision à un instrument de musique à percussion conçu pour être porté autour du corps de l'utilisateur, résultant en un nouveau procédé de réalisation d'un programme d'entraînement ; pour lequel il est avantageux de faire varier à la fois le poids et la percussion, d'ajuster la charge additionnelle du muscle souhaitée pendant l'amplitude d'un mouvement, et la hauteur et la texture du son de percussion. Au cours de l'entraînement d'un utilisateur, celui-ci reçoit à la fois les bénéfices d'un entraînement de poids soutenu tout en « jouant » de l'instrument de percussion par des mouvements dirigés du corps, ajoutant un accompagnement rythmique et une occasion d'instruction.
