调度中心对所有子中心状况进行监控,获取并存储对所有子中心的描述信 息, 包括各个子中心存储空间的剩余状况、 各个子中心之间的距离、 各子中心 内所存储节目内容的指示信息、各个子中心覆盖范围内用户对节目内容的点击 率, 等等。
需要说明的是, 所述各个子中心存储空间可以只针对各个子中心自身而 言; 也可以针对各个子中心以及该子中心下属的子边缘而言, 也就是, 如果某 子中心下属的子边缘存储空间有足够的剩余,则可以将该子边缘的剩余存储空 间认为是该子中心的剩余存储空间。 并且,调度中心根据各子中心内存储节目 内容的指示信息, 生成节目表, 该节目表包含所有子中心内的所有节目内容的 指示信息; 然后,调度中心通过各个子中心将节目表下发到各个子中心下属的 子边缘, 子边缘通过终端将节目表展示给用户, 用户从节目表中选择关于某个 节目内容的指示信息;终端根据用户的选择向子边缘发送节目请求以获取节目 内容, 所述节目请求包括用户选择的节目内容的指示信息。 另外, 调度中心还 对下发到各个子边缘的节目表实时进行更新。
本步骤中,调度中心根据对所有子中心的描述信息,确定出各个子中心之 间的备份关系, 向各个子中心下发备份指令, 所述备份指令包含备份的目的地 址。 例如, 调度中心根据各个子中心存储空间的剩余状况下发备份指令, 具体 地,如果某子中心内的存储空间有足够多的剩余, 该剩余存储空间除了能够保 证该子中心用于存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容,以及保证该子中心的活动 空间外,还有冗余的存储空间, 则调度中心向其他指定的至少一个子中心下发 备份指令,将所述指定的至少一个子中心的节目内容备份到该子中心冗余的存
储空间, 备份后, 调度中心存储进行备份的子中心之间的对应关系。 再比如, 为了进一步优化对子中心内节目内容的备份,调度中心根据各个子中心存储空 间的剩余状况和各个子中心之间的距离进行备份指令的下发, 具体地,如果调 度中心发现某子中心内的存储空间有足够多的剩余,则向与该子中心邻近的子 中心发送备份指令, 使与该子中心邻近的子中心将节目内容备份到该子中心, 备份后, 调度中心存储进行备份的子中心之间的对应关系, 这样, 当需要时可 方便地从邻近的子中心获取备份的节目内容。
这里,将进行备份的两个子中心分别称为源子中心和目的子中心, 其中将 与备份指令中包含的目的地址相对应的子中心称为目的子中心,将另一个子中 心称为源子中心, 源子中心为主动进行备份的子中心, 目的子中心为被动进行 备份的子中心。所述子中心之间的对应关系包括源子中心内进行备份的节目内 容的指示信息与目的子中心之间的对应关系。具体地, 所述子中心之间的对应 关系不仅包括源子中心的地址与目的子中心的地址之间的对应关系,还包括该 源子中心的地址与进行备份的节目内容的指示信息之间的对应关系。这样,将 进行备份的子中心之间的对应关系存储在调度中心后,当某个子中心内的节目 内容发现崩溃时,可根据调度中心存储的所述子中心之间的对应关系在相应的 目的子中心获取备份的节目内容; 需要说明的是, 一个子中心内存储的节目内 容可能分为几份, 分别备份到两个以上的子中心, 此时, 根据所述子中心的对 应关系, 需要到两个以上的子中心获取备份的节目内容。
步骤 203 , 各个子中心将自身存储的节目内容备份到与备份指令中包含的 目的地址相对应的子中心。
在最初建立子中心的时候需要对上传给各个子中心的节目内容按照图 2 流程进行备份, 建立子中心之后, 也需要对上传给各个子中心的节目内容按照 图 2流程进行备份。
备份过程中, 源子中心将自身存储的节目内容逐一拷贝到目的子中心,拷 贝过程中, 如果判断出目的子中心已经存储了某一节目内容, 为了节省存储空 间, 则不将该节目内容拷贝到目的子中心。
本发明实施例在内容发布网中增加调度中心,调度中心对所有子中心状况 进行监控,使各子中心将上传给本地子中心的节目内容备份到其他子中心, 本
发明实施例采用与现有不同的节目内容存储方案,无需再设置存储所有节目内 容和所有备份的节目内容的中心,并且,调度中心存储所有子中心的描述信息, 其存储容量远远小于现有技术中中心的存储容量, 从而降低了内容存储的成 本。
参见图 3 , 为本发明实施例内容发布网的结构示意图实例, 与现有技术不 同的是, 内容发布网中增加了调度中心,而不再设置中心,与现有技术相同地, 每个子中心下属有多个子边缘。 图中的箭头指向为节目内容的备份方向, 子中 心之间可互为备份。
进一步地, 为了使各个子中心内存储的热门节目内容可以共享, 调度中心 还对各个子中心内存储的节目内容进行评估,如果为热门内容, 则向其他子中 心发送获取指令,该获取指令中包含该热门内容所在子中心的地址以及该热门 内容的指示信息; 其他子中心接收该获取指令后, 到该热门内容所在子中心获 取该热门内容, 并存储。
可选地, 所述评估可依据节目内容的特点进行, 例如, 若某部电影是张艺 谋导演的, 则将该电影评估为热门内容; 所述评估也可依据用户对该节目内容 的点击率进行, 将用户点击率高的节目内容评估为热门内容。
进一步地, 本发明实施例的节目内容处理方案还包括节目内容的发布过 程: 终端向子边缘发送节目请求, 子边缘接收该节目请求后, 在自身的存储空 间查找是否存储有用户选择的节目内容, 如果有则将该内容播放给终端;
如果没有, 则向该子边缘的上一级子中心发送该节目请求, 该节目请求中 包含用户选择的节目内容的指示信息, 子中心接收该节目请求后,在子中心的 存储空间查找是否存储有用户选择的节目内容,如果有则将该内容下发给该子 边缘, 子边缘再将该内容播放给终端; 如果子中心在其存储空间没有找到该节 目内容, 则向调度中心发送该节目请求, 调度中心接收该节目请求后, 在自身 存储的各子中心内所存储节目内容的指示信息中查找用户选择的节目内容所 在的子中心, 向请求节目内容的子中心反馈查找到的子中心的位置信息;请求 节目内容的子中心接收调度中心发送的位置信息后,到该位置信息对应的子中 心获取该节目内容, 存储并播放给终端。
需要说明的是, 在节目内容的发布过程中, 每个子中心内存储的所有节目
内容都可播放给终端, 包括上传给本地子中心的节目内容、备份的其他子中心 的节目内容、从其他子中心获取的热门内容, 以及根据调度中心发送的位置信 息从其他子中心获取的节目内容。从其他子中心获取的热门内容, 为各个子中 心根据调度中心的指令被动获取的节目内容,在实际运用中, 为了保证子中心 内有足够的冗余的存储空间, 还可删除从其他子中心获取的热门内容。
参见图 4, 为本发明实施例节目内容处理的系统结构示意图, 该系统也就 是内容发布网络系统, 包括调度中心 401和多个子中心 402;
所述子中心 402, 用于存储其他子中心上传给本地子中心的节目内容, 接 收调度中心发送的备份指令, 所述备份指令中包含备份的目的地址,根据所述 备份指令将自身存储的节目内容备份到所述目的地址对应的子中心;
所述调度中心 401 , 用于对所有子中心状况进行监控, 存储对所有子中心 的描述信息,确定可以备份的子中心并向各个子中心发送备份指令,存储主动 进行备份的子中心内进行备份的节目内容的指示信息与被动进行备份的子中 心之间的对应关系。 当然, 该系统还包括子中心下属的多个子边缘。
可选地, 所述调度中心 401包括监控模块 411和备份指令下发模块 412; 所述监控模块 411 , 用于对所有子中心状况进行监控, 存储对所有子中心 的描述信息,确定可以备份的子中心并向备份指令下发模块发送备份指令, 所 述备份指令中包含备份的目的地址;
所述备份指令下发模块 412,用于接收所述备份指令,下发相应的子中心, 并存储主动进行备份的子中心内进行备份的节目内容的指示信息与被动进行 备份的子中心之间的对应关系。
可选地, 所述子中心 402包括存储模块 421和备份模块 422,
所述存储模块 421 , 用于存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容,
所述备份模块 422 , 用于接收调度中心发送的备份指令, 将自身存储的节 目内容备份到与备份指令中包含的目的地址对应的子中心。
可选地, 所述调度中心 401包括节目获取指令下发模块 413 , 所述子中心 402包括节目内容获取模块 423 ;
所述节目获取指令下发模块 413 , 用于对各个子中心内存储的节目内容进 行评估,如果为热门内容,则向其他子中心的节目内容获取模块发送获取指令,
该获取指令中包含该热门内容所在子中心的地址以及该热门内容的指示信息; 所述节目内容获取模块 423 , 用于接收节目获取指令下发模块发送的获取 指令, 到该热门内容所在子中心获取该热门内容, 并存储。
可选地, 所述描述信息包括各子中心内所存储节目内容的指示信息, 所述 子中心 402包括节目内容请求模块 424 , 所述调度中心 401包括节目请求反馈 模块 414;
所述节目内容请求模块 424 , 用于接收终端通过子边缘发送的节目请求, 该请求中包含用户选择的节目内容的指示信息,该节目内容请求模块 424判断 出子中心没有存储用户选择的该节目内容,则向节目请求反馈模块 414发送该 节目请求,接收节目请求反馈模块 414反馈的位置信息, 到该位置信息对应的 子中心获取该节目内容, 存储并播放给终端;
所述节目请求反馈模块 414, 用于接收节目内容请求模块 424发送的节目 请求,在调度中心 402存储的各子中心内所存储节目内容的指示信息中查找用 户选择的节目内容所在的子中心,向所述节目内容请求模块 424反馈查找到的 用户选择的节目内容所在子中心的位置信息。
本发明实施例的方案可以运用于双向数字电视中的视频点播业务,也可运 用于电信视频点播业务等。
本发明实施例中, 每个子中心存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容, 并且, 调度中心对所有子中心进行监控,利用子中心内存储空间的剩余将上传给本地 子中心的节目内容备份到其他子中心, 采用本发明实施例的节目内容处理方 案, 无需再设置存储所有节目内容和所有备份的节目内容的中心, 节省了存储 成本; 并且, 可将一个子中心的节目内容备份到至少一个以上的其他子中心, 当一个子中心出现内容崩溃时,可以到其他子中心获取备份的节目内容,这样, 分散了风险, 不会出现丟失所有子中心的备份的节目内容的问题, 减小了因发 生崩溃对节目内容的丟失带来的影响。
以上所述的具体实施例,对本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进 一步详细说明, 所应理解的是, 以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已, 并不 用于限定本发明的保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种节目内容处理的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
调度中心监控所有子中心状况, 存储对所有子中心的描述信息, 确定可以 备份的目的子中心并向源子中心发送备份指令,以使所述源子中心将自身存储 的节目内容备份到与备份指令中包含的目的地址对应的目的子中心;
调度中心存储所述源子中心进行备份的节目内容的指示信息与目的子中 心之间的对应关系。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
每个子中心存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述调度中心向源子中心发 送备份指令包括:
所述调度中心根据各个子中心存储空间的剩余状况向源子中心发送所述 备份指令;所述各个子中心存储空间的剩余状况为各个子中心自身存储空间的 剩余状况, 或者, 为各个子中心自身存储空间的剩余状况以及各个子中心下属 的子边缘存储空间的剩余状况;
或者,所述调度中心根据各个子中心存储空间的剩余状况以及子中心之间 的距离向源子中心发送所述备份指令。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述描述信息包括各子中心 内所存储节目内容的指示信息; 所述方法还包括:
所述收到备份指令的源子中心将自身存储的节目内容备份到与备份指令 中包含的目的地址对应的目的子中心。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
子中心接收终端通过子边缘发送的节目请求,该节目请求中包含用户选择 的节目内容的指示信息;
所述子中心在自身存储的节目内容中查找是否存储有用户选择的节目内 容, 如果没有, 则向调度中心发送该节目请求, 并接收所述调度中心发送的查 找到的子中心的位置信息;
所述子中心接收调度中心发送的位置信息后,到该位置信息对应的子中心 获取该节目内容, 存储并播放给所述终端。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述调度中心接收子中心发送的节目请求后,在自身存储的各子中心内所 存储节目内容的指示信息中查找用户选择的节目内容所在的子中心,向请求节 目内容的子中心发送查找到的子中心的位置信息。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 如果所述源子中心存储的节目内容发生崩溃,则所述源子中心根据所述对 应关系, 到对应的目的子中心获取备份的节目内容。
8、 一种节目内容调度中心, 其特征在于, 包括监控模块和备份指令下发 模块;
所述监控模块, 用于对所有子中心状况进行监控, 存储对所有子中心的描 述信息,确定可以备份的子中心并向所述备份指令下发模块发送备份指令, 所 述备份指令中包含备份的目的地址;
所述备份指令下发模块, 用于接收所述备份指令, 下发给子中心, 并存储 主动进行备份的子中心内进行备份的节目内容的指示信息与被动进行备份的 子中心之间的对应关系。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的节目内容调度中心, 其特征在于, 所述节目内容 调度中心还包括:
节目获取指令下发模块, 用于对各个子中心内存储的节目内容进行评估, 如果为热门内容, 则向其他子中心发送获取指令, 该获取指令中包含该热门内 容所在子中心的地址以及该热门内容的指示信息。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的节目内容调度中心, 其特征在于, 所述描述 信息包括各子中心内所存储节目内容的指示信息;
所述节目内容调度中心还包括:
节目请求反馈模块, 用于接收子中心发送的节目请求, 并在所述备份指令 下发模块存储的各子中心内所存储节目内容的指示信息中查找用户选择的节 目内容所在的子中心,向请求节目内容的子中心反馈查找到的子中心的位置信 息。
11、 一种节目内容子中心, 其特征在于, 包括存储模块和备份模块, 所述存储模块, 用于存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容,
所述备份模块, 用于接收调度中心发送的备份指令, 将自身存储的节目内 容备份到与备份指令中包含的目的地址对应的子中心。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的节目内容子中心, 其特征在于, 所述节目内容 子中心还包括:
节目内容获取模块, 用于接收所述调度中心发送的获取指令, 该获取指令 中包含该热门内容所在子中心的地址以及该热门内容的指示信息,所述节目内 容获取模块到该热门内容所在子中心获取该热门内容, 并存储。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的节目内容子中心, 其特征在于, 所述节目 内容子中心还包括:
节目内容请求模块, 用于接收终端通过子边缘发送的节目请求, 并根据该 节目请求中包含的用户选择的节目内容的指示信息,判断出子中心没有存储用 户选择的该节目内容, 向所述调度中心发送该节目请求,接收所述调度中心反 馈的位置信息, 到该位置信息对应的子中心获取该节目内容,存储并播放给终 端。
14、一种节目内容处理的系统,其特征在于, 包括调度中心和多个子中心; 所述子中心, 用于存储上传给本地子中心的节目内容, 接收调度中心发送 的备份指令, 所述备份指令中包含备份的目的地址, 子中心将自身存储的节目 内容备份到所述目的地址对应的子中心;
所述调度中心, 用于对所有子中心状况的监控, 存储对所有子中心的描述 信息,确定可以备份的子中心并向各个子中心发送备份指令,存储主动进行备 份的子中心内进行备份的节目内容的指示信息与被动进行备份的子中心之间 的对应关系。
