双音多频号码的上报方法及系统、 媒体网关 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种双音多频 (Dual Tone Multi Frequency, 简称 DTMF ) 号码的上报方法及系统、 媒体网关。 背景技术
媒体网关控制器 ( Media Gateway Controller, 简称 MGC )和媒体网关 ( Media Gateway, 简称 MG )是业务与承载分离架构下的分组网络的两个 重要网络设备。在 MGC的控制下, MG可以对接收到的来自其他设备的媒体 数据进行指定的操作。
在媒体业务的应用中, MGC能够控制 MG实现用户通过 DTMF键对媒 体数据的互动式 ( Interactive )操作, DTMF键可以对应两种 DTMF号码: 一种为控制 DTMF号码, 另一种为收集 DTMF号码。 例如: 用户可以通过 DTMF键对应的控制 DTMF号码 ( DTMF数字)对媒体数据进行播放、暂停、 快进、后退等操作, 用户还可以通过 DTMF键对应的收集 DTMF号码输入一 些号码信息。
现有的 MGC在控制 MG实现用户通过 DTMF号码对媒体数据进行互动 式操作时, MG只能向 MGC上报检测到的 DTMF号码, MGC无法根据 MG 所上报的 DTMF号码准确执行对应的互动式操作, 从而限制了媒体业务的应 用范围。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供双音多频号码的上报方法及系统、 媒体网关, 用以实 现媒体网关能够向媒体网关控制器上 ^艮检测到的控制 DTMF 号码和 /或收集 DTMF 号码, 使得媒体网关控制器根据媒体网关上报的控制 DTMF 号码和 / 或收集 DTMF号码准确执行对应的互动式操作, 扩大媒体业务的应用范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种双音多频号码的上报方法, 包括:
根据设置的第一双音多频号码检测事件对控制阶段接收到的控制双音多 频号码进行检测;

DTMF号码检测事件向媒体网关控制器上报检测到的控制 DTMF号码, 通过 设置的第二 DTMF号码检测事件向媒体网关控制器上报检测到的收集 DTMF 号码, 以及通过设置的第三 DTMF号码检测事件向媒体网关控制器上报检测 到的控制 DTMF号码或收集 DTMF号码,实现了媒体网关能够在对媒体数据 进行互动式操作的过程中对控制 DTMF号码和 /或收集 DTMF号码进行检测, 并向媒体网关控制器上^艮检测到的控制 DTMF号码和 /或收集 DTMF号码, 使得媒体网关控制器能够根据媒体网关所上报的控制 DTMF 号码和 /或收集 DTMF号码准确执行对应的互动式操作, 扩大了媒体业务的应用范围。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例 , 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例中, 可以固定电话机为例, 当然并不限于此: 用户可以通 过固定电话机上的键对媒体的播放进行暂停、 快进、 后退等操作, 也可以通 过固定电话机上的键应提示要求输入一些号码信息 (例如: 身份证号码, 银 行卡号, 密码等)。 用户通过固定电话机的键进行拨号, 号码包括 0到 9、 *、 #等, 电话机产生和所拨号码对应的 DTMF信号发送到用户线上, 通过承载 通道传递到 MG, 从而实现对媒体的互动式操作。 用户通过固定电话机等设 备发出的 DTMF信号也可以称为 DTMF号码或者 DTMF数字。 媒体互动式 操作可以但不限于以下几种情况:
1、 播放( play announcement )。 也可以说是播放提示 ( prompt )。
2、播放和收集( prompt and collect )。播放提示并收集用户输入的 DTMF 号码。 例如: 播放要求用户输入银行卡号的提示音, 然后收集用户通过电话 上的按键输入的以 DTMF信号的方式传递来的银行卡号码。 本发明实施例中 将在该种情况下 MG 收集用户输入的 DTMF 号码的阶段叫做收集阶段 ( collection phase ),该阶段收集到的 DTMF号码可以称为收集 DTMF号码。 收集 DTMF号码不用于控制提示的目的。
3、 播放和录制 ( prompt and record )。 播放提示后进行录制。 例如: 播 放提示用户留言的提示音后, 对用户的留言进行录音。
播放的提示可以是语音形式的提示音, 也可以是视频形式的提示视频, 也可能是语音和视频的混合。 用户可以通过在电话机或者其它设备上输入的 号码对提示进行控制, 不同的 DTMF号码可以映射(map )到不同的运行时 控制 ( runtime control ), 包括了对提示 ( prompt )回放 ( playback )的控制。 这种映射关系可以是预先配置好的, 也可以是由 MGC向 MG设置的。 例如: 将某个 DTMF号码映射成快进 ( fast forward )键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成倒退 ( rewind )键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成暂停 ( pause )键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成重新开始 ( resume )键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成加大音量键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成减小音量键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成速度增加键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射成速度减小键;
将某个 DTMF号码映射到某个外部 ( external )操作。
本发明实施例中将用户进行这些运行时控制 (包括提示回放控制) 的阶 段, 也就是 MG检测这些进行运行时控制的被映射了相关功能的 DTMF号码 的阶段叫做控制阶段(control phase ), 该阶段检测到的用于运行时控制的 DTMF号码在本发明实施例中被称为控制 DTMF号码。 MG检测到控制 DTMF 号码后可以根据映射关系进行相关的控制, 例如: 对提示进行快进, 倒退等。 一些情况下, MGC 需要获得这些控制 DTMF 号码, 因此需要 MG 上报给 MGC。
本发明实施例通过对 H.248协议进行扩展, 扩展的包名是 "扩展双音多 频检测包" ( Enhanced DTMF Detection Package ), 包 ID是 "edtmf" , 该 包可以作为一个独立的包, 也可以定义为已有的 DTMF 检测包 (DTMF Detection Package, 简称 "dd" 包)的扩展包。 后续的本发明实施例釆用扩 展包的形式。 该包继承了 "dd" 包的双音多频数字(DTMF Digits )事件。 该 扩展包的 DTMF号码检测事件的事件编号 ( eventlD )和 H.248.1 的 E5.3节 的表格中的信号编号(SignallD )相同。 例如: "d0" 事件用来检测用户输入 的 "0" 这个键, "d1 " 事件用来检测用户输入的 "1 " 这个键等。
本发明实施例中的 DTMF号码检测事件增加了一个事件参数, 该事件参 数的参数名为 "类型" (Type ), 该事件参数的数据类型可以为枚举型, 可以 选取的值如下:
0x0001 "all" ; 上报所有阶段检测到的 DTMF号码; 0x0002 "cont" ; 上报控制阶段检测到的控制 DTMF号码; 0x0003 "coll" ; 上报收集阶段检测到的收集 DTMF号码;
本发明实施例中的 DTMF 号码检测事件增加了一个检测事件参数 ( ObservedEventsDescriptor Parameters ),该检测事件参数的参数名为 "类 型"(Type ), 该检测事件参数的数据类型可以为枚举型, 可以选取的值如下: 0x0001 "all" ; MG无法识别检测到的 DTMF号码所处的阶段; 0x0002 "cont" ; 上报的控制 DTMF号码是控制阶段检测到的; 0x0003 "coll" ; 上报的收集 DTMF号码是收集阶段检测到的; 该检测事件参数可以在 MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检测事件携带。 默 认值为 "all"。 也就是说, 如果 MG上报该事件的时候不携带 "Type" 参数, 相当于携带了该 "Type" 参数, 而且参数值为 "all"。 该参数用来携带上报的 DTMF号码的类型信息, 即是收集 DTMF号码类型、 控制 DTMF号码类型、 还是 MG无法识别类型。
上述对 H.248协议的扩展是针对单个 DTMF号码进行的检测。 "dd" 包 还定义了 "ce" 事件以数图的方式进行 DTMF号码检测。 本发明实施例中的 "edtmf" 包中也定义了 "ce" 事件对基础包 "dd" 包中的 "ce" 事件进行 功能扩展。
本发明实施例中的 DTMF号码检测事件即 "ce" 事件增加了一个事件参 数, 该事件参数的参数名为 "Type" , 该事件参数的数据类型可以为枚举型, 可以选取的值如下:
0x0001 "all" ; 上报所有阶段检测到的 DTMF号码;
0x0002 "cont" ; 上报控制阶段检测到的控制 DTMF号码;
0x0003 "coll" ; 上报收集阶段检测到的收集 DTMF号码;
本发明实施例中的 DTMF号码检测事件即 "ce" 事件增加了一个检测事 件参数( ObservedEventsDescriptor Parameters ), 该检测事件参数的参数 名为 "Type" ,该检测事件参数的数据类型可以为枚举型,可以选取的值如下: 0x0001 "all" ; MG无法识别检测到的 DTMF号码所处的阶段; 0x0002 "cont" ; 上报的控制 DTMF号码是控制阶段检测到的; 0x0003 "coll" ; 上报的收集 DTMF号码是收集阶段检测到的; 该检测事件参数可以在 MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检测事件携带。 默 认值为 "all"。 也就是说, 如果 MG上报该事件的时候不携带 "Type" 参数, 相当于携带了该 "Type" 参数, 而且参数值为 "all"。
本发明实施例扩展的两个事件可以通过媒体网关控制器向媒体网关设 置; 也可以在媒体网关上静态设置, 例如: 将该事件设置成永久事件。
另外, "dd"包继承自 "tonedet"包的开始音检测( Start Tone Detected ), 结束音检则 ( End Tone Detected ) 以及长音检则 ( Long Tone Detected ), 这三个事件在本发明实施例扩展的 "edtmf" 包中也被继承, 也可以为这三个 事件中的部分或者全部参照前面的方式扩展事件参数 "Type" 和检测事件参 数 "Type"。 事件参数 "Type" 用于在设置事件的时候指示要求上报所有阶 段检测到的 DTMF号码, 或者要求上报控制阶段检测到的控制 DTMF号码, 或者要求上报收集阶段检测到的收集 DTMF号码。 检测事件参数 "Type" 用 于上报事件的时候表明 MG无法识别检测到的 DTMF号码所处的阶段, 或者 表明上报的控制 DTMF 号码是控制阶段检测到的, 或者表明上报的控制 DTMF号码是控制阶段检测到的。 其功能和双音多频数字 ( DTMF Digits )事 件类似。

现有的 MGC在控制 MG实现用户通过 DTMF号码对媒体数据进行互动 式操作时, MG只能向 MGC上 ^艮检测到的 DTMF号码, 无法单独将检测到 的控制 DTMF号码向 MGC上报,使得 MGC无法单独获取控制 DTMF号码, 导致 MGC无法根据 MG所上报的 DTMF号码准确执行对应的互动式操作, 从而限制了媒体业务的应用范围。 本实施例中的 MG通过设置的第一 DTMF 号码检测事件向 MGC上报检测到的控制 DTMF号码, 实现了 MG能够在对 媒体数据进行互动式操作的过程中对控制 DTMF号码进行检测, 并向 MGC 上报检测到的控制 DTMF号码, 使得 MGC能够根据 MG所上报控制 DTMF 号码准确执行对应的控制操作, 扩大了媒体业务的应用范围。
图 2为本发明实施例二提供的一种双音多频号码的上报方法的流程示意 图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的双音多频号码的上>¾方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 201、 MGC通过 H.248.9中的 "aasdc" 包的 "playcol" 信号指示
MG进行播放和收集( prompt and collect )操作, 并且向 MG设置本实施例 扩展的 DTMF号码检测事件 (第一 DTMF号码检测事件)。
例如: 本步骤中的 DTMF号码检测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0" 事件, 进行单个 DTMF号码 "0" 的检测, 事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "cont" ; 本步 骤中的 DTMF号码检测事件还可以为 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 事件参 数 "Type" 的值为 "cont" , 检测 DTMF号码用的数图为 "0|1 |2|3"; 本步骤 中的 DTMF号码检测事件还可以用开始音检测 ( Start Tone Detected )事件 或者结束音检测 ( End Tone Detected ) 事件, 后面的各个本发明实施例中, 实际上都可以使用开始音检测 (Start Tone Detected )事件或者结束音检测 ( End Tone Detected )作为 DTMF号码检测事件。 但是原理和用法与双音 多频数字 (DTMF Digits )事件和 "ce" 事件类似, 这里就不再赘述;
步骤 202、 MG根据设置的 DTMF号码检测事件对控制阶段接收到的控 制 DTMF号码进行检测;
步骤 203、 检测到控制 DTMF号码后, MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检 测事件。
本步骤中, 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件, 而 MG检测到了控制 DTMF号码 "0" , 则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检 测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件,检测事件参数 "Type"的值为 "cont" ; 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 而 MG检测到 了控制 DTMF号码" 0" ,则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检测事件为" edtmf" 包中的 "ce"事件,检测事件参数 "Type"的值为 "cont" ,参数 "ds"为 "0" ; 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是开始音检测( Start Tone Detected )事件或者 结束音检测(End Tone Detected )事件, 则同理, 上报的事件中通过扩展的 "Type" 参数携带上报的 DTMF号码的类型信息, 这里就不再赘述。 进一步地, 本实施例步骤 201 中设置 DTMF号码检测事件的部分, 可以 提前到步骤 201之前或者推后到步骤 201之后; 或者, 另外一种方式为预先 配置在 MG上,这种情况下,步骤 201 中可以不包含 MGC向 MG设置 DTMF 号码检测事件的步骤。
本实施例步骤 201 中进行的是播放和收集操作, 可选地, 还可以进行播 放操作或者播放和录制操作, 总之能够提供控制的提示就可以。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的另一种双音多频号码的上报方法的流程示 意图, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的双音多频号码的上报方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 301、 根据设置的第二 DTMF号码检测事件对收集阶段接收到的收 集 DTMF号码进行检测;
步骤 302、检测到收集 DTMF号码时, 上报上述第二 DTMF号码检测事 件。

本步骤中, 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件, 而 MG检测到了收集 DTMF号码 "0" , 则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检 测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件, 检测事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "coll" ; 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 而 MG检测到 了控制 DTMF号码 "912" , 则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 检测事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "coll" , 参数 "ds" 为 "912"。
进一步地, 本实施例步骤 401 中设置 DTMF号码检测事件的部分, 可以 提前到步骤 401之前或者推后到步骤 401之后; 或者, 另外一种方式为预先 配置在 MG上,这种情况下,步骤 401 中可以不包含 MGC向 MG设置 DTMF 号码检测事件的步骤。
另外, 步骤 401 中进行的是播放和收集操作, 也可以是其它有收集阶段 的操作。 如果没有进行有收集阶段的操作, 则即使设置了检测收集 DTMF号 码的事件, 也无法收集到收集 DTMF号码。
图 5为本发明实施例五提供的再一种双音多频号码的上报方法的流程示 意图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例的双音多频号码的上报方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 501、 根据设置的第三 DTMF号码检测事件对控制阶段接收到的控 制 DTMF号码和收集阶段接收到的收集 DTMF号码进行检测;
步骤 502、检测到控制 DTMF号码或收集 DTMF号码时, 上报上述第三 DTMF号码检测事件,上述第三 DTMF号码检测事件中携带有控制 DTMF号 码或收集 DTMF号码对应的类型信息。
现有的 MGC在控制 MG实现用户通过 DTMF号码对媒体数据进行互动 式操作时, MG只能向 MGC上 ^艮检测到的 DTMF号码, 无法单独将检测到 的控制 DTMF号码或收集 DTMF号码向 MGC上报, 使得 MGC无法单独获 取控制 DTMF号码或收集 DTMF号码, 也无法根据 MG所上报的 DTMF号 码确定是控制 DTMF号码还是收集 DTMF号码,导致 MGC无法根据 MG所 上报的 DTMF号码准确执行对应的互动式操作, 从而限制了媒体业务的应用 范围。 本实施例中的 MG通过设置的第三 DTMF号码检测事件向 MGC上报 检测到的控制 DTMF号码或收集 DTMF号码,实现了 MG能够在对媒体数据 进行互动式操作的过程中对控制 DTMF号码和收集 DTMF号码进行检测,并 向 MGC区分上报检测到的控制 DTMF号码和收集 DTMF号码, 使得 MGC 能够根据媒体网关所上报的控制 DTMF号码和收集 DTMF号码准确执行对应 的互动式操作, 扩大了媒体业务的应用范围。
图 6为本发明实施例六提供的再一种双音多频号码的上报方法的流程示 意图, 如图 6所示, 本实施例的双音多频号码的上报方法可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 601、 MGC通过 H.248.9中的 "aasdc" 包的 "playcol" 信号指示 MG进行播放和收集( prompt and collect )操作, 并且向 MG设置本实施例 扩展的 DTMF号码检测事件 (即第三 DTMF号码检测事件)。

步骤 603、 检测到控制 DTMF号码后, MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检 测事件。
本步骤中, 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件, 而 MG检测到了控制 DTMF号码 "0" , 则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检 测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "d0"事件,检测事件参数 "Type"的值为 "cont" ; 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 而 MG检测到 了控制 DTMF号码 "912" , 则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检测事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 检测事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "cont" , 参数 "ds" 为 "912"。 步骤 604、 检测到收集 DTMF号码后, MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检 测事件。
本步骤中, 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "dO"事件, 而 MG检测到收集 DTMF号码 "0" ,则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检测 事件为 "edtmf" 包中的 "dO" 事件, 检测事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "coll" ; 如果 MGC向 MG设置的事件是 "edtmf" 包中的 "ce" 事件, 而 MG检测到 收集 DTMF号码" 999" ,则 MG向 MGC上报的 DTMF号码检测事件为" edtmf" 包中的 "ce"事件,检测事件参数 "Type"的值为 "coll" ,参数 "ds"为 "999"。
步骤 603和步骤 604的次序可以颠倒,即检测上报控制 DTMF号码和检 测上 收集 DTMF号码的次序可以颠倒,或者步骤 603和步骤 604中的一个 不存在。 另外, 通过数图检测 DTMF号码后, 需要重新下发一次 "ce" 事件 才能继续通过数图检测 DTMF号码。
进一步地, 本实施例中, 还可以包括如下步骤: 检测到 DTMF号码 "0" 后, MG向 MGC上报 DTMF号码检测事件。 因为 MG不知道该 DTMF号码 被检测时所处的阶段是控制阶段还是收集阶段, 则上报的事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "all" , 表示 MG无法感知 "0" 这个 DTMF号码被检测时所处于的阶 段; 同理, MG根据数图完成了 DTMF号码检测后, 如果不能确定所处阶段, 也可以在上报的事件中设置事件参数 "Type" 的值为 "all"。
进一步地, 本实施例步骤 601 中设置 DTMF号码检测事件的部分, 可以 提前到步骤 601之前或者推后到步骤 601之后; 或者, 另外一种方式为预先 配置在 MG上,这种情况下,步骤 601 中可以不包含 MGC向 MG设置 DTMF 号码检测事件的步骤。
上述本发明实施例中 MG上设置的 DTMF号码检测事件中的多个可以同 时被设置, 控制 DTMF号码和 /或收集 DTMF号码同时被 MG检测上 ·¾。 一 些号码的值可能既在控制 DTMF号码的范围内,又在收集 DTMF号码的范围 内, 只是因为其被检测的时间 (或者说阶段) 而被区分成控制 DTMF号码或 者收集 DTMF号码, 这种情况下, MGC可以利用上报的事件参数 " Type" 携带了被检测上报的 DTMF号码对应的类型信息来进行有效区分。
需要说明的是, 对于前述的各方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都表 述为一系列的动作组合, 但是本领域技术人员应该知悉, 本发明并不受所描 述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本发明, 某些步骤可以釆用其他顺序或者同 时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例均属 于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
