而本发明则是提供一种通过其它方式来实现产生高压水的清洗机结构,并且使得清 洗机的结构也更为简单。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术现状而提供一种通过齿轮啮合并高速 转动形成高压的手持式清洗机, 并且使得清洗机的进水更加快速、 结构更加简单。

在泵体 3的前侧下部还设有与进水型腔 19相通的回流卸压型腔 20, 在回流卸压型 腔 20连通喷嘴出水的通道内设有卸压回流阀 21,通过卸压回流阀 21的调节,而增加机 器的安全保护性能。
喷嘴 1通过螺钉联接在泵体 3的前部, 且两者结合面上设有密封圈 2, 喷嘴 1上加 工有出水通道 14, 贯通泵体的出水型腔 15和回流卸压型腔 20。 清洗机的喷射距离和面 积, 可通过调节喷嘴来实现。 通过加长喷嘴长度, 可增加清洗机的喷射距离。
手柄 4装在泵体 3的后部下侧, 手柄 4上加工有进水通道 18, 贯通泵体的进水型 腔 19。手柄 4的底端装有与水管连接用的进水接头,进水接头与手柄以及手柄与泵体之 间均打有厌氧胶, 以确保连接处的密封。本清洗机的进水管与手柄合二为一,外观简洁、 轻巧美观。
由上述构件组装构成的清洗机,其整体外形似手持式冲击电钻, 因而相对现有清洗 机, 本发明结构新颖、 外观轻巧美观。
其工作原理如下: 电机转动, 并经减速器减速, 带动主传动轴转动, 主传动轴上的 主动液压齿轮又带动从动轴上的从动液压齿轮一起转动, 由于两齿轮啮合转动产生出水 侧容积减少, 而从齿轮和腔体的间隙回到进水侧的水流不能全部抵消由于这种容积减少 形成的压力, 从而在出水侧形成高压, 产生高压水柱, 而达到高压清洗的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种手持式清洗机, 主要包括有电机、 减速器、 泵体、 喷嘴和把手, 喷嘴和把 手分别设在泵体的前部和后部下侧, 喷嘴和把手内分别开设有与泵体内的水流通道贯通 的出水通道和进水通道,其特征在于:所述的泵体内设有一主传动轴和至少一个从动轴, 所述的主传动轴与减速器传动相连, 并在主传动轴上固定有主动液压齿轮, 该齿轮与固 定在从动轴上的从动液压齿轮相啮合传动; 所述的泵体上设有构成水流通道的进、 出水 型腔, 并且进、 出水型腔与主传动轴上的主动液压齿轮和从动轴上的从动液压齿轮的所 在腔型贯通。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的手持式清洗机, 其特征在于: 所述的泵体内还设有与进水 型腔相通的回流卸压型腔, 在回流卸压型腔连通喷嘴出水的通道内设有卸压回流阀。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的手持式清洗机, 其特征在于: 所述的主传动轴和从动 轴均通过轴承和油封安装在由泵体和泵座结合构成的型腔内, 并且主传动轴的上端穿过 泵座, 一与电机输出轴传动连接的减速齿轮设置在该传动轴上。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的手持式清洗机, 其特征在于:所述的从动轴设置为一 根。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的手持式清洗机, 其特征在于: 所述的出水型腔设在泵体的 前侧上部, 所述的回流卸压型腔设在泵体的前侧下部。
