媒体接收及发送方法、 用户设备和业务指南服务器 本申请要求于 2008年 12月 31 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 CN 200810247425. 7、 发明名称为 "媒体接收及发送方法、 用户设备和业务指南服务器"的中国专利申请的优 先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及移动通信技术, 特别涉及一种媒体接收及发送方法、 用户设备和业务指 南服务器。 背景技术 手机电视的承载网络包括如下几种: 其一, 基于地面广播的方式, 包括欧洲的数字 视频手持广播 (Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld, DVB-H) 技术、 韩国的陆地数 字多媒体广播 ( Terrestrial-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, T- DMB) 技术、 以及 美国的媒体前向链接 (MediaFLO) 技术; 其二, 基于卫星广播的方式, 包括欧洲的卫星 数字多媒体广播 ( Satel l ite Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, SDMB) 技术; 其三, 基于移动网络的第三代合作伙伴项目 (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP) 中多媒体广播和组播业务 (Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service, MBMS ) 技术、 广播多播业务 (Broadcast Multicast Service, BCMCS ) 技术和流媒体技术。 由于手机 电视的承载网络有各种网络, 当一种网络的信号变得较差时需要切换到另一种网络; 或 者, 由于运营商策略的变化需要进行网络切换, 例如, 从广播网络切换到移动网络。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现现有技术至少存在如下问题: 在网络切换后, 现 有移动终端正在播放的业务或内容很可能断掉, 不能实现业务或内容的平滑过渡, 影响 用户体验。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种媒体接收及发送方法、 用户设备和业务指南服务器, 解决现 有移动终端不能实现网络切换后业务或内容平滑过渡的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种媒体接收方法, 包括:
接收业务指南,所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息、接入关联信息和第二接入信息; 接收与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体,该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业务或 内容;
当进行切换时, 根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 接入与第二接入信息对 应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
本发明实施例提供了一种媒体发送方法, 包括:
向用户设备发送业务指南, 所述的业务指南包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息和第 二接入信息;
发送与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体,该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业务或 内容;
当用户设备切换时, 向用户设备发送与所述第二接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接 入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
本发明实施例提供了一种用户设备, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收业务指南, 所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息 和第二接入信息;
获取模块, 用于接收与所述的第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第一接入信息对应的 媒体支持一业务或内容;
切换模块, 用于当进行切换时, 根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 接入与 第二接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
本发明实施例提供了一种业务指南服务器, 包括:
第一发送模块,用于向用户设备发送业务指南,所述的业务指南包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息和第二接入信息;
第二发送模块, 用于发送与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第一接入信息对应 的媒体支持一业务或内容;
第三发送模块, 用于当用户设备切换时, 向用户设备发送与所述第二接入信息对应 的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明实施例通过在需要切换时获取与第一接入信息关联的 第二接入信息, 由于接入信息相关联, 可以在不同媒体下支持同一业务或内容, 实现移 动终端在媒体切换后, 保证业务或内容的平滑过渡。 附图说明 图 1为本发明方法实施例一的流程示意图;

图 7为本发明业务指南服务器实施例的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。 图 1为本发明方法实施例一的流程示意图, 包括: 步骤 11 : 用户设备 ( User Equipment, IE ) 接收业务指南 ( Service Guide, SG) , 所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息和接入关联信息及第二接入信息,所述第一接入信息 对应第一媒体, 该第一媒体可以支持一业务或内容, 所述接入关联信息指示与所述第一 接入信息关联的第二接入信息, 所述第二接入信息对应第二媒体, 该第二媒体同样支持 该业务或内容。
SG中包括业务 (service ) 分片或 /和内容 (content ) 分片及接入 (access ) 分片。 业务分片用于描述移动多媒体业务的业务信息, 例如, 收看的电视频道。 内容分片用于 描述某个节目的相关信息, 例如, 收看的频道中的具体内容。 接入分片包括接入信息, 接入信息指示收到相应的业务或内容需要的媒体, 例如, 不同的承载网络, 或者同一网 络下不同的服务器。 UE根据第一接入分片的第一接入信息可以接收承载在第一媒体中的 业务或内容。 步骤 12 : UE接收所述第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持 一业务或内容; 步骤 13 : 当进行切换时, UE根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 接入与所述 第二接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体同样支持所述业务或内容。 例如, 在外界环境变化 (承载网络信号变差或运营商需要更改策略) 时, 媒体需要 切换。 此时, 为了保证原本承载在第一媒体中的业务或内容平滑过渡, 需要平滑地将媒 体过渡到第二媒体上, 由于接入信息与媒体对应, 即需要获得与第一接入分片中的第一 接入信息关联的第二接入分片中的第二接入信息。 本实施例通过获取与第一接入信息关联的第二接入信息, 实现在媒体切换后业务或 内容的平滑过渡, 增强用户体验。 其中, 上述的第二接入信息可以通过接入关联信息确定, 接入关联信息可以携带在 业务分片或 /和内容分片或 /和第一接入分片中, 具体的可参见下述的实施例。
图 2为本发明方法实施例二的流程示意图, 该实施例包括: 步骤 201 : UE开机, 初始化。 步骤 202: UE获取并展现业务指南 (Service Guide, SG) 。 步骤 203: UE根据用户在 SG中选择的第一接入分片中的第一接入信息, 播放第一媒 体 (如, 网络) 承载的业务或内容。 步骤 204: UE获知需要进行网络切换。 例如, 在第一网络的信号变得较差时, 或者 运营商 /用户指定进入一特定网络等情况下, UE确定需要进行网络切换, 例如, 从广播 网络进入点播网络。 步骤 205: UE判断是否支持网络切换, 若是, 执行步骤 206, 否则, 执行步骤 209。 具体的, UE可以根据是否接收到接入关联信息来确定是否支持网络切换, 当接收到接入 关联信息即表示支持网络切换。 其中, 接入关联信息可以为业务切换的标志信息 (HybridAccess ) , 该标志信息可 以通过新增的方式携带在业务分片或 /和内容分片中。该标志信息的具体格式可以如表 1 所示: 表 1

步骤 206: UE判断是否查找到接入关联信息对应的第二接入分片, 若是, 执行步骤 207,否则,执行步骤 209。 UE判断是否查找到接入关联信息对应的第二接入分片可以是: 是否可以找到接入分片的索引 (AccessIDRef ) 指示的第二接入分片。 步骤 207: UE根据第二接入信息接入第二媒体, 并根据第二媒体接入承载在第二媒 体 (如, 第二网络) 中的业务或内容。 步骤 208 : UE播放承载在第二网络中的业务或内容。 步骤 209: 报错。 本实施例通过在业务分片或 /和内容分片或 /和接入分片中, 携带接入关联信息, 可 以根据接入关联信息确定相应的第二接入分片,进而根据该第二接入分片中的第二接入 信息实现网络切换, 以保证业务或内容的平滑过渡。 上述实施例在判断出支持网络切换时直接查找对应的接入分片, 为了保证 SG的有效 性, 还可以在支持网络切换后再展现 SG。 图 3为本发明方法实施例三的流程示意图, 该实施例与实施例二不同在于, 实施例 二是获取 SG的同时展现 SG, 本实施例是在 UE支持网络切换的情况下才展现 SG。 该实施例 包括: 步骤 301 : 与实施例二的步骤 201相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 302 : 获取 SG。 与实施例二的对应获取并展现 SG不同。 步骤 303 : UE判断是否支持网络切换, 若是, 执行步骤 304, 否则, 执行步骤 311。 其中, UE判断的依据及接入关联信息的携带方式与实施例二的步骤 205中的对应内容相 同, 不再赘述。 步骤 304: 展现 SG。 步骤 305-306 : 与实施例二的步骤 203-204对应相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 307-310: 与实施例二的步骤 206-209对应相同, 不再赘述 步骤 311 : 隐藏 SG的相关分片。 该相关分片包括该 SG对应的业务分片、 内容分片和 接入分片。 本实施例通过在业务分片或内容分片或接入分片中, 携带接入关联信息, 可以根据 该接入关联信息确定相应的第二接入分片,进而根据该第二接入分片中的接入信息实现 网络切换, 以保证业务或内容的平滑过渡。 同时, 由于在 UE支持网络切换的前提下才展 现 SG, 可以保证用户基于该 SG选择的业务或内容在网络切换后仍旧可以播放, 避免盲目 选择的业务或内容在网络切换后可能不支持的问题, 保证 SG的有效性。 实施例二、 三是针对备选的接入关联信息为一个的情形, 当备选的第二接入分片为 两个以上时, 需要解决如何在多个中确定一个的问题。 图 4为本发明方法实施例四的流程示意图, 该实施例在实施例二的基础上增加确定 一个第二接入分片的步骤。 该实施例包括: 步骤 401-404: 与实施例二的步骤 201-204对应相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 405: UE判断是否支持网络切换, 若是, 执行步骤 406, 否则, 执行步骤 411。 其中, 与实施例二的步骤 205不同的是, 实施例二中接入关联信息为单一的标志信 息、 关联信息或者选择标准信息, 本实施例的接入关联信息为多个, 即存在两个以上的 表 1所示的标志信息, 或者存在两个以上的表 2所示的关联信息, 或者存在两个以上的表 3所示的选择标准信息, 此时, 需要在备选的两个以上的第二接入分片中确定出一个。 步骤 406: UE获取网络切换时的选择依据。 具体地, 当存在两个以上的标志信息或 者关联信息时, 由于每个标志信息或关联信息中只包含优先级信息, 因此选择依据是优 先级, UE根据优先级在两个以上的第二接入分片中选择一个第二接入分片; 当存在两个 选择标准信息时, 根据每个选择标准信息中的选择类型 (即元素 type ) 确定选择依据, 例如, 当上述的元素 type为 1时, 选择依据为优先级, 根据优先级确定第二接入分片, 此时, UE在元素 AceessIDRef指定的各第二接入分片对应的优先级选择出一个第二接入 分片, 当上述的元素 type为 3时, 选择依据为随机选择, 则随机确定第二接入分片。 步骤 407: UE判断是否存在相应选择依据下的第二接入分片, 若是, 执行步骤 408, 否则, 执行步骤 411。 例如, 采用优先级作为选择依据, 则判断相应的优先级下是否存 在第二接入分片。 步骤 408: UE判断是否查找到该选择出的第二接入分片, 若是, 执行步骤 409, 否则, 执行步骤 411。 步骤 409-411 : 与实施例二的步骤 207-209对应相同, 不再赘述。 本实施例通过获取选择依据, 可以在存在多个备选的第二接入分片时, 快速准确地 选择一个正确的第二接入分片, 进而实现业务或内容的快速过渡, 提高 UE的处理效率, 增强用户体验。 图 5为本发明方法实施例五的流程示意图, 与实施例四在实施例二的基础上增加确 定一个第二接入分片的步骤不同的是,本实施例是在实施例三的基础上增加确定一个第 二接入分片的步骤。 该实施例包括: 步骤 501-502: 与实施例三的步骤 301-302对应相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 503 : UE判断是否支持网络切换, 若是, 执行步骤 504, 否则, 执行步骤 513。 其中, UE判断的依据及接入关联信息的携带方式与实施例四的步骤 405中的对应内容相 同, 不再赘述。 步骤 504-506 : 与实施例三的步骤 304-306对应相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 507-512 : 与实施例四的步骤 406-411对应相同, 不再赘述。 步骤 513 : 与实施例三的步骤 311相同, 不再赘述。 本实施例通过获取选择依据, 可以在存在多个备选的第二接入分片时, 快速准确地 选择一个正确的第二接入分片, 进而实现业务或内容的快速过渡, 提高 UE的处理效率, 增强用户体验。 同时, 在确定 UE支持网络切换的情况下才展现 SG, 可以保证用户基于该 SG选择的业务或内容在网络切换后仍旧可以播放,避免盲目选择的业务或内容在网络切 换后可能不支持的问题, 保证 SG的有效性。 上述实施例从用户设备 UE侧描述了媒体接收的流程, 对应地, SG服务器执行的媒体 发送流程为: 步骤 A: 向用户设备发送业务指南, 所述的业务指南包括第一接入信息、 接入关联 信息和第二接入信息; 步骤 B: 发送所述第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业 务或内容; 步骤 C: 当用户设备切换时, 根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 根据第二 接入信息向用户设备, 发送同样支持所述的业务或内容的与第二接入信息对应的媒体; 或者, 当用户设备切换时, 根据用户设备发送的第二接入信息, 向用户设备发送同样支 持所述的业务或内容的与第二接入信息对应的媒体。 其中, 第一接入信息携带在 SG的接入分片中。 当接入关联信息具体为表 1所示的业 务切换的标志信息 (HybridAccess ) 时, 该标志信息携带在 SG的业务分片或 /和内容分 片中; 当接入关联信息具体为表 2所示的业务切换的关联信息(Associat ionAccess )时, 该关联信息也携带在 SG的接入分片中; 当接入关联信息具体为表 3所示的业务切换的选 择标准信息 (AccessChoose ) 时, 该选择标准信息可以携带在业务分片或 /和内容分片 或 /和接入分片中。 SG服务器通过将接入关联信息发送给 UE,可以使 UE在媒体切换后实现业务或内容的 平滑过渡, 增强用户体验。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程 序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序 在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟 或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 图 6为本发明用户设备实施例的结构示意图, 包括接收模块 61、 获取模块 62和切换 模块 63。 接收模块 61接收业务指南, 所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息 和第二接入信息; 获取模块 62接收与接收模块 61接收的所述的第一接入信息对应的媒 体, 该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业务或内容; 获取与选择后的接入关联信息对应的第二接 入信息。 当业务切换的选择标准信息为两个以上时, 每个业务切换的选择标准信息中包 括选择类型, 获取模块 62根据所述选择类型获取选择依据; 根据所述选择依据在至少两 个的接入关联信息中, 选择一个接入关联信息; 获取与选择后的接入关联信息对应的第 二接入信息。 本实施例通过获取接入关联信息, 可以实现在网络切换后业务或内容的平滑过渡, 增强用户体验。 图 7为本发明业务指南服务器实施例的结构示意图, 包括第一发送模块 71、 第二发 送模块 72和第三发送模块 73。 第一发送模块 71向用户设备发送业务指南, 该业务指南包 括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息和第二接入信息。 第二发送模块 72根据第一发送模块 71 发送的第一接入信息发送所述第一接入信息对应的媒体,该与第一接入信息对应的媒体 支持一业务或内容。 第三发送模块 73在用户设备切换时, 根据第一发送模块 71得到的所 述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 根据第二接入信息向用户设备, 发送与所述第二接 入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体同样支持该业务或内容; 1、 一种媒体接收方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收业务指南,所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息、接入关联信息和第二接入信息; 接收与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体,该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业务或 内容;
当进行切换时, 根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 接入与第二接入信息对 应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的标志 信息;
所述业务指南中包括接入分片, 所述接入分片中包括所述第一接入信息, 所述业务 指南中还包括业务分片或 /和内容分片,所述业务分片或 /和内容分片中包括所述业务切 换的标志信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的关联 信息;
所述业务指南中包括接入分片,所述接入分片中包括所述第一接入信息和业务切换 的关联信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的选择 标准信息;
所述业务指南中包括接入分片,所述接入分片中包括所述第一接入信息和所述业务 切换的选择标准信息; 或者, 所述业务指南中包括接入分片, 所述业务指南还包括业务 分片或 /和内容分片, 所述接入分片中包括所述第一接入信息, 所述业务分片或 /和内容 分片中包括所述业务切换的选择标准信息。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为至少两个, 每个接入关联信息中包括各自的优先级;
所述根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息为: 根据所述优先级, 在至少两个的 接入关联信息中, 选择一个接入关联信息; 获取与选择后的接入关联信息对应的第二接 入信息。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为至少两个, 每个 接入关联信息中包括选择类型; 所述根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息为: 根据所述选择类型获取选择依 据; 根据所述选择依据在至少两个的接入关联信息中, 选择一个接入关联信息; 获取与 选择后的接入关联信息对应的第二接入信息。
7、 一种媒体发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向用户设备发送业务指南, 所述业务指南包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息和第二 接入信息;
发送与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体,该与第一接入信息对应的媒体支持一业务或 内容;
当用户设备切换时, 向用户设备发送与所述第二接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接 入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的标志 信息;
所述向用户设备发送业务指南为:将所述第一接入信息携带在所述业务指南的接入 分片中,将所述业务切换的标志信息携带在所述业务指南的业务分片或 /和内容分片中, 向用户设备发送业务指南。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的关联 信息;
所述向用户设备发送业务指南为:将所述第一接入信息和业务切换的关联信息携带 在所述业务指南的接入分片中, 向用户设备发送业务指南。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入关联信息为业务切换的选 择标准信息;
所述向用户设备发送业务指南为:将所述第一接入信息携带在所述业务指南的接入 分片中, 将所述业务切换的选择标准信息携带在所述业务指南的业务分片、 内容分片和 接入分片中的至少一个中, 向用户设备发送业务指南。
11、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收业务指南, 所述业务指南中包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息 和第二接入信息;
获取模块, 用于接收与所述的第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第一接入信息对应的 媒体支持一业务或内容; 切换模块, 用于当进行切换时, 根据所述接入关联信息确定第二接入信息, 接入与 第二接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第二接入信息对应的媒体支持所述业务或内容。
12、 一种业务指南服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送模块,用于向用户设备发送业务指南,所述的业务指南包括第一接入信息、 接入关联信息和第二接入信息;
第二发送模块, 用于发送与所述第一接入信息对应的媒体, 该与第一接入信息对应 的媒体支持一业务或内容;
