技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 具体涉及一种节目切换的方法, 系统和装置。 背景技术
随着电视信号的数字化, 在带来清晰的电视节目的同时, 也需要实现频 道 /节目的快速切换。 现有技术中, 节目的快速切换基于切换前、 后内容都 在同一个媒体服务器内的情况; 当切换前后的节目不在同一个媒体服务器内 时, 切换速度慢, 用户体验差。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供一种节目切换的方法, 系统和装置, 解决节目切 换速度慢, 用户体验差的问题。
一种节目切换的方法, 包括, 接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 节目切换 请求中包含终端要切换的节目标识; 根据节目标识, 判断要切换的节目不在 当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器内; 根据节目标识, 建立与要切换的节目 所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议链路, 以便于要切换的节目所在的媒体 服务器根据节目标识向所述终端播放切换后的节目。
一种节目切换的方法, 包括, 接收用户发送的节目切换请求, 确定要切 换的节目不在媒体服务器返回的节目单内, 向要切换的节目所在的媒体服务 器归属的媒体控制模块发送节目切换请求, 以便要切换的节目所在的媒体服 务器归属的媒体控制模块与要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器建立实时流协议 RTSP链路。
一种节目切换的系统, 包括, 媒体控制模块, 用于接收终端发送的节目 切换请求, 节目切换请求中包含要切换的节目标识; 根据节目标识, 判断要 切换的节目不在当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器内;并根据节目标识, 建 立与要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路; 媒体服 务器, 用于根据节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。

本发明实施例采用判断要切换的节目不在当前为终端播放节目的媒体服 务器后, 根据节目标识, 向要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器发起实时流协议
RTSP链路建立请求, 实现了不同媒体服务器之间的快速切换。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好的理解本发明内容, 以下结合附图以及具 体实施例对本发明内容作具体说明。
本发明实施例提供的节目切换的基本流程可参考图 1, 主要包括歩骤:
Al、 接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换请求中包含终端要 切换的节目标识。
终端向媒体控制模块通过 PLAY指令携带 Require: 3gpp-switch-req-sdp标 识以及 SDP-requested头域发送节目切换请求, 该节目切换请求中包含切换节 目标识, 如用户正在收看的节目为 《天空》 , 此时, 用户发起节目切换请 求, 想收到节目 《香草》 , 则节目切换请求中, 包含 《香草》 的节目标识。 当然, 所述节目切换请求需通过网关, IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多 媒体子系统)核心网, 业务控制模块, 最后到达媒体控制模块。
A2、 根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当前为终端播放 节目的媒体服务器内。
媒体控制模块接收到节目切换请求后, 根据节目标识, 判断要切换的节 目不在当前为用户播放节目的媒体服务器内, 如, 当前媒体服务器 A为用 户播放节目 《天空》 , 而切换后的节目 《香草》在媒体服务器 B上。
进一歩地, 媒体控制模块断开与媒体服务器 A的连接。
进一歩地, 媒体控制模块 A接收到节目切换请求后, 根据节目标识, 判断要切换的节目不在当前为用户播放节目的媒体服务器 A上, 如, 当前 媒体服务器 A为用户播放节目 《天空》 , 而切换后的节目 《香草》 不在媒 体服务器 A上, 而在媒体服务器 B上, 同时媒体服务器 B归属于媒体控制 模块 B。
A3、 根据所述节目标识, 建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器 之间的 RTSP ( Real Time Streaming Protocol , 实时流传输协议) 链路, 以便 于要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器根据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节 圈。
具体的, 媒体控制模块确定切换后的节目在媒体服务器 B上后, 向媒 体服务器 B发起实时流协议 RTSP链路建立请求, RTSP链路建立后, 媒体 控制模块向媒体服务器 B发送节目播放请求, 接下来, 媒体服务器 B为用 户播放切换后的节目。 这里, 媒体服务器 B归属于该媒体控制模块, 即表 示媒体服务器 B归该媒体控制模块管理。
可选的, 媒体控制模块在向要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器发起实时流 协议 RTSP 链路建立请求之前, 获得要切换的节目的 SDP ( Session Description Protocol, 会话描述协议) 信息, 这里 SDP信息包含节目的音频 流, 视频流等的描述信息, 同时 SDP信息可以事先存放在媒体控制模块 上, 或媒体控制模块通过 RSTP descbibe消息去媒体服务器 B上获取。
进一歩的, 媒体控制模块将终端和媒体控制模块之间的会话与媒体控制 模块与媒体服务器 B建立的会话绑定, 即将终端和媒体控制模块之间的会 话识别码 session ID与媒体控制模块与媒体服务器 B之间的会话识别码 session ID设为一样, 记录媒体服务器 B的 RTSP服务器端口号与媒体控制 模块的 RTSP服务器端口号之间的映射关系, 同时通过 OK响应返回会话识 别码和媒体控制模块的 RTSP服务器端口号等信息给终端。
进一歩的, 媒体控制模块在确定其与媒体服务器 B之间的 RTSP链路已 建立后, 向所述要切换的节目的媒体服务器即媒体服务器 B发起节目播放 请求, 媒体服务器 B收到上述节目播放请求后, 向终端下发媒体流, 即为 终端播放切换后的节目。
进一歩的, 媒体控制模块用于根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求 发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所 述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的 节目所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路, 以便于媒体服务器根 据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
这里包含两种情况:
1、 终端向媒体控制模块 A发送节目切换请求, 要求播放 《香草》 , 媒 体控制模块 A将节目切换请求发送给业务控制模块, 业务控制模块收到节 目切换请求后, 将节目切换请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器 B归属的媒体控制模块 B; 2、 媒体控制模块 A根据预先设置, 这里可以在媒体控制模块中保存各 个媒体服务器可以播放的节目, 如判断 《香草》 在媒体服务器 B上, 同时 媒体服务器 B不归属于媒体控制模块 A, 则将节目切换请求直接发送给所 述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器 B归属的媒体控制模块 B。
可选的, 媒体控制模块 B在向要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器 B发起 实时流协议 RTSP链路建立请求之前, 获得节目的 SDP信息, 这里 SDP信 息包含节目的音频流, 视频流等信息, 同时 SDP信息可以事先存放在媒体 控制模块上, 或媒体控制模块通过 RSTP descbibe消息去媒体服务器内获 取。
进一歩的, 媒体控制模块 B将终端和媒体控制模块 B之间的会话与媒 体控制模块 B与媒体服务器建立的会话绑定, 即将终端和控制模块之间的 会话识别码 session ID与控制模块与媒体服务器之间的会话识别码 session ID设为一样, 这里分两种情况:
1、 媒体控制模块 B向媒体服务器 B发送实时流协议 RTSP链路建立请 求时, 携带终端与媒体控制模块 B 之间的连接的 session ID , 比如为
"XYZ " , 要求媒体服务器 B为请求建立的链路分配相同的 session ID, 媒 体服务器 B收到 RTSP链路建立请求后, 将该 session ID通过响应消息返回 给终端。
2、 媒体控制模块 B向媒体服务器 B发送实时流协议 RTSP链路建立请 求时, 不携带终端与媒体控制模块 B之间的连接的 session ID, 媒体服务器
B收到 RTSP链路建立请求后, 将为该 RTSP链路分配一个新的 session ID, 如 "XYZ" , 并将该 session ID通过响应消息返回给终端。
进一歩的, 媒体控制模块 B在确定其与媒体服务器之间的 RTSP链路已 建立后, 向所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器 B发起节目播放请求, 媒 体服务器 B收到上述请求后, 向终端下发媒体流, 即为终端播放切换后的 节目。 本实施例根据节目切换请求, 判断要切换的节目不在当前为用户播放节 目的媒体服务器内, 与要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器建立 RTSP链路, 实 现不同媒体服务器之间节目的快速切换。
本发明实施例提供的节目切换的基本流程可参考图 2, 主要包括歩骤: Bl、 接收用户发送的节目切换请求, 确定要切换的节目不在媒体服务 器返回的节目单内, 向所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制 模块发送节目切换请求, 以便所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒 体控制模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器建立实时流协议 RTSP链 路。
具体的, 用户在点播节目时, 向业务控制模块发送点播请求, 要求收看 节目 《天空》 , 业务控制模块在收到点播请求后, 到用户数据库获取用户购 买的节目列表, 如, 用户购买了节目 《天空》 、 《香草》 、 《无奇》 、 《家》 。 业务控制模块将包含节目列表的点播请求发送给媒体控制模块, 媒 体控制模块判断 《天空》在媒体服务器 A上, 向媒体服务器 A发送 RTSP 链路建立请求, 该请求中包含用户购买的节目列表。 媒体服务器 A在收到 RTSP链路建立请求后, 根据用户购买的节目列表, 向终端返回与用户购买 的节目列表对应的节目单, 如媒体服务器 A存有的节目为 《天空》 、 《香 草》 、 《屋脊》 , 则向终端返回的节目单为 《天空》 、 《香草》 , 并为用户 播放节目 《天空》 。
用户要切换的节目为 《家》 , 终端判断切换后的节目不在节目单内, 终 端向媒体控制模块发送节目切换请求, 这里媒体服务器 A和媒体服务器 B 归属于同一个媒体控制模块, 媒体控制模块判断节目 《家》在媒体服务器 B 上, 媒体控制模块断开与媒体服务器 A的连接, 同时向媒体服务器 B发送 实时流协议 RTSP链路建立请求, 链路建立后, 媒体控制模块向媒体服务器 B发送播放请求, 由媒体服务器 B为终端播放节目 《家》 。
本发明实施例终端根据媒体服务器返回的节目单, 确定要切换的节目不 在媒体服务器返回的节目单内, 则向媒体控制模块发送节目切换请求, 避免 了当切换后的节目在不同服务器时的节目切换失败。
本发明实施例提供一种节目切换的系统, 参考图 3, 主要包括: 媒体控制模块 301, 用于接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换 请求中包含终端要切换的节目标识; 根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的 节目不在当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器, 根据所述节目标识, 建立与所 述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路。
媒体服务器 302, 用于根据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。 媒体控制模块 301进一歩用于, 根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的 节目不在当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器以及归属于所述媒体控制模块的 其他媒体服务器内; 根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求发送给所述要 切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所述要切换的节 目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒 体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路, 以及要切换的节目所在的媒体服务 器根据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
媒体控制模块 301 进一歩用于, 为所述媒体控制模块和终端之间的链 路, 及所述媒体控制模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的链路 设置相同的会话识别号。
媒体控制模块 301进一歩用于, 断开与当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务 器之间的链路。
本发明实施例提供一种媒体控制模块, 参考图 4, 主要包括:
接收模块 401, 用于接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换请求 中包含终端要切换的节目标识;
判断模块 402, 用于根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当 前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器内;
建立模块 403, 根据所述节目标识, 建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒 体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路, 以便于媒体服务器根据所述节目标 识向终端播放切换后的节目。
媒体控制模块进一歩包括:
判断模块 402进一歩用于根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不 在当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器以及归属于所述媒体控制模块的其他媒 体服务器内;
建立模块 403进一歩用于根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求发送 给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所述要 切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的节目 所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路, 以便于媒体服务器根据所 述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
所述媒体控制模块进一歩包括设置模块 404, 用于为媒体控制模块和终 端之间的链路, 及媒体控制模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间 的链路设置相同的会话识别号。
媒体控制模块进一歩包括切断模块 405, 用于断开与当前为终端播放节 目的媒体服务器之间的链路。
为更好的理解上述实施例, 下面结合节目切换的方法的一个具体执行过 程为例进行说明, 针对图 1的流程介绍, 流程示意图如图 5所示, 涉及的实 体包括终端 A、 网关、 业务控制模块、 媒体控制模块、 媒体服务器 1及媒体 服务器 2, 具体流程如下:
501、 终端 A通过网关、 IMS核网向业务控制模块发送点播链路建立请 求。
502、 业务控制模块收到上述点播链路建立请求, 将其转发给媒体控制 模块。
503、 媒体控制模块收到上述点播链路建立请求, 获得节目的 SDP信 息。 这里 SDP信息包含节目的音频流, 视频流等信息, 同时 SDP信息可以 事先存放在媒体控制模块上, 或媒体控制模块通过 RSTP descbibe消息去用 户点播的节目所在的媒体服务器内获取。
504、 媒体控制模块向媒体服务器 1发送实时流协议链路 RTSP建立请 求。 媒体控制模块判断终端 A点播的节目在媒体服务器 1 上, 则向媒体服 务器 1发送 RTSP setu 请求。
505、 媒体服务器 1 向媒体控制模块发送 OK响应, 以表示链路已建 立。
506、 媒体控制模块通过业务控制模块、 IMS核网、 网关向终端发送 οκ响应。
以上歩骤即表示终端 A和媒体服务器 1之间的 RSTP/RTP链路已经建 立。
507、 终端 A向媒体控制模块发送实时协议流播放请求 RTSP pky。 该 请求中包含终端 A要点播的节目, 如终端 A点播电影 《美丽心灵》 。

516、 媒体控制模块向媒体服务器 2发送实时流协议链路建立请求
RTSP setup; 具体的, 媒体控制模块判断终端 A点播的节目在媒体服务器 2 上, 则向媒体服务器 2发送 RTSP setup请求。
517、 媒体服务器 2 向媒体控制模块返回 OK响应, 以表示链路已建 立。

本实施例通过在终端发起切换请求时, 由媒体控制模块根据切换请求选 择媒体服务器为终端提供点播节目, 从而实现不同媒体服务器之间的快速切 换。
为更好的理解上述实施例, 针对图 2的流程介绍, 下面结合节目切换的 方法的一个具体执行过程为例进行说明, 流程示意图如图 6所示, 涉及的实 体包括终端 A、 网关、 业务控制模块、 媒体控制模块、 媒体服务器 1及媒体 服务器 2, 用户数据库, 具体流程如下:
601、 终端 A通过网关、 IMS核网向业务控制模块发送点播链路建立请 求。
602、 业务控制模块收到上述点播链路建立请求, 去用户数据库获取用 户购买的节目列表, 该节目列表中, 包含终端可以点播的所有节目。
603、 业务控制模块将包含用户购买的节目列表的点播链路建立请求发 给媒体控制模块。
604、 媒体控制模块向媒体服务器 1 发送实时流协议链路建立请求 RTSP setup , 具体的, 媒体控制模块根据所述媒体控制模块保存的节目信 息, 该节目信息包含媒体控制模块所管辖的各个媒体服务器所能播放的节目 列表, 判断终端 A点播的节目在媒体服务器 1上, 则向媒体服务器 1发送 RTSP setup请求, 该请求中携带用户购买的节目列表。
605、 媒体服务器 1 根据用户购买的节目列表, 确定自身现有的符合节 目列表的节目单。
606、 媒体服务器 1向媒体控制模块发送 OK响应, 携带节目单。
607、 媒体控制模块收到上述 OK响应后, 将 OK响应发送给业务控制 模块, 业务控制模块收到上述 OK响应后, 通过 IMS核心网网关将 OK响 应发送给终端 A。 以上歩骤即表示终端 A和媒体服务器 1之间的 RSTP/RTP链路已经建 立。

如终端 A将要切换电影为 《梅兰芳》 , 并且其不在节目单中。 620、 终端 A断开与媒体服务器 1之间的 RTSP/RTP会话。
621、 终端 A与媒体服务器 2建立 RTSP/RTP会话。
具体建立过程可见歩骤 601— 607所示, 在此不再详述。
622、 媒体服务器 2为终端 A播放终端 A点播的节目。 即为终端 A播放 《梅兰芳》 。
本实施例通过媒体服务器返回的节目单, 判断切换后的结束是否在媒体 服务器中, 如果在则直接向媒体控制控制模块发送播放请求, 实现快速切 换, 如果不在, 则与新的媒体服务器建立连接, 实现节目切换, 使得不同媒 体服务器之间的节目切换快速。
为更好的理解上述实施例, 下面结合节目切换的方法的一个具体执行过 程为例进行说明, 涉及的实体包括终端 A、 业务控制模块、 媒体控制模块 1、 媒体控制模块 2、 媒体服务器 1及媒体服务器 2, 如图 7所示具体流程如 下:
701、 终端 A与媒体服务器 1建立 RTSP/RTP会话。
具体过程如图 6歩骤 601— 607所示。
702、 媒体服务器 1为终端播放终端 A点播的节目, 该节目例如为 《美 丽心灵》 。
703、 终端 A 向媒体控制模块 1 发送节目切换请求, 要求播放 《梅兰 芳》 。
704、 媒体控制模块 1向媒体服务器 1发送实时流协议链路断开请求。 具体的, 媒体控制模块 1收到节目切换请求后, 媒体控制模块 1发现终 端 A点播的节目 《梅兰芳》 不在媒体服务器 1上, 且终端 A要点播的节目 《梅兰芳》 也不在媒体控制模块 1所控制的媒体服务器内, 因此向媒体服务 器 1发送实时流协议链路断开请求。
705、 媒体服务器 1 向媒体控制模块 1发送 OK响应, 以表示链路已断 开; 706、 媒体控制模块 1 向业务控制模块发送 SIP 消息 ( SIP information) ; 该消息中携带终端信息。
707、 业务控制模块向媒体控制模块 1发送 OK响应。
708、 业务控制模向媒体控制模块 2发送邀请消息 (SIP INVITE) ;该邀 请消息中包含终端信息。 具体的, 业务控制模块根据终端信息, 发现终端 A 点播的节目在媒体服务器 2上, 且媒体服务器 2归属于媒体控制模块 2, 因 此向媒体控制模块 2发送邀请消息 (SIP INVITE) 。
709、 媒体控制模块 2收到邀请消息后, 向媒体服务器 2发送实时流协 议链路建立请求 (RTSP setup) 。
710、 媒体服务器 2向媒体控制模块 2发送 OK响应。
711、 媒体控制模块 2向业务控制模块发送 OK响应, 该响应中携带媒 体源信息, 包括媒体源发送地址, 媒体流信息等。
712、 业务控制模块收到上述 OK响应后, 向媒体控制模块 1发送 SIP 消息 (SIP information) , 该 SIP消息中包含媒体源信息。
713、 媒体控制模块 1向业务控制模块发送 OK响应。
714、 媒体控制模块 1向终端 A发送 OK响应, 以表示对媒体服务器 1 和媒体控制模块 1的流程结束。
715、 媒体控制模块 2向媒体服务器 2发送节目播放请求。
716、 媒体服务器 2向媒体控制模块 2发送 OK响应。
717、 媒体服务器 2为终端 A播放终端 A切换的节目; 这里媒体服务器
2为终端 A播放 《梅兰芳》 。
本实施例通过改变不同媒体控制模块来实现不同媒体服务器之间的节目 切换, 实现了节目的快速切换。
为更好的理解上述实施例, 下面结合节目切换的方法的一个具体执行过 程为例进行说明, 涉及的实体包括终端 A、 网关、 业务控制模块、 媒体控制 模块 1、 媒体控制模块 2、 媒体服务器 1及媒体服务器 2, 为简单起见, 如 图 8所示, 只画出终端 A、 业务控制模块、 媒体控制模块 1、 媒体控制模块 2、 媒体服务器 1及媒体服务器 2, 并不影响说明效果, 具体流程如下:
801、 终端 A与媒体服务器 1建立 RTSP/RTP会话。
具体过程如图 6歩骤 601— 611所示;
802、 媒体服务器为终端播放终端 A点播的节目 《美丽心灵》 。
803、 终端 A 向媒体控制模块 1 发送节目播放请求, 要求播放 《梅兰 芳》 。
804、 媒体控制模块 1 向媒体服务器 1发送实时流协议链路断开请求; 具体的, 媒体控制模块 1 收到节目切换请求后, 发现终端 A点播的节目 《梅兰芳》 不在媒体服务器 1上, 且终端 A要点播的节目也不在媒体控制 模块 1所控制的媒体服务器内。
805、 媒体服务器 1 向媒体控制模块 1发送 OK响应, 以表示链路已断 开;
806、 媒体控制模块 1 向媒体控制模块 2 发送邀请消息 (SIP INVITE) , 该邀请消息中包含终端信息。 具体的, 媒体控制模块 2根据节 目播放请求, 发现终端 A点播的节目在媒体服务器 2上, 且媒体服务器 2 归属于媒体控制模块 2。
807、 媒体控制模块 2收到邀请消息后, 向媒体服务器 2发送实时流协 议链路建立请求 (RTSP setup) ;
808、 媒体服务器 2向媒体控制模块 2发送 OK响应,
809、 媒体控制模块 2向媒体控制模块 1发送 OK响应;
810、 媒体控制模块 1向终端 A发送 OK响应;
811、 媒体控制模块 2向媒体服务器 2发送节目播放请求,要求播放 《梅 兰芳》 ;
812、 媒体服务器 2向媒体控制模块 2发送 OK响应;
813、 媒体服务器 2为终端 A播放终端 A切换的节目 《梅兰芳》 。 本实施例通过改变不同媒体控制模块来实现不同媒体服务器之间的节目 切换, 实现了节目的快速切换。
需要说明的是, 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清 楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以 全部通过硬件来实施。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案对背景技术做出 贡献的全部或者部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品可 以存储在存储介质中, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等, 包括若干指令用以 使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行 本发明各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本 发明之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵 盖的范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种节目切换的方法, 其特征在于, 包括,
接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换请求中包含终端要切换的 节目标识;
根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当前为终端播放节目的 媒体服务器内;
根据所述节目标识, 建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的 实时流协议链路, 以便于要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器根据所述节目标识 向所述终端播放切换后的节目。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收终端发送的节 目切换请求包括,
接收终端通过 RTSP PLAY携带快速切换标识发送的节目切换请求。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 所述方法进一歩包括,
断开与当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器之间的链路。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 所述方法进一歩包括,
为媒体控制模块和终端之间的链路, 及所述媒体控制模块与所述要切换 的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的链路设置相同的会话识别号。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法进一歩包括,
根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当前为终端播放节目的 媒体服务器以及归属于所述媒体控制模块的其他媒体服务器内;
根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在 的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服 务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的 实时流协议链路, 以及要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器根据所述节目标识向 终端播放切换后的节目。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一歩包括, 断开与当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器之间的链路。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述节目切换请 求发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块包括, 将所述节目切换请求发送给业务控制模块, 以便于所述业务控制模块将 所述节目切换请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控 制模块; 或,
将所述节目切换请求直接发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归 属的媒体控制模块。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 所述方法进一歩包括, 要切换的节目 所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块为要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归 属的媒体控制模块和终端之间的 RTSP链路, 及所述要切换的节目所在的媒 体服务器归属的媒体控制模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的
RTSP链路设置相同的会话识别号。
9、 一种节目切换的方法, 其特征在于, 包括,
接收用户发送的节目切换请求, 确定要切换的节目不在媒体服务器返回 的节目单内, 向所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块发 送节目切换请求, 以便所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制 模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器建立实时流协议 RTSP链路。
10、 一种节目切换的系统, 其特征在于, 包括,
媒体控制模块, 用于接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换请求 中包含要切换的节目标识; 根据所述节目标识, 判断要切换的节目不在当前 为终端播放节目的媒体服务器内; 并根据所述节目标识, 建立与所述要切换 的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议 RTSP链路;
媒体服务器, 用于根据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体控制模块进 一歩用于, 根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器并不归属 于所述媒体控制模块;
根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在 的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服 务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的 实时流协议 RTSP链路后, 由要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器根据所述节目 标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 所述媒体控制模块进一歩用于, 为 所述媒体控制模块和终端之间的链路, 及所述媒体控制模块与所述要切换的 节目所在的媒体服务器之间的链路设置相同的会话识别号。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 所述媒体控制模块进一歩用于, 断 开与当前为终端播放节目的媒体服务器之间的链路。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述将所述节目切换 请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块包括, 将所述节目切换请求发送给业务控制模块, 以便于业务控制模块将所述 节目切换请求发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模 块; 或,
将所述节目切换请求直接发送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归 属的媒体控制模块。
15、 一种媒体控制模块, 其特征在于, 包括,
接收模块, 用于接收终端发送的节目切换请求, 所述节目切换请求中包 含终端要切换的节目标识;
判断模块, 用于根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当前为 终端播放节目的媒体服务器内;
建立模块, 根据所述节目标识, 建立与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服 务器之间的实时流协议链路, 以便于所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器根 据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的媒体控制模块, 其特征在于, 所述判断模 块进一歩用于, 根据所述节目标识, 判断所述要切换的节目不在当前为终端 播放节目的媒体服务器以及归属于所述媒体控制模块的其他媒体服务器内; 所述建立模块进一歩用于, 根据所述节目标识, 将所述节目切换请求发 送给所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块, 以便于所述 要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器归属的媒体控制模块建立与所述要切换的节 目所在的媒体服务器之间的实时流协议链路, 以及所述要切换的节目所在的 媒体服务器根据所述节目标识向终端播放切换后的节目。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的媒体控制模块, 其特征在于, 所述媒体控 制模块进一歩包括,
设置模块, 用于为所述媒体控制模块和终端之间的链路, 及所述媒体控 制模块与所述要切换的节目所在的媒体服务器之间的链路设置相同的会话识 别号。
