Abstract

본 발명은 (a) ZZ 도메인; 및 (b) 항체의 Fc 부위를 포함하며 세포의 표면 분자(cell surface molecule)에 결합하는 상기 ZZ 도메인에 결합된 타겟팅 모이어티(targeting moiety)를 포함하는 약물전달체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 항체(예컨대, IgG)의 Fc 부위에 결합하는 ZZ 도메인의 특징을 이용하여 표적하는 세포 표면물질(예컨대, 수용체)과 결합하는 타겟팅 모이어티(예컨대, 항체)를 ZZ 도메인과 결합시켜 전달하면 타겟팅 모이어티만 교체함으로써 다양한 세포로 약물을 전달할 수 있다. 본 발명의 약물전달체는 운반대상의 카고에 따라, 질병 또는 질환의 치료, 특정 세포의 검출, 질병(예컨대, 암)의 진단, 특정 세포의 위치 추적 및 인 비보 이미징 등에 이용될 수 있다.
