现有的区别服务的选择策略过于单一, 而且在提供区别服务上存在限 制。 比如在利用用户的签约信息为用户提供特定的语种时, 对于不同地域的 人, 使用相同的语种或语种序列 (例如: 先中文、 再英文提示) 播放提示 音, 用户的感受不是很好; 而按照 SDP的协商原则, 选择信道的质量时, 不能根据用户来自地区的传输质量选取更合适的 codec。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例一提出的一种提供区别服务的方法, 如图 1所示, 包括: 歩骤 S101 , 根据区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略;
歩骤 S102, 将所述区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使所述呼叫 处理装置根据所述区别服务策略为终端提供区别服务。
本实施例中, 该区别服务策略信息包括但不限于 SDP信息, 所述根据 区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略包括但不限于根据定制信息和 SDP信 息获取所述终端的区别服务策略; 该 SDP信息包括以下中的一种或几种: 接入域信息; 归属域信息; 号码号段信息; 应用服务器 AS信息; 服务提供 商 SP信息; 端点 IP地址信息。 所述定制的方式包括以下中的一种或几种: 通过营业厅定制的方式; 通过热线定制的方式; 通过短信息定制的方式; 通 过 WEB定制的方式; 通过网管定制的方式; 通过维护台定制的方式。 可见, 本实施例中, 通过使用用户的 SDP信息做为终端用户的区别服 务策略信息, 根据区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略, 并将该区别服务策 略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使该呼叫处理装置根据该区别服务策略为终端提 供区别服务, 从而提高了终端用户的服务质量, 减少了资源的浪费。 而且该 区别服务策略的定制方式自动灵活, 区别服务策略是依据终端用户的 SDP 信息自动选择的, 在提供区别服务时增强了终端用户的感受。
本发明实施例二提出的一种提供区别服务的方法, 该方法适用的领域包 括但不限于: 核心网领域的 CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access , 码分 多址) , GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications, 全球移动通讯系 统) , UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System , 全球移云力通信 系统) , NGN (Next Generation Network, 下一代网络) 等交换机, 或软交 换及后续的 IMS中的 CSCF (Call Session Control Function, 呼叫会话控制 功能) 网元、 AS ( Application Server , 应用服务器) 网元、 MRS ( Mobile Relay Station, 移动中继站) 网元。 本实施例中, 可以通过使用用户的 SDP 信息为终端用户提供区别服务策略信息, 根据该区别服务策略信息获取区别 服务策略, 并根据该区别服务策略为终端用户提供区别服务。 在 IMS域 中, 用户的信息包含接入域信息、 归属域信息、 号码号段信息、 服务 AS (Application Server, 应用服务器) /SP ( Service Provider, 服务提供商) 信 息、 端点 IP地址信息, 而上述的信息部分由 SDP提供, 部分在 SIP的头域 中提供, 在本实施例中, 上述的信息通称为 SDP信息, 区别服务策略信息 为可以为终端提供区别服务的信息, 包括但不限于 SDP信息。 该 SDP信息 包括但不限于接入域信息、 归属域信息、 号码号段信息、 服务 AS/SP信 息、 端点 IP地址信息。 通过使用上述的用户 SDP信息, 为终端用户提供区 别服务。 该区别服务包括但不限于不同的服务语种 (或者语种序列) ; 不同 的媒体资源 codec; 不同行为的用户需求。 在本实施例中, 该区别服务以不 同的服务语种或不同的 codec为例进行说明, 其中, 该 codec为编解码对信 道质量的要求。
其中, 根据区别服务策略为用户提供区别服务包括但不限于: 根据接入 域信息的不同为用户提供区别服务; 根据归属域信息的不同为用户提供区别 服务; 根据号码号段信息的不同为用户提供区别服务; 根据服务 AS/SP信 息的不同为用户提供区别服务, 根据端点 IP地址信息的不同为用户提供区 别服务。
其中, 上述的根据接入域信息的不同为用户提供区别服务具体为: 不同 的接入域使用不同的语种 (或语种序列) ; 或不同的 codec优先级, 优先使 用低带宽 codec, 从而减少对传输通道的冲击, 或优先使用高带宽 codec, 以提高通讯的质量。 上述的根据归属域信息的不同为用户提供区别服务具体 为: 不同归属域使用不同的语种 (或语种序列) ; 或不同的 codec优先级, 优先使用低带宽 codec , 从而减少对传输通道的冲击, 或优先使用高带宽 codec, 以提高通讯质量。 上述的根据号码号段信息的不同为用户提供区别 服务具体为: 不同号码号段使用不同的语种 (或语种序列) ; 或不同的 codec优先级, 优先使用低带宽 codec , 从而减少对传输通道的冲击, 或优 先使用高带宽 codec以提高通讯质量。 上述的根据服务 AS/SP信息的不同为 用户提供区别服务具体为: 不同服务 AS/SP使用不同的语种 (或语种序 列) ·' 或不同的 codec优先级, 优先使用低带宽 codec从而减少对传输通道 的冲击, 或优先使用高带宽 codec 以提高通讯质量。 上述的根据端点 IP地 址信息的不同为用户提供区别服务具体为: 不同的端点 IP地址使用不同的 语种 (或语种序列) ·' 或不同的 codec优先级, 优先使用低带宽 codec从而 减少对传输通道的冲击, 或优先使用高带宽 codec以提高通讯质量。 该区别 服务的方法如图 2所示, 包括:
歩骤 S201 , 终端通过多种定制方式定制区别服务策略。 具体的, 该多种定制方式包括但不限于通过营业厅的方式、 通过热线的 方式、 通过短信息的方式、 通过 WEB的方式、 通过网管的方式、 通过维护 台的方式。 例如, 终端通过短信息的定制方式定制区别服务策略, 该终端通 过向区别服务装置发送短消息, 并在该短消息中携带了使用接入域地区母语 语种的信息, 此时, 该定制方式为通过短信息的方式, 该区别服务策略为使 用接入域地区母语语种, 即该区别服务策略为上述的不同的接入域使用不同 的语种。
歩骤 S202 , 区别服务装置根据区别服务策略信息获取终端的区别服务 策略。
具体的, 该区别服务策略信息包括但不限于 SDP信息, 该区别服务装 置在接收到来自终端的定制信息后, 根据终端定制信息中携带的信息, 为终 端提供区别服务策略, 并在该区别服务装置中存储该区别服务策略与该终端 标识的对应关系。
上述的区别服务策略可以是根据不同的 SDP信息所制定的区别服务策 略, 该 SDP信息包括但不限于接入域信息、 归属域信息、 号码号段信息、 服务 AS/SP信息、 端点 IP地址信息。 上述的区别服务包括但不限于不同的 服务语种; 不同的媒体资源 codec; 不同行为的终端需求。
上述获取到的终端的区别服务策略包括但不限于: 根据接入域信息的不 同为终端提供区别服务, 不同的接入域使用不同的语种; 或不同的接入域使 用不同的 codec优先级; 根据归属域信息的不同为终端提供区别服务, 不同 的归属域使用不同的语种或不同的归属域使用不同的 codec优先级; 根据号 码号段信息的不同为终端提供区别服务, 不同的号码号段使用不同的语种或 不同的号码号段使用不同的 codec优先级; 根据 AS信息的不同为终端提供 区别服务, 不同的 AS使用不同的语种或不同的 AS使用不同的 codec优先 级; 根据 SP信息的不同为终端提供区别服务, 不同的 SP使用不同的语种 或不同的 SP使用不同的 codec优先级; 根据端点 IP地址信息的不同为终端 提供区别服务, 不同的端点 IP地址使用不同的语种或不同的端点 IP地址使 用不同的 codec优先级。
歩骤 S203 , 区别服务装置将区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置, 并使 该呼叫处理装置根据该区别服务策略为终端提供区别服务。
具体的, 当需要为终端提供区别服务时, 区别服务装置根据存储的终端 标识与区别服务策略的对应关系查找该终端标识所对应的区别服务策略, 并 将该区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使该呼叫处理装置根据该区别服 务策略为该终端提供区别服务。 例如, 当终端 A发起呼叫时, 区别服务装 置查找终端 A所对应的区别服务策略 (终端 A定制的区别服务策略) , 并 将该区别服务策略 (可以为使用终端 A的接入域的语种) 发送给呼叫处理 装置, 以使该呼叫处理装置根据该区别服务策略对该终端的呼叫进行处理, 即可以使用该终端 A的接入域的语种为终端 A提供服务。
当需要提供的区别服务为提供不同的语种时, 上述的根据区别服务策略 为终端用户提供区别服务包括但不限于: 不同的接入域使用不同的语种; 不 同的归属域使用不同的语种; 不同的号码号段使用不同的语种; 不同的 AS 使用不同的语种; 不同的 SP使用不同的语种, 不同的端点地址 IP使用不同 的语种。 同样的, 当需要提供的区别服务为提供不同的 codec时, 上述的根 据区别服务策略为终端用户提供区别服务与上述的不同的语种时相同, 在此 不再赘述。
本实施例中, 如图 3所示, 当定制区别服务策略的方式为短信息的方式 时, 区别服务策略信息为接入域信息时, 终端用户 A通过接口 1 向区别服 务装置 3发送短信息, 该短信息中携带了区别服务策略信息为接入域信息, 区别服务装置 3在接收到用户 A的短信息时, 根据短信息中的信息获取终 端用户 A的区别服务策略, 该终端用户 A的区别服务策略为根据终端用户 A的接入域的语种为该终端 A提供语种服务, 在获取到终端用户 A的区别 服务策略之后, 区别服务装置 3将该终端用户 A的标识与该区别服务策略 (根据接入域的语种为终端用户 A提供语种服务) 的对应关系信息存储在 该区别服务装置 3中。 当终端用户 A发起呼叫时, 区别服务装置 3将存储 的终端用户 A的区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置 4, 以使该呼叫处理装置 4根据该区别服务策略对该用户 A的呼叫进行处理, 即呼叫处理装置 4根据 区别服务装置 3 中存储的终端用户 A的区别服务策略 (使用接入域地区母 语语种) 对用户 A提供播放提示。
如图 3所示, 接口 1接收终端的定制区别服务策略方式的定制消息, 从 消息中提取出定制内容, 并形成统一的内部命令, 将该内部命令发送给区别 服务装置 3, 该内部命令中携带了定制区别服务策略的信息, 区别服务装置 3根据该内部命令获取定制的区别服务策略, 并存储该区别服务策略与定制 该区别服务策略的终端的对应关系。 本实施例中, 上述的接口 1具有通信功 能和协议转换功能, 该通信功能具体为与区别服务装置 3进行通信, 以使区 别服务装置 3获取到定制区别服务的策略; 该协议转换功能具体为从定制消 息中提取出定制内容, 并形成统一的内部命令。 此外, 上述的接口 1还提供 了开放式的开发应用编程接口, 可使第三方开发者通过该接口 1实现增值业 务的开发。 例如, 第三方业务提供者可以通过该接口 1为终端提供丰富多彩 的区别服务策略或业务。 其中, 当第三方业务提供者进行增值业务的开发 时, 通过接口 1向区别服务装置 3发起注册, 并在区别服务装置 3中形成业 务的实例, 在实例生成后, 将该业务的实例信息存储在区别服务装置 3中, 而且区别服务装置 3会根据该实例的注册的信息将相应的事件通知外部应 用, 并接收外部应用的操作。 即上述的接口 1为外部系统和区别服务装置 3 之间的数据接口, 通过该接口 1允许外部系统对用户数据进行操作。
本实施例中, 上述的接口 2为呼叫处理装置 4与终端用户之间的接口, 该接口包括但不限于终端用户的接口、 中继的接口。 呼叫处理装置 4通过该 接口 2并根据区别服务策略信息对终端用户的呼叫进行处理, 该处理包括但 不限于对终端提供播放提示、 为终端选取合适的 codec。 该接口 2支持各种 制式的用户信令、 中继信令, 各种承载形式, 该承载形式包括但不限于电路 承载方式以及分组承载方式。 本实施例中, 上述的呼叫处理装置 4用于实现 对终端用户的呼叫进行处理, 该处理为根据区别服务策略对终端用户呼叫的 处理, 其中, 该区别服务策略为上述的区别服务装置 3中所存储的, 在呼叫 的过程中, 将该区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置 4。 即当终端用户通过接 口 2与呼叫处理装置 4交互时, 呼叫处理装置 4将通过接口 2检测到终端用 户的呼叫信息, 并通过区别服务装置 3查询该用户的区别服务策略, 根据该 策略给终端用户提供区别服务业务。
本实施例中, 上述的区别服务装置 3和呼叫处理中心后台维护服务器通 过 C/S ( Client/Server, 客户端 /服务器) 机制进行连接, 能够动态实时的对 区别服务策略信息 (即 SDP信息, 包括但不限于接入域信息、 归属域信 息、 号码号段信息、 服务 AS/SP信息) 进行分析和计算, 以使呼叫处理装 置 4根据该区别服务策略对终端用户的呼叫进行处理。 该区别服务装置 3可 以为物理实体或逻辑实体, 该区别服务装置 3不需要独立的存在, 即该区别 服务装置 3的实际存在形式包括但不限于独立实体、 综合实体、 不同实体组 成多个相互关联的实体。
可见, 本实施例中, 通过使用用户的 SDP信息做为终端用户的区别服 务策略信息, 根据区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略, 并将该区别服务策 略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使该呼叫处理装置根据该区别服务策略为终端提 供区别服务, 从而提高了终端用户的服务质量, 减少了资源的浪费。 而且该 区别服务策略的定制方式自动灵活, 区别服务策略是依据终端用户的 SDP 信息自动选择的, 在提供区别服务时增强了终端用户的感受。
在电话会议中, 会议中心根据与会者的归属域地区定制区别服务策略, 选择优先使用与会者归属域地区对应母语播放提示, 并根据用户的接入域地 区, 选择优先 codec, 从而为不同的用户提供区别服务。 即会议中心对来自 不同母语地区 A、 B、 C的与会者, 为来自母语地区 A的与会者播放提示音 时首先播放 A语言, 为来自母语地区 B的与会者播放提示音时首先播放 B 语言, 为来自母语地区 C的与会者播放提示音时首先播放 C语言, 使得用 户的感受更好。 而用户 A来自传输质量上佳的 A地区, 用户 B来自传输质 量不佳的 B地区, 对于用户 A来说, 根据用户 A接入域地区 (A地区) 为 用户 A选取带宽占用更高质量也更好的 codec A; 对于用户 B来说, 根据用 户 B接入域地区 (B地区) 为用户 B选取带宽中用较少的 codec B。
本发明实施例三提出的一种提供区别服务的系统, 该系统应用的领域包 括但不限于: 核心网领域的码分多址 CDMA; 核心网领域的全球移动通讯 系统 GSM; 核心网领域的全球移动通信系统 UMTS; 核心网领域的下一代 网络 NGN; IP多媒体系统中的呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF网元、 IP多媒体系 统中的应用服务器 AS网元、 IP多媒体系统中的移动中继站 MRS网元。 如 图 4所示, 包括:
区别服务装置 41, 用于根据区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略, 并 将该区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置 42;

第二接口, 用于将所述呼叫处理装置对所述终端提供的区别服务发送给 所述终端, 所述对终端提供的区别服务包括为所述终端提供不同语种的播放 提示和 /或为所述终端选取合适的 codec。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述提供区别服务的系 统应用的领域包括: 核心网领域的码分多址 CDMA; 或核心网领域的全球 移动通讯系统 GSM; 或核心网领域的全球移动通信系统 UMTS; 或核心网 领域的下一代网络 NGN; 或 IP多媒体系统中的呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF网 元; 或 IP多媒体系统中的应用服务器 AS网元; 或 IP多媒体系统中的移动 中继站 MRS网元。
12、 一种区别服务装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于根据区别服务策略信息获取区别服务策略;
发送模块, 用于将所述区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使所述呼 叫处理装置根据所述区别服务策略为终端提供区别服务。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的区别服务装置, 其特征在于, 所述区别服务 策略信息包括 SDP信息, 所述获取模块进一歩包括:
接收单元, 用于接收来自所述终端的定制信息, 所述定制的方式包括以 下中的一种或几种: 通过营业厅定制的方式; 通过热线定制的方式; 通过短 信息定制的方式; 通过 WEB定制的方式; 通过网管定制的方式; 通过维护 台定制的方式;
获取单元, 用于根据所述定制信息和所述 SDP信息获取所述终端的区 别服务策略; 所述 SDP信息包括以下中的一种或几种: 接入域信息; 归属 域信息; 号码号段信息; 应用服务器 AS信息; 服务提供商 SP信息; 端点 IP地址信息。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的区别服务装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块 将所述区别服务策略发送给呼叫处理装置, 以使所述呼叫处理装置根据所述 区别服务策略为终端提供区别服务, 具体为以下中的一种或几种:
根据接入域信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的接入域使 用不同的语种或所述不同的接入域使用不同的 codec优先级 ·'
根据归属域信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的归属域使 用不同的语种或所述不同的归属域使用不同的 codec优先级 ·'
根据号码号段信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的号码号 段使用不同的语种或所述不同的号码号段使用不同的 codec优先级;
根据 AS信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的 AS使用不 同的语种或所述不同的 AS使用不同的 codec优先级;
根据 SP信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的 SP使用不 同的语种或所述不同的 SP使用不同的 codec优先级;
根据端点 IP地址信息的不同为所述终端提供区别服务, 所述不同的端 点 IP地址使用不同的语种或所述不同的端点 IP地址使用不同的 codec优先 级。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的区别服务装置, 其特征在于, 所述区别服务 装置还包括:
存储模块, 用于存储所述区别服务策略与所述终端的对应关系, 当所述 终端发起呼叫时, 根据所述对应关系查找所述终端的区别服务策略。
