目前, 公知的洗衣机都是在水中添加洗洁剂, 再辅以水的流动以漂洗的形式对衣物进行 洗涤的。这种漂洗法对衣物上的如衣领口、衣袖口及某些受到污染需要着重清洗的位置的洗 洁效果不佳, 对此人们只能以加长漂洗时间和次数及加大洗洁剂的使用量, 这不但对水、 电 资源造成了极大的浪费, 也浪费了人们宝贵的时间, 还加大了水资源的严重污染。 也有人采 用对衣物的局部添加洗洁剂用手搓或用刷子刷的方法洗的, 这不但加大了洗衣者的工作量, 刷的腰酸手痛, 而且在手搓、 手刷的过程中长时间的加大了手和洗洁剂的接触, 加重了洗洁 剂对人手部皮肤及身体健康的伤害。 这一结果使的当今的洗衣工作依然主要还是人工手洗。 发明内容
为了克服现有的洗衣机对衣物的洗洁效果不理想, 主要还是要人工手洗的不足, 本发明 提供一种用动力带动毛刷对衣物需着重洗洁的部位进行机械刷洗的设备, 这极大的节省了人 力和降低了工作量及工作强度, 还大大的降低了对水资源的污染及人体与洗洁剂的接触量, 减少了洗洁剂对人们身体健康带来的危害。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 用动力带动表面粗糙能产生摩擦的刷体, 如: 毛刷棒、 毛刷盘、 毛刷块等, 使被带动的毛刷上的刷毛在衣物需要着重洗洁的如衣领、 袖口等部位上移动摩擦, 达到刷洗衣物的效果。 具体如: 用动力带动刷体或带动相互连环传 动的橡胶轮组或齿轮组转动, 把毛刷棒的一头安装在橡胶轮或齿轮的轴心位置, 毛刷棒由毛 刷棒内杆和毛刷棒内杆外层的毛刷 (用阴影部分表示)组成, 当多个橡胶轮或齿轮带动多根 毛刷棒转动时, 使向相同或不同方向转动的毛刷棒上的刷毛在衣物上刷动, 如果毛刷棒的数 量是单数, 或某毛刷棒的刷力大, 就加大了向某方向上的刷动力, 使衣物在刷动下向某方向 缓慢移动。 也可以专设个衣物移动棒, 以调节衣物的移动性刷洗, 使毛刷棒对衣物的刷洗更 全面到位。 衣物移动棒的转动应该是慢速的和可调的, 其动力来源可以是专门的衣物移动棒 驱动电机, 也可以经过齿轮变速及传动带从毛刷的动力电机中来。 还可以根据需要设一托衣 板, 托衣板可以是可自由安装移动或可拆卸的, 且托衣板与毛刷棒间的距离可以是可调节和 有弹性的, 洗洁时把衣物需洗洁的部位如衣领放在托衣板上就可以自动刷洗了。 也可增设个 衣物存放架, 以使正在刷洗的衣物有个合适的临时放置位置。 也可以把毛刷棒设置为上下多 层使用, 或左右多层立式使用, 以便对衣物进行双面同时刷洗。 为防止转动的毛刷棒溅水, 可以在毛刷棒上设一个挡水盖, 挡水盖可以是可开合的, 挡水盖上可设入水口, 可以在刷洗 时加水冲洗, 也方便在刷洗结束后对毛刷棒进行清洗或更换老化的毛刷棒。 还可以把入水口 设置为洗洁剂的入口使用。 挡水盖中还可设置排水管, 以将挡水盖内的积水及时排出。 挡水 盖边侧还可设较软的挡水披, 以阻挡边侧的溅水。 以上实例可以根据需要改变为动力带动毛 刷轮或毛刷块等。 还可以根据需要设置成工作于水外或水中环境或可调, 并做好某些部位机 械装置的防水措施。毛刷棒、 毛刷盘、 毛刷块等可以根据需要单独或组合使用, 如毛刷棒与 毛刷盘组合使用, 或加大毛刷等以加大洗洁量, 也可以抽屉式组合在波轮漂、冼和甩干等功能 装置上共同组合使用。 〃
本发明的有益效果是, 能对衣物的受污染位置如衣领、 袖口等进行着重的机械刷洗, 极 大的降低了洗衣工作的人工作业强度还降低了对水资源的严重污染及洗洁剂对人们手部皮肤 及身体健康的伤害, 还节省了大量的时间。
