一般鞋底与鞋面是可藉一楦头来黏合。 详言之, 是在楦头的足形底面固定 一纸板, 然后将鞋面套入楦头与纸板黏合, 待鞋面与纸板皆定型后, 再将楦头 取出, 接着进行与大底、 中底、 鞋垫之组配。
上述楦头与纸板的固定方式如下: ( 1 )将纸板摆在楦头底面, 然后钉上复 数钉子使纸板固定; ( 2 )在楦头底面预先埋设钉子, 如此将纸板摆置于楦头底 面时, 由各钉子穿剌纸板而达到定位; 上述的二种方式在施工上不方便, 而且 随着楦头的散乱摆置, 会产生伤及其它楦头及使用者的情形。 更甚者是万一钉 在纸板上的钉子未清理完全, 则当该只鞋子制作完成后, 穿该只鞋子之人必被 该钉子所刺伤。

本实用新型具有能快速使定位钉与楦头本体脱离的功效, 且具有能快速使 定位钉更稳固地定位一或多张纸板的功效。 附图说明

另外, 在图 3中.可见该压掣部 (54)的周边为推拔构造 (55), 且压掣部 (54) 的底面具有复数凸出的凸钉 (56)。
请参阅图 4所示, 本实用新型的使用是一纸板 (60)摆置在本体 (20)的底面 (24)上; 一定位件(50)的轴部(52)穿过纸板 (60)伸入定位块 (40)的定位孔 (42) 内, 由于轴部 (52)与定位孔 (42)具有相对应的推拔构造, 所以可呈现稳固定结 合效果; 此外, 压掣部 (54)的推拔构 (55)能用以限止与压制纸板 (60), 加上凸 钉 (56)压刺于纸板 (60)上, 故纸板 (60)能获得稳固的定位效果。
请参阅图 5所示, 取下定位件 (50)的方式是利用一工具 (70)伸入通道(30), 然后直接将定位件 (50)推出定位孔 (42)即可。
是以, 本实用新型将定位件 (50)的轴部 (52)制作成具有推拔状构造, 以及 将定位块 (40)的定位孔 (42)制成具有推拔状构造, 可使定位件 (50)与定位块 (40) 的结合与脱离更加简便; 而凸钉 (56)更用以提高定位纸板 (60)的功能。
关于定位件 (50)的压掣部(54)形状除前述之十字形状的多边形外, 方形或 圆形为可预期的形状变化, 故仍包含于本实用新型之实施例内。

权利要求书
1、 一种制鞋楦头结构, 其特征在于它包含: 一本体, 其具有相对的一端 面及一底面; 一通道, 是设在该本体, 其一端位在该端面, 另一端位在该底面; 一定位块, 是组设在该通道内, 其轴向具有一定位孔, 该定位孔具有推拔状构 造; 一定位件, 其具有一轴部及一压掣部, 该轴部的轮廓为推拔状以对应定位 孔的构造。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋楦头结构, 其特征为该压掣部的周边轮廓 为推拔状构造。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋楦头结构, 其特征为该压掣部为多边形构 造。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋楦头结构, 其特征为该压掣部为圆形构造。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋楦头结构, 其特征为该压掣部的底面具有 至少一凸钉。
