Abstract

La présente invention concerne un réfrigérateur pouvant conserver un objet stocké dans un état désiré par régulation de la température d'une région supérieure et d'une région inférieure d'un même espace de stockage. Le réfrigérateur comprend un dispositif de non congélation comportant une chambre de stockage pourvue d'un espace composé d'une partie supérieure et d'une partie inférieure, les échanges d'air ou de chaleur étant limités entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure, et une unité de régulation de température régulant la température de la partie supérieure et de la partie inférieure. Le dispositif de non congélation est installé dans un espace de stockage dans lequel s'effectue le refroidissement et commande l'unité de régulation de température pour effectuer au moins un processus de refroidissement rapide à une température supérieure à la température de changement de phase, un processus de pénétration dans une zone de température de surfusion et un processus de maintien de la zone de température de surfusion.
