Description

Simple valve for water supply or hot water tank
The present invention relates to a simple valve, and more particularly, a simple valve for selectively discharging hot water or water in a tank connected to a hot water tank called a server installed in a home or office. It is about.
In recent years, in order to easily provide hot water and water (especially purified water and mineral water) not only in places where an unspecified number of people gather, such as business establishments and hospitals, A tank called a server is installed, and tap water is purified in the tank to make drinking water, and tea and the like are provided as hot water supply equipment.
Water or hot water generated in such a tank is discharged by the user by operating a “simple valve” attached to the tank when a person wants to use it as a drink. When it is good, water discharge is stopped by the “simple valve”.
A tank equipped with such a simple valve is used by an unspecified number of people and is also used in general households, so an infant who does not intend to use hot water or water imitates an adult, This kind of simple valve may be tampered with. In such a case, the generated purified water is discharged unnecessarily, or hot water is applied to the infant and burns.
In view of this, various measures have been taken with respect to the simple valve attached to this type of tank, as proposed in Patent Document 1, for example.
Patent No. 2807450 publication
Patent Document 1 states that “the simple operation of releasing the fastening device provided on the intake lever enables selective continuous water intake to prevent children from being injured due to carelessness. A “selective continuous water intake device for water purifiers” developed for the purpose of “providing a continuous water intake device for water purifiers that can prevent waste of water, such as by removing unnecessary water,” was proposed. Yes.
As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the “selective continuous water intake device for water purifier” proposed in Patent Document 1 is “reverse osmosis type cold / warm water purifier for removing various harmful substances contained in source water”. The water intake lever is intermittently rotated to the front side of the water intake body during partial water intake of the cold / hot water purifier, and is released during continuous water intake and the water intake lever is freely rotated to the front side of the water intake body. It is considered that the above-mentioned purpose is achieved.
However, in the selective continuous water intake device described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 21, the “water intake lever 136” protrudes greatly and is “released at the time of continuous water intake and freely rotated to the front side of the water intake body. Because it is “moved”, it may be easy to invite an infant's mischief.
Also, since this type of simple valve needs to be always hygienic, it must be periodically cleaned or replaced. Cleaning is generally hygienic by replacing it because it is very difficult to clean because this kind of simple valve is operated by a human hand and is not so large. . For this reason, this type of simple valve needs to be able to be manufactured at low cost and to be easily replaced.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made various studies on how to make this kind of simple valve possible to prevent an infant from being mischievous and to make it easy to replace it. As a result, the present invention has been completed.
That is, first, the object of the invention according to claim 1 is that it is possible to discharge hot water without waste, to prevent the use of tampering by infants, to be safe, and to be simple and inexpensive to use. To provide a valve.
Further, an object of the invention according to claim 2 is that it is possible to automatically return to a non-dischargeable state when the hand is released from the hot water dischargeable state, so that the hot water discharge can be performed without waste, and the infant uses mischief. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple valve that is safe to prevent and that can be provided at low cost with a simple configuration.

In order to solve the above problems, first, the means taken by the invention according to claim 1 will be described with reference numerals used in the description of the best mode described below.
“A simple valve 100A that is detachably attached to a tank prepared to perform at least one of hot water supply or water supply and discharges hot water or water in the tank,
A valve body 10 that is detachably attached to the connection port side of the tank at the connection portion 11, has a first mark 10 a on the outer surface, and has a water passage 12 inside;
A valve body 20 housed in the valve body 10 and blocking or opening the water passage 12 at the lower end 21;
A lid 30 attached to the upper end of the valve body 10 and having an insertion hole 31;
The outer peripheral surface 41 has a second mark 40a that is rotatably attached to the outer periphery of the lid 30 and can be opposed to the first mark 10a, and a safety ensuring hole 43 provided with a locking portion 43a is formed inside. A safety securing plate 40 having a top plate 42,
The lower end 51 is fixed to the lower end 21 of the valve body 20, and the middle shaft 52 is provided with a contact portion 52a that contacts the locking portion 43a on the safety ensuring plate 40 side from below, and the upper shaft 53 includes the insertion hole 31 and the safety ensuring hole. A valve stem 50 protruding from 43;
A main lever 60 having a support leg 61 that is connected to the upper shaft 53 of the valve shaft 50 by a first connecting pin 62 and has a cam surface 61a that contacts the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40;
With
The safety securing plate 40 is rotated, and only when the second mark 40a coincides with the first mark 10a, the main lever 60 can be operated to discharge hot water or water. Simple valve 100A "
It is.
That is, the simple valve 100A according to claim 1 is connected to a tank for supplying hot water or water as shown in FIG. 20 at its connecting portion 11 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2A, an internal screw for connection is formed in the connection portion 11. The connecting portion 11 is integrated with a valve body 10 in which various parts to be described later are incorporated. By connecting the connecting portion 11 to the tank side, the simple valve 100A can be easily attached to the tank. It can be connected.
In other words, the simple valve 100A is obtained by integrating all the parts into the valve body 10 and integrating it as one independent product, which is replaced with another simple valve previously attached to the tank. And just replace it. In this case, the connecting portion 11 is used. However, as described above, this replacement work can be performed very easily. The simple valve previously attached is a “brown” or the like. Even if it is dirty, it becomes immediately new and hygienic by attaching the simple valve 100A.
In the valve body 10 of the simple valve 100A connected to the tank, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the valve body 20 is placed in the water passage 12 having a spout cap 13 attached to the tip. The lower end 21 is located, and the water passage 12 is blocked. Therefore, even if water supply or hot water supply work is performed on the tank side to which the simple valve 100A is connected, hot water or water is not inadvertently discharged from the spout cap 13 by the simple valve 100A.
Now, in order to discharge hot water or water using the simple valve 100A connected in this way, as shown in FIG. 1A, safety is ensured with respect to the first mark 10a on the valve body 10 side. The safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated so that the second marks 40a on the plate 40 side face each other, that is, the vertical positions of the first marks 10a and the second marks 40a completely coincide with each other. When the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a are completely coincident, particularly as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, each contact portion 52a formed on the center shaft 52 of the valve shaft 50 is safe. It will be in the state which does not engage with the latching | locking part 43a of the safety ensuring hole 43 currently formed in the top plate 42 of the securing plate 40. FIG.
At this time, the valve body 20 is in the state shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, and the main lever 60 connected to the upper shaft 53 of the valve shaft 50 integral with the valve body 20 also has a tip. It is in an uplifted state. Therefore, when the main lever 60 is pushed down, the cam surface 61a formed on the support leg 61 of the main lever 60 becomes the “fulcrum of the lever” and the entire valve shaft 50 is pulled up. In this case, each contact portion 52a formed on the middle shaft 52 of the valve shaft 50 is not engaged with the locking portion 43a of the safety ensuring hole 43 formed on the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. From the state shown in FIG. 4, the valve shaft 50 is finally pulled up to the state shown in FIG.
As the valve shaft 50 is lifted up, the lower end 21 of the valve body 20 attached to the lower end 51 of the valve shaft 50 opens the water passage 12 formed in the valve main body 10. Hot water or water from the water is discharged from the spout cap 13.
The user who has obtained the required amount of hot water or water rotates the safety securing plate 40 slightly so that the second mark 40a does not face the first mark 10a on the valve body 10 side. Then, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C in particular, each abutment portion 52a formed on the center shaft 52 of the valve shaft 50 is formed on the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. This is a state in which the engaging portion 43a of the securing hole 43 can be engaged.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 7A, the locking portion 43a of the safety ensuring hole 43 formed on the top plate 42 side of the safety ensuring plate 40 is formed on the middle shaft 52 on the valve shaft 50 side. Therefore, the valve shaft 50 cannot be lifted more than shown in FIG. 7A, that is, the main lever 60 cannot be pushed down.
In other words, the user turns the safety securing plate 40 after using the simple valve 100A so that the second mark 40a does not coincide with the first mark 10a on the valve main body 10 side. It is possible to simplify the state where 100A cannot be used. As a result, the simple valve 100A cannot be operated even if an infant tries to operate with mischief, so that clean water is not discharged unnecessarily, and hot water is inadvertently discharged without causing burns.
Therefore, the simple valve 100A according to the first aspect can discharge hot water without waste, is safe by preventing the use of a prank of an infant, and can be provided with a simple configuration at low cost. It is.

It is.
That is, the simple valve 100B according to claim 2 is a tank for supplying hot water or water as shown in FIG. 8, as in the simple valve 100A according to claim 1, as shown in FIGS. In addition, the connection portion 11 is connected, and an internal screw for this connection is formed in the connection portion 11. The connecting portion 11 is integrated with the valve body 10 and connects the simple valve 100B to the tank.
This simple valve 100B
(1) The safety securing plate 40 is rotatably attached to the outer periphery of the lid 30.
(2) The valve shaft 50 having the lower end 51 fixed to the lower end 21 of the valve body 20 abuts on the lower end of the cylindrical portion 36 of the lid body 30 to restrict the upward movement, and moves upward in the protrusion housing groove 35. The center shaft 52 is provided with a protrusion 54 to allow,
(3) It has a return spring 80 which is housed in the housing portion 33 and has one end locked to the lid 30 side and the other end locked to the safety ensuring plate 40 side.
Other than the above, it is the same as the simple valve 100A according to the first aspect of the present invention, and members common to the members described in the simple valve 100A of the first aspect of the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals in FIGS. Detailed description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 15, the simple valve 100 </ b> B according to claim 2 is (1) a safety ensuring plate 40 that is rotatably attached to the outer periphery of the lid 30. With respect to this point, in the simple valve 100A according to the first aspect, the locking protrusion corresponding to the fitting groove 32 on the lid 30 side is the same as described with reference to FIG. 44 is formed on the safety ensuring plate 40, and the safety ensuring plate 40 is forcibly fitted onto the lid 30 so that the fitting groove 32 is fitted in the locking protrusion 44. Accordingly, the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotatably attached to the lid body 30 and can be returned to the original position by a return spring 80 described later.
In other words, if the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotatable with respect to the lid 30, an operation of picking and rotating the safety ensuring plate 40 can be performed lightly, and the first safety attaching plate 40 is attached to the safety ensuring plate 40. The operation of aligning the second mark 40a with the first mark 10a attached to the lid 30 side can be easily performed. When the hand is released from the safety securing plate 40, the safety securing plate 40 is in a state where the second mark 40a does not match the first mark 10a, that is, the hot water cannot be discharged, due to the return force of the return spring 80 described later. It will automatically return to the state.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 10, 12, 14, and 15, the simplified valve 100B according to claim 2 has (2) a valve shaft 50 in which a lower end 51 is fixed to a lower end 21 of a valve body 20, The middle shaft 52 is provided with a protrusion 54 that abuts the lower end of the cylindrical portion 36 of the lid 30 to restrict the upward movement and allows the upward movement in the protrusion housing groove 35.
As a result of the above, when the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated and its second mark 40a is aligned with the first mark 10a of the lid body 30, as shown in FIG. 54 is in a state in which it can enter into the projection housing groove 35 formed in the lid 30 and each projection housing groove 35 is allowed to move upward in the projection housing groove 35. Therefore, the simple valve 100B can discharge hot water.
On the other hand, if the hand is released from the safety ensuring plate 40, the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated by a return force of a return spring 80, which will be described later, and the second mark 40a does not match the first mark 10a of the lid 30. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 10 (d), the protrusion 54 formed on the intermediate shaft 52 abuts on the lower end of the cylindrical portion 36 of the lid 30 to restrict the upward movement of the valve shaft 50. The simple valve 100B cannot discharge hot water.
As shown in FIGS. 11, 12, 15, 16, and 19, (3) the simple valve 100B according to the second aspect is housed in the housing portion 33, and one end is on the lid 30 side. And a return spring 80 whose other end is locked to the safety ensuring plate 40 side. The return spring 80 rotates the safety ensuring plate 40 with respect to the lid 30, that is, the valve body 10, and is formed on the main lever 60 and the safety ensuring plate 40 when the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated to return. The second mark 40a is positioned as shown in FIG. 8 (a).
Of course, when the user wants to make the simple valve 100B dischargeable hot water by aligning the second mark 40a with the first mark 10a, the user holds the safety securing plate 40 against the return force of the return spring 80. The main lever 60 is pushed down in this state, but the operation can be performed without being disturbed by the return force of the return spring 80. This is because the return force of the return spring 80 is so weak that when the hand is released from the safety ensuring plate 40, the safety ensuring plate 40 and the main lever 60 return to the state shown in FIG.
Therefore, the simple valve 100B according to the second aspect automatically returns to the non-dischargeable state when the hand is released from the hot water dischargeable state by the return spring 80 stored in the storage portion 33 of the lid 30. Therefore, it is possible to discharge hot water without waste, it is safe by preventing the use of tampering by infants, and it can be provided at a low cost with a simple configuration.
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means taken by the invention according to claim 3 is the simple valve 100A or 100B according to claim 1 or 2,
“A safety lever 70 that is connected to the support leg 61 of the main lever 60 by the second connecting pin 71 and protrudes upward from the main lever 60 when the lower end 72 abuts on the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40 is provided. And
The main lever 60 cannot be operated when the lower end 72 is in contact with the top plate 42. "
It is.
That is, the simple valve 100A or 100B according to claim 3 protrudes above the main lever 60 as shown in FIG. 1A in addition to the main lever 60 that performs the water discharge and water stop operation. The safety lever 70 is also provided, and the safety lever 70 is also designed to prevent inadvertent water discharge.
As shown in FIG. 2, the safety lever 70 in the simple valve 100 </ b> A or 100 </ b> B according to the third aspect is connected to the support leg 61 of the main lever 60 by the second connection pin 71. When it is moved upward, as shown in FIG. 2A, its lower end 72 comes into contact with the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. If the safety lever 70 is folded on the main lever 60 that is moving upward, as shown in FIG. 4A, the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 is disengaged from the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. become.
When the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 abuts on the top plate 42, the cam surface 61a of the support leg 61 on the main lever 60 side abuts on the top plate 42, and the support on the main lever 60 side. Since the safety lever 70 is connected to the leg 61 by the second connection pin 71, the safety lever 70, the main lever 60, and the first connection pin 62 and the second connection pin that connect them. A fixed link is formed by 71. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2A, the main lever 60 is in a state where it cannot be moved downward.
By the presence of the safety lever 70 as described above, in the simple valve 100A or 100B, the water stop state is maintained because the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 remains in contact with the top plate 42. In addition, since the water stoppage state is maintained even if the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a do not coincide with each other, for example, the main lever 60 is not inadvertently pushed down, and the infant's mischief Therefore, the simple valve 100A or 100B does not inadvertently cause water discharge or leakage of hot water, so that safety and water saving are more sufficiently secured.
Of course, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the safety lever 70 is folded on the main lever 60 that is moving upward, the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 comes from above the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. Since the main lever 60 can be pushed down (inward), the safety lever 70 and the main lever 60 can be operated on the condition that the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a coincide with each other. Can be lowered as shown in FIG. 5A, water can be discharged by the simple valve 100A or 100B.
Therefore, the simple valve 100A or 100B according to the third aspect exhibits the same function as that of the first or second aspect, and can further ensure the safety of water saving by the safety lever 70. -ing

As described above, in the present invention,

Next, the simple valve 100A according to the present invention will be described with respect to the simple valve 100A which is the best mode shown in the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 7 show the simple valve 100A according to the first embodiment and FIGS. FIG. 19 shows a simple valve 100A according to the second embodiment.
FIG. 1 shows the state of the simple valve 100A according to the first embodiment of the present invention in which the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a are opposed to each other, as seen from various directions. 3, the valve main body 10, the valve body 20, the lid body 30, the safety ensuring plate 40, the valve shaft 50, the main lever 60, and the safety lever 70 are provided. The simple valve 100A is connected to a connecting portion 11 of the valve body 10 in a tank prepared for performing at least one of hot water supply or water supply, as indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. And detachably attached to discharge hot water or water in the tank.
The valve main body 10 incorporates the above-described components, and is detachably attached to a tank called a water purifier or a server at the connection portion 11 as described above. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), a water passage 12 is formed in the valve body 10, and the water passage 12 is made of hot water or purified water from the inside of the connecting portion 11 connected to the tank. To the tip. Of course, a spout cap 13 that can stably discharge water is attached to the tip of the valve body 10.
Further, the water passage 12 in the valve main body 10 is formed with a valve body housing portion that communicates with the water passage 12 and opens upward. The valve body housing portion includes a valve body housing portion (a) in FIG. And as shown to (b), the valve body 20 mentioned later is accommodated. A fitting portion 14 for attaching a lid 30 to be described later is formed around the upper end opening of the valve body storage portion formed in the valve body 10.
Furthermore, on the front side of the upper outer periphery of the valve body 10, a first mark 10a is formed as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. In the best mode, the first mark 10a is formed as an “upward arrow”. If the simple valve 100A is attached to the tank, the first mark 10a is fixed, and a second mark 40a on the safety ensuring plate 40 side described later is provided. It waits for you to wrap around.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the valve body 20 housed in the valve body housing portion formed in the valve body 10 can shut and open the water passage 12 on the valve body 10 side at the lower end 21. It has a certain size and has a cylindrical bent portion 22 continuous above the lower end 21 and is integrally formed of synthetic resin.
As shown in FIG. 2, the valve body 20 has a mounting portion for inserting and mounting a lower end 51 of a valve shaft 50, which will be described later, in the lower end 21 thereof. A spring 46 on the safety ensuring plate 40 side, which will be described later, is accommodated in 22. By doing as described above, the valve body 20 can come into contact with hot water or water passing through the water passage 12 on the outer surface, but the valve shaft 50 and the spring 46 are wrapped in the bending portion 22. Thus, the valve shaft 50 and the spring 46 are prevented from coming into contact with hot water or water. In other words, the valve body 20 wraps the valve shaft 50 and the spring 46 in the bending portion 22 to prevent the valve shaft 50 and the spring 46 from being rusted. Rust and impurities are prevented from eluting from the spring 46 into the hot water passing through the water passage 12.
The lid 30 is attached to the upper end of the valve body 10 and serves as a pedestal for rotatably supporting a safety ensuring plate 40 described later by a fitting groove 32 formed on the outer periphery thereof. is there. The lid 30 is attached to the valve body 10 by forming a latching portion 30a projecting inwardly at the lower end of the lid 30, and the latching portion 30a is connected to the fitting portion on the valve body 10 described above. 14 is forcibly fitted.
Further, an insertion hole 31 is formed at the center of the lid body 30, and as shown in FIG. 2A, the insertion hole 31 can move up and down a center shaft 52 of a valve shaft 50 described later. To guide you. In this best mode, since the cylindrical shaft 52 of the valve shaft 50 is employed, the insertion hole 31 on the lid 30 side is a “round hole”.
On the outer periphery of the lid 30 described above, a safety ensuring plate 40 having a disk shape as shown in FIG. 2C is rotatably attached as follows. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, a locking protrusion 44 corresponding to the fitting groove 32 on the lid body 30 side is formed on the inner periphery of the safety ensuring plate 40. The safety ensuring plate 40 is forcibly fitted onto the lid 30 so that the fitting groove 32 is fitted into the locking protrusion 44, so that the safety ensuring plate 40 can be freely rotated with respect to the lid 30. The attachment is made.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the outer peripheral surface 41 of the safety ensuring plate 40 is formed as a “downward arrow” having the same shape as the first mark 10a on the valve body 10 side described above. A total of two second marks 40a are formed at 180 °. Each of these second marks 40a is addressed to one in the major axis direction of a safety ensuring hole 43 to be described later. By rotating the second mark 40a with respect to the valve main body 10 side, It is literally a “mark” that determines the position.
The safety ensuring plate 40 has a top plate 42 that covers the upper surface of the lid 30. At the center of the top plate 42, an oval type as shown in FIG. Are formed as stepped portions 45 that are one step lower than the outer periphery.
The safety ensuring hole 43 is for projecting an upper shaft 53 of a valve shaft 50 described later upward so that the valve shaft 50 can be moved up and down. Two locking portions 43a are projected evenly in round holes having substantially the same diameter. That is, the safety ensuring hole 43 can project the upper shaft 53 of the valve shaft 50. However, when the contact portion 52a on the valve shaft 50 side contacts the lower surface of the locking portion 43a, the safety shaft 43 projects the protrusion. It is a deterrent. Specifically, when the safety ensuring hole 43 is in a position as shown in FIG. 2C, the protrusion of the valve shaft 50 from the safety ensuring plate 40 is as shown in FIG. However, when the safety ensuring hole 43 is in a position as shown in FIG. 7C, the protrusion of the valve shaft 50 from the safety ensuring plate 40 is changed to the position shown in FIGS. As shown in (b), it is “blocking”.
The step 45 formed on the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40 is for preventing “slip” of the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 described later, and the safety lever 70 is not used. Alternatively, it is not always necessary if the top plate 42 can generate a frictional force sufficient to prevent the lower end 72 from slipping.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the valve shaft 50 whose upper end protrudes from the safety ensuring plate 40 includes a lower end 51 that is forcibly fitted into the lower end 21 of the valve body 20, and a cylindrical shape. A middle shaft 52 and a contact portion 52a that defines both sides of the upper end of the middle shaft 52 and contacts the locking portion 43a formed in the safety securing hole 43 on the safety securing plate 40 side described above, It consists of an upper shaft 53 that rises upward from the contact portion 52a and is connected to a main lever 60 described later at the upper end. The valve shaft 50 is integrally formed of synthetic resin as a material.
The main lever 60 connected to the upper end of the upper shaft 53 of the valve shaft 50 has a pair of left and right support legs 61 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, and the lower surface of each support leg 61 is, for example, As shown in FIG. 1B, the cam surface 61a comes into contact with the top plate 42 on the safety ensuring plate 40 side. Further, as shown in FIG. 2A and the like, each support leg 61 is rotated to the upper shaft 53 of the valve shaft 50 protruding on the safety ensuring plate 40 by one first connecting pin 62. It is connected as possible.
Therefore, when the front end of the main lever 60 is pushed down against the flexibility of the internal spring 46 and the bending portion 22 of the valve body 20, the cam surface 61 a of each support leg 61 has the safety securing plate 40. It plays the role of a lever on the top plate 42 on the side and raises the valve shaft 50 and tilts about the first connecting pin 62 that moves slightly upward. Further, when the main lever 60 is released from the main lever 60, the valve shaft 50 is urged downward by the urging force of the spring 46 accommodated therein and the flexibility of the bending portion 22, so that, for example, FIG. ) To the original position shown in FIG. 1A.
In addition, the simple valve 100A of the best mode includes a safety lever 70 in addition to the main lever 60. As shown in FIG. 2A and the like, the safety lever 70 is connected to each support leg 61 of the main lever 60 by a single second connecting pin 71 so as to be tiltable. Can be engaged in an annular step 45 (bottom wall surface) formed on the top plate 42 on the safety ensuring plate 40 side. As described above, if the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40 has a sufficient frictional force, it is not necessary to form the step 45 on the top plate 42.
When the safety lever 70 is moved upward, the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 comes into contact with the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40 and engages in the step 45 as shown in FIG. The cam surface 61a of the support leg 61 on the main lever 60 side is in contact with the top plate 42, and the safety lever 70 is connected to the support leg 61 on the main lever 60 side by the second connecting pin 71. By being connected, a fixed link is formed by the safety lever 70, the main lever 60, and the first connecting pin 62 and the second connecting pin 71 that connect them.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 2A, the safety lever 70 is in a state in which the main lever 60 cannot be moved downward. In the simple valve 100A, the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 is For example, the water stop state is maintained by staying in contact with the top plate 42, and the water stop state is also maintained by the fact that the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a do not match. The main lever 60 is not inadvertently pushed down, and the simple valve 100A does not inadvertently cause water discharge or leakage of hot water even if the child is mischievous. Will be secured.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the safety lever 70 is folded on the main lever 60 that is moving upward, the lower end 72 of the safety lever 70 is attached to the top plate 42 of the safety ensuring plate 40. The main lever 60 can be pushed down by moving inward and disengaging from the step 45. Therefore, the safety lever 70 and the main lever 60 are moved downward as shown in FIG. 5 (a) on condition that the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a are coincident with each other. Then, water can be discharged by the simple valve 100A.
FIGS. 8 to 19 show a simple valve 100B according to the second embodiment of the present invention. This simple valve 100B is similar to the simple valve 100A according to the first embodiment described above. The body 20, the lid 30, the safety ensuring plate 40, the valve shaft 50, the main lever 60, and the safety lever 70 are provided.
In FIG. 8, the first mark 10a and the second mark 40a do not face each other, that is, the simplified valve 100B according to the second embodiment of the present invention in a state where water discharge is impossible is performed obliquely forward (a) and obliquely rearward ( Although the state seen from b) is shown, similarly to the simple valve 100A according to the first embodiment, this simple valve 100B also has its valve body in the tank indicated by the phantom line in FIG. It is detachably attached at 10 connecting portions 11 to discharge hot water or water in the tank.
Since the simple valve 100B in the second embodiment basically has the same members as the simple valve 100A according to the first embodiment, the same members as described in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The same reference numerals are given in FIG. 19 and the description thereof is omitted.
In the simple valve 100B according to the second embodiment, the upward movement restriction and the upper movement allowance of the valve shaft 50 are different from those of the first embodiment, but these are different. The protrusion housing groove 35 is formed in the cylindrical portion 36, and the protrusion 54 is formed on the center shaft 52 of the valve shaft 50. That is, as shown in FIGS. 10, 12, 14, and 15, the simple valve 100B according to the second embodiment has a valve shaft 50 in which a lower end 51 is fixed to a lower end 21 of a valve body 20, and a lid body. The middle shaft 52 is provided with a projection 54 that abuts the lower end of the cylindrical portion 36 and restricts the upward movement and allows the upward movement in the protrusion housing groove 35.
Accordingly, when the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated so that the second mark 40a is opposed to the first mark 10a of the lid 30, the protrusion 54 formed on the intermediate shaft 52 as shown in FIG. Is in a state where it can enter into the protrusion housing groove 35 formed in the lid 30. At this time, since each projection storage groove 35 can move up in the projection storage groove 35, the valve shaft 50 can be moved up by operating the main lever 60. The hot water discharge state is set.
On the other hand, the safety ensuring plate 40 is rotated by a return force of a return spring 80, which will be described later, by releasing the hand, so that the second mark 40a is the lid 30 as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 10 (d), the projection 54 formed on the middle shaft 52 abuts on the lower end of the cylindrical portion 36 of the lid 30 so that the valve shaft 50 is not opposed to the first mark 10a. Therefore, the simple valve 100B is set in a state in which hot water is not allowed to be discharged.
In addition, the simple valve 100B of the second embodiment has a return spring 80 as shown in FIGS. 11, 12, 15, 16, and 19. As shown in FIG. 11, the return spring 80 is housed in the housing portion 33, one end is latched by the latching portion 34 on the lid 30 side, and the other end is engaged on the safety ensuring plate 40 side. It is latched by the part 47, and makes the safety ensuring plate 40 return and rotate with respect to the lid body 30, that is, the valve body 10. Then, when the safety ensuring plate 40 is returned and rotated, the return spring 80 moves the second mark 40a formed on the main lever 60 and the safety ensuring plate 40 to a position as shown in FIG. To do.
Of course, when the user wants to make the simple valve 100B dischargeable hot water by aligning the second mark 40a with the first mark 10a, the user holds the safety securing plate 40 against the return force of the return spring 80. The main lever 60 may be pushed down in this state, and the operation can be performed without being disturbed by the return force of the return spring 80. This is because the return force of the return spring 80 is weak enough to return the safety ensuring plate 40 and the main lever 60 to the state shown in FIG.
In the simple valve 100B according to the second embodiment, a spring 73 is interposed between the main lever 60 and the safety lever 70 as shown in FIGS. The spring 73 always acts so that the safety lever 70 is always separated from the main lever 60, and plays a role of automatically locking the safety lever 70 when the hand is released from the safety lever 70. .
