Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, an incontinence pad, and a panty liner (orimono sheet).
Conventionally, an absorbent article is known in which, when the absorbent article is worn, the absorbent body protrudes toward the wearer's skin and the adhesion with the excretory part is improved. This type of absorbent article prevents gaps between the skin contact surface and the wearer's skin, and body fluid leaks along the skin contact surface of the absorbent article or the wearer's skin. It aims at reducing.
For example, in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, an inner compressed groove and an outer compressed groove extending in the longitudinal direction are provided on both the left and right sides of the central absorbent portion with a space therebetween. Absorbent article in which the central absorbent portion rises to the skin side by displacing the inner compressed groove toward the skin side rather than the outer compressed groove when the compressive force toward the center line extending in the longitudinal direction acts Is disclosed.
However, the inner compression groove and the outer compression groove described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 are both portions that become a flexible shaft when a compressive force is applied toward the center line extending in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, not only the central absorption part rises, but also rises from the region sandwiched between the outer compressed grooves on the left and right sides. Thus, when parts other than a center absorption part protrude and the area | region which leaves | separates from the crotch part of underwear spreads, a twist will generate | occur | produce easily in an absorbent article and there exists a possibility of impairing the fitting property of a center absorption part.

The material for forming the napkin 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
As the top sheet 2, the back sheet 3, and the side sheet 5, any material that can be used for absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins can be used without particular limitation. For example, the top sheet 2 can be a hydrophilic and liquid permeable nonwoven fabric, an apertured film, or a laminate thereof, and the back sheet 3 can be a liquid impermeable or water repellent resin film, A laminate of a resin film and a non-woven fabric can be used. As the side sheet 5, the same sheet as the back sheet 3 can be used.
The absorbent body 4 can be used without particular limitation as long as it is normally used for absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins. For example, a fiber assembly made of a fiber material such as pulp, or a fiber assembly made of pulp fiber or the like, in which a fiber aggregate made of a fiber material or a superabsorbent polymer supported thereon is wrapped with a covering material such as tissue paper or a water-permeable nonwoven fabric And an absorbent sheet made of water-absorbing polymer can be used.
Examples of the processing method for forming the compressed groove 7 such as the inner groove 71, the outer groove 72, the front groove 73, and the rear groove 74 include embossing, heat embossing, ultrasonic embossing, and a combination of these. It is done.
The effect at the time of using the napkin 1 of this embodiment of this invention mentioned above is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1, the napkin 1 according to the present embodiment includes a pair of inner grooves 71 and 71 protruding outward in the width direction (X direction) and the outer side in the width direction (X direction). And a pair of outer grooves 72, 72 protruding outward in the width direction (X direction), and the length of the outer groove 72 is longer than the length of the inner groove 71. Is disposed within the length of the outer groove 72. Therefore, the surface sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 in the region T sandwiched between the inner groove 71 and the outer groove 72 are integrated by consolidation at the time of forming the groove 7, as shown in FIG. The surface sheet 2 and the absorber 4 in the region CT between the pair of inner grooves 71 and 71 are not consolidated and keep flexibility. Therefore, when the napkin 1 of the present embodiment is mounted, as shown in FIG. 3, when the compressive force F toward the center in the width direction (X direction) is applied, the inner groove 71, the outer groove 72, and the region T The portion is unlikely to be a flexible shaft, and only the top sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 in the region CT are raised toward the body fluid excretion part side of the wearer, so that the adhesion with the excretion part is improved and the leakage of body fluid is reduced. Further, in the napkin 1 of the present embodiment, only the top sheet 2 and the absorber 4 in the region CT are raised, and the inner groove 71, the outer groove 72, and the region T are difficult to separate from the crotch portion of the underwear. Is less likely to occur and the fit of the absorbent body is improved. Here, the region CT is not formed along the inner groove 71, but is a substantially rectangular region connected by the portions 71 b and 71 c of the inner groove 71 in the present embodiment. Even so, the regions T are formed on both sides of the region CT.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in the napkin 1 of the present embodiment, both end portions 72 b and 72 c of the outer groove 72 extend inward from the straight line SL that contacts the top portion 71 a of the inner groove 71. . Therefore, the surface sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 in the region T sandwiched between the inner groove 71 and the outer groove 72 are more easily integrated due to consolidation when the groove 7 is formed. Therefore, the inner groove 71, the outer groove 72, and the region T are more difficult to separate from the crotch portion of the undergarment, so that the twist hardly occurs and the fit of the absorbent body is improved.
In the napkin 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the curved radius of the convex inner groove 71 is smaller than the curved radius of the convex outer groove 72. Among the intervals, the interval between the top portion 71a of the inner groove 71 and the top portion 72a of the outer groove 72 is formed to be the narrowest. Therefore, the surface sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 in the region T sandwiched between the top portion 71 a of the inner groove 71 and the top portion 72 a of the outer groove 72 are more easily integrated due to consolidation at the time of forming the groove 7. Therefore, the inner groove 71, the outer groove 72, and the region T are less likely to be a flexible shaft, and only the top sheet 2 and the absorbent body 4 in the region CT are raised toward the body fluid excretion part side, and thus excreted. Adhesion with the part is further improved, and leakage of body fluid is reduced.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the napkin 1 of the present embodiment is formed by connecting the front groove 73, the inner groove 71, and the rear groove 74 to form an annular circumferential groove. Therefore, the napkin 1 of this embodiment can prevent the deformation | transformation of the surface sheet 2 and the absorber 4 of the area | region enclosed by the cyclic | annular groove | channel, a twist does not generate | occur | produce easily, and the fit property of an absorber improves.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the napkin 1 of the present embodiment has a front vertical groove portion 731 and a front connection groove portion 732 of the front groove 73 formed in a convex shape outward, and a rear vertical groove portion of the rear groove 74. 741 and the rear connection groove part 742 are formed outwardly in a convex shape. Therefore, the napkin 1 of this embodiment further prevents the deformation of the topsheet 2 and the absorber 4 in the region surrounded by the annular circumferential groove formed by the front groove 73, the inner groove 71, and the rear groove 74. Can be prevented, and the fit of the absorbent body is improved.
In the napkin 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, one end 72 b of the outer groove 72 is arranged at a position spaced from the front groove 73, and the other end 72 c of the outer groove 72 is rearward. It is arranged at a position separated from the groove 74. Therefore, the napkin 1 of the present embodiment is a portion where the outer groove 72 and the front groove 73 are spaced apart from each other even when receiving a compressive force F toward the center in the width direction (X direction) as shown in FIG. , And a portion where the outer groove 72 and the rear groove 74 are separated from each other serves as a cushion, and the surface sheet 2 and the absorption in the region surrounded by the annular groove formed by the front groove 73, the inner groove 71 and the rear groove 74 The deformation of the body 4 can be further prevented, the twist hardly occurs, and the fit of the absorbent body is improved.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the napkin 1 of the present embodiment is formed such that each of the folding lines 8 b and 8 c formed for individual packaging extends in the width direction (X direction) and the outer groove 72. Are formed outward in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) from both end portions 72b and 72c. Therefore, the napkin 1 of this embodiment does not form a wrinkle in the excretion part area | region A by the folding lines 8b and 8c, and the fit property of an absorber improves.
The absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the napkin 1 of the present embodiment described above, and can be changed as appropriate.

Moreover, in the napkin 1 of this embodiment mentioned above, as shown in FIG. 1, although connected to the inner side groove | channel 71 and the front groove | channel 73 and the back groove | channel 74 are distribute | arranged, it does not need to be connected.
Further, in the napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, both end portions 72 b and 72 c of the outer groove 72 are outside the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the portion 71 b and the portion 71 c of the inner groove 71. As shown in FIG. 4A, only the end portion 72c of the outer groove 72 is arranged outward in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) from the portion 71c of the inner groove 71. It may be. In short, it is only necessary that the length of the outer groove 72 is longer than the length of the inner groove 71 and the convex top portion 71 a of the inner groove 71 is disposed within the range of the length of the outer groove 72.
Moreover, in the napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, both end portions 72 b and 72 c of the outer groove 72 are inward from the straight line SL in contact with the top portion 71 a of the inner groove 71. However, it is sufficient that either one of them extends inward. Moreover, as shown in FIG.4 (b), both the ends 72b and 72c of the outer side groove | channel 72 do not need to extend inward rather than the straight line SL. In that case, any one of the both end portions 72b and 72c of the outer groove 72 may be arranged so that the distance from the straight line SL is 3 mm or less.
Further, in the napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the curved radius of the convex inner groove 71 is smaller than the curved radius of the convex outer groove 72. 72, the distance between the top 71a of the inner groove 71 and the top 72a of the outer groove 72 is the narrowest. However, as shown in FIG. 4C, the convex inner groove 71 is formed. And the curved radius of the convex outer groove 72 may be substantially the same, and the distance between the inner groove 71 and the outer groove 72 may be the same in any part.
In the napkin 1 of the present embodiment described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the one end 72 b of the outer groove 72 is arranged at a position spaced from the front groove 73, and the other end 72 c of the outer groove 72. However, at least one end of both end portions 72b and 72c may be in contact with the front groove 73 or the rear groove 74.
Further, in the napkin 1 of the present embodiment described above, as shown in FIG. 1, the front longitudinal groove portion 731 of the front groove 73 is formed in a shape that curves convexly outward in the width direction (X direction).
