技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种实现一号通业务的方法、 装置及系 统。 背景技术
当前, 一号通业务通常包括呼叫一号通业务和短消息一号通业务。 使用 一号通业务的用户可以将办公电话、 家庭电话、 手机、 小灵通等组成一个群 组, 对外公布一个号码。 当有其他用户呼叫时, 群组中所有的空闲电话都可 以振铃, 保证用户在多个地方都可以接听来话。 呼叫一号通业务实现了一次 呼叫, 多个终端同时振铃或依次振铃, 其中任意一个终端都可以应答的功能, 可以为用户提供可靠的来话接听方案。 而短消息一号通业务则是从群组内选 择优先级最高、 终端状态不为内存满和不可及的终端接收短消息。 一号通业 务还可以满足中小企业热线、 业务咨询、 服务支持等多种应用场景的需求。
一号通业务群组对外公布的号码称为引导号码, 群组内各个终端对应的 号码称为成员号码。 现有的一号通业务采用一个引导号码加多个成员号码的 签约方式。
参考图 l a, 现有的呼叫一号通业务的流程为:
当用户发起呼叫, GMSC ( Gateway Mobile Switching Center, 关口移动交 换中心 )与被叫引导号码归属的 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存 器) 交互获得该用户的呼叫一号通业务的触发方式(同振或顺振)及相应的 成员号码列表, 然后根据呼叫一号通的触发方式进行呼叫的同振或顺振处理。
参考图 lb , 现有的短消息一号通业务的流程为: 当用户发送短消息到引导号码, SMSC ( Short Message Server Center,短 消息业务中心)与该引导号码归属的 HLR交互, HLR从短消息一号通的成员 号码列表中选择优先级最高、 终端状态不为内存满和不可及的成员号码接收 短消息, 并将该成员号码所在的 VMSC ( Visited Mobile Switching Center, 移 动端局)地址发送给 SMSC, 由 VMSC向指定成员发送短消息。 该接收短消息 的成员号码只能是在引导号码归属的 HLR上开户的本网用户。
发明人在发现现有技术至少存在如下问题:
现有的一号通业务是在 HLR上签约,通过改造 GMSC的接口使其可以从 HLR获取签约数据并执行业务逻辑。 同样, 对 SMSC也需要进行改造, 否则 就会弱化短消息一号通的功能, 如只允许与引导号码在同一个 HLR上开户的 成员号码接收短消息。 现有的一号通业务的实现依赖于全网的 HLR、 GMSC 甚至 SMSC的适配, 限制了一号通业务的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种不需要对主叫方交换设备及被叫方的归属位置寄 存器进行改造即可实现一号通业务的方法及系统。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种实现一号通业务的方 法, 该方法包括: 引导号码的交换设备接收携带引导号码的呼叫信息;
所述引导号码的交换设备确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务, 获取所述一 号通业务的签约数据, 其中, 所述签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式及其 签约的成员号码列表;
所述引导号码的交换设备根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成 员号码进行呼叫接续。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种实现一号通业务的装置, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备的携带引导号码的呼叫信 息;
判断单元, 用于判断所述呼叫信息是否为一号通业务;
获取单元, 用于当确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述引导号 码相应的一号通业务的签约数据, 所述签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式 及其签约的成员号码列表;
呼叫接续单元, 用于根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号 码进行呼叫接续。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种实现一号通业务的系统, 包括: 主叫方交换设备, 用于发送携带引导号码的呼叫信息;
引导号码的交换设备, 用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备的呼叫信息, 当确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述一号通业务的签约数据, 根 据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号码进行呼叫接续, 其中所述 签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式及其签约的成员号码列表。
由上技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例通过引导号码的交换设备统一处 理对引导号码的呼叫和短消息, 避免了 GMSC或 SMSC与 HLR交互获得一 号通业务的签约数据, 从而摆脱了对全网的 HLR、 GMSC和 SMSC的适配需 求, 降低了一号通业务的推广难度。 附图说明

图 2为本发明实施例一的实现一号通业务的方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例一的实现一号通业务的方法包括:
步骤 S201 , 主叫方发起对一号通业务的引导号码的呼叫后, 该一号通业 务的引导号码的交换设备接收到来自主叫方交换设备的呼叫信息 (本发明实 施例将呼叫消息和短消息统称为呼叫信息, 本发明实施例的主叫方交换设备 还可以包括关口移动交换中心 GMSC或短消息业务中心 SMSC ), 其中, 所述 主叫方交换设备根据引导号码的归属位置寄存器返回的所述引导号码的交换 设备分配的漫游号码或短消息路由信息将呼叫信息发送到引导号码的交换设 备, 该步骤具体包括:
所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器接收主叫方交换设备发送的请求引导号 码的位置信息的消息;
所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器通过与所述引导号码的交换设备交互获 得所述引导号码的交换设备分配的漫游号码或短消息路由信息;
所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器向所述主叫方交换设备返回所述漫游号 码或短消息路由信息;
所述主叫方交换设备根据所述漫游号码或短消息路由信息向所述引导号 码的交换设备发送携带一号通业务的引导号码的呼叫信息。
具体地, 所述引导号码的交换设备用于处理一号通业务, 一般来说, 位 于被叫方的网络侧, 其可以是特定指定的交换设备, 其也可以是签约该一号 通业务的成员号码其中之一成员所注册的交换设备, 如果签约一号通业务的 成员中包含 VoBB ( Voice Over Broadband, 宽带语音业务 )用户号码, 则所述 引导号码的交换设备可以选择该 VoBB用户所注册的 VoIP Server ( Voice over Internet Protocol,基于 IP的语音服务器)。
步骤 S202, 所述引导号码的交换设备确定该呼叫信息为一号通业务后, 获取该一号通业务的签约数据;
具体地, 该签约数据保存在与所述引导号码的交换设备通信连接的数据 库系统中, 该数据库系统可以为与该引导号码的交换设备分离或合设, 具体 地, 若所述引导号码的交换设备为 VoIP Server, 该数据库系统可以是该 VoIP Server的 HSS(Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器)。 一号通业务的签约 数据包括: 一号通业务的触发方式及其签约的成员号码列表。
步骤 S203 , 所述引导号码的交换设备按照所述一号通业务的签约数据对 签约的成员号码进行相应的呼叫接续操作。
本实施例中的一号通业务采用一个引导号码与多个成员号码签约的签约 方式。该成员号码还可以包括移动用户号码及 PSTN( Public Switched Telephone Network,公共交换电话网络)用户号码。
本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的方法通过为引导号码指定相应的交换 设备, 由该引导号码的交换设备统一处理该引导号码作为接收方的呼叫和短 消息, 从而不再对主叫方交换设备(还可包括关口 GMSC或 SMSC )与引导号 码的 HLR的接口有适配要求, 不再需要全网进行大规模的改造即可实现一号 通业务, 有利于一号通业务的普及应用。 另外, 一号通业务的交换设备选择 VoIP Server, 同时可以实现 VoBB与非 VoBB用户的一号通业务, 推广了一号通 业务的应用。
图 3 为本发明实施例二的实现一号通业务的方法的流程示意图, 在本发 明实施例二中, 以呼叫一号通为例, 详细说明本发明实施例实现一号通业务 的方法的具体流程。 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例二的实现一号通业务的方法 包括:
步骤 S301 , 开户引导号码, 并在引导号码的 HLR 上签约 SSCODE ( Supplement Service Code, 补充业务码) 以表明该号码为一号通业务的引导 号码;
具体实现中, 用户签约时可以选择一个虚拟号码作为引导号码, 或者选 择一个一号通业务的成员号码作为引导号码。 在本实施例中, 若用虚拟的号 码作为引导号码, 则将该虚拟号码按 VoBB用户在 HLR和 HSS中开户, 若选 择一个成员号码作为引导号码, 则可以选择其中之一的 VoBB 用户的号码作 为引导号码。
步骤 S302, 将该引导号码与一号通业务中的其中之一 VoBB成员用户进 行绑定; 具体实现中, 若选择虚拟号码作为引导号码, 则为该虚拟号码分配 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 国际移动用户识别码 ),在 HSS 中保存该引导号码的 IMSI,所述 IMSI对应所绑定的 VoBB成员保存;若在成 员号码中选择 VoBB用户号码作为引导号码, 则为所述 VoBB用户号码分配 IMSI, 将作为引导号码的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI保存在 HSS中。 同时, 在 HSS上此 VoBB用户对应的透明数据区中保存一号通业务的签约数据。
步骤 S303 , 通过执行所述 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新流程将引导号码 的交换设备指定为所绑定的 VoBB成员用户的 VoIP Server; 另外, 还可以在 该流程中将 SSCODE信息预先保存到该 VoIP Server的 VLR中, 当然, 也可 以在后续向 VoIP Server发送一号通呼叫消息时传递 SSCODE。
具体实现中, 通过执行所述 VoBB 用户的注册或位置更新流程将引导号 码的交换设备指定为所绑定的 VoBB成员用户的 VoIP Server包括: 所述 VoIP Server接收来自所述 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新请求; 在所 述 VoBB用户的 HLR中查询与所述 VoBB用户号码绑定的所述引导号码的 IMSI; 所述 VoIP Server根据所述 IMSI与所述引导号码的 HLR交互, 将所述 引导号码的 HLR 中所述引导号码的交换设备的地址保存为所述 VoIP Server 的地址。
更具体地, 所述 VoIP Server收到来自引导号码所绑定的一号通业务的 VoBB 用户号码的注册请求或位置更新请求后, 若确定该注册请求中携带的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI与 HSS中记录的引导号码的 IMSI不同,即确定该 VoBB 用户号码绑定有虚拟的一号通业务的引导号码, 则完成该引导号码在 HLR中 的隐式位置更新, 即与该引导号码的 HLR进行交互, 将 HLR中记录的该引 导号码的交换设备的地址记录为该 VoBB用户号码当前所在的 VoIP Server的 地址, 同时该 VoIP Server的 VLR中保存引导号码在其归属的 HLR上的签约 数据, 如 SSCODE; 若确定该注册请求中携带的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI与 HSS中记录的引导号码的 IMSI相同, 即确定该 VoBB用户号码为一号通业务 的引导号码, 则完成该引导号码在 HLR 中的正常的位置更新, 同时该 VoIP Server的 VLR中 VoBB用户的数据将包含引导号码签约的特殊 SSCODE。
需要说明的是, 上述步骤 301至 303是本发明实施例一号通业务的预处 理流程, 并非一号通业务的主流程, 该流程主要是为所述一号通业务配置引 导号码的交换设备; 其中, 步骤 302、 303是本发明实施例提供的如何为引导 号码指定交换设备的具体实施方式中的一种, 另外, 在本实施例中, 步骤 303 的执行在整个流程中并没有固定的顺序, 在执行一号通业务的前、 后均可执 行。
步骤 S304, 用户拨打该引导号码;
步骤 S305, 主叫方交换设备, 如关口 GMSC收到用户对该引导号码的呼 叫消息, 将该呼叫消息转发给该引导号码的交换设备 VoIP Server; 具体实现中, 包括: 主叫方交换设备, 如关口 GMSC收到携带引导号码 的初始地址信令消息 IAM后, 向引导号码的归属 HLR发起取漫游号码的操 作,由于引导号码注册后在 HLR中记录的引导号码的交换设备为 VoIP Server, 因此 HLR向 VoIP Server请求漫游号码, VoIP Server分配好漫游号码后返回给 HLR , HLR转发给主叫方交换设备。 主叫交换设备根据 VoIP Server返回的路 由信息(本实施例中以漫游号码为例)将 IAM消息发送至 VoIP Server。其中, 如果引导号码选取 VoBB用户号码,即对于与引导号码同号的 VoBB用户号码 不再发起取漫游号码的操作, 而是直接当成本局用户进行呼叫接续。
步骤 S306, 该 VoIP Server收到该呼叫消息, 向 HSS查询该引导号码的 签约数据;
具体实现中, VoIP Server收到 IAM消息后 , 从 VLR用户数据中提取到 引导号码签约的特殊 SSCODE时, 或者从所述 IAM消息中发现 SSCODE时, 确定为一号通业务, 则才艮据该引导号码的 IMSI与 HSS交互获得一号通业务 的签约数据。 具体的, 该签约数据包括: 呼叫一号通的触发方式及相应的成 员号码列表, 或者短消息一号通的成员号码列表。 该呼叫一号通的触发方式 包括同振或顺振。
步骤 S307, 该引导号码的交换设备即 VoIP Server按照所述签约数据对签 约的成员号码发起呼叫操作。
具体实现中, VoIP Server从 HSS提供的签约数据中提取呼叫一号通的触 发方式及相应的成员号码列表, 然后根据呼叫一号通的触发方式进行呼叫的 同振或顺振处理。 其中, 当进行顺振处理时, 相应的成员号码列表按优先级 排序。
在本发明实施例实现一号通业务的方法的另一实施例中, 在用户拨打引 导号码前,还可以包括将引导号码在 HSS上签约的数据保存到其对应的 VLR 中的步骤。 在这种情况下, 该引导号码的交换设备收到呼叫消息后, 该 VoIP Server直接从 VLR中获得一号通业务的签约数据,而不必与该 HSS交互获得 数据。
具体实现中, 可以在引导号码的位置更新和数据恢复的场景下, 在完成 引导号码的 HLR签约数据的更新后, VoIP Server检查 VLR中的数据是否存 在 HSS签约数据, 如果不存在, 则与 HSS交互获取一号通业务的签约数据并 保存到 VLR, 也可以向 HSS订阅一号通业务签约数据的更改通知。 此后, 当 HSS中保存的一号通业务的签约数据发生变化时, HSS将主动通知 VoIP Server 刷新 VLR中保存的一号通业务数据。 当 HLR指示 VoIP Server删除引导号码 的用户数据时, VoIP Server向 HSS取消订阅一号通业务签约数据的更改通知。 VoIP Server对于引导号码保留在其 VLR中的数据不会主动更改或删除, 直到 HLR主动来删除用户数据。
具体的, 用户若要更改其一号通业务的签约数据, 可以通过 BOSS 系统 的营业厅接口实现一号通业务的申请、 取消、 变更及查询, 也可以通过门户 网站, 即 Portal接口, 在 Internet上进行业务自助, 查询和修改在 HSS上保存 的业务签约数据。 该业务变更和查询操作可以包括: 修改呼叫一号通的触发 方式、 对成员号码列表增加和删除号码, 呼叫一号通的触发方式及相应的成 员号码列表的查询、 短消息一号通的成员号码列表的查询。 其中, 与引导号 本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的方法通过为引导号码指定 VoIP Server为 交换设备, 由该引导号码的交换设备统一处理该引导号码作为接收方的呼叫 和短消息,从而不再对主叫方交换设备或者关口 GMSC与引导号码的 HLR的接 口有适配要求, 不再需要全网进行大规模的改造即可实现一号通业务, 有利 于一号通业务的普及应用。 另外, 一号通业务的交换设备选择 VoIP Server, 同 时可以实现 VoBB与非 VoBB用户的一号通业务, 推广了一号通业务的应用。
需要说明的是, 引导号码的交换设备可以为任一成员号码注册的交换设 备, 并不仅限于 VoBB用户号码注册的 VoIP Server, 将成员号码注册的交换设 VoBB用户进行绑定后,通过 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新流程来实现,也可以 直接将引导号码归属的 HLR中的引导号码的交换设备的地址保存为该成员号 码注册的交换设备的地址。
图 4a为本发明实施例三的实现一号通业务的方法的流程示意图, 在本发 明实施例三中, 以短消息一号通为例, 详细说明本发明实施例实现一号通业 务的方法的具体流程。 如图 4a所示, 本发明实施例三的实现一号通业务的方 法包括:
步骤 S401 , 开户引导号码, 并在引导号码的 HLR上签约 SSCODE以表 明该号码为一号通业务的引导号码;
具体实现中, 用户签约时可以选择一个虚拟号码作为引导号码, 或者选 择一个成员号码作为引导号码。 在本实施例中, 若用虚拟的号码作为引导号 码, 则将该虚拟号码按 VoBB用户在 HLR和 HSS中开户, 若选择一个成员号 码作为引导号码, 则可以选择其中之一的 VoBB用户的号码作为引导号码。
步骤 S402, 将该引导号码与一号通业务中的其中之一 VoBB成员用户进 行绑定; 具体实现中, 若选择虚拟号码作为引导号码, 则为该虚拟号码分配 IMSI, 在 HSS中保存该引导号码的 IMSI, 所述 IMSI对应所绑定的 VoBB成 员保存; 若在成员号码中选择 VoBB用户号码作为引导号码, 则为所述 VoBB 用户号码分配 IMSI, 将作为引导号码的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI保存在 HSS 中。 同时, 在 HSS上此 VoBB用户对应的透明数据区中保存一号通业务的签 约数据。
步骤 S403 , 通过执行所述 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新流程将引导号码 的交换设备指定为所绑定的 VoBB成员用户的 VoIP Server; 另外, 还可以在 该流程中将 SSCODE信息预先保存到该 VoIP Server的 VLR中, 当然, 也可 以在后续向 VoIP Server发送一号通呼叫消息时传递 SSCODE。
具体实现中, 通过执行所述 VoBB 用户的注册或位置更新流程将引导号 码的交换设备指定为所绑定的 VoBB成员用户的 VoIP Server包括: 所述 VoIP Server接收来自所述 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新请求; 在所 述 VoBB用户的 HLR中查询与所述 VoBB用户号码绑定的所述引导号码的 IMSI; 所述 VoIP Server根据所述 IMSI与所述引导号码的 HLR交互, 将所述 引导号码的 HLR 中所述引导号码的交换设备的地址保存为所述 VoIP Server 的地址。
更具体地, 所述 VoIP Server收到来自引导号码所绑定的一号通业务的 VoBB 用户号码的注册请求或位置更新请求后, 若确定该注册请求中携带的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI与 HSS中记录的引导号码的 IMSI不同,即确定该 VoBB 用户号码绑定有虚拟的一号通业务的引导号码, 则完成该引导号码在 HLR中 的隐式位置更新, 即与该引导号码的 HLR进行交互, 将 HLR中记录的该引 导号码的交换设备的地址记录为该 VoBB用户号码当前所在的 VoIP Server的 地址, 同时该 VoIP Server的 VLR中保存引导号码在其归属的 HLR上的签约 数据, 如 SSCODE; 若确定该注册请求中携带的 VoBB用户号码的 IMSI与 HSS中记录的引导号码的 IMSI相同, 即确定该 VoBB用户号码为一号通业务 的引导号码, 则完成该引导号码在 HLR 中的正常的位置更新, 同时该 VoIP Server的 VLR中 VoBB用户的数据将包含引导号码签约的特殊 SSCODE。
需要说明的是, 上述步骤 401至 403是本发明实施例一号通业务的预处 理流程, 并非一号通业务的主流程, 该流程主要是为所述一号通业务配置引 导号码的交换设备; 其中, 步骤 402、 403是本发明实施例提供的如何为引导 号码指定交换设备的具体实施方式中的一种, 另外, 在本实施例中, 步骤 403 的执行在整个流程中并没有固定的顺序, 在执行一号通业务的前、 后均可执 行。
步骤 S404, 用户发送短消息至该引导号码;
步骤 S405,主叫方交换设备,如 SMSC收到用户对该引导号码的短消息, 将该短消息转发给该引导号码的交换设备 VoIP Server;
具体实现中包括: 主叫方交换设备, 如 SMSC收到 MO— FORWARD— SM 消息后将向引导号码的归属 HLR发起取短消息路由信息的操作, 由于引导号 码注册后在 HLR中记录的引导号码的交换设备为 VoIP Server,因此 SMSC发 送 MT— FORWARD— SM消息到 VoIP Server。 其中, 如果引导号码选取 VoBB 用户号码, 即对于与引导号码同号的 VoBB 用户号码不再发起取短消息路由 信息的操作, 而是直接当成本局用户进行呼叫接续。
步骤 S406, 该 VoIP Server收到该短消息, 向 HSS查询该被叫引导号码 的签约数据;
具体实现中 , VoIP Server收到 MT— FORWARD— SM消息后 ,从 VLR用户 数据中提取到 引 导号码签约的特殊 SSCODE 时, 或者从所述 MO— FORWARD— SM消息中发现 SSCODE时, 确定为一号通业务, 则根据该 引导号码的 IMSI与 HSS交互获得一号通业务的签约数据。 具体的, 该签约 数据包括: 呼叫一号通的触发方式及相应的成员号码列表、 短消息一号通的 成员号码列表。
步骤 S407, 该引导号码的交换设备即 VoIP Server按照所述签约数据对签 约的成员号码发送短消息。
具体实现中, VoIP Server从 HSS提供的签约数据中提取短消息一号通的 成员号码列表,然后模拟 SMSC向成员号码归属的 HLR发起取短消息路由信 息的操作, 通过依次与各个成员归属 HLR的交互选择优先级高、 终端状态不 为内存满和不可及的成员接收短消息。 所述短消息一号通的成员号码按照优 先级排序。 其中, 对于与引导号码同号的 VoBB 用户号码不再发起取短消息 路由的操作, 而是直接当成本局用户进行处理。
具体地, 如图 4b所示, 前述步骤 S407具体包括如下步骤:
步骤 S501 : 按照所述短消息一号通的成员号码列表确定当前待接续的成 员号码;
步骤 S502: 判断当前接续的成员号码是否与引导号码同号: 若同号, 则 执行步骤 S503; 反之执行步骤 S505; 步骤 S503: 判断所述 VoIP Server的 VLR中当前接续的成员号码的状态 是否为非关机且终端可及: 若是, 则执行步骤 S504; 反之, 执行步骤 S507; 具体地,可以通过判断当前成员号码对应的 MNRF ( Mobile subscriber Not Reachable Flag, 终端不可及标志 )是否有效判断所述 VoIP Server的 VLR中 当前接续的成员号码的状态是否为终端可及。
步骤 S504: 选择当前接续的号码发送短消息, 根据短消息的接收情况, 向 SMSC返回响应 , 此次短消息流程结束;
具体的, 若当前接续的成员号码由于终端内存满接收短消息失败, 则向 SMSC返回失败响应; 若当前接续的成员号码接收短消息成功, 则向 SMSC 返回成功响应;
步骤 S505: 与当前接续的成员号码归属的 HLR交互, 判断所述当前接续 的成员号码归属的 HLR的是否成功响应: 若是, 则执行步骤 S506; 若不是, 则执行步骤 S507;
步骤 S506: 发送短消息到当前接续的成员号码的交换设备, 若当前接续 的成员号码的交换设备由于该成员的终端内存满或终端不可及返回失败响 应, 则执行步骤 S508;
步骤 S507: 判断当前接续的成员号码是否为最后一个成员号码: 若是, 则执行步骤 S509; 若不是, 则执行步骤 S501 ;
步骤 S508: 该 VoIP Server向 SMSC透传该失败响应, 并通知当前接续成 员号码归属的 HLR对当前接续成员号码设置与该失败响应相对应的标志, 该 标志包括终端内存满标志和 MNRF标志 , 则此次短消息流程结束;
步骤 S509: 向 SMSC返回失败响应, 则此次短消息流程结束; 具体地, 该失败响应可以为 HLR响应失败的失败响应或短消息接收失败的失败响应。
更具体地, 步骤 S506中, 当前接续的成员号码的交换设备返回的失败响 应可能是因当前接续的成员号码终端内存满而失败的失败响应, 也可能是因 回失败响应, VoIP Server通过状态报告通知当前接续的成员号码归属的 HLR 对当前接续的成员号码设置终端不可及标志, 并向 SMSC透传该失败响应。 在 VoIP Server向 SMSC透传终端不可及的失败响应的情况下, SMSC通知该 引导号码归属的 HLR设置引导号码的 MNRF标志,如果当前接续的成员号码 不与引导号码绑定, 接收短消息的成员号码在其终端恢复可用时不能代替引 导号码清除该 MNRF标志, 因此大多数情况下只能借助引导号码定时的隐式 位置更新来清除此标志。例如, 可以设置在 VoIP Server对应的 VLR侧设置定 时器, 时长可以为半小时, 一般情况下用户延迟半小时收到短消息是可以容 忍的。
若因终端内存满而对短消息接收失败, VoIP Server通过状态报告通知当 前接续的成员号码归属的 HLR设置该引导号码终端内存满的标志, 并拦截该 终端内存满的失败响应, 将此失败响应替换为终端不可及的失败响应传送给 SMSC, SMSC通知引导号码归属的 HLR设置该引导号码终端不可及的标志。
可选地, VoIP Server通过状态^艮告通知成员号码归属的 HLR设置终端不 可及的标志后, VoIP Server可能会收到 HLR的短消息提醒, 由于没有緩存短 消息进行重发的可能,因此 VoIP Server对 HLR的短消息提醒进行直接丟弃的 操作。
可选地,若当前接续的成员号码的交换设备返回失败响应,该 VoIP Server 不向 SMSC透传该失败响应, 而是直接执行步骤 S507, 直至处理完所有成员 号码或 SMSC对应的定时器超时, 向所述 SMSC返回失败响应, 结束短消息 流程。 在 SMSC对应的定时器超时的情况下, VoIP Server会终止当前的处理, 以释放占用的资源。
在实现一号通业务过程中, 引导号码的数据可能会丟失, 如保存在 HLR 上的引导号码的交换设备的地址信息或保存在 VoIP Server的 VLR上的引导号 码的所有数据。 在上述情况发生的情况下, 本发明实施例的实现一号通业务 的方法还包括对引导号码的数据进行恢复的步骤。 该步骤与本发明实施例二 中的恢复数据的步骤一致, 在此不再贅述。
本发明实施例通过将引导号码与 VoBB用户绑定, 通过为引导号码指定相 应的交换设备, 由该引导号码的交换设备统一处理该引导号码作为接收方的 呼叫和短消息, 从而不再对主叫方交换设备, 如 SMSC与引导号码的 HLR的接 口有适配要求, 不再需要全网进行大规模的改造即可实现一号通业务, 有利 于一号通业务的普及应用。 另夕卜, 一号通业务的交换设备选择 VoIP Server, 同 时可以实现 VoBB与非 VoBB用户的一号通业务, 推广了一号通业务的应用。
图 5a 为本发明实施例一的实现一号通业务的系统的结构框图, 如图 5a 所示, 本发明实施例一的实现一号通业务的系统包括: 主叫方交换设备 51、 引导号码的 HLR53和引导号码的交换设备 55, 其中:
主叫方交换设备 51用于发送携带引导号码的呼叫信息;
具体地, 所述呼叫信息包括呼叫消息和短消息。
引导号码的交换设备 55用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备 51 的呼叫信 息, 当确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述一号通业务的签约数据, 根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号码进行呼叫接续。
具体地, 该签约数据包括: 呼叫一号通业务的触发方式及相应的成员号 码列表, 短消息一号通业务的成员号码列表。
具体地,所述引导号码的交换设备可以为一个所述 VoBB用户注册的 VoIP Server。
图 5b 为本发明实施例二的实现一号通业务的系统的结构框图, 如图 5b 所示, 本发明实施例二的实现一号通业务的系统包括: 主叫方交换设备 51,、 引导号码的 HLR53'、 引导号码的交换设备 55'和数据库 57' , 其中:
主叫方交换设备 5Γ用于发送携带引导号码的呼叫信息;
具体地, 所述呼叫信息包括呼叫消息和短消息。
引导号码的 HLR53'用于保存为所述引导号码指定的交换设备, 当接收到 所述主叫方交换设备 51 '发送的请求引导号码的位置信息的消息后, 与所保存 的引导号码的交换设备 55,交互获得所述引导号码的交换设备 55,分配的漫游 号码或短消息路由信息, 并将所述漫游号码或短消息路由信息返回给所述主 叫方交换设备 51 ' , 使得所述主叫方交换设备 51,根据所述漫游号码或短消息 路由信息向所述引导号码的交换设备 55'转发所述呼叫信息。
数据库 57,用于保存并向该引导号码的交换设备 55,提供所述一号通业务 的签约数据。
引导号码的交换设备 55'用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备 5Γ的呼叫信 息, 当确定该呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 从该数据库 57,中获取所述一号通业 务的签约数据, 根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号码进行呼 叫接续。
一号通业务的签约数据包括: 呼叫一号通业务的触发方式及相应的成员 号码列表, 短消息一号通业务的成员号码列表。
具体实现中, 引导号码的交换设备 55,通过在 HLR53'上查找该引导号码 的补充业务码确定携带该引导号码的呼叫信息为一号通业务。
具体地, 数据库 57,可以与该引导号码的交换设备 55,分离或合设。
更具体地, 若该引导号码的交换设备 55'为 VoIP Server, 所述数据库为该 VoIP Server的 HSS。
图 6为本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的装置的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的装置包括: 接收单元 61、 判断单元 62、 获 取单元 63和呼叫接续单元 64 , 其中:
接收单元 61用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备的携带引导号码的呼叫信 息;
判断单元 62用于判断所述呼叫信息是否为一号通业务; 具体地, 该判断 单元 62根据该呼叫信息携带的引导号码是否签约有补充业务码来判断该呼叫 信息是否为一号通业务;
获取单元 63用于当确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述引导号 码相应的一号通业务的签约数据, 所述签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式 及其签约的成员号码列表;
呼叫接续单元 64用于根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号 码进行呼叫接续。
具体地, 本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的装置可以为与所述引导号码 绑定的 VoBB用户的 VoIP Server, 则本发明实施例的实现一号通业务的装置 还包括更新单元, 该更新单元用于在接收到来自 VoBB 用户的注册或位置更 新请求时, 或者在定时器超时, 与所述引导号码的 HLR 交互, 将所述 HLR 中所述引导号码的交换设备的地址保存为该 VoBB 用户当前所在的 VoIP Server的地址。
本发明实施例通过将引导号码与 VoBB用户绑定, 通过为引导号码指定相 应的交换设备, 由该引导号码的交换设备统一处理该引导号码作为接收方的 呼叫和短消息, 从而不再对主叫方的交换设备(包括 GMSC或者 SMSC )与引 导号码的 HLR的接口有适配要求, 不再需要全网进行大规模的改造即可实现 一号通业务, 有利于一号通业务的普及应用。 另外, 一号通业务的交换设备 选择 VoIP Server, 同时可以实现 VoBB与非 VoBB用户的一号通业务, 推广了一 号通业务的应用。
需要说明的是, 引导号码的交换设备可以为任一成员号码注册的交换设 备, 并不仅限于 VoBB用户号码注册的 VoIP Server, 将成员号码注册的交换设
VoBB用户进行绑定后,通过 VoBB用户的注册或位置更新流程来实现,也可以 直接将引导号码归属的 HLR中的引导号码的交换设备的地址保存为该成员号 码注册的交换设备的地址。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但本发明并不局限于以上揭 示的实施例。

Claims

权利 要求 书
1. 一种实现一号通业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
引导号码的交换设备接收携带引导号码的呼叫信息, 其中, 所述引导号码 的交换设备为位于被叫方网络侧的用于处理一号通业务的交换设备;
所述引导号码的交换设备确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务, 获取所述一号 通业务的签约数据, 其中, 所述签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式及其签约 的成员号码列表;
所述引导号码的交换设备根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员 号码进行呼叫接续。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
为所述引导号码绑定交换设备, 并将所绑定的引导号码的交换设备保存在 所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器中。
则, 所述引导号码的交换设备接收到来自主叫方的携带引导号码的呼叫信 息之前还包括:
主叫方交换设备通过与所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器获得所述引导号码 的交换设备分配的漫游号码或短消息路由信息; 所述主叫方交换设备根据所述 漫游号码或短消息路由信息向所述引导号码的交换设备发送携带引导号码的呼 叫信息。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
选择虚拟号码或者所述一号通业务的成员中的宽带语音业务用户的号码作 为引导号码, 其中, 若选择虚拟号码为引导号码, 将所述虚拟号码按照宽带语 音业务用户模式进行开户;
在所述宽带语音业务用户的归属位置寄存器中保存用于标识该号码为一号 通业务的引导号码的补充业务码; 在所述宽带语音业务用户的归属用户服务器中保存所述一号通业务的签约 数据。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的实现一号通业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为所述 引导号码绑定交换设备包括:
通过所述宽带语音业务用户的注册或位置更新流程, 将当前为所述宽带语 音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器绑定为所述引导号码的交换设备。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的实现一号通业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过所 述宽带语音业务用户的注册或位置更新流程, 将当前为所述宽带语音业务用户 服务的基于 IP的语音服务器绑定为所述引导号码的交换设备包括:
所述当前为所述宽带语音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器接收注册或 位置更新请求; 所述当前为所述宽带语音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器更新所述宽 带语音业务用户的归属位置寄存器中交换设备的地址为当前为所述宽带语音业 务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述引导号码的交换设备确定 所述呼叫信息为一号通业务, 获取所述一号通业务的签约数据包括:
所述当前为宽带语音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器接收到携带引导 号码的呼叫信息后, 根据用于标识引导号码的补充业务码确定该呼叫信息为一 号通业务, 再从所述归属用户服务器中获得所述一号通业务的签约数据。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 将所述用于 标识引导号码的补充业务码保存到到所述基于 IP的语音服务器的拜访位置寄存 器中;
则, 所述基于 IP的语音服务器根据其拜访位置寄存器中保存的用于标识引 导号码的补充业务码确定该呼叫信息为一号通业务; 和 /或,
将所述一号通业务的签约数据保存到所述基于 IP的语音服务器的拜访位置 寄存器中;
则, 所述引导号码的交换设备直接从所述拜访位置寄存器中获取所述一号 通业务的签约数据。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述一号通业务的签约 数据保存到所述基于 IP的语音服务器的拜访位置寄存器中包括:
所述基于 IP的语音服务器向所述用户服务器订阅所述一号通业务的签约数 据, 当所述一号通业务的签约数据发生变化时, 接收所述用户服务器通知的一 号通业务的签约数据。
9. 如权利要求 3所述的实现一号通业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为所述 引导号码绑定交换设备之后还包括:
当定时器超时, 当前为所述宽带语音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器 与所述引导号码的归属位置寄存器交互, 将所述归属位置寄存器中引导号码的 交换设备的地址刷新为当前为所述宽带语音业务用户服务的所述基于 IP的语音 服务器的地址。
10. 一种实现一号通业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
主叫方交换设备, 用于发送携带引导号码的呼叫信息;
引导号码的交换设备, 用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备的呼叫信息, 当 确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述一号通业务的签约数据, 根据所 述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号码进行呼叫接续, 其中所述签约数 据包括一号通业务的触发方式及其签约的成员号码列表, 其中, 所述引导号码 的交换设备为位于被叫方网络侧的用于处理一号通业务的交换设备。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的实现一号通业务的系统, 其特征在于: 所述系统 还包括:
归属位置寄存器, 用于保存为所述引导号码绑定的交换设备, 当接收到所 述主叫方交换设备发送的请求引导号码的位置信息的消息后, 与所保存的引导 号码的交换设备交互获得所述引导号码的交换设备分配的漫游号码或短消息路 由信息, 并将所述漫游号码或短消息路由信息返回给所述主叫方交换设备, 使 得所述主叫方交换设备根据所述漫游号码或短消息路由信息向所述引导号码的 交换设备转发所述呼叫信息。
12. 如权利要求 10或 11所述的实现一号通业务的系统, 其特征在于: 所述 系统还包括: 约数据。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的实现一号通业务的系统, 其特征在于: 所述引导 号码的交换设备为宽带语音业务用户服务的基于 IP的语音服务器, 所述数据库 为所述宽带语音业务用户的归属用户服务器。
14. 一种实现一号通业务的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置为位于被叫方网络 侧的用于处理一号通业务的交换设备, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收来自所述主叫方交换设备的携带引导号码的呼叫信息; 判断单元, 用于判断所述呼叫信息是否为一号通业务; 获取单元, 用于当确定所述呼叫信息为一号通业务时, 获取所述引导号码 相应的一号通业务的签约数据, 所述签约数据包括一号通业务的触发方式及其 签约的成员号码列表;
呼叫接续单元, 用于根据所述签约数据对所述一号通业务签约的成员号码 进行呼叫接续。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的实现一号通业务的装置, 其特征在于: 所述装置 为与所述引导号码绑定的宽带语音业务用户的基于 IP的语音服务器。
16. 如权利要求 14所述的实现一号通业务的装置, 其特征在于: 所述判断 单元根据所述呼叫信息携带的引导号码是否签约有补充业务码来判断所述呼叫 信息是否为一号通业务。
