Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour polir un objet en une lentille optique de grand diamètre sur la base de données saisies. Le dispositif de polissage selon l'invention comprend un cadre de base sur lequel divers éléments sont montés, une table circulaire rotative montée sur le cadre de base pour la mise en place et la fixation de l'objet à polir, une unité de rotation de la table circulaire placée sur la base de la table circulaire et imprimant un mouvement de rotation à la table circulaire, un corps de déplacement d'outil qui peut tourner dans la direction horizontale par rapport à un arbre de rotation, dont une extrémité est couplée à l'arbre de rotation placé sur un côté de la partie supérieure du cadre de base et qui est relié à l'autre extrémité de la partie supérieure du cadre de base, une unité de rotation du corps de déplacement d'outil qui est montée de l'autre côté de la partie supérieure du cadre de base et qui guide l'extrémité le long du côté du cadre de base, un corps de montage d'outil monté sur la base du corps de déplacement d'outil, une unité de déplacement d'outil qui commande le mouvement du corps de montage d'outil le long de la direction longitudinale du corps de déplacement d'outil, une unité centrale faisant fonctionner l'unité de rotation de la table circulaire, l'unité de rotation du corps de déplacement d'outil et l'unité de déplacement d'outil sur la base des données saisies, ainsi qu'un dispositif de saisie de données permettant l'entrée des données concernant le fonctionnement de l'unité de rotation de la table circulaire, de l'unité de rotation du corps de déplacement d'outil et de l'unité de déplacement d'outil.
