Abstract
The invention relates to an individual cell (1) for a battery, wherein the individual cell (1) is formed by an electrode stack (6). The individual electrodes (6.1, 6.2.) having different polarities, preferably electrode films coated with an anode material or a cathode material, are separated from each other in an insulating manner by a separator (6.3), preferably a separator film, wherein electrodes (6.1, 6.2) with the same polarity are connected in a electrically conductive manner to a pole (P1, P2). The poles (P1, P2) of the electrode stack (6) are electrically connected to an electrically conductive housing side wall (3, 4). The electrodes (6.1) of the anode are made of aluminum, the electrodes (6.2) of the cathode are made of copper, and the housing side walls (3, 4) are made of aluminum. The housing side wall (4) facing the pole (P2) designed as a cathode comprises an intermediate layer (7) made of copper or nickel on the inside. The invention further relates to a method for producing an individual cell (1) for a battery.
