Abstract

L’invention concerne un système pour fournir des services d’assurances qui comprend le serveur de l’assureur, qui est relié par un canal de communications duplex au poste d’un gestionnaire des assurances, ledit poste étant équipé de moyens techniques d’entrée / de sortie de données par rapport à l’assureur pour lequel on sélectionne de différents objets de l’assurance en fonction des intérêts communs relatifs à la propriété, et l’on détermine une limite de responsabilités commune pour les objets de l’assurance choisis; le poste du gestionnaire des assurances est aussi équipé de moyens techniques de traitement d’un sinistre pour n’importe lequel des objets de l’assurance choisis, y compris ceux d’une réassurance. La limite générale des responsabilités en termes d’une compensation pécuniaire est déterminée, cette somme étant versée à l’assuré en tenant compte de la somme assurée relative à l’objet de l’assurance et des dommages subis par l’assuré, la limite générale étant réduite pour un montant équivalent à la compensation payée. La limite des responsabilités peut être augmentée par la suite, et les données relatives à l’assuré et à son historique sont transmises au serveur via des lignes de communication.
