Said spring elements enclose the CD/DVD in its position within the envelope. However, when said spring elements are spread apart, they follow the advancement of the CD/DVD from the envelope as a consequence of the key being pushed. When the CD/DVD is inserted into the envelope manually by being pushed, both spring elements spread apart and receive the CD/DVD by enclosing it and thus protecting it against falling out.

Abstract

Enveloppe CD/DVD rigide qui conserve les propriétés de base d'une enveloppe de ce type (rigidité et mêmes dimensions) et qui assure une insertion et une extraction du CD/DVD telles qu'elle permettra à l'utilisateur de ne saisir le CD/DVD que par ses bords. Avec un appareil de lecture et enregistrement comportant une fente (et non un tiroir), une telle enveloppe CD/DVD rigide assure aussi une insertion du CD/DVD dans l'enveloppe et son éjection de celle-ci sans contact. L'enveloppe CD/DVD rigide selon la présente invention comprend une partie centrale (1) dotée d'un espace (4) pour recevoir et ranger ledit CD/DVD (2) et de couvertures (3), et est dotée dans sa partie centrale (1), dans la zone d'une couverture, d'un passage (5) pour ledit CD/DVD (2) entre ledit espace (4) et l'extérieur, ladite partie centrale (1) étant équipée, sur les bords latéraux se faisant face et enserrant ledit passage (5), d'ergots (6) pour éjecter ledit CD/DVD (2) par ledit passage (5), dans laquelle on peut faire pivoter lesdits ergots (6) si on appuie dessus avec les doigts en direction de ladite partie centrale (1).
