Abstract

La présente invention concerne un vêtement à échange thermique incorporant une unité de transfert thermique portative avec un réceptacle (55) et une vessie d’échange thermique (50). La vessie (50) comporte une surface de transfert thermique en contact thermique avec le réceptacle (55) de sorte que le fluide de transfert thermique circulant dans la vessie (50) extraie ou procure de la chaleur à partir du fluide d’échange thermique vers le réceptacle. La vessie (50) comporte un orifice d’entrée de fluide (66) et un orifice de sortie de fluide (68) positionné à distance de l’orifice d’entrée de fluide (66) pour permettre le circulation d’un fluide de transfert thermique à travers la vessie.
