本发明实施例涉及广告处理技术, 特别涉及一种广告转发方法、 装置及 系统, 属于通信技术领域。 背景技术
移动广告是一种互动式的网络广告, 它由移动通信网承载, 具有网络媒 体的一切特征。 移动广告的一个重要特征就是可转发, 移动终端在接收到广 告后, 其用户可以利用移动终端的通信功能将广告转发给其它移动终端的用 户。 凭借终端之间的广告转发, 使得广告能够传播更广的范围, 提高了广告 的投放效果。
现有的终端之间转发广告包括两种方法, 一种方法为发送终端直接将广 告发送给接收终端, 另一种方法为发送终端通过广告服务器将广告发送给接 收终端。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 发送 终端直接将广告发送给接收终端的方法, 无法支持远距离高速数据的传输, 从而无法对多媒体广告进行有效地转发; 发送终端通过广告服务器将广告发 送给接收终端的方法, 由发送终端直接将转发广告的计量信息发送给广告服 务器, 无法根据接收终端是否已经获取所转发的广告或将广告呈现给用户以 记录转发广告的效果, 降低转发广告的质量。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种广告转发方法、 装置及系统, 能够实现终端之间 的广告转发, 并且在广告转发的接收终端记录和上报所转发广告内容的计量 信息, 可以区分转发广告的获取、 呈现、 交互等不同阶段, 支持基于转发效 果的计费机制。
本发明实施例提供了一种广告转发方法, 包括:
接收广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信息和发送终 端标识信息;
记录所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息;
上报所述广告内容的计量信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种广告转发装置, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标 识信息和发送终端标识信息;
记录模块, 用于记录所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息; 上报模块, 用于上报所述广告内容的计量信息。
本发明实施例又提供了一种广告转发系统, 包括:
发送终端, 用于发送广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标 识信息和发送终端标识信息;
接收终端, 用于接收所述发送终端发送的广告转发消息, 记录所述广告 标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息, 并上报所述广告内容的计量信息; 广告服务器, 用于接收所述接收终端上报的计量信息。
由上述技术方案可知, 本发明实施例接收终端记录和上报所转发广告内 容的计量信息, 实现了终端之间的广告转发, 并且可以区分转发广告的获取、 呈现、 交互等不同阶段, 从而可以支持基于转发效果的计费机制。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例 , 都属于本发明保护的范围。
图 1为本发明实施例一提供的广告转发方法的流程示意图,如图 1所示, 本实施例可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 101、 接收广告转发消息, 上述广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信 息和发送终端标识信息;
步骤 102、 记录广告转发消息中的广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量 信息;
步骤 103、 上报广告内容的计量信息。
本实施例中, 接收终端在接收到发送终端发送的广告转发消息之后, 会 记录下所转发的广告内容的计量信息, 该计量信息可以包括下列信息中的一 项或几项: 广告内容的转发接收数据; 广告内容的呈现数据; 广告内容的交 互数据。 其中, 广告内容的转发接收数据可以包括发送终端标识信息、 接收 终端标识信息、 广告服务器的地址信息 /广告内容、 广告标识信息、 转发时间 等信息; 广告内容的呈现数据可以包括接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信息、 呈现开始时间、 呈现结束时间、 广告呈现次数等信息; 广告内容的交互数据 可以包括接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信息、 交互开始时间、 交互结束时间、 广告交互方式等信息。 接收终端向广告服务器上报上述计量信息, 实现了终 端之间的广告转发, 使得广告服务器可以根据该计量信息区分转发广告的获 取、 呈现、 交互等不同阶段, 从而可以支持基于转发效果的计费机制。
图 2为本发明实施例二提供的广告转发方法的流程示意图,如图 2所示, 本实施例可以包括以下步骤: 步骤 201、 发送终端向接收终端发送用于转发广告的广告转发消息, 上 述广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信息、 发送终端标识、 接收终端标识等信 息。
其中的广告转发消息可以包括两种类型: 一种类型为内容转发, 该类型 的广告转发消息中携带有广告内容; 另一种类型为通知转发, 该类型的广告 转发消息中携带有获取广告内容的地址信息。
发送终端可以根据用户指定的转发方式或待转发广告的元数据中的转发 方式字段生成相应的广告转发消息, 还可以根据预先设置的动态判断规则生 成相应的广告转发消息, 并向接收终端发送该广告转发消息。 所述的动态判 断规则为: 当待转发的广告内容较小, 例如: 文字、 图片形式的广告时, 则 可以向接收终端发送内容转发类型的广告转发消息, 直接将待转发广告内容 发送给接收终端; 当待转发的广告内容较大, 例如: 多媒体形式的广告时, 则可以向接收终端发送通知转发类型的广告转发消息, 只向接收终端发送获 取待转发广告内容的地址信息, 以供接收终端能够根据该地址信息向对应的 广告服务器获取待转发广告内容。
上述广告转发消息可以通过短消息等方式发送到接收终端, 在合适的范 围内, 也可以通过蓝牙 (Bluetooth )等方式发送到接收终端。
具体地, 上述广告转发消息可以携带发送终端标识(转发来源)、 接收终 端标识或标识列表(转发目标)、 广告服务器的地址信息、 广告标识信息、 广 告内容等信息。 其中, 发送终端标识和接收终端标识可以是用户的手机号码 或终端的其他身份识别号码。 广告标识信息用于通知接收终端所转发的是哪 个广告或到哪里去取待转发的广告, 可以是广告的编号、 广告所属活动
( campaign )的编号或广告的类别标识, 也可以是描述广告地址的统一资源 定位符(Uniform Resource Location, 简称 URL )等。 若广告转发消息中包 含有广告内容, 即生成的是内容转发类型的广告转发消息,则"广告内容"项可 以为具体的广告内容; 若广告转发消息中不包含有广告内容, 即生成的是通 知转发类型的广告转发消息, 则"广告内容"项可以为空, 或者"广告内容"项也 可以为描述所转发的广告的相关数据, 例如: 广告类型字段, 通过这个字段 广告服务器可以进一步为转发目标选择个性化广告内容。 表 1 为广告转发消 息的格式, 本实施例中的广告转发消息可以如表 1所示:

进一步地, 其中的广告转发消息还可以携带一个密钥或凭证, 该密钥或 凭证代表生成该广告转发消息的发送终端, 是广告服务器为发送终端分配的 或发送终端实时生成, 只有广告服务器能够根据该密钥或凭证识别出对应的 发送终端, 其它实体则无法识别, 也不能篡改该密钥或凭证;
步骤 202、 接收终端接收广告转发消息, 根据接收终端的配置信息或接 收终端的状态信息判断是否获取广告标识信息对应的广告内容, 当根据配置 信息判断不允许接收转发广告或者当存储有所述广告内容的相关信息时, 则 过滤掉所述广告转发消息, 并执行步骤 203; 当根据配置信息判断允许接收 转发广告或者当没有存储所述广告的相关信息时, 执行步骤 204。
其中的广告相关信息可以为具体的广告内容, 则本步骤中的判断结果为 是否存储有该广告内容;广告内容的相关信息还可以为广告内容的显示记录, 则本步骤中的判断结果为是否显示过该广告内容;
步骤 203、 接收终端向发送终端返回广告转发失败消息, 并记录一次无 效转发, 对此次转发作无效转发处理;
步骤 204、 接收终端判断广告转发消息中是否包含有广告内容, 如果是, 则执行步骤 205和步骤 207; 否则, 则执行步骤 206和步骤 207。
本步骤可以根据广告转发消息中表示是否包含广告内容的标识字段来进 步骤 205、 接收终端从广告转发消息中直接获取广告内容;
步骤 206、 接收终端根据广告转发消息中所携带的地址信息从对应的广 告服务器中获取广告内容。 本步骤中接收终端具体可以通过向地址信息对应的广告服务器发送转发 广告获取消息来接收广告服务器返回的广告内容, 该转发广告获取消息中可 以携带有所述广告标识信息、 发送终端标识等信息。
步骤 207、 接收终端向发送终端返回广告转发成功消息, 并记录一次有 效转发。
其中, 步骤 207的接收终端所记录的转发接收数据中可以包括获取该广 告内容的业务相关信息, 即发送终端标识、 接收终端标识、 广告服务器的地 址信息 /广告内容、 广告标识信息、 转发时间等信息。 表 2为接收终端所记录 的转发接收数据:

进一步地, 接收终端获取到广告内容之后, 对该广告内容作相应的处理, 例如: 可以直接存储该广告内容; 也可以显示该广告内容以展现给用户; 还 可以显示该广告内容之后存储该广告内容。
以接收终端接收到表 1 中的第一条广告转发消息为例, 对本实施例作进 一步详细的说明。 接收终端接收到该广告转发消息, 判断广告标识为' Ό0 对 应的待转发广告是否已存在于接收终端或是否已由接收终端显示过, 如果接 收终端没有存储该广告或没有显示过该广告, 那么则继续判断该广告转发消 息中是否包含有广告内容, 因为该广告转发消息的"广告内容"项为空, 即不包 含广告内容, 所以接收终端则向地址为 http://****的广告服务器请求广告标识 为' Ό01 "的广告内容, 以获取广告标识为' Ό0 的广告内容。 同时,接收终端还 可以记录此次转发, 该所记录的转发接收数据可以为发送终端标识" AE001 "、 接收终端标识 "AE007"、 广告服务器的地址信息" Http://****"、 广告标识信息 "001 "、转发时间" 200810112012"。该所记录的转发接收数据可以存储到接收 终端上, 还可以与转发广告获取消息一起发送给广告服务器。 进一步地, 该 接收终端所记录的转发接收数据中还可以携带有转发消息中的密钥或凭证, 以使广告服务器在接收到所记录的转发接收数据后可以判断所记录的转发接 收数据的真实性。
具体地, 本实施例中的终端还可以进一步区分为广告客户端和业务客户 端, 一个广告客户端可以对应一个或多个业务客户端。 业务客户端是指给用 户呈现广告并接受用户交互的终端应用, 例如: 短信客户端、 彩信客户端、 游戏程序等; 广告客户端是指接收 /发送转发广告的功能实体。 那么, 上述发 送终端标识和接收终端标识可以是广告客户端的标识或其它的广告客户端的 识别号码。
对于发送终端而言, 如果业务客户端向用户当前呈现的广告元数据中允 许用户转发, 业务客户端在呈现广告的同时则可以为用户提供转发功能, 用 户在看到感兴趣的广告后希望分享给好友或家人, 则点击 "转发",并输入好友 的终端号码或从地址本中选择好友。 业务客户端将广告转发请求发送给广告 客户端, 由广告客户端将广告内容进行转发给指定的接收终端。 业务客户端 所发送的广告转发请求中至少可以包括广告标识信息和接收终端标识, 还可 以进一步包括转发时间、 附加内容等信息。 广告客户端接收到业务客户端的 广告转发请求, 根据用户指定的转发方式或待转发广告的元数据中的转发方 式字段或预先设置的动态判断规则生成相应的广告转发消息, 并向接收终端 的广告客户端发送该广告转发消息。 对于接收终端而言, 广告客户端接收到 广告转发消息, 根据广告转发消息获取到广告内容后, 由业务客户端向用户 呈现广告内容。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的广告转发方法的流程示意图, 发送终端 A 向接收终端 B转发广告,发送终端 A可以包括业务客户端 A和广告客户端 A, 接收终端 B可以包括业务客户端 B和广告客户端 B, 如图 3所示, 本实施例 可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 301、 业务客户端 A向广告客户端 A发送广告转发请求, 广告转发 请求中可以携带接收终端 B标识 (例如: 手机号码)、 广告标识信息 (例如: 广告标识)等信息;
步骤 302、 广告客户端 A接收到广告转发请求, 根据用户指定的转发方 转发消息中可以携带发送终端 A标识(转发来源)、 广告服务器的地址信息、 广告标识信息、 广告内容等信息, 广告内容可以为空。
例如: 根据动态判断规则, 若所转发的广告为文本形式的广告, 则广告 转发消息中可以直接包含广告内容; 若所转发的广告为数据较大的视频形式 的广告, 则转发消息中不包含具体的广告内容, 而只是包含获取广告内容的 地址信息, 以通知广告客户端 B到对应的广告服务器去获取该广告内容。
进一步地, 其中的广告转发消息还可以携带一个密钥或凭证, 该密钥或 凭证代表生成该广告转发消息的发送终端, 是广告服务器为发送终端分配的 或发送终端实时生成, 只有广告服务器能够根据该密钥或凭证识别出对应的 发送终端, 其它实体则无法识别, 也不能篡改该密钥或凭证;
步骤 303、 广告客户端 A向广告客户端 B发送广告转发消息, 广告转发 消息可以为内容转发类型, 也可以为通知转发类型;
步骤 304、 广告客户端 B接收广告转发消息, 根据接收终端的配置信息 或接收终端的状态信息判断是否获取广告标识信息对应的广告内容, 当根据 配置信息判断不允许接收转发广告或者当存储有所述广告内容的相关信息 时, 则过滤掉所述广告转发消息, 并执行步骤 305; 当根据配置信息判断允 许接收转发广告或者当没有存储所述广告的相关信息时, 执行步骤 306。
其中的广告相关信息可以为具体的广告内容, 则本步骤中的判断结果为 是否存储有该广告内容;广告内容的相关信息还可以为广告内容的显示记录, 则本步骤中的判断结果为是否显示过该广告内容;
步骤 305、 广告客户端 B向广告客户端 A返回广告转发失败消息, 并记 录一次无效转发, 对此次转发作无效转发处理;
步骤 306、 广告客户端 B判断广告转发消息中是否包含有广告内容, 如 果是, 则执行步骤 307和步骤 312; 否则, 则执行步骤 308和步骤 309。
本步骤可以根据广告转发消息中表示是否包含广告内容的标识字段来进 步骤 307、 广告客户端 B从广告转发消息中直接获取广告内容; 步骤 308、 广告客户端 B根据广告转发消息中所携带的地址信息向对应 的广告服务器发送转发广告获取消息, 转发广告获取消息可以包括广告标识 信息。
进一步地, 为了通知广告服务器所请求的是广告客户端 A转发给广告客 户端 B的广告, 转发广告获取消息还可以进一步包括广告客户端 A标识、 广 告客户端 B标识、 转发标识等信息;
步骤 309、 广告服务器接收到转发广告获取消息, 判断是否可以将所请 求的广告转发给广告客户端 B, 若可以, 则执行步骤 310、 步骤 311、 步骤 312和步骤 313; 否则, 则执行步骤 314和步骤 315;
步骤 310、 广告服务器根据广告客户端 B的相关信息匹配出广告标识信 息对应的广告内容, 并向广告客户端 B发送匹配出的广告内容;

其中, 步骤 309中, 判断该广告是否能够转发给该用户的方法可以是根 据广告的元数据判断该广告是否允许被转发, 也可以判断该广告所允许的转 发次数是否已达到阈值, 还可以判断发送终端所允许的转发次数是否已达到 阔值等。
步骤 310中, 广告服务器在接收到转发广告获取消息后, 可以直接返回 所请求转发的广告内容, 也可以返回根据获取到的接收终端的相关信息和广 告标识信息适配或选择出合适的广告内容。 其中, 获取到的终端的相关信息 可以包括终端的能力信息、 终端用户的个性化信息等信息。 其中, 终端用户 的个性化信息可以分为静态和动态两种类型, 静态个性化信息可以包括终端 用户的年龄、 性别、 收入、 爱好等信息, 动态个性化信息可以包括终端用户 的位置等信息。转发广告获取消息所携带的广告标识信息可以为广告的编号, 也可以为广告所属活动(campaign )的编号, 还可以为广告的类别标识。 若 广告标识信息为广告的编号 (Ad ID ), 则广告服务器在将所对应的广告内容 发送给广告客户端 B之前, 可以根据广告客户端 B所在终端的终端型号或终 端用户的个性化信息等信息对广告内容进行适配,或选择该广告的另一版本。 例如: 若广告客户端 A转发一家连锁店的打折广告到广告客户端 B, 广告客 户端 B向广告服务器请求该转发广告的内容, 则广告服务器根据广告客户端 B 目前所处的地理位置, 将原广告中的连锁店位置和联系方式换成离广告客 户端 B最近的某一个店的位置和联系方式, 再将替换后的广告内容发送给广 告客户端 B, 方便用户 B前往连锁店。 若广告标识信息为更大选择范围的广 告所属活动的编号 (Ad Campaign ID ), 则广告服务器获取用户个性化信息 等信息, 并根据这些信息在 Ad Campaign ID所包括的范围内选择合适的广 告内容, 再将广告内容发送给广告客户端 B。 广告服务器在向终端转发广告 内容时,可以根据获取的接收终端的相关信息为终端匹配出合适的广告内容, 满足了终端用户的个性化需求, 提高了用户体验。
步骤 311 中的广告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据中可以包括广告客户 端 A标识、 广告客户端 B标识、 广告服务器的地址信息、 广告标识信息、 转 发时间等信息。 进一步地, 广告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据还可以进一 步包括转发消息中广告客户端 A的密钥或凭证, 以使广告服务器在接收到所 记录的转发接收数据后可以判断所记录的转发接收数据的真实性。
本实施例中发送终端的广告客户端可以根据广告内容的大小选择不同的 转发类型, 有利于各种形式广告的传送, 提高了广告转发的效率。 接收终端 的广告客户端接收到广告转发消息后, 在确定其上未存储有广告相关信息即 未存储或未显示过该广告内容之后, 才能获取广告内容, 从而避免了重复转 发广告, 节约了网络资源。
进一步地, 本实施例步骤 304中广告客户端 B在接收到广告转发消息之 后, 就可以开始记录此次转发, 所记录的转发接收数据中可以包括获取该广 告内容的业务相关信息, 即发送终端标识、 接收终端标识、 广告服务器的地 址信息 /广告内容、 广告标识信息、 转发时间、 广告状态信息等信息。 若广告 转发消息中不包含广告内容, 则只记录接收到转发通知, 用"广告状态信息" 项表示。 表 3a-3c为广告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据, 本实施例中的广 告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据可以如表 3a所示: 表 3a 广告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据

进一步地,步骤 314之后业务客户端 B还记录了此次呈现和 /或用户对广 告的交互操作, 并向广告客户端 B返回所记录的数据。 该业务客户端 B所记 录的呈现数据中可以包括接收终端标识、 广告标识信息、 呈现开始时间、 呈 现结束时间、 广告呈现次数等信息; 所记录的用户交互操作数据可以包括接 收终端标识、 广告标识信息、 交互开始时间、 交互结束时间、 广告交互方式 等信息。 表 4为业务客户端 B所记录的呈现数据, 本实施例中的业务客户端 B所记录的呈现数据可以如表 4所示:

进一步地, 该广告客户端 B所记录的转发接收数据中还可以携带有转发 消息中的密钥或凭证, 以使广告服务器在接收到所记录的转发接收数据后可 以判断所记录的转发接收数据的真实性。
下面以一个具体的动画 (flash )广告的转发实施例来对本发明实施例二 提供的广告转发方法作进一步详细的说明。 广告服务器将一个动画 (flash ) 广告下发给广告客户端 A, 业务客户端 A在合适的时机将该广告呈现给用户 A, 用户 A看了该广告后很感兴趣, 并想与好朋友用户 B分享该广告, 于是 点击"转发"选择将该广告转发给用户 B。 广告客户端 A收到用户 A通过业务 客户端 A发起的广告转发请求, 根据广告标识信息获取该广告的类型、 大小 等相关信息, 判断出该广告内容较大, 不适合客户端之间远距离传送, 于是 生成一条通知类型的广告转发消息发送给广告客户端 B, 该广告转发消息能 够告诉广告客户端 B这是一条来自用户 A的广告转发消息, 该广告转发消息 的格式为发送终端标识" AE005"、 广告服务器的地址信息" Http://****"、 广告标 识信息 "005"、 广告内容" Null"。 广告客户端 B接收到该广告转发消息后, 判 断出这是一条来自用户 A转发的广告, 广告客户端 B根据广告转发消息中的 广告标识信息查询该广告客户端 B是否已存在该广告或显示过该广告, 结果 发现还没有。 同时, 该广告转发消息中只是携带了广告标识信息, 并没有发 送广告内容,于是广告客户端 B向 Http://****对应的广告服务器发送获取广告 标识为 005的转发广告获取消息, 该转发广告获取消息中携带有广告客户端 A标识 AE005、 广告客户端 B标识 AE003、 广告标识 005等信息。 广告服 务器接收到广告客户端 B发送的转发广告获取消息, 判断出广告客户端 B所 请求获取的是转发广告, 于是根据存储的广告标识为 005的广告数据判断出 广告主允许转发该广告, 并且用户 A属于广告主允许转发广告的用户群, 则 向广告存储数据库获取转发的广告内容。 广告服务器获取广告客户端 B的相 关信息, 例如: 用户 B的地理位置, 在向广告存储数据库获取广告内容时, 选择获取与位置 B较相关的广告内容, 将广告内容中的广告主联系地址选择 为离用户 B所处位置较近的广告主联系地址。 广告服务器将合适的广告内容 发送给广告客户端 B,业务客户端 B在合适的时机将广告内容呈现给用户 B。 广告客户端 B还可以进一步记录此次转发, 记录下来的转发接收数据为发送 终端标识" AE005"、 接收终端标识 "AE003"、 广告服务器的地址信息 "Http:〃****"、 广告标识信息 "005"、 转发时间" 200810281025"。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的广告转发装置的结构示意图,如图 4所示, 本实施例可以包括接收模块 41、 记录模块 42和上报模块 43。 接收模块 41 接收广告转发消息, 该广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信息和发送终端标识 信息,记录模块 42记录上述广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息,上报 模块 43上报上述广告内容的计量信息。
本实施例提供的广告转发装置可以认为是接收终端, 适用于本发明实施 例一和实施例二中的任一广告转发方法。 其中的计量信息可以包括下列信息 中的一项或几项: 广告内容的转发接收数据; 广告内容的呈现数据; 广告内 容的交互数据。 其中, 广告内容的转发接收数据可以包括发送终端标识信息、 接收终端标识信息、 广告服务器的地址信息 /广告内容、 广告标识信息、 转发 时间等信息; 广告内容的呈现数据可以包括接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信 息、 广告开始时间、 广告结束时间、 广告呈现次数等信息; 广告内容的交互 数据可以包括接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信息、 广告开始时间、 广告结束 时间、 交互方式等信息。
本实施例通过记录模块记录所转发广告内容的计量信息, 并由上 4艮模块 向广告服务器上报上述计量信息, 实现了终端之间的广告转发, 使得广告服 务器可以根据该计量信息区分转发广告的获取、 呈现、 交互等不同阶段, 从 而可以支持基于转发效果的计费机制。 图 5为本发明实施例五提供的广告转发装置的结构示意图,如图 5所示, 与上一实施例相比本实施例可以进一步包括获取模块 44, 用于根据配置信息 或状态信息获取所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容。
接收模块接收到广告转发消息之后, 获取模块根据接收终端的配置信息 或接收终端的状态信息判断是否获取广告标识信息对应的广告内容, 当根据 时, 获取模块则过滤掉所述广告转发消息; 当根据配置信息判断允许接收转 发广告或当没有存储所述广告的相关信息时 , 获取模块继续判断广告转发消 息中是否包含有广告内容, 如果是, 获取模块则从广告转发消息中直接获取 广告内容; 否则, 获取模块则根据广告转发消息中所携带的地址信息从对应 的广告服务器中获取广告内容。 本实施例获取模块在获取广告内容之前确定 未存储或未显示过该广告内容, 避免了重复转发广告, 节约了网络资源。
图 6为本发明实施例六提供的广告转发系统的结构示意图,如图 6所示, 本实施例可以包括发送终端 61、接收终端 62和广告服务器 63。发送终端 61 向接收终端 62发送广告转发消息,该广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信息和 发送终端标识信息, 接收终端接收到发送终端 61发送的广告转发消息之后, 记录该广告转发消息中的广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息, 并向广 告服务器 63上报所记录的广告内容的计量信息,广告服务器则可以接收到接 收终端 62上报的计量信息。
本实施例中的接收终端可以为本发明实施例四和实施例五提供的任一广 告转发装置。 接收终端记录所转发广告内容的计量信息, 并向广告服务器上 报该计量信息, 实现了终端之间的广告转发, 使得广告服务器可以根据该计 量信息区分转发广告的获取、 呈现、 交互等不同阶段, 从而可以支持基于转 发效果的计费机制。
进一步地,发送终端 61还可以根据待转发广告的相关信息生成携带有待 转发广告内容的广告转发消息, 或者生成携带有获取待转发广告内容的地址 信息的广告转发消息。 其中的广告转发消息可以包括两种类型: 一种类型为 内容转发, 该类型的广告转发消息中携带有待转发广告内容; 另一种类型为 通知转发,该类型的广告转发消息中携带有获取待转发广告内容的地址信息。 发送终端 61 可以根据用户指定的转发方式或待转发广告的元数据中的转发 方式字段生成相应的广告转发消息, 还可以根据预先设置的动态判断规则生 成相应的广告转发消息, 并向接收终端发送该广告转发消息。 所述的动态判 断规则为: 当待转发的广告内容较小, 例如: 文字、 图片形式的广告时, 则 可以向接收终端 62发送内容转发类型的广告转发消息,直接将待转发广告内 容发送给接收终端 62; 当待转发的广告内容较大, 例如: 多媒体形式的广告 时, 则可以向接收终端 62发送通知转发类型的广告转发消息, 只向接收终端 62发送获取待转发广告内容的地址信息, 以供接收终端 62能够根据该地址 信息向对应的广告服务器 63获取待转发广告内容。上述广告转发消息可以通 过短消息等方式发送到接收终端 62 , 在合适的范围内, 也可以通过蓝牙 ( Bluetooth )等方式发送到接收终端 62。
进一步地,接收终端 62还可以根据配置信息或状态信息获取所述广告标 识信息对应的广告内容。 当根据配置信息判断不允许接收转发广告或者当存 储有所述广告内容的相关信息时, 接收终端 62则过滤掉所述广告转发消息; 当根据配置判断允许接收转发广告或当接收终端 62 没有存储所述广告的相 关信息时,接收终端 62则继续判断广告转发消息中是否包含有广告内容,如 果是, 接收终端 62则从广告转发消息中直接获取广告内容; 否则, 接收终端 62则根据广告转发消息中所携带的地址信息从对应的广告服务器 63中获取 广告内容。本实施例接收终端 62在获取广告内容之前确定未存储或未显示过 该广告内容, 避免了重复转发广告, 节约了网络资源。
进一步地, 接收终端 62具体可以通过向广告服务器 63发送转发广告获 取请求消息获取上述广告内容, 该转发广告获取请求消息中携带有广告标识 信息,广告服务器 63接收到接收终端 62发送的转发广告获取请求消息之后, 匹配出转发广告获取请求消息中的广告标识信息对应的广告内容, 并向接收 终端 62返回所匹配出的广告内容。
进一步地,广告服务器 63在匹配出转发广告获取请求消息中的广告标识 信息对应的广告内容之前, 还可以判断所请求的广告是否能够被转发, 判断 条件包括: 广告主是否允许所述广告被转发、 所述广告所允许的转发次数是 否已达到阔值、 发送终端所允许的转发次数是否已达到阔值等。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利 要求
1、 一种广告转发方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标识信息和发送终 端标识信息;
记录所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息;
上报所述广告内容的计量信息。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收广告转发消息之 前还包括: 发送终端根据待转发广告的相关信息生成携带有待转发广告内容 的广告转发消息, 或者生成携带有获取待转发广告内容的地址信息的广告转 发消息。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收广告转发消 息之后还包括: 根据接收终端的配置信息或接收终端的状态信息获取所述广 告内容。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收终端的配置 信息或接收终端的状态信息获取所述广告内容具体包括:
当根据所述配置信息判断允许接收转发广告或当没有存储所述广告内容 的相关信息时, 获取所述广告内容;
当根据所述配置信息判断不允许接收转发广告或当存储有所述广告内容 的相关信息时, 过滤掉所述广告转发消息。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述广告内容具 体为:
从所述广告转发消息中直接获取所述广告内容; 或者
根据所述广告转发消息中所携带的地址信息获取所述广告内容。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述广告转发消 息中所携带的地址信息获取所述广告内容具体包括:
向所述地址信息对应的广告服务器发送转发广告获取请求消息, 所述转 发广告获取请求消息中携带有所述广告标识信息;
接收所述广告服务器返回的所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述广告服务器接收所述转发广告获取请求消息;
所述广告服务器匹配出所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容;
所述广告服务器返回所述广告内容。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告服务器匹配出所 述广告标识信息对应的广告内容具体为: 所述广告服务器根据所述广告标识 信息对应的元数据或用户个性化信息匹配出所述广告标识信息对应的广告内 容。
9、根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告服务器匹配 出所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容之前还包括: 判断所请求的广告是否能 够被转发, 判断条件包括下列条件中的一项或几项:
广告主是否允许所述广告被转发;
所述广告所允许的转发次数是否已达到阔值;
发送终端所允许的转发次数是否已达到阔值。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告内容的计量信 息包括下列信息中的一项或几项:
所述广告内容的转发接收数据;
所述广告内容的呈现数据;
所述广告内容的交互数据。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述广告内容的转发接收数据包括: 发送终端标识信息、 接收终端标识 信息、 广告服务器的地址信息或广告内容、 广告标识信息、 转发时间、 广告 状态信息;
所述广告内容的呈现数据包括: 接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信息、 呈 现开始时间、 呈现结束时间、 广告呈现次数;
所述广告内容的交互数据包括: 接收终端标识信息、 广告标识信息、 交 互开始时间、 交互结束时间、 广告交互方式。
12、 一种广告转发装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标 识信息和发送终端标识信息; 记录模块, 用于记录所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息; 上报模块, 用于上报所述广告内容的计量信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 获取模块, 用于根据接收终端的配置信息或接收终端的状态信息获取所述广告标识信息 对应的广告内容。
14、 一种广告转发系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送终端, 用于发送广告转发消息, 所述广告转发消息中携带有广告标 识信息和发送终端标识信息;
接收终端, 用于接收所述发送终端发送的广告转发消息, 记录所述广告 标识信息对应的广告内容的计量信息, 并上报所述广告内容的计量信息; 广告服务器, 用于接收所述接收终端上报的计量信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发送终端还用于 根据待转发广告的相关信息生成携带有待转发广告内容的广告转发消息, 或 者生成携带有获取待转发广告内容的地址信息的广告转发消息。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接收终端还 用于根据所述接收终端的配置信息或所述接收终端的状态信息获取所述广告 标识信息对应的广告内容。
17、 根据权利要求 16 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接收终端具体通 过向所述广告服务器发送转发广告获取请求消息获取所述广告标识信息对应 的广告内容, 所述转发广告获取请求消息中携带有所述广告标识信息, 所述 广告服务器还用于接收所述接收终端发送的转发广告获取请求消息, 匹配出 所述广告标识信息对应的广告内容, 并向所述接收终端返回所述广告内容。
18、 根据权利要求 17 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述广告服务器还用 于判断所请求的广告是否能够被转发, 判断条件包括下列条件中的一项或几 项:
广告主是否允许所述广告被转发;
所述广告所允许的转发次数是否已达到阔值;
发送终端所允许的转发次数是否已达到阔值。
