Abstract

Assembly of an electronic unit (1) and a kitchen cabinet of standard dimensions (6), the electronic unit comprising: internal electronic equipment (2); a housing (4) for the internal electronic equipment; and a control panel (5), characterized in that the housing has outer dimensions such that the housing fits into the kitchen cabinet of standard dimensions. Also method for building an electronic unit (1) into kitchen furniture, characterized in that the method comprises of constructing such an assembly, wherein the electronic unit is built fitting into the kitchen cabinet. The electronic unit can thus be more or less concealed from view, while the control panel remains readily accessible to the user.
