2. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an artificial inclined platform or a channel and sea bed is constructed in such a manner that it (a) allows more water to flow into the channel; (b) creates more forceful tidal waves; (c) maintain uniformity in the direction of waves and supports the upward motion of the ebb tides on the inclined platform till they reach maximum height, that is upto their tipping point; (d) transforming maximum tidal wave force on the swing thereby allowing it to travel the optimized oscillation path.
3. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a rigid structural framework of the proposed system herein, which holds the suspended boat shaped swing hanging below its beam/roof, wherein above the same beam/roof of the same said rigid structural framework a novel gear system, suitably engaged with the said boat shaped swing and the final shaft of the electricity generator means (or alternator) is mounted/placed.
4. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a suspended obstacle of suitable dimension, preferably in the form of a 'Boat Shaped Swing' with a vertical strong plate/steel wall is integrated with a strong steel- rod of a shaft as its arm; wherein the said boat shaped swing through its said arm is suspended freely from the main shaft of the gear box and alternator assembly below the said beam/roof of the said rigid structural framework; and wherein the said boat shaped swing is provisioned to perform continuous 'to and fro' oscillations by obstructing the incoming tidal waves or water in customized regular intervals, and under active support of gravitational force therein.
5. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the gear assembly or the gear box comprises of a customized assembly of preferably Rachet gear(s), Middle gear(s) and certain shafts supported with certain bearings towards passing the "to and fro' oscillations of the suspended obstacle as the boat shaped swing to the electricity generation means, preferably the alternator; and wherein the said gear assembly, with the help of its Rachet gears, is capable of providing a desirable RPM to the alternator, preferably upto 1500 to 1600.
6. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the gear assembly or the gear box is' mainly characterized by providing continuous unidirectional rotation to the electricity generation means, preferably the alternator, associated to its final or main shaft; wherein the said gear assembly receives the input force from the tidal waves through the suspended and 'to and fro' oscillating obstacle, preferably the said boat shaped swing.
22
7. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the gear-box is characterized by its. unique assembly of gears, making it capable of converting the to & fro movement of the first shaft and first Gear derived from the to & fro oscillation of the suspended boat shaped swing into the single direction thereby rotating the final shaft of the gear assembly attached to the alternator, in one direction and therefore the Gear assembly of the said gear box of the proposed system herein is characterized by continuous utilization of the both way movement (to and fro) of the said swing.
8. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, substantially as herein described and illustrated in the figures of the accompanying drawings.
9. A system and a method thereof for using tidal forces towards electricity generation, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the said system is optimized to create maximum number of forceful tidal waves at regular intervals, depending upon the nature of tides in a particular geographical condition of a sea shore and is capable of applying the energies of such forceful tidal waves towards continuous regulation of the electricity generation mechanism.
