Abstract
L’invention concerne un système de production d’une impulsion de courant électrique de forte intensité, le système comprenant une pluralité de modules de décharge montés en parallèle avec un dispositif de type charge. Chaque module de décharge comprend une batterie de condensateurs et un commutateur à fort courant montés en série avec le dispositif de type charge. Le système comprend également un dispositif d’alimentation haute tension couplé aux batteries de condensateurs pour charger ceux-ci. Deux quelconques des modules de décharge sont couplés par un élément résistif pour éviter une chute brusque de tension aux bornes des batteries de condensateurs et permettre ainsi un fonctionnement simultané des commutateurs à fort courant.
