本发明实施例提供的一种无线上网数据卡异常恢复方法及其装置, 解决 了无线上网数据卡强制拔出后 NIC设备出现异常无法使用的问题, 避免了 用户重新启动 PC的流程, 节省了时间, 极大的方便了用户的使用。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明的一些实施例可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件实现。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案可以以软件产 品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以 使得一台计算设备执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

权利要求书
1.一种数据卡的异常恢复方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法包括: 获取接入的数据卡中的网络接口卡设备标识信息;
根据所述的网络接口卡设备标识信息获取网络接口卡设备的状态信息; 根据所述的网络接口卡设备的状态信息判断所述网络接口卡设备是否异 常;
如果所述网络接口卡设备异常, 则卸载所述的网络接口卡设备的驱动程 序, 并且重新加载所述的网络接口卡设备的驱动程序。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的数据卡的异常恢复方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 获取接入的数据卡中的网络接口卡设备标识信息包括: 获取接入的数据卡中 的网络接口卡设备的名称信息。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的数据卡的异常恢复方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 根据所述的网络接口卡设备标识信息获取网络接口卡设备的状态信息包括: 根据所述的网络接口卡设备名称信息获取网络接口卡设备的状态信息。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的数据卡的异常恢复方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 重新加载所述的网络接口卡设备的驱动程序包括:
获取所述网络接口卡设备的节点信息并根据所述的节点信息重新加载所 述的网络接口卡设备的驱动程序。
5.—种数据卡的异常恢复装置, 其特征在于, 所述的异常恢复装置包 括:
标识信息获取单元, 用于获取接入的数据卡中的网络接口卡设备标识信 息;
状态信息获取单元, 用于根据所述的网络接口卡设备标识信息获取网络 接口卡设备的状态信息;
异常判断单元, 用于根据所述网络接口卡设备的状态信息判断所述网络 接口卡设备是否异常, 输出判断结果信号; 驱动程序卸载单元, 用于根据所述的判断结果信号卸载所述的网络接口 卡设备的驱动程序; 驱动程序加载单元, 用于在所述驱动程序卸载单元卸载所述网络接口卡 设备的驱动程序之后, 重新加载所述的网络接口卡设备的驱动程序。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的数据卡的异常恢复装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 标识信息获取单元具体为:
名称信息获取模块, 用于获取接入的数据卡中的网络接口卡设备的名称 自
7.根据权利要求 5所述的数据卡的异常恢复装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 状态信息获取单元具体用于根据所述的网络接口卡设备名称信息获取网络接 口卡设备的状态信息。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的数据卡的异常恢复装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱 动程序加载单元包括:
节点获取模块, 用于在所述驱动程序卸载单元卸载所述网络接口卡设备 的驱动程序之后, 获取网络接口卡设备的节点信息;
加载模块, 用于根据所述网络接口卡设备的节点信息重新加载所述网络 接口卡设备的驱动程序。
9. 一种数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述数据卡包括权利要求 5-8 中任一项 所述的数据卡的异常恢复装置。
