     前記複数の会議端末それぞれごとに、当該会議端末が配置された位置を含む所定領域を特定するための端末位置領域情報を記憶している端末位置記憶手段と、
     前記複数のユーザそれぞれの現在位置を記憶しているユーザ位置記憶手段と、
     前記ユーザ位置記憶手段が記憶している前記複数のユーザそれぞれの前記現在位置を更新するユーザ位置更新手段と、
     前記通話端末情報が第1の前記ユーザの前記電話端末と第2の前記ユーザの前記電話端末とが通話中であることを示しており、前記第1のユーザの前記現在位置が第1の前記会議端末の前記端末位置領域情報から特定される所定領域内に存在し、かつ前記第2のユーザの前記現在位置が第2の前記会議端末の前記端末位置領域情報から特定される所定領域内に存在しているときに、前記第1の会議端末と前記第2の会議端末とを相互に接続すべき会議端末として選択する接続端末選択手段と、
