Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reparaturverfahren für Gasturbinenbauteile, insbesondere für Gasturbinenschaufeln, mit zumindest folgenden Schritten: a) Bereitstellen eines zu reparierenden Gasturbinenbauteils; b) Entfernen eines beschädigten Abschnitts von dem zu reparierenden Gasturbinenbauteil unter Ausbildung einer ebenen Trennfläche; c) zumindest bereichsweise Anordnen des zu reparierenden Gasturbinenbauteils in einer Prozesskammer, derart, dass die ebene Trennfläche innerhalb der Prozesskammer in etwa horizontal verläuft; d) Befüllen der Prozesskammer mit einem zum Werkstoff des zu reparierenden Gasturbinenbauteils verbindungskompatiblen Metallpulver, nämlich bis zum Niveau der Trennfläche; e) Aufbauen des entfernten Abschnitts auf der Trennfläche durch schichtweise Auftragen von Metallpulver auf die Trennfläche und durch Verschmelzen des schichtweise auf die Trennfläche aufgetragenen Metallpulvers mit der Trennfläche.
